Y. And shop sometimes in the Marshall’s in Nanuet. I have complained about this store once before but it only seems to be going on deaf ears and getting worst. I spoke to a supervisor at this store and she made excuses why the store was such a disaster.

Do you ever plan on cleaning up this store. I usually shop in your Emerson NJ store which is a pleasure to shop in. There are signs where there shouldn’t be and sizes messed up. I wish someone could clean up this store.

The TJ Maxx in Nanuet is also very organized and great to shop in.

Your store in Port Chester, NY HAS to do a better job staffing. I work down the street from the store and for the past 2 weeks have gone in 4 times to attempt buy a few things. ALL 4 times (hands full) I had to walk out empty handed due to your staffing. 2 cashiers, mid you it's 1:30pm when the store should be staffed properly. At least 15/18 people in line at all times with nothing but price checks needing to happen.

What is the problem? I have to wait until a Saturday to drive to your store in Norwalk, CT.

I bought an under armor hoodie for a Christmas present for my son, the size I bought was a size too small. I returned to the store to see if I could find another hoodie a size bigger, unfortunately there was not one so I tried to return the hoodie for one in his size and

I was told without a receipt I could not return it, so basically I was out of luck . I had the tag but it was not attached to the hoodie and still no luck. The manager on duty said there was nothing he could do because of the store policy.

Basically I’m out of the money, and I do not have another person to give it to. My son is a 3XL and the hoodie was that size but unfortunately he couldn’t even get it to fit. He needs a 4XL.

On Saturday Dec 30,2023 I Shawn a McKinley while shopping at Marshall’s on Terranova plaza 310 e H st, I approached an employee by the name of Tereza M. I apologized my self for interrupting her call and walked away from her.

It’ is extremely rude to be on a personal phone while at work and she was chewing a gum. I would not like to see these type of employees in your store very rude, no customer service and with a gin On her mouth .

Was my second time shopping in the store I love the store I love all the things they have in the store I just am not too happy about the supervisor and the people that work here clearly belittling me in front of people treating me I'm fairly and following me around the store like in making it obvious I mean I don't steal I pay for everything all the time I'm just so sick of it I thought I found a store I loved I love things in it but of course people always got to ruin it.

On 11/18/23 I shopped at your Saugus Ma store and had a very disturbing experience. I am an 80 year old woman who has shopped Marshall’s since it’s inception. On this day I found a sweater in the regular department then as usual went over to clearance where I found the sweater I had in my hand marked down.

I also found two other sweaters both marked down. When I got to the register I asked the Associate if the two sweaters as one was marked down. She walked over to look something up came back and said yes and gave me the clearance price.

” I said are you saying I changed the tag she said I’m saying the tag has been changed. I said I should get the sweater for the price it said. She said again”do you want it ir not the tag has been changed we know by looking at it”.

I got emails and the app told me about special hours at stores and giveaways to card holders. I got up early planned my whole day around it. I got to the Marshalls on Holcomb bridge in Roswell ga at 8:30 it wasn't open.

I waited around 20 minutes and still nobody opened the store. This is so unprofessional if they couldn't have opened they could have at least put a sign on the door. I wasted so much time, I could have gone on to TJ Maxx.

I was in your Marshalls store in Enfield CT. When I noticed that one of the Security personnel was following me. I couldn’t understand why I was being followed, but it did make me very very angry. I don’t like to think that race had anything to do with it, but I do wonder if I was a White Women would he had of picked me to follow.

I work five days a week . I am not a thief, but to be treated like one was very upsetting. It couldn’t be the way I was dressed because I wasn’t dressed poorly. So that make wonder why me?

A few months ago, I went to Marshals located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico regarding not having bags. I wrote a complaint in that time and few months later I am writing a complaint about the same issue. I visited the store on 10/9/2023 after 7 pm.

With the cart full of items, I went to register, and I was told they were out of bags. I asked the person at the register to explain what she meant by it since I was at the store a few months ago, and they gave me the same excuse.

I received the same explanation I was given before that in other stores they no longer give the bags for "free" and that if I wanted, I could buy the bags they had available. Which by the way were Halloween bags, which I do not celebrate.

I'm regular customer at the Marshall's near me. Its located in San Antonio tx Alamo ranch shopping center. There is an employee that secretly go out a side door to hand a customer she knows to hand her items that are considered hard to find from some ladies and places items still in box in her cart.

I followed the customer to the register to see what the employee handed to her friend. It was rae dunn measuring cups. I couldn't my eyes, I know ladies that are looking for those and constantly in store looking. And a employee to just hand to her friend to take home isn't right.

Wasnt even placed on shelves. Employee name is Sandra and would like something to be done, this isn't right and so frustrating.

The restroom at the Marshall's store located at Hargrove Dr. Smyrna, GA was filthy at 5pm on 9/20/2023. ), no soap,no towels, no seat covers. The unsanitary environment lacks respect for Marshall customers and requires corporate attention and correction. I was told the manager was "on break"

I was there yesterday to exchange an iPhone charger cord I just bought July 27 and it already doesn’t work.

I ended up paying for the replacement but I truly felt like I never wanted to shop there again.

She is in sharp contrast to a VERY pleasant and friendly fellow (from Africa) I have dealt with in the past.

The saddest part is the cashier (a young man also from Africa) changed his demeanor towards me to from helpful and friendly to power-trippy lowering himself to her level.

I then did some research and I may be able to return it to the manufacturer. This would have been helpful information from her had she decided to do her job and provided customer SERVICE.

Today Aug 23 2023 time 16:50 It was the worse afternoon experience a lot of customers went through. After standing on line for over one hour most of the customers left. Shopping carts with merchandise were pushed on the side.

The Line started on the side of Infants/Children Section. Only THREE Cashiers were working. People complained asking for the Store Manager to come up front. No one showed up. 80 100536 10 345 08/23/2023 16:48:24 1219 Need to do better, Thanksgiving and Christmas are just few months away.

On July 18th, 2023 I purchased 2 boxes of a skin care cosmetic called Retinol. They had red clearance labels marked $6 each. I went away on vacation and when I opened them, the boxes were stuffed with a bunch of garbage and not the displayed content.

I went to return them but the manager whose name is Chin at the East Meadow store looked at my receipt and refused to refund me on the pretext that today being the 20th, it’s too late to get a refund. I was not returning the merchandise, I returned the fraud contained in the box.

STORE; Pinecroft Center 1120 Lake Woodlands Dr. The Woodlands Tx August 18,2023 I proceeded to dressing room to try on 2 items and was greeted rudely by the 2 women working. On immediate contact they both rudely told me where to put my cart.

I then jokingly said that I have a purse i want to purchase in my cart so don’t let anyone grab it. It was the only purse like it in store. One lady rudely looked at me and scowled. She handed me my 2 item room tag and upon leaving dressing room I dropped it or left in the room.

I am writing this in order to discuss my horrible experience today at my local Marshalls. I visited the store today in order to browse the home-goods section. I stumbled upon a large gold floor length vintage mirror that would be perfect for my friends new apartment.

I took photos of the mirror itself, and the price tag posted on the item. I headed to the checkout area in order to show my cashier what I was looking to buy, and asking for assistance in moving the item to the register.

I showed the employee in checkout number 8 the pictures I had taken, and she requested that the mirror be moved to the front. In waiting for the mirror to get to the front, we scanned my other item I was purchasing, and discussed signing up for credit card.

Marshall’s in Jacksonville, Fl on San Jose Blvd. we live in FL where it is 100 degrees on a cool summer day!! How can you have your employees working in a store with no air conditioning for multiple weeks!! I am sure your corporate office a has air conditioning!

How can you do this to ur employees. I have lived in FL all my life. Heat rarely bothers me! I was only able to stand being in that store for 20 minutes. Spend the money you need to fix this situation immediately!

On 5/10/2023 at the Turnesville store#309 I purchased a blouse that I was planning on wearing on Mothers Day. I flew out of the USA to be with my mother. At the time I purchased the blouse I asked the cashier to make sure to remove the security tag and she did.

To my surprise this blouse had two security tags. I found the second one at my vacation destination. I returned to the USA on 6/2. On Saturday 6/3 I called the store around 2:15 pm and talked to a Kaithlyn.

I told her the story and that I didn't have the receipt but did have the transaction receipt on my bank statement. She said to stop by the store and I did. bought the day before 3 bras that were yo small. The next day , I returned to the store to buy more clothe and exchange the bras for a larger size. I was told by the manager Brittany The Morrisville vt store that I could not return them because I did not have the price tag on and because bras are not returnable items .

This is our first time to complain about Marshall and we are a valued clients. I am also a TJMaxx Card Holder. So me and my husband bought four luggage. We lost the receipt so store credit is ok with us.

Then we return it all because we found a much better and bigger one. The cashier return only two of the four and ring the two as sales. My husband said to the cashier that he is returning all of the four.

So the cashier again return the two but the system did not allow her because of too much activity of returning and the supervisor said that we need to contact corporate and wait for the email on how and when can we return the two luggage. I must spend about $1000 dollars or more every couple of months at marshalls so I'm a customer that makes it so stores do very well! So recently I went to the marshalls near my moms house and then again near my house well I recently fell under hard times and had to bring stuff back it all had tags on it and

was not used I had both receipts and my license and they said thru couldn't give me my money back which is what I needed not a gift card! I'm frustrated because I spend so much of my money there and if I bri g it back not used and with tags and receipts then I should get my money back now I'm moneyless and have no way to pay my 6 month old son's medical bill!

The bathroom has been out of order for over 6 months. When I asked the manager today ( long half red braided hair) she said it's not out of order they just have the sign on there saying that. That's just pitiful.

I spend WAY TOO MUCH MONEY at Marshall's to not be permitted to use the Facilities because someone doesn't want to clean them. This manager needs a job performance review! And if not fixed I will go fixed before i go again, i will not return.

I am very frustrated! I have called Marshall’s online customer service multiple times because the wrong items were shipped to me two times and FedEx was supposed to pick up these 3 very large boxes yesterday and they didn’t. I called Marshall’s again and then they said today the boxes would be picked up and they didn’t come today either.

I’m very frustrated and want this escalated to management in your terrible customer service. Because of multiple mistakes made, now I have to move these boxes again in the house. I should send my medical bills after I go to the doctor because of my back pain now.

I arrived at the store half an hour before it opened. Employees parked in the front parking spaces, leaving the parking spaces furthest from the store for the customers. This should not be permitted. The employees should be parking in the furthest parking spaces leaving the closest spaces for the customers.

Hello I'm contacting you today due to the experience I just had in one of your stores a Marshalls store to be exact in Mount Vernon Ohio 43050. Exactly 2 days ago March 29th 2023 I had gone into your store and purchased a pair of slim fit jeans and Calvin Klein hoodie.

I went home that night and I tried them on and unfortunately neither the jeans or hoodie fit in the way that I'd like them to so I had planned to take them back the next day. Unfortunately when I was cleaning my house I had apparently threw away the receipt so I had to dig through my trash can and I found it thankfully but it was in a little bit of rough shape due to the fact of being in the trash but

it was still 100% legible and the barcodes on the receipt we're still able to be scanned and the tags with the barcodes…

J. Maxx and Home Goods shopper. S. and Europe. Most recently I bought 2 items from your 06-COLLECTIONS, a linen blouse and a tee shirt from the Rockville, Maryland store. At home I tried them on and found the tee shirt to be too small and the linen blouse was torn at the back, under the collar.

I hadn’t noticed the damage until I tried the blouse on at home. I needed to return both items. I headed to the Marshall’s in Gaithersburg, Maryland as that is the store closest to my home. I told the cashier the blouse was damaged and she suggested that I took off a security tag and therefore she wouldn’t accept the return.

For the last few months every time I try to shop at your store I am defeated by the long lines. I do not mind to wait for 5 or 10 minutes, but an hour or more is not acceptable.

Three times I tried to shop I got my merchandise I go to the line and it does not even move. It is always the same scenario two cashiers desperately trying to speed up the line and four doing nothing, talking, deciding hours etc.

I am not the only person I leave the merchandise and leave the store, I have seen many people doing the same. I am very aware that my purchase of $150 or $200 is not big enough for you, but if you add up and lose customers to the online convenience, well you do the math.

It used to be a pleasure to got to Marshalls (Napa, CA) the line was long, but never unbearable, may be a 10 or 8…

Lili refused to refund a broken product bought from this store. The item was a gift and even had the original bar code on it. I was excited for the gift because it was something that I really wanted. It was disappointing to open the box to find half of the product was missing.

Nothing else to do but return it right? Wrong. The customer service here was both rude and extremely lazy. There was no pleasantries as this woman looked at my return giving every critique she could not to refund the item.

She pointed out the item was missing a piece - I told her that's why I'm returning it to begin with. She said she would see if they had the item in stock for an exchange, then specifying she would only give a refund if she had to.

Dear Sir or Mafam, NOT a complaint, but a COMPLIMENT! I wanted to send word to Marshall’s management about the wonderful, hard working ladies at my Marshall’s store in Bluffton, SC. The address is 1460 Fording Island Road. Blanca, the store manager is a doll.

She is on the floor, straightening the racks, answering questions and helping the customers. The store is always neat and tidy. The Cashiers, Marianelle and Jocelyn are so kind, friendly and helpful. And they live working with Blanca. I know many times the store is short staffed and the ladies have to put in even more effort to cover for the missing employees.

TODAY, JANUARY 29, 2023, I VISITED MY LOCAL MARSHALLS STORE IN JAMAICA, NY TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS FOR WORK. I WAS ABLE TO LOCATE THE ITEMS VERY QUICKLY BUT NOT SO WITH BEING ABLE TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS. I WAITED APPROXIMATELY HALF AN HOUR TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS.

PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE LONG WAIT. THERE WERE ONLY TWO CASHIERS WORKING UNTIL A THIRD ONE OPENED UP ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES AFTER I WAS WAITING. I am a very frequent customer at Marshall’s Home Goods and TJ Maxx. I shop at each of these stores multiple times a week and spend more money than I would like to admit. However tonight January 24th 2023 approximately between 5:30 and 6:30pm I had a very bad experience at the Marshalls Doylestown location. There were 3 women checking people out. one lady worked hard and tried to overcome the line getting longer and longer a lady named Joni and another young girl started chatting behind the counter.. It looked like Joni was the boss but not sure....they ignored all of us in line (about 15 people) for a good 10 minutes... discussing other employees and store issues... all of us as customers kept rolling our eyes and looking at one another.. finally one man spoke up and told them to look how long the line was and maybe they should be doing their job and not talking.. I was a frequent shopper. Tonight, while shopping on the main floor by the door, and close to the cashiers, a man, and then a woman each stole a huge pile of items. I chased the girl, but I’m 72 . Your POOR EMPLOYEES!!! They don’t have any power to stop this??

Bought a pair of boots before Christmas and they didn't fit. HOWEVER, they were never worn and only tried on at home. Never touched pavement, grass, snow, etc. Went to return them on 12/27/22 and was told "they're unreturnable and not resellable" due to dog hair on them. They have been sitting on the floor of my car since the day I purchased them which was 12/17/22. Do I have a dog? Yes. Does she ride in my car? Yes. Does she shed? Yes. HOWEVER, the boots have been on the floor of my car for 10 days now and had a few single strands of dog hair. THEY ARE BRAND NEW, never worn, just tried on at home and right back in the box they went. I want the money back for them since I will never be wearing them and they are in brand new condition.

And my experience here at Marshall's right here off of canyon springs way in Riverside I have this horribly horribly bothering guy that just keeps following me everywhere I go and I'm pretty sure it's actually lost prevention so I'll definitely so kindly to put in a very very deep complaint into the store and make sure to tell a lot of my friends to not come here cuz very very bad and

Kim at the Marshalls in Manhasset NY was rude, condescending and had a combative attitude. She handled my return with disdain and a look of disgust on her face. When I asked her if there was a problem with my return she said that I have the problem and when I asked her why she has an attitude she said that she’s allowed to have an attitude.

I was going to continue shopping at that Marshals but left because of her. I would give 0 stars to that employee.

At the Marshalls in Henderson, NC (at the Ruin Creek exit off of Interstate 85), I had an unsatisfactory result from an inquiry presented to the store manager on duty about 3:15 pm or 3:20 pm on Dec 10, 2022. 50, 3 items of clothing.

99 (the only one in the color i needed and correct size) ,was damaged as two sales associates saw & attested to from their own examination of the white sweater coat. The item had been placed on a hanger in such a way that one end of the hanger tore the threads of the sweater, creating a small hole. Courteously and in.

soft tone of voice, I simply asked if I could get any small discount for the damage . The clerk at the register called another sales associate and the 2nd sales associate said she would need to ask the store manager.

99 pair of earrings today. 64 worth of merchandise I was buying. I also had the receipt for the earrings I wanted to return. I waited 33 minutes while they called over 3 different people because there was no tag in the earring box.
