I booked accommodation for the Sheraton villa Fiji. We arrived on 26th December 2019. and isn't. but my daughters room wasn't available until 7pm that night. She has two small children age 3 and 7. We were constantly told they were getting the room prepared but they weren't even cleaning it. This isn't good enough.

People come along way and when rooms are supposed to be ready for 3pm they should be. And we shouldn't be getting constant lies from the manager. Other people have been compensated and for not having to wait as long as us.

This is our third year staying with this company and with all the hassle it's not worth it.

I stayed at the Residence Inn in Needham, MA during my stay I experienced a water outage in the building. There is no running water, even to use the restrooms. The woman at the front desk Wodly Exume was extremely rude and in her exact words were to “deal with it” with no reasonable accommodations.

Her title on her name badge is a Front Office Manager, how do you make someone a manager with no customer service skills. I understand emergencies happen.

However, to tell a guest to “deal with it” and not offer a proper resolution is absurd and a slap in the face. I have stayed at many Residence Inn and the service here is by far the worst

On December 21, 2019 I was a patron of the Marriott's Westin Hotel in National Harbor, MD. My friends and I had breakfast at Sauciety restaurant inside the hotel at 10:30 am. We checked out of the restaurant at 12:43 pm. 00.

When I got home and checked my bank account, the waitress charged my debit card 3 times!!! I immediately called the restaurant and received a voice mail. I left a message for the manager to call me back. I never received a call.

I then called the hotel and explained my situation and was told all the managers were on the floor and couldn't leave at that time. I told the girl my situation must not be important enough for the manager to leave the floor.

Recently stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Village in Orlando. Check-in was easy and the room I booked was available. We drove to the room and brought up our luggage using a cart that was in the lobby. The room smelled like sewage.

I asked for a crib and sofa bed, and was told that wasn't a priority. The hotel brags about petal soft duvets, but they are horribly rough and over used. I attended a timeshare presentation and did a walk-through of the same room in a different building.

What a night and day different. The dishes in the cupboard were filthy. I asked for a manager, the front desk supervisor said that he'll give $50 hotel voucher. I thought that was funny and said I'd rather a hotel credit.

Last night I got a call from Masonic Home of Virginia, when I answered it said Marriott something. I stayed on line to see why @ 9:17 pm they were calling. Abby came on line and when I confronted her about the time she said she could call anytime she wanted.

Told her to let me talk to a manager. She said,,”the manager doesn’t want to to talk to your old ass” then I said, “I don’t want to talk to your black ass” and hung up. Don’t know who y’all hire for this job but you better get rid of them.

I have booked 2 rooms at Grand Hills (part of Marriott group) in Lebanon Broumana city. we were 4 people and our stay was only for 2 days. on the next day the water was out from 11:30 PM till 8:30 Am next day. We called the operator and their only answer was Sorry for the inconvenience. I asked for a refund because i wanted to go to another Hotel and they refused. we came back from a wedding at night & we couldn't take a shower or go to the toilet becaus there was no water at all. this was very disappointing. If we usually book a 5 stars hotel the least thing we expect is the service that we are paying for and this was not the case at Mariott (Grand Hills).

I hope this email reach the proper people so they know what type of service accuracy they are providing.

I am staying at the Airport Marriott at Calgary International Airport. I phoned the front desk after I checked in to ask if they had a spa and would they please connect me. After I was finished with my spa appointment I stoped in the bar to watch. Football and have some food. I was wearing slipper socks that the dumb ass Canadians mistook as socks and they told me I had to leave. I have a residence in Canada and the US. I called your complaint line and some illiterate black female started yelling at me. This is not an action that I will ever forgive. And then the stupid scaredy-cat manager finally called me back 40 minutes after the initial incident. I unplugged the phone. Correct the situation and credit me back for your employees verbally assaulting me and my aggravation.

On 2nd December Evening I ordered a coffee Paneer Chilli and a sandwich. Being a strict vegetarian I am always careful about my food but I was shocked to see a piece of meat in my Paneer. Mr. Ranjan attended me from the hotel management and promised to take care of the matter.

He offered me a free family meal and complimentary 2 nights stay in Le-meridian Gurugram on 11-12 Dec night. On 6th Dec I spoke to him regarding the stay in Gurugram and went to meet him but he was not there, we had a free dinner.

It will be really helpful if anyone can confirm with me regarding the complementary stay!

I made a reservation for the Boston Marriot Long Wharf, Sept 21-Sept 29, 2019. #99870023. I could not make it an cancelled on Sept 19,2019. When I cancelled the agent said that I cancelled in time and there was not any penalty. Later on credit card I found I was charged $626.00 for a late cancellation. I called the accounting at Long Wharf and they said they said nothing can be done. I left a message for the manager and he never got back to me. I just called the Long Wharf again and left a message for the manager. I have been a Silver member for over 20 years and I find this charge very excessive. Please reverse the charge. Sincerely

I am currently sitting in the Marriott Harborside in Portsmouth New Hampshire. I am Gold Marriot Bonvoy member. The cable is broken therefore we cannot watch any television. The Management claims Comcast has been notified however they have no knowledge if it will be repaired this evening.

Our room is very noisy and we can hear the people in the next room. The glasses are dirty in our room and Housekeeping has missed candy wrappers which are underneath the heater/AC unit in our room. I have stayed at many Marriot hotels over the years and this is the first time I have stayed at one with so many issues.

We just spoke to Ethan at the feont desk of the Marriott Hollywood beach. Although our meeting was booked incorectly for HCT and two of the rooms that were confirmed to be upgraded through email during booking were not upgraded, when I asked Ethan what we could do to get this fixed he said nothing because he couldnt change a contract.

I then asked if we printed off the email in his business center if that would help. He told me the business center is over there , pointed and said go ahead. I asked if we could just pay for the room.

He said there isnt one available even though the first front desk attendant said there was. I asked why he would send me to print off emails if they were not going to suffice to change the situation; that would be a meaningless task.

I booked a room at the Sheraton Lisle Naperville hotel for the Stuffed Cows convention for one night, Saturday, November 30, at the convention rate of $116.55 (reservation #88660881), including taxes. I called Friday, November 29, to try and extend my reservation to arrive earlier, on Friday. I was told that I could not extend my reservation to get the convention rate for Friday. So, I made a second reservation, #71226488, at the rate of $173.16, including taxes.

When I got to the Sheraton Lisle Naperville hotel on Friday, I pointed out my two separate reservations for the same room type (both Club lounge access, Guest room, 1 King, High floor) and asked if I could stay in the same room, instead of having to check out and in again. On my reservation confirmation, it stated that I would receive $250 off of my first billing if I apply for and and was approved for my Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card. I received my card and not only used it for my Stay in Grapevine, TX, but have used it several times since.

I am a Titanium Elite member (885885053). I stayed at the Maxwell hotel in New York City from November 20th through November 22nd. This hotel is by far the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. The floors in my room were dirty and never cleaned throughout my stay.

The door to the bathroom does not open fully and you cannot even stand in front of the sink. The room does not have anything but night shades. Thus a person either needs to get dressed in the dark or allow the neighbors across the street to have a full view while they are getting dressed.

Hello: I had reserved and stayed in your Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale SW/Miramar from 11/04/2019 - 11/08/2019.

On the 11/07/2019 evening, when I had come back from my meeting and was changing into my casual clothes, your housekeeping supervisor, without knocking at the door, walks in my suite and catches in a uncomfortable position, and she is there staring at me.

What kind of service are they providing? She does not have the basic manners of knocking at the door, and apologizing and step out immediately, when seeing someone in the suite.

I would like to give zero stars for my recent experience. Before I share, I want to say that I tried to resolve the issue over the phone. The first person I spoke to, I asked for a supervisor. Initially she said I cant transfer you without knowing the problem, then after explaining the whole story, she transferred me.

It was a cold transfer. Then that person hung up on me. Whatever you are paying people it is too much. On August 21 I booked a room (Res# 84702152) using a certificate, ending in 7313. On October 31, I called and asked the person I spoke to to cancel the first reservation and use the same certificate for a new reservation (92659934) of course they said no problem.

I am a Platinum Elite member who checked into the Courtyard Memphis Germantown today. While laying on the bed, I found a bed bug crawling under me. when I got up, it crawled under the fold of the bed cover. I had a difficult time finding an acceptable hotel alternative. I was able to check into an Embassy Suites, but at a much higher rate.

The desk at the Courtyard said that they test 10-15 rooms per month for bugs. Given the size of the hotel, that may not be enough testing.

This was a stressful and very disappointing experience.

My nephew got married on September 1, 2019 at the Liberty Warehouse. He blocked off rooms at the Marriott The Brooklyn Bridge, and also arranged brunch for September 2, 2019. From the beginning there were problems at the hotel. Just to make the hotel reservations took 4 phone calls to get the correct price.

Our confirmation# was 84598900 the first phone call and the second confirmation# was 32M8X57F0. I also told the front desk who made the reservations that I had a torn muscle and was wearing a boot . Check in on September 1, 2019 was not till 4:00, and i made phone calls to see if my family could have check in at 3:00 as we had to be at the Liberty Warehouse at 4:00 to take pictures.

I was told when I arrived that there were no rooms available. I was then offered a room, a handicapped room, that was filthy.

Marriott Hotel has charged my credit card 3 times since my stay over a month ago! I've provided my credit card info to reserve the room. Upon check out I've paid cash at both the Santa Cruz and Fremont facilities.

I've kept the receipt copies at both yet they keep charging my credit card for both stays as well as Oct 23rd? Why would they do that? i stayed at your Redwood City Courtyard Oct. 24 to Oct. 26. I had an appt. at Stanford Medical. My brother, Gerald Kalish booked two rooms, one for me (his sister) and the other for his wife who accompanied me.

When he made the reservation he asked for one handicapped room for me and an additional room for his wife, Lynne Kalish. He was NOT told that the handicapped was very far from the lobby. If he had been told this, he would have booked a nonhandicapped room for me close to the lobby because I have trouble walking.

Instead, for the two days we received no assistance to help get me back and forth to my room. His wife (my sister-in-law) who is not in the best of help struggled with a wheelchair to get me up and down.

I called Marriott on Thursday 10/17/19 through Saturday 10/20/19 to cancel my reservation due to childcare. My reservation number was 59751 and the last 4 of my credit card that was used is 6507. I was informed over the phone and in-person that I would be charged for the first night. I was charged $199 for one night and the rest of the reservation was cancelled. In the hotel room, it is displayed the legal standard rate that could be charged is no more than $149 per night. As you are aware, the key to business longevity in any area is customer service. I'm disappointed in the customer service and insensitivity to my circumstance. Please review this and inform if adjustments can be made.

Hi I booked a room on the 21st of October for my son at the Marriott hotel at Glasgow airport for the 30th of October however my son is flying from Edinburgh airport, I contacted hotel to see if they could transfer this booking to Edinburgh, I was told this couldn't be done as there isn't the company hotel at Edinburgh airport,I asked if it could be transferred to another hotel in Edinburgh and was told no, I appreciate that I made the error however I feel that as a good gesture this could be done.

When we got to hotel after hours of travel we were told pool is under construction. Rosario the manager was quite rude and not helpful. offered to book us in crappy Sheraton or sister Marriot in ft Lauderdale. We had stayed there many times and hated the pool.

That is why we booked the westin ft Lauderdale. Should have been told of pool situate=ion upon booking. Before we could process options we were brought to room and were stuck without pool and poor options. Rosario offered 75 dinner allowance which was my suggestion .

When we checked out it was for 50, Girl at desk was nice enough to up to 75. All in all we should have been told sooner and solution should have been greater amount. A copy of this is going to CEO.

Stayed @ Hoover, AL from 9/26/19 - 9/28/19. Tried to contact general mgr. 3 times no reply as of yet. Room far away & door exit close to us was broke. Desk clerk stated we could move to another room, already settled, so we did not move.

Bathroom had an odor like shit, toliet was leaking which they checked but started leaking again. 1st night the room next door, we could hear them do their thing. The next night, could not sit outside due to huge light shining, people were celebrating out loud for many hours.

Never stayed @ Marriot thought might be good for an anniversary getaway but was very disappointed with this experience. I will never stay @ Marriot for this reason. Will tell people about our stay. 00 per night off our bill but I don't think it was good enough.

We checked into the Weston in Kyoto Japan. I am a Bonvoy member. Breakfast was not included, which I just assumed it was since we just spent a wonderful stay in Weston Tokyo, plus no executive room with access to executive lounge was available.

Concierge service was less than helpful and the hotel is under construction which was not communicated to me before booking.

Also there is no place to have a continental breakfast in the hotel. Since we had an early morning appointment they only had buffet. All in all it was disappointing after having such a wonderful stay in Tokyo. Herbert Lerner

We stayed at the Towneplace Suites in Fort Worth Texas August 22-24 2019. We were there for a family wedding and had traveled from Kansas City. From the first phone call asking for a ride from the train station it was not a good experience.

The shuttle was not available to pick us up (even though we were within a mile because it had stopped for the day. I think he said it ran until 4 and it was 4:30. When we arrived (we walked with our luggage), it looked like there were plenty of people there that one person could have hopped in the van and picked us up.

The subject of my complaint is the Four Points Sheraton in West Lafayette, IN. We were holding a fraternity reunion and had used this property before.Since it was my choice and the conditions so bad I am particularly upset.

I am a long term Marriott Rewards participant and travel extensively both US and international. The rooms of this property were the worst I have ever stayed in and I am in my 70's! I work for the Homeland Security (FEMA). On the evening of 10/04/2019, the National Travel that books reservations for Government Employees on deployment booked reservations for me to stay at the Marriott Hotel located at 18700 John F. , Houston, Texas 77032.

Around 3:00 pm on 10/05/2019 when it became clear to me that my deployment in response to the flooding in Houston will not proceed as planned, I called the Hotel to cancel my reservation. I spoke two employees (Kelly & Tommy) they refused to give me their last names.

This is my second time writing to complain about service at Sheraton,Sable Oaks,Portland, Maine on September 30 2019 You did not respond I’d appreciate a response from you this time. I’m a frequent user of Marriott a platinum Elite 783400766 When I checked in the best rate they could offer was$303 for two Queen beds ( There were very few rooms available in Portland I was informed ) I asked about my membership and

CAA but they refused to acknowledge them. This is totally unacceptable if this is how you treat your guests. I feel I was ripped off I know a suite is normally is $150 . Please respond

Dear customer service representative,

I have been staying at the Marriot Courtyard hotel In Prague International Airport since June 1, 2019 as part of Swiftair crew member flying for Smart wings, and I just would like to let you know, that the entire staff have been great, making me feel home all this time. Best experiences ever. Kudos to your manager for having such a great team.

One recommendation though, the new uniform implemented for the front desk clerks, is not great, make them look really old, or ready to go to funeral. Someone should look into.

The room smelled moldy, the furniture was dirty and there were not any sheets, towels or toilet paper. We were staying out of state for a wedding in the area. When we returned and folded out the hide-a-bed, it was covered in blood!!!!

The worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I will never return and will continue to tell others and share the pictures from our disgusting experience. Please, for your own good, do not book a room here!

Good Morning,

I stayed in one of your locations, Springhill Suites Newark Liberty Airport, from September 20 - 22 of this year. On the evening of September 21, 2019, at approximately 7PM (I apologize for not having the exact time), my girlfriend and I left the hotel. As we approached our vehicle, I realized I left something in our room. We went to the back door, where we had accessed the hotel previously, to enter but my key card did not work. I have been staying here for a total of two months I am here on business. Every week since I have been here I have had to ask for clean towels, my sheets to be changed because they were just making the bed and my trash to be taken out.

Paul who is a front desk worker at 2880 Center Port Circle in pompano Florida was very rude when I asked To get sheets and towels when I told him I was dissatisfied with the way he was treating me he told me then report me I’d be more than happy for you to fucking report me. this place is disgusting.

I am currently in Chicago staying at the Marriott on the Magnificent Mile on Michigan Avenue. My reservation was made by my University at least 4 months ago.

However, when I arrived on 9/27/29, the Marriott computer system was down, and I waited 2 1/2 hours for my room. The staff were taking hand copies with confidential credit card info. They had no backup system, and the front desk was rude.

I was not offered any compensation, not even offered a glass of water or food. In this age of computer savyness, why wouldn't a large change like the Marriott be prepared for a computer problem such as this? What backup plans can you institue, and more importantly, how will you treat your customers in times like this.

I am a Marriott Rewards member, but the attitudes I experienced were atrocious.…

My family was kicked out of hotel (escorted by police) in the late evening hours 9/17/19 because of complaint we had was not handled properly by staff and we questioned the handling of matter. Will be contacting corporate headquarters in future for explanation. Plus many other issues mishandled during stay.
