My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 of our young granddaughters stayed in Aloft in Dublin-Pleasanton California on Wednesday October 23, 2019 till Monday October 28th, 2019. We stayed in rooms 110 and 115. It was the worse hotel we every stayed in.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Our older daughter and her family live in Dublin and we have been staying in hotels there about 40 or 50 times in the last 18 years. I will start with the first night we stayed there on Oct. 23rd.

Our room was on the first floor next to the lobby. A dog kept barking across the hall from us. Kids were running in the hall at about 10:30 -11 pm. I heard every single person who walked through the doors from the lobby.

I stayed at a Marriott in Arden NC what a crap of a hotel. I had a suite no robe no slippers. No movie channels The bistro did not have pineapple are grapefruit plus bartender had to look up drinks in book.

This is the worse of the worse Marriotts It cost as much as the ones that have everything. So sad to be ripped off by the Marriott Nancy Tuttle

Double charged. I inadvertently booked twice for the same night through my corporate travel agency. I immediately cancelled the inadvertent reservation. Because this was done within 48 hours of my stay I was charged for the stay. Instead of looking at the reservation and seeing that I had a reservation for the same night and inadvertently booked a second reservation and immediately cancelled it they are charging me for the inadvertent reservation even though it was cancelled within minutes.

I will no longer be staying at Marriott properties and will cancel my Bonvoy credit card. Terrible customer service from hotel and corporate. I hope they can access the call for training purposes.

We recently used a voucher for book a one night stay at The Sheraton on the Falls in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We specifically booked this hotel so that we could use the water park for our youngest sons Birthday celebration.

Saturday we left our home in the Morning. We crossed the border to Buffalo, NY and spent the day walking around, with our children. We decided we were done for the day and wanted to head to our hotel to relax, maybe order in some dinner and get our kids to bed.

We reached the hotel at 4:45, figuring that was more then enough time for our room to be ready. We were partially checked in and told our room wasn’t ready. The front desk informed us they would call us when the room became available.

So off we went again.. kids in tow. Two hours later, we went back to the hotel…

Had a group function that started at 5P in one of the ballrooms at Greentree Doubletree Pgh. Pa worst experience. We had a group of 40. 20 rooms. Never got rooms to after 8:30pm. Ppl were getting dressed in the bathrooms.

But yet we had to pay full price. It was a major inconvenience for us all. Horrible service.

I would like to give zero stars for my recent experience. Before I share, I want to say that I tried to resolve the issue over the phone. The first person I spoke to, I asked for a supervisor. Initially she said I cant transfer you without knowing the problem, then after explaining the whole story, she transferred me.

It was a cold transfer. Then that person hung up on me. Whatever you are paying people it is too much. On August 21 I booked a room (Res# 84702152) using a certificate, ending in 7313. On October 31, I called and asked the person I spoke to to cancel the first reservation and use the same certificate for a new reservation (92659934) of course they said no problem.

The stay happened last night, and 17,500 points came out of my account, the certificate was not used. Now I…

I am a Platinum Elite member who checked into the Courtyard Memphis Germantown today. While laying on the bed, I found a bed bug crawling under me. when I got up, it crawled under the fold of the bed cover. I had a difficult time finding an acceptable hotel alternative. I was able to check into an Embassy Suites, but at a much higher rate.

The desk at the Courtyard said that they test 10-15 rooms per month for bugs. Given the size of the hotel, that may not be enough testing.

This was a stressful and very disappointing experience.

My nephew got married on September 1, 2019 at the Liberty Warehouse. He blocked off rooms at the Marriott The Brooklyn Bridge, and also arranged brunch for September 2, 2019. From the beginning there were problems at the hotel. Just to make the hotel reservations took 4 phone calls to get the correct price.

Our confirmation# was 84598900 the first phone call and the second confirmation# was 32M8X57F0. I also told the front desk who made the reservations that I had a torn muscle and was wearing a boot . Check in on September 1, 2019 was not till 4:00, and i made phone calls to see if my family could have check in at 3:00 as we had to be at the Liberty Warehouse at 4:00 to take pictures.

I was told when I arrived that there were no rooms available. I was then offered a room, a handicapped room, that was filthy.

Towels on the floor in the bathroom, bed already used or slept in by another customer(s). I was then told that housekeeping could provide me with with clean sheets & towels, if I would accept that room. I chose not too.

Marriott Hotel has charged my credit card 3 times since my stay over a month ago! I've provided my credit card info to reserve the room. Upon check out I've paid cash at both the Santa Cruz and Fremont facilities.

I've kept the receipt copies at both yet they keep charging my credit card for both stays as well as Oct 23rd? Why would they do that? i stayed at your Redwood City Courtyard Oct. 24 to Oct. 26. I had an appt. at Stanford Medical. My brother, Gerald Kalish booked two rooms, one for me (his sister) and the other for his wife who accompanied me.

When he made the reservation he asked for one handicapped room for me and an additional room for his wife, Lynne Kalish. He was NOT told that the handicapped was very far from the lobby. If he had been told this, he would have booked a nonhandicapped room for me close to the lobby because I have trouble walking.

Instead, for the two days we received no assistance to help get me back and forth to my room. His wife (my sister-in-law) who is not in the best of help struggled with a wheelchair to get me up and down.

I called Marriott on Thursday 10/17/19 through Saturday 10/20/19 to cancel my reservation due to childcare. My reservation number was 59751 and the last 4 of my credit card that was used is 6507. I was informed over the phone and in-person that I would be charged for the first night. I was charged $199 for one night and the rest of the reservation was cancelled. In the hotel room, it is displayed the legal standard rate that could be charged is no more than $149 per night. As you are aware, the key to business longevity in any area is customer service. I'm disappointed in the customer service and insensitivity to my circumstance. Please review this and inform if adjustments can be made.

Hi I booked a room on the 21st of October for my son at the Marriott hotel at Glasgow airport for the 30th of October however my son is flying from Edinburgh airport, I contacted hotel to see if they could transfer this booking to Edinburgh, I was told this couldn't be done as there isn't the company hotel at Edinburgh airport,I asked if it could be transferred to another hotel in Edinburgh and was told no, I appreciate that I made the error however I feel that as a good gesture this could be done.

When we got to hotel after hours of travel we were told pool is under construction. Rosario the manager was quite rude and not helpful. offered to book us in crappy Sheraton or sister Marriot in ft Lauderdale. We had stayed there many times and hated the pool.

That is why we booked the westin ft Lauderdale. Should have been told of pool situate=ion upon booking. Before we could process options we were brought to room and were stuck without pool and poor options. Rosario offered 75 dinner allowance which was my suggestion .

When we checked out it was for 50, Girl at desk was nice enough to up to 75. All in all we should have been told sooner and solution should have been greater amount. A copy of this is going to CEO.

Stayed @ Hoover, AL from 9/26/19 - 9/28/19. Tried to contact general mgr. 3 times no reply as of yet. Room far away & door exit close to us was broke. Desk clerk stated we could move to another room, already settled, so we did not move.

Bathroom had an odor like shit, toliet was leaking which they checked but started leaking again. 1st night the room next door, we could hear them do their thing. The next night, could not sit outside due to huge light shining, people were celebrating out loud for many hours.

Never stayed @ Marriot thought might be good for an anniversary getaway but was very disappointed with this experience. I will never stay @ Marriot for this reason. Will tell people about our stay. 00 per night off our bill but I don't think it was good enough.

We checked into the Weston in Kyoto Japan. I am a Bonvoy member. Breakfast was not included, which I just assumed it was since we just spent a wonderful stay in Weston Tokyo, plus no executive room with access to executive lounge was available.

Concierge service was less than helpful and the hotel is under construction which was not communicated to me before booking.

Also there is no place to have a continental breakfast in the hotel. Since we had an early morning appointment they only had buffet. All in all it was disappointing after having such a wonderful stay in Tokyo. Herbert Lerner

We stayed at the Towneplace Suites in Fort Worth Texas August 22-24 2019. We were there for a family wedding and had traveled from Kansas City. From the first phone call asking for a ride from the train station it was not a good experience.

The shuttle was not available to pick us up (even though we were within a mile because it had stopped for the day. I think he said it ran until 4 and it was 4:30. When we arrived (we walked with our luggage), it looked like there were plenty of people there that one person could have hopped in the van and picked us up.

The subject of my complaint is the Four Points Sheraton in West Lafayette, IN. We were holding a fraternity reunion and had used this property before.Since it was my choice and the conditions so bad I am particularly upset.

I am a long term Marriott Rewards participant and travel extensively both US and international. The rooms of this property were the worst I have ever stayed in and I am in my 70's! This property should not have a Marriott or Sheraton name associated with it. You are destroying your good name. I work for the Homeland Security (FEMA). On the evening of 10/04/2019, the National Travel that books reservations for Government Employees on deployment booked reservations for me to stay at the Marriott Hotel located at 18700 John F. , Houston, Texas 77032.

Around 3:00 pm on 10/05/2019 when it became clear to me that my deployment in response to the flooding in Houston will not proceed as planned, I called the Hotel to cancel my reservation. I spoke two employees (Kelly & Tommy) they refused to give me their last names.

I have been staying at the Marriot Courtyard hotel In Prague International Airport since June 1, 2019 as part of Swiftair crew member flying for Smart wings, and I just would like to let you know, that the entire staff have been great, making me feel home all this time. Best experiences ever. Kudos to your manager for having such a great team.

One recommendation though, the new uniform implemented for the front desk clerks, is not great, make them look really old, or ready to go to funeral. Someone should look into.

The room smelled moldy, the furniture was dirty and there were not any sheets, towels or toilet paper. We were staying out of state for a wedding in the area. When we returned and folded out the hide-a-bed, it was covered in blood!!!!

The worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I will never return and will continue to tell others and share the pictures from our disgusting experience. Please, for your own good, do not book a room here!

I am currently in Chicago staying at the Marriott on the Magnificent Mile on Michigan Avenue. My reservation was made by my University at least 4 months ago.

However, when I arrived on 9/27/29, the Marriott computer system was down, and I waited 2 1/2 hours for my room. The staff were taking hand copies with confidential credit card info. They had no backup system, and the front desk was rude.

I was not offered any compensation, not even offered a glass of water or food. In this age of computer savyness, why wouldn't a large change like the Marriott be prepared for a computer problem such as this? What backup plans can you institue, and more importantly, how will you treat your customers in times like this.

I was a recent guest at the Niagara Fallsview Marriott. As I was traveling with my family and had a short time, I booked the loft room for accommodations along with an additional room for the remaining 3 in my party.

The layout of the room along with the view from the window was spectacular and just what I was expecting.

iIt was an unexpected stay and I booked on Hotel Tonight booking sight. I chose Marriot because I’ve always had a great experience.

However this was not the case this past weekend. I checked in later in the night, asked for two bedrooms but hotel Was booked and I got the last room. I was told there was a pull out couch that we could use which was not an issue.

I got to my room and looked for linens for the couch to no avail. I called the front desk who said “we keep them at the front desk” I asked if someone could bring me some since I was just there and we had a whole conversation about it.

Their cancellation policy is horrible. I do understand they must have policies in place however I had a family emergency and had to cancel a 3 day reservation. I did so within 24 hours but that was not good enough they still charged me for a nights stay.

On July 21st I checked into the Marriott Courtyard at Madison WI. I could not wash my face because there was hair in the sink. The room was booked by my son Kavien Martin for me because I had been driving 10 hours and was exhausted.

He said he stay there when ever he was in Madison on business. He had points enough for the room. I would not say i am a germ a phobic but, I felt like it was just nasty. I of course went down and told the clerk and he said he would let housekeeping know, which I don't think he did.

I recently returned from an interview in Baltimore, MD and i stayed at the Courtyard Marriott near the BWI airport. From the minute i got to the hotel the concierge both Frank, and a young lady were rude, not helpful, and were simply unpleasant.

It was my first time in Baltimore i had no idea where anything was, and not having a helpful staff made my experience that much more unpleasant. The lady that handles the dinners at the hotel was rude all around, and also the shuttle driver would complain when he would have to take me to my job interview.

I am still in disbelief with how poor the service was, i never wanted to leave my room because i felt so uncomfortable.

Myself and my husband booked a double room for last Saturday. Apart from the fact that the hotel is in the middle of a construction site, out room was of such a poor standard that I certainly felt I could not spend a night in it.

We were given a room with two double beds, both of which had a huge dip in the middle and definitely need replacement. The room itself was very old fashioned and in desperate need of updating. The TV did not work at all and to top it off it just was not clean.

It all felt like a cheap motel and not a 4 star hotel. I would like to express my experience at the Villahermosa Courtyard Marriott. It started from my arrival. The attendant at the door took my luggage from the cab and handed it to me instead of bringing it to the lobby so I could get registered.

Now, I am more than capable of carrying my own bags but there is a certain expectation at Courtyard Marriott hotels and that is attention to service. I asked for help printing my boarding passes for my flight the next morning.

The lady at the front desk named Carina, seemed annoyed at my request. She did try to help me for the entire 10 seconds she gave me but did not help me print my boarding passes, instead, telling me I could do it myself at the lobby computer; she was apparently busy doing something, I would guess, more important.

My stay at LeMeridian Philadelphia was a nightmare. I was locked out of my room twice. 34 before checkout. My room was assigned to another guest during my stay. My bed was not made correctly. The bathroom door was off the track and I was told that they ran out of washcloths and was unable to get a clean washcloth until that evening.

The food on the breakfast buffet was lukewarm and the eggs were cold. Definitely not worth $19.

During my stay from July 3rd to July7, 2019 I was overcharged twice. On my second day there my room was assigned to another guest who attempted to enter my room with a room key. Twice I was locked out of my room by the front desk staff.

Once when they disabled the other guest and another time when they thought I had not paid. 34 from my bank account for a $600 stay. com and the next day I should have been charged for the additional 3 nights that I booked under a group rate at LeMeridian.

I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard this past June 20th thru the 22nd... i flew to Brownsville due to an emergency to see my mothers death.... The room i stayed in did not have any control of the air conditioning one way or the other it was either too hot or too cold with no control working to set it at one non changing setting. THE WORST PART OF THE STAY IS WAKING UP TO ROACHES ON THE WALLS AND FLOORS WHEN YOU TURNED ON THE LIGHTS THEY JUST SCRAMBLED EVERYWHERE.

WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT DESK THEY SAID THEY WERE SORRY BUT THAT THE PEST CONTROL PEOPLE WE JUST OUT THERE AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS OK.

I USED MY MARRIOTT POINTS 25,000 OF THEM TO COVER THIS ROOM AND WANT THESE POINTS BACK IN MY ACCOUNT PLEASE.

I again spent the night at Tinton falls NJ Courtyard this past June. Was not able to sleep 5 minutes the entire night as they had a wedding parting banging doors and walls every 10 minutes until 5:30 AM in the morning.

I made 5 calls the front desk to get someone up there to check it out. They never came up to check it out Finally about 4 AM I went out into the hall to see what else was going on and on the other side of me.

They had hookers in the hotel room on the other side of me. Can you believe a Marriott would condone Prostitution that kind of behavior in one of their hotels. NOone ever came up to help or check the situation out.

I just contacted the customer service department so that I could submit a tax exempt form. The lady on the other line was first off very hard to understand. Her name was Sheryl Severo from who knows where. The reservation was made under my name and my co workers.

It took her forever to find the folio.

First she was trying to look things up under my personal account then the bigger mess was to verify who I was. All I have in front of me was the hotel invoice and nothing on that could help her find our reservations.

No the folio, guest number or dates, room numbers. The online wait was at least 30 minutes. and for goodness sake quit repeating everything I say. Needless to say I was very frustrated when I got off the phone.

Hello, My complaint is in regards to a stay at the Woburn, MA location on June 19th, 2019. I booked this stay through Priceline and have already went through their customer service which consisted of them calling the hotel speaking to the manager and then denying a refund.

The reasoning I was given was "we checked in late" and we were moved from one room to another (Yes, we were moved from the 1st room because it was a closed up musky smelling handicapped room only to find ourselves given another more disgusting handicapped room with urine soaked sheets that smelled 10 times as bad as the first room. Neither Priceline nor the Manager at the Marriot owned hotel seems to have heard of the phrase customer service.

DFW Marriott South checked in 6/28. Clearly stated to the front desk clerk we wanted to pay cash for the room, to only put the incidentals on the credit card. She swiped my card and it charged the room and incidentals.

The manager came out and was annoyed with the clerk while she was clearly trying to learn what she was supposed to do. The manager was annoyed with me too because I was telling him what an inconvenience this was.

He said that I had to call my bank and there was NOTHING he could do. My husband asked if the had free breakfast and he, still annoyed, responded no, to which my husband said with this inconvenience maybe you could throw in 2 free breakfasts.

The power was out and no one informed us when we walked into the hotel. We have a king w/ sofa bed. No bedding or pillows…

I had made reservations for June 27 and June 28, 2019 and had an unexpected family emergency and was unable to keep them. I called around 3:30 am on June 27th to cancel the reservations only to find out the they were non-refundable and was told by the reservations department to call the property and
