I had an issue upon checkout, and contacted the GM of the Marriott in Asheville at Biltmore, I called to see why I was essentially charged almost 800$ for a 2 night stay, he never apologized or had any real reason why and he said I was harassing his employee by trying to describe the girl that checked us in, all I said was she is a little, fat girl, I don’t know the girls name or any other way to describe her because my husband handled all of the dealings with her, and
he hung up on me! Then when I called back to talk to someone above him, he threatened me, said he was going to call the police if I called back, then he started yelling at me about he don’t know what I want from him, I said I want you to fix this, he said don’t call back again and
hung up on me a second time! Very poor…
