Called the resident in Beaumont and was hung up on it was the rest of the end by Marriott in Beaumont Texas the guy that answered the phone hung up on me while I was trying to explain something to him that is unacceptable then when I called back he would not answer the phone I called over 10 times in a row

Schedule a 5 day promotion in Los Cabo’s and was total I could add my Marriott week stay directly to it. Paid the $898 for the four nights/five day stay. Called the number they gave me to add the week stay.

Resort totally booked and then you couldn’t even check in the date in question if there was availability! Supervisors had know idea what they were doing!

I had an issue upon checkout, and contacted the GM of the Marriott in Asheville at Biltmore, I called to see why I was essentially charged almost 800$ for a 2 night stay, he never apologized or had any real reason why and he said I was harassing his employee by trying to describe the girl that checked us in, all I said was she is a little, fat girl, I don’t know the girls name or any other way to describe her because my husband handled all of the dealings with her, and

he hung up on me! Then when I called back to talk to someone above him, he threatened me, said he was going to call the police if I called back, then he started yelling at me about he don’t know what I want from him, I said I want you to fix this, he said don’t call back again and

Mistakes on their part with the concept of passing the buck and then not replying in the timeframe set by them. We are long time Bonvoy members that direct much traffic Marriotts way. After this latest frustration that included more than a dozen emails and three phone calls, this will no longer be the case.

My family stayed at the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe 8/31-9/2. What a beautiful location and the suite was superb. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s unfortunate that the majority of employees We encountered were not very welcoming or friendly.

We would ask employees that we encountered directions or questions. They acted as if we were bothering them. BUT, the topper was when we brought our luggage out to retrieve our car from the valet. We put the cart to the left of the entry so we would be out of the way of anyone entering or exiting.

We were told Very Rudely that we could not put the cart there and move it. We had to ask where he wanted us to move it and he was very unclear where he wanted us to move it to.

General manager, Cheri Anderson was horrible! I chose this hotel bc of a particular floor plan. I was given incorrect model of room. General manager, CHERI ANDERSON was unbelievably hateful to me. She told me that all the rooms were the same.

I insisted that she was mistaken and that I had stayed at this hotel before and the room I stayed in and had requested is DIFFERENT than the room I had been assigned. Cheri refussed to even look. I told her she must not know her hotel very well if she thinks all the rooms are the same.

My comment threw her into a fit of anger and she told me I could take the room she gave me or I could leave. I couldnt believe how blatantly disrespectful and rude she was to me in front of other employees and other customers in the lobby.

On July 30th, I checked into the New York Marriott Marquis. 00 (the entire amount due) with the stipulation that I could not get a refund nor could I make any changes to the dates that I had selected. Upon my arrival, I was told that the room that I had requested and paid more for was not available. 00 for on tickets).

I am not sure why Marriott would ask me to pre-pay for a room and then turn around and sell it again. In my book this is called stealing. When we finally got to the room, we realized that the room had just been cleaned.

I experienced an unbelievably rude treatment by a front desk staff by the name of "Nicole" at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa North/I 75 Tampa Palms on checking in on Thursday July 28th, 2022 around 6:45pm. From the moment she curtly asked me for my name to bring up my reservation it was apparent she had not had a good day and I for some reason was to bear the brunt of it.

I took her unwelcoming attitude in stride because I thought to myself people do have bad days or bad patches and it is compassionate to bear with them - I was determined to do that and I followed through accordingly and refused to take her bait. I had a reservation for JW Marriott Washington D.C. for 7/4/2022. Check in time was 4:00 and I arrived at 2:00. I was asked if I was a guest, when I said yes, I was told the hotel parking for guest was full. In a very hostile manner. “We cannot accommodate you, move your car”. Marriott Courtyard at CHicago Midway We were staying one night to fly out the next day. Our profile says handicapped room, extra pillows, etc. We also asked when we were reserving and they confirmed it was in the profile. It is late. We are tired.

The room was a bit of a walk. It had a tub. There were no extra pillows. The pillows they did have were luike cotton balls. I called the desk and said the room was not right and all they said was sorry.

I asked for extra pillows and I had to call a second time over a half hour. I was calling a 3rd time when they came. It was a disappointment. Why have a profile if they are going to ignore it.

I called the rewards line and had the misfortune of being connected to a supervisor. She mumbled her name, obviously intentionally, and was extremely rude from the onset of the call with her tone of voice. I have a Free Night Certificate that was awarded to me and is expiring June 30th.

Due to medical issues over this past year, I have only been cleared to travel as of July 2nd. I called to see if Marriott would grant me a short one month extension so I could use the reward on July 22nd.

This supervisor said that it had already been extended, beyond my knowledge, due to the pandemic, and to be honest I wouldn't have been able to use it back in September 2021 either. As a Platinum Elite member I do not ask for any concessions.

I recently stayed in your hotel on June 4 and was not impressed at all. I usually stay in the marriot in Waverly Charlotte NC and am always impressed by their service and rooms.

However the one in Steele Creek Charlotte NC was much different. From not being able to check in on time, rude front desk clerk to room not being fully cleaned. I just wanted to let you know so that maybe the issue could be addressed and fixed soon.

The Steele Creek hotel should definitely observe and take pointers from your place and facility at the Waverly hotel. Thank you.

My wife and I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Laurel Maryland on Baltimore several times in the past 1-2 years. Our reservation number is R1064028534 booked for June 5, 2022, Sat -Sun June 6... I always call two days before and request an early check in time of 11a-12p.

Filed a claim regarding a stay at Marriott Chattanooga Downtown hotel in April. Double booked by mistake online, but was charged for both rooms for a total of about $1250 for a three night stay. Am told there is nothing they can do to credit me with a $489 pre-paid room to my current bill of $735.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Stevensville, MI last Friday evening. Our reservation was made on line and we arrived around 10:30 PM and once in our room went straight to bed. The next morning we had an event to attend at 9:30 in the morning.

My wife went to take a shower and as she stood in the shower and turned on the water, she noticed there was no shower curtain. Of course, the water sprayed over most of the floor. I went to the front desk and explained our issue and requested additional towels to clean up the floor and prevent either of us from falling.

The said they could send up a shower curtain shortly, but we did not have time to wait. Both my wife and I are 73 years old, and it was dangerous to shower in these conditions, but we had no other options.

As a Marriott member i always try a book through Marriott. However i’m extremely disappointed with the Marriott Courtyard Grand Rapids Airport at 4741 28th Street SE. I have been attempting to contact someone for over a week about making a group reservation for 15 rooms June 16th to the 19th. Nobody has answered the phone and i have called over 20 times. The one time the front desk did answer i was put on hold for 13 mins and finally hung up. I tried calling back and of course no answer. This type of customer service is ridiculous. I will now start calling other hotels in the area for our large group reservation.

This was beyond my worst experience. So many issues from the day we arrived. We arrived Wednesday May 4th departure Saturday May 7th.

* Refrigerator wasn't working; front desk said it would take 20 minutes for someone to get to our room to fix it 45 minutes late no one arrived. It was never fixed.

* T.V. stopped working while watching a movie; front desk said the who Wi-Fi in the hotel went down and didn't know when it was going back up. It went back up the next day.

for business trip. Noticed no charge to business card when doing e lenses report. Called hotel. Passed buck . Customer care said give it few weeks. Asked to charge my card return my points. It was a misunderstanding at that point that could have quickly been fixed and forgotten.

No I go to use points not there. Call again. Told it sounded like i said I wanted to use points so they won’t correct error and charge card for a one night stay. I’m not asking for a free room.

I’m asking for them to charge my business card. And return the points. They say no. They don’t cate of customers come back anymore more or they would have spent time fixing the error. No matter how it originated. Mistakes happen. Misunderstandings happen.

I booked a 1 night stay at the Washington Mariott Washinton DC, capital city location from 4/3/2022 - 4/4/2022. The booking was through a 3rd party. Upon arrival to the hotel for check in, the front desk advised that they had some flooding issues, and would result in my wife and I not being able to stay at the hotel.

They indicated we would be rebooked at a sister hotel for the night.

However, since we were booked through a 3rd party, we were told that we could not be rebooked somewhere else and would need to go through our 3rd party to get rebooked. When I called priceline (our 3rd party) they indicated they could only refund us, but not rebook.

My family and I had the misfortune of staying at your hotel from 3/24/22- 3/27/22, in room number 407. The hotel was very nice and comfortable, but during our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about. First, even after calling the front desk to ask for towels we had to search down housekeeping on our floor daily for clean towels and to find out where to place dirty ones. I came in from out of town with my children and reserved and paid for 2 rooms, you all didn’t have double beds so that was fine as I loved staying here when I lived in Mi, I asked if my two rooms could be adjoined as I’m sure that all 5 of us could not sleep in the same room! My daughter is in the Air Force Reserves she has been training in California. She had too go to back too her reserve base in Ohio. We booked this hotel last minute, we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before and our experience was great but this one was definitely different.

We had our first room on the third floor and soon as I opened the door the cigarette smell was so strong, all three of us are allergic, so I go back too the front desk and was given another room. Go to this room opened the door and room smelled, not clean, bathrooom shower had hairs and a small amount of blood.

I have stayed at the Huntsville Fairfield Inn numerous times but this time I have to say I was extremely disappointed. The curtain in my room was torn and should be replaced. The trim in the elevator floor was broken and just lying there.

Not removed or corrected by the staff. I requested service to deal with a toilet issue no one came to fix the issue. It seems the place is going down quickly. The front desk staff spent more time talking about their evening rather than ensuring breakfast food was available for guest.

As a loyal MArriott member/traveler I just couldn't sit quietly and not bring this to your attention.

When I checked in, I was advised that the room will be cleaned and refreshed on a daily basis on request. This morning we left the property at 8h30 and advised Carol at the Front Desk that we would like a cleaning. On our return at 16h00 the Room had not been cleaned and Corey advised that this is due to Covid. This is "ridiculous" to say the least and apparently Housekeeping are off duty. Fairfield in Alcoa TN. Stay here almost weekly. as in hadn't even been touched my housekeeping. 2nd, put me in another room with hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, blood (I think) on the top cover that goes on the bed. Black hair on bed.

I go back to front desk and wait over 30 minutes with my luggage while other guests are helped and checked in. I am mortified and will never stay here again. Ridiculous.

After being member of Marriott since 1999 along with member of MVCI (with 5 time shares) I became a LIFETIME Titanium Elite last year with over 3 Million Rewards points in Marriott Bonvoy acct ( ******179)

Now, MVCI is forcing to sell (send back deeds of my 5 time shares, for which I had spent 75K) back to MCVI WITHOUT any compemsation. There was error in registration (of names) of those in deeds bought in or around Sept 1999 via resale froma Marriott agent (W.W.). They added my children as tenants in common instead of my directed request under 'joint survivor ownership clause. To sign the deeds back to MVCI (WITHOUT any compensation to me!) they are demanding that my children (now grown in different cities/Countries) also sign with a notary, which is logistical nightmare for me. Recently stayed at the Emery in Minneapolis, MN. We there for my daughter's wedding but were told that the "special" rate (when we checked out) was only usable before two months before that date. I didn't see any thing about that this before.

Now, when I try to use the the link from their site to access my FOLIO, I can't view it (within the browser) or even, after downloading it, viewing it as a PDF (Adobe doesn't recognize it as a PDF).

I've been a Marriott Rewards member for many years, have sponsored professional events at the Marriott, and Marriott has always been my first choice for vacation trips. I've never received the level of customer service disrespect I received at the Houston Marriott Westchase in Houston, Texas.

The manager was very confrontational, and I thought for a moment that he was going to attack me because I was inquiring about a package that was supposed to be delivered to me. Here is my Member Number #358184751. I am very disappointed That I won't be awarded any free nights after the thousands of dollars I've spent with Marriott. I started using The Fairfield's as my only hotel after experiencing the best employee's I have ever met in my life!

I was in a hospital in South Dakota and when released was too weak to drive back to my home in Texas and thus spent 5 days recovering in that hotel. Five nights!!! Then when I found I had cancer, and still do, went to the Grand Canyon Staying two nights in Tucumcari and two nights in Flagstaff. 00 for the night.

While doing membership at goa marriot, I was told by you sales executive that I will be given 2 additional dinner certificates as a special offer(total of 4 dinner certificates) On my app, it only shows as 2 certificates. My name is Lisa Brown and I would like to file a formal disability complaint on your Marriott location 28555 Northwestern Hwy Southfield,Mi. I was scheduled to check in today and upon checking in I was notified the elevator was not working and there were no rooms available on the first floor. The Springhill Suites at the Ft. Myers airport is significantly below our expected standards. The desk clerk was rude during the check-in process. We had to call out to get her out of the back office. The chaise in our room had a large "wet" spot on it.

The suspected "love" spot did not appear to have dried by morning. " We used a Marriott certificate so we did not have to pay cash for this unpleasant experience.

I have been having Business Associates staying at the Residence Inn in Mt. Juliet, TN. Residence Inn have been being paid by 2 different FedEx Manager's cards. We had the hotel switch from the one Manager to my Card which worked for about a week and suddenly today, I found out they had switched the card back to the previous manager and locked my employee out of his room. I contacted the hotel Manager and she said they locked him out because there was no Credit Card authorization signed form on file. We have been doing business with this hotel for months. No calls, etc. just locked my employee out of his room.

Could not sleep at all. Went to breakfast at 7:30 am. No coffee left just warm decaf. No fruit, no bread, no plates. No danish or muffins. 2 bagels that were grabbed by others. Nothing but cold cereal with a milk container that everyone with their germy hands already touched. No thanks.

This was my chase anniversary night. I refuse to not be able to use it in a other location that has hot water, a sleepable sofa bed and a breakfast with more than cereal with milk poured from an unsafe container touched by many.

In June of this year, I took my family (9 members) on a trip to Dallas, Tx. The Residence Inn where we stayed (in 2 suites), for 5 days & 4 nights was like none I've seen before. I ordered pizza the 1st night & we couldn't eat until we washed dishes 1st.

the sheets were dirty & hadn't been changed. I call front desk & complained to, I believe, atleast 3 different people. They offered apologies & sets of sheets for us to change our own beds. One of the reps did offer points for the stay but I paid entirely too much money for points & to not have management follow-up with absolutely none of my complaints. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!

This facility was too small, no bathtub, floor lamp didn't work, no free breakfast, no coffee maker, but there was a communist coffee shop downstairs named Starbucks. Maybe not full on Commie but, "woke". 00 price tag, there was little value.

We thought this was going to be an upgrade from Holliday Inn Express for our 59th anniversary. It was not the case.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Durham near Duke from 7/22/21 - 7/26/21. For the entirety of our stay the sink did not drain properly. We complained each morning and nothing was done. We were offered a discount but it did not happen.

While two of the three desk clerks were friendly, they did not get it fixed. The first person we dealt with was totally uninterested in our complaint and, since it was Friday early AM, I think that she could have gotten it fixed!

The day we left there was no one at all in the vicinity of the desk though I acknowledge it was early. My impression is that it is a poorly run hotel. I sent them a lengthy report via mail but have not been contacted.

Marriott Aloft in Lubbock ,TX . screwed up my reservation so badly I can hardly believe it. I made a reservation with the hotel via phone on July 23, 2021. July 25th was my birthday and my boyfriend wanted to treat me to a night there.

Since I’m a Bonvoy member and he isn’t we agreed to put the room in my name using my Bonvoy # so I could accrue more points, and he’d pay with his cc. I explained this to a very confused little girl.

I NEVER ONCE MENTIONED REDEEMING ANY POINTS! Why would I give her his cc info if that were the case??? After much confusion on her part I had to call her a second time as I got no email she was to send with a reservation #.

She told me his card didn’t go through! Two hours later! It didn’t go through because she keyed the #’s in wrong! Was anyone going to…
