I bought a pack of Marlboro black and red 100 and they weren’t sealed meaning the cigarette wasn’t stuck together the tobacco flowing free

I recently bought a carton of cigarettes from a Murphys in suffolk virgina and I noticed today that some of the cigarettes are damaged at the filter and are not easily smoked without plugging the misaligned filter area.

When I opened my lock of cigarettes I noticed one with a hole in it so I made sure that I saved it for last. When I went to light it a bunch of powder shit went in my mouth so I laid it down.

My daughter opened the cigarette up and the tobacco was powder and then she opened the filter and it literally had a bug in it and it was still alive. This literally made me sick. Now I am concerned to smoke the only cigarette that doesn't make me sick.

after saving my points diligently , back in 11/2022 I placed an order for the " GCI Outdoor Freestyle Rocker ", , after 6-8 weeks, when i never got it , I inquired about it.(1) .. and the told me to track it.. it never came... inquired again (2) they told me it was out of stock, to try back in couple of months... I tried again (3) STILL OUT OF STOCK............... but i was told when it comes in, they will ship it.. Months and months go by,, i never recieived it.....

Today, i happen to think, did it ever get stocked , let me check...and i see it is in stock,,,(why did it never ship)...???? so i called (4) and to my dismay,,,,, I AM PAST THE TIME,,,, SO NO GIFT, NO POINTS...NOTHING.

IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. ???????????????????????????

I WOULD LIKE SOME SORT OF RESOLUTION..

00 Visa Gift Card. It was never received. Customer Service is of no help whatsoever. They just keep telling me to call back. The card is still available for redemption but they can't send one. They also will not refund my points so that I can order another one. This is totally obscene.

I had received a $25 off any carton of Marlboro for my birthday a year ago ,and I didn't realize I had received it . It's out of date UNFORTUNATELY. since I'm such a loyal customer I was wondering if maybe y'all could send me out another one to show marlboro's appreciation to my business. IT would be greatly appreciated ,in this time that we're in.

Hello ive brought 4, 30g tobacco packs and as didnt belive i was receiving what i paid for so i weighed each pack 2 my discust they all weighed 23.2 in the packaging but with out the packaging the tobacco weighed 18.4g ive been buying this tobacco 4, 3 years nw at 2, 30g per week so im on the belife im been midsold what im paying for. I never received my barebone work gloves from the Marlboro online rewards. I saved 90 cigarette codes which took me 3 months to complete. I have called and spoke with Marlboro 10 times and they have told me they are out of stock.

It burns me up every time I log in on my rewards because I still have an option to order a different pair. I feel I am being lied to. I feel like I put in a ton of effort for nothing!

I ordered the gloves back in January 2023! If they are out of order and unable to send me what I earned then why are they still an option on the reward catalog?

There is a circle k selling your cigarettes at a very discounted price of about $2 a pack in my city. I bought a few packs and now I'm hacking/wheezing/coughing up mucus. I'm having a horrible time because of it.

Purchased stale carton of Marlboro

placed an order for a Otterbox powerbank in November of 2022 item was shipped from Marlboro with a incomplete address and was returned to Marlboro by the Post Office, have contacted them numerous times to resolve this issue and have been told each time the item is out of stock , Yet my wife just ordered the same item and received it yesterday ?

Old tobacco and packing was best compared to latest one, I and my friends are not able to smoke the new cigarettes and hence I have to take another brand ciggerate and that I don't want but I have no option so with all regards I request you to please start preparing cigarettes with old tobacco and packing

I have smoked marlboro for years and now with the price out of control you think you can make the product the best I have lost at least 2 cigarettes per pack due to your packing process.

First the wrapping is not coming off easily secondly the foil is not coming off easily and when you pull it off it breaks at least 1 cigarettes. I buy for cartons at a time and for the past 6 months they are all the same.

There was a problem with one of my cigarettes it had ink on it. And you could taste the ink.

I usual don't have any complaints, but unfortunately my husband went to the store today to pick me up a few pks of Marlboro red 100`s cigarettes and when he came back, I opened a pack and to my surprise half the pack was missing. I think that's kinda ridiculous especially on how much I pay weekly for cigarettes.

Usually I buy a pack of Marlboro Red Shorts pack of cigarettes at least every other 3 or 4 days or so . No issues in the past up until the last pack ibought yesterday at the gas staion on cypress ave and van Buren blvd here in Riverside 92503 I noticed that about 3 or 4 cigarettes had holes in them.

I'm almost positive that it's from the tobacco ends of the sticks that did it but I really couldn't enjoy the cigarettes tha had holes in them , it was like the wind smoked my cigarette for me . Pretty darn fast.

I suggest crushing down the tobacco a little more. I've provided a photo . Please email me back on how you plan on fixing this problem in the near furure.

We bought 1 pack marlboro red (20pcs) and 1 pack marlboro lights (20 pcs) and it is fake. We bought from 2 men riding in motorcycle that visits from each store in our place. But its too late that we found out that it is fake marlboro.

I buy cartons of Marlboro 100 gold's. The last carton I purchased was different. There were tiny pinholes in the cigarettes and dust like substance in the plastic outside wrapping on the boxes. This ruined my cigarettes and I would hope you could replace them.

I ordered a coupon book back in March I believe. Here it is the end of July still no book in the mail. I've sent multiple emails and only received 2 responses the last one in April. I want know whats going on.

I’m not much on complaining but over these last 3 weeks I have bought 2 cartons of your Marlboro red full flavor cigarette’s and they both have had an awful taste for some reason. The first carton is when I noticed the weird taste but I didn’t thank nothing of it I just figured it may had been something I ate and they didn’t taste to good together.

Well as I went on the taste never left although not every single cigarette tasted like that I would get one here and there that was fine but now that I have just bought this second carton it has that same awful taste. I’m not sure if the tobacco is stale or what it could possibly be but i was told to email you guys and explain what has been going on and that you guys would send me new/fresh cartons to replace them.

The last 2 cartons of cigarettes I have bought but have several cigarettes in the packs that do not have sufficient filters. I don't know if this happened during manufacturing or what but cigarettes cigarettes are $75 a carton where I live and it's pretty sad to have to throw several away because the filters are weird

I buy 4 carton of Marlboro black shorts a month and one of the cartons had a bad taste to me I think they was stale. This is the first time I have ever had a problem. I have receipts of proof of purchase.

I have been smoking Marlboro for 42 years and I have never experienced any problems. I hate to complain but I threw away the carton because bad taste made my stomach nauseous. And when paying almost 80 bucks a carton having to throw it away was financially set back.

I’m on ssdi disability I get my check on 1st every month I go smoke shop buy 3 to 4 carton cigarettes get me through the month. So I had replace the bad carton and it was 80 bucks I didn’t have.
