The quality of the cigarettes' has not been what I have been accustom to for the last 40 years. There are holes in the paper and what I would call stems in the cigarettes'.

I have been a loyal customer for yrs but I've had myself and cpl other family members who purchase cartoons regularly at local kwick shop in Baldwin,KS and all of us recieved cartoons of barely packed cigarettes that were stale as fuck. Couldn't even smoke them not just from taste but each one literally burned up in flames from horrible packing.

Now if the company would send me a refund or replacement I'd be happier. I understand mistakes happen. Marlboro plz make this right and keep some customers. Cigarettes aren't cheap and I've had to switch brands for time being til problem is fixed.

I have went into 2 different convenience stores - prices on alto pods and vuse vibe refills we priced within view & have been charged 3-5$ higher.When I brought the price difference to the attention of the employees- they just said well they must have changed- I can’t do anything about it- I’m just so tired of the stores charging so much more than the advertised price!!!!

I bought a packet of Marlboro double fusion just to realise that the packaging is wrong :( Before breaking the seal of the plastic wrapping i was under the impression i am having a packet of double fusion but instead the packet inside is only purple fusion. I paid R55 for something i dont smoke.

I think that there is a mistake with stock sent out. Kindly fix this.

Yes I went to the store to buy a pack of Marlboro cigarettes in the black pack with the red label shorts and come to find out they was like like $6 and some change and I came home opened my brand new pack of Marlboro blacks come to find out those seven of them was broke and you know it cost money to buy cigarettes and I like to have them all you know where I can smoke without them being broke what can we do about this

Crapping of Marlboro raising points needed for rigger speaker. Like 11,800 wasn’t enough . Now raised the product 400 points. Seriously I just lost any confidence in this company not ripping customers off

I bought a carton of methol cigarettes there was a pack that 4 was not smokable they either had holes in them or they were broke.

Consumer of Red Label/ Mediums back in the day 1 pack had 8 cigarettes that the filter was sunken, quality issue # d267z12c5 fsc 02836823 Long time user, never saw this issues before. Production assembly issue 1mm filter below paper.

So I bought 2 packs of cigarette at a local gas station and well. Both packs ended up tasting stale

I had bought 2 packs of Marboro menthol blacks 100s and 2 packs of Marlboro Red 100s and they where both stale and uou was unable to smoke them because the taste and they also was coming apart. I bought a carton of Marlboro reds this evening 7 out of the 10 packs were broken and the filters were peeling off I spent over 70$ on a carton of cigarettes to only be able to smoke less than 3 pjs of cigarettes I expect a refund I have smoked for over 20 years and never came across this before.

5/1/21. I updated new address... 5/2/21 I ordered with 6,800 points I saved up a $10 Uber gift card.. Never shows.. com sents it 3 time's to old address .. Not looking at update.. So I tell em I never got card..

I just bought five packs of Marlboro menthol 100 they where gross they would not stay lit had to keep relighting them went back to the store where I bought them from they would not give me a refund on the ones that were not open the tobacco tasted like it was old the price of cigarettes are not cheap smoked Marlboro menthol 100 all my life some one needs to make this right the neighbors would not smoke them they had to be in that store for awhile for them to taste like that I am very upset had to go to a different store to get cigarettes at least they were good

I wonder why Marlboro has no more quality control in Egypt reaching to losing brand reputation between multinationals/competitors 1- Cigarettes has extremely very poor filter that burns and keep ignition inside Ashrays every cigarette 2- No more box packing substituted with extremely poor quality cheap nylon 3- same poor cheap nylon is used in each box that can’t be opened symmetrical as per standards some times reaching to burn it to remove it to open the box So Sad there’s no worldwide quality control.

This is third carton of Marlboro I have brought in last year half that has had to throw half cigarette out of each pack out of my carton . Last time I had to complain I got refund for 3 packs ciggette even through I had to throw out half cigggett in each pack of every packet out carton .

I bought a carton of Marlboro 100s and the whole carton was so stale they where crunchy. This is not the first time this has happened. I took them back to place I puchased they won't return any cigarettes they said to get ahold of Marlboro.

Online operators are not doing there job they are basically hanging up on use just look at the picture and the time

I smoke Marlboro Blacks and for over 4 months now the ciggarttes that are in the Marlboro Blavk pack do not look or taste like a Marlboro Black but instead look like Marlboro Reds. It’s extremely frustrating considering I have called Marlboro and made my complaint and the costumer service assured me that they were not different and that they did change the way they look.

My question is, why wasn’t it announced? And why would you make them look just like another one of your blends of cigarettes? Every blend has a different look to there pack, and the cigarette itself. I feel like I’m being scammed somehow. But for what reason?

What is going on with Marlboro?

Earlier this evening I purchased a packet of Marlboro Blue beyond 20’s cigarettes. I usually buy Marlboro Red or Blue beyond cigarettes and are quite satisfied with the quality and are fond of the products. After buying the cigarettes I smoked a few, after smoking my last one of the sitting till there was about one quarter left I noticed my filter was different and the labelling was skew.

I then finished my cigarette till where the labelling starts, I then removed the ash and took pictures. I am a bit shocked because this raises my concerns that you might also make other production errors.

I tried to register with Marlboro rewards to no avail I contacted tech support the room my information then told me they couldn't help because the address I have them wasn't the one they had on file refused to give me a time line ( I have lived in a number of locations in the past 10 years ) I tried the address before this one (which was a hotel !!! IT'S A HOTEL !!!!!

I have purchased Marlboro Advance last night from 24 Seven. The quality of the product is dull and the taste is also same. It's look like that i just waste my money while making the purchase. I called the customer care of 24 Seven they said that they the product directly comes from the company itself not from any of the mediators.

I recently bought a carton of Marlboro in the white gold packs and 8 out of 10 packs had multiple stims in the cigerattes. I have been smoking this brand for years and this was my first bad experience wit your product.
