I am disgusted by the racist and demeaning behavior that was shown towards my family. I am a Gold member who was working towards Platinum, but after this experience I am not confident on giving another dollar to your company.
00 balance that they did not charge when I checked in. She said ok. A few hours later my husband calls and says a woman came banging on the door, he was in the shower so he jumped out because my children were in the room and was scared from the banging.

The assistant general was very condensing, very rude. His name is Chris Livoti. There was an issue with balloons and I took the balloons back to the car. My husband and Chris conversed while I took my four small children to the restroom.
I came back and suddenly was refused a room. I do not know if it was bc we are Americans of darker skin or what. It was so embarrassing. He refused to call anyone else for help but the police.
I am standing there with my kids who are very young (5 months, 2, 4, and 5) and the only help I could get was from the police! It seems so unfair, unkind, and heartless to do this to a customer.

When we arrived at the Jacksonville Beach, Florida Marriott, the base of the television was extremely dusty. We also had to wipe down the balcony furniture, as it was covered in pollen and/or dust.
Although the balcony door clearly states NO SMOKING, we could not even enjoy sitting out in the evening, or the next morning, because the rooms on both sides of us had people smoking marijuana.
The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Simply brushing my teeth was a task.
I could have chosen any other hotel to stay at, but I chose Marriott because you're supposed to be one of the better ones. However, I must say, for the nightly rate that we were charged, along with everything that occurred during our stay, I think on my next visit, I'll try the Hilton.
with the exception of Ashley in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada and Dorothy somewhere in the US, who were exemplary / wonderful. I have next to zero internet ability and yet that is how you seem to want to conduct business.
I was attempting to pay the hotel charges for my daughter and her family on an upcoming stay at a Marriott in the Cayman Islands as a surprise treat. and then the horror show began. You cannot seemingly comprehend the fact that the words " speak to a customer service representaitive in the US" have meaning.

I had to book Marriott Moxy hotel in Vienna for an IBM Conference. I was provided a link with set dates and I made a mistake in the dates. I immediately went back in and tried to modify the dates and I thought that worked out. But later looking at the confirmation I realized the changes did not complete. I asked Marriott Moxy to change the dates because I wasn't coming on Saturday (and I believe the web site forced this starting date and didn't approve when I put in later date) and I erroneously put in wrong end date. NOw the result is that I have to pay 3 x 125 euros with my personal money to cover for that. I find that unreasonable and I never expected that a hotel reservations could not be changed. I work for TSA at the Huntsville Airport hotel. When the hotel was owned by Sheraton I was able to use the fitness center to help control my Diabetes. I would ride the bike or walk on the treadmill to help get my blood sugar down.

Marriott Travel people misled me about the Cruise situation with MSC. My Travel Agent Mr. Jameson Behrens (800-596-0452 x77402) did not explain to me, up front, that I would not be getting my e-ticket and stateroom number until I actually got to the Port.

On December 28, 2019 we stayed in the Residence Inn, London Bridge. Our experience with the Marriot (USA, Caribean) was always good. Unfortunately, the Residence Inn has destroyed this good experience.
There were shortcomings in both rooms: There were not enough towels, no nespresso coffee cups, no cleaning. To our surprise, we found a pizza in the oven (see pict). We do not know how long it has been there. The bathrooms were downright dirty (see picts). In my son’s room the sliding door was broken. (see pict). Very poor customer service. Elevator broken throughout stay. Shower was either scalding hot or very cold with no in between. Engineering said they would be here in the morning and no one ever showed up. Tried to extend our stay with a change of rooms and they tried to double our rate.
After having to deal with no elevator and scalding showers and empty promises from engineering, we asked for a better rate and were offered a miserable ten dollars off. Having to pack up and leave for another hotel across the street.
Taking to front desk was like trying to talk to a wall. Blatant refusal to try and be helpful much less sympathetic to our complaints. Will not join this place again and given a choice in the future, would err on the side of caution and go with a different hotel.
On Dec 22nd 2019 I booked room at SPRINGHILL SUITES in Fresno CA. 6844 N Fresno street. 93710. I was glad they had a room as my stay was unplanned. Things went downhill from there, I didn't have my rewards card #496 983 701 with me.

Another adult who is staying in our room was not allowed to get a room key reactivated. This is a chronic problem in this hotel, having the key to be reactivated, and my roommate went to the desk to have it reactivated.
The supervisor said his name was not on my account. I never received a phone call from the hotel to verify this gentleman, yet once he got upset the security got involved. The security escorted him to the room to remove his items.

I booked accommodation for the Sheraton villa Fiji. We arrived on 26th December 2019. and isn't. but my daughters room wasn't available until 7pm that night. She has two small children age 3 and 7. We were constantly told they were getting the room prepared but they weren't even cleaning it. This isn't good enough.
People come along way and when rooms are supposed to be ready for 3pm they should be. And we shouldn't be getting constant lies from the manager. Other people have been compensated and for not having to wait as long as us.

I stayed at the Residence Inn in Needham, MA during my stay I experienced a water outage in the building. There is no running water, even to use the restrooms. The woman at the front desk Wodly Exume was extremely rude and in her exact words were to “deal with it” with no reasonable accommodations.

Recently stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Village in Orlando. Check-in was easy and the room I booked was available. We drove to the room and brought up our luggage using a cart that was in the lobby. The room smelled like sewage.

I have booked 2 rooms at Grand Hills (part of Marriott group) in Lebanon Broumana city. we were 4 people and our stay was only for 2 days. on the next day the water was out from 11:30 PM till 8:30 Am next day. We called the operator and their only answer was Sorry for the inconvenience. I asked for a refund because i wanted to go to another Hotel and they refused. we came back from a wedding at night & we couldn't take a shower or go to the toilet becaus there was no water at all. this was very disappointing. If we usually book a 5 stars hotel the least thing we expect is the service that we are paying for and this was not the case at Mariott (Grand Hills).
I hope this email reach the proper people so they know what type of service accuracy they are providing.
I am staying at the Airport Marriott at Calgary International Airport. I phoned the front desk after I checked in to ask if they had a spa and would they please connect me. After I was finished with my spa appointment I stoped in the bar to watch. Football and have some food. I was wearing slipper socks that the dumb ass Canadians mistook as socks and they told me I had to leave. I have a residence in Canada and the US. On 2nd December Evening I ordered a coffee Paneer Chilli and a sandwich. Being a strict vegetarian I am always careful about my food but I was shocked to see a piece of meat in my Paneer. Mr. Ranjan attended me from the hotel management and promised to take care of the matter.
He offered me a free family meal and complimentary 2 nights stay in Le-meridian Gurugram on 11-12 Dec night. On 6th Dec I spoke to him regarding the stay in Gurugram and went to meet him but he was not there, we had a free dinner.

I made a reservation for the Boston Marriot Long Wharf, Sept 21-Sept 29, 2019. #99870023. I could not make it an cancelled on Sept 19,2019. When I cancelled the agent said that I cancelled in time and there was not any penalty. Later on credit card I found I was charged $626.00 for a late cancellation. I called the accounting at Long Wharf and they said they said nothing can be done. I left a message for the manager and he never got back to me. I am currently sitting in the Marriott Harborside in Portsmouth New Hampshire. I am Gold Marriot Bonvoy member. The cable is broken therefore we cannot watch any television. The Management claims Comcast has been notified however they have no knowledge if it will be repaired this evening.
Our room is very noisy and we can hear the people in the next room. The glasses are dirty in our room and Housekeeping has missed candy wrappers which are underneath the heater/AC unit in our room. I have stayed at many Marriot hotels over the years and this is the first time I have stayed at one with so many issues.

Although our meeting was booked incorectly for HCT and two of the rooms that were confirmed to be upgraded through email during booking were not upgraded, when I asked Ethan what we could do to get this fixed he said nothing because he couldnt change a contract.
I then asked if we printed off the email in his business center if that would help. He told me the business center is over there , pointed and said go ahead. I asked if we could just pay for the room.

I booked a room at the Sheraton Lisle Naperville hotel for the Stuffed Cows convention for one night, Saturday, November 30, at the convention rate of $116.55 (reservation #88660881), including taxes. I called Friday, November 29, to try and extend my reservation to arrive earlier, on Friday. I was told that I could not extend my reservation to get the convention rate for Friday. So, I made a second reservation, #71226488, at the rate of $173.16, including taxes.

I am a Titanium Elite member (885885053). I stayed at the Maxwell hotel in New York City from November 20th through November 22nd. This hotel is by far the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. The floors in my room were dirty and never cleaned throughout my stay.
The door to the bathroom does not open fully and you cannot even stand in front of the sink. The room does not have anything but night shades. Thus a person either needs to get dressed in the dark or allow the neighbors across the street to have a full view while they are getting dressed.

Premier Marriot property in downtown Tacoma - Marriot Courtyard. The front desk personnel are incompetent. We are here for a big event and they are unprepared for the attendees.
At this point they are just placing people all over the hotel.
We were told over three hours ago that it would be just an hour or so, still waiting... 3.5 hours later.
so when i checked out my receipts stated the charge of 321 was being refunded and i have them, 3 days later my bank account was charged and over drafted bc either the receipt was wrong or something but it was also confirmed by the person who cashed me out and printed the receipts that i wasnt being charged. so i want the money reversed and put back in my account like i was told it was staying since i lost money in pay checks over this
we booked a room at the Sheraton in the Chicago westchester / Oak brook hotel Saturday 11/ 16 /2019, we arrived in the early afternoon and were assigned room 224, we then went to dinner ,we returned to the hotel later that day and everything fine, the problem started that evening, a bunch of high school kids were out in the hall way screaming and
slamming doors with loud music, we put up with this for about a while,then I called the desk and complained, the person told me she would come up and quiet things down, there wasn't any noise for a while then it started up again this time much louder, I called the desk once again and a gentleman answered the phone, I told him there at it again only louder, he assured me they would stop but
it took forever for these kids to settle down, by now…
Booked two beds and came and they only have one bed. And I have 3 kids. Respetionist was eating soup when I checked in And had a cup of soup next to the computer, did not great me or say thanku for being a rewards member.
Called customer service to file a complaint and they were less than helpful. How do I fit 3 kids and 1 adult in 1 bed? Bathroom was dirty, and had hair on the floor. This is not any
Hello: I had reserved and stayed in your Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale SW/Miramar from 11/04/2019 - 11/08/2019.
On the 11/07/2019 evening, when I had come back from my meeting and was changing into my casual clothes, your housekeeping supervisor, without knocking at the door, walks in my suite and catches in a uncomfortable position, and she is there staring at me.
What kind of service are they providing? She does not have the basic manners of knocking at the door, and apologizing and step out immediately, when seeing someone in the suite.
How are you going to compensate me for this?
