On Wednesday 11/30/22 at 21:25:25 in Shreveport LA, I encountered the RUDEST store associate in all my years of shopping at Marshalls nationwide. I was purchasing a sweater that had no tag and brought the same sweater, different size to the counter and asked for a price tag in case I had to return it.

Shemika was talking to another associate in a tan sweater and print top with braids. Shemika seemed pleasant talking to her co-worker, but when I presented my items and asked for the tag her demeaner became very discourteous, as if I was inconveniencing her.

She tried to print the tag for my XL top, but it wasn't working and she became agitated and complained about that. So she rung up my XL item using the existing tag from the L item. I asked would the numbers be the same and she said yes…

Between 6:p -7:30p on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 to look for some perfume. Upon identifying the perfume in the locked case I was reseed the button to call for assistance three times in five minutes and upon finding no assistance went about the rest of my business looking at men’s gifts. I met a staffer and expressed my concern about perfume service. Having declined The invitation to come, let’s go NOW, I continued my looking for big sized garments for men.

Later I moved toward perfume. Upon arriving at perfume, pressed the assistance button twice or thrice, yet not before I noticed the gal had spoken to earlier walk past with no comment though looking my way, two staffer’s chatting in front of the cased perfume without a , “how can I help you?” for almost one minute. I am now shopping in Marshall’s inWinston-Salem, NC on Silas Creek Parkway. The checkout line is wrapped around the corner with only 2 cashiers. Have no idea where the manager is. I’ve been in line approx. 45 minutes waiting to get checked out and the manager doesn’t care enough to even come up front to help out.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Your store has lost a lot of business today with customers just leaving their merchandise and walking out. Something needs to be done about this!!! Rating. -1

31 worth of items in Marshall's, 499-19 West Sunrise hghwy store. The second I reached my car, a police vehicle pulls up and inform me that they received a complaint about theft. After providing my receipt and ID I requested to see the complaint.

After reading the complaint on the officers computer, I returned my entire purchase back to Marshall's for a refund. I explained my reason for the return. The manager denied everything. I will escalate this matter. Stop Racial profiling.

Good Morning, Let me start off by saying I am in one of your stores every weekend and that includes TJ Maxx. I was in your store on 10/08/22 between 5:30pm & 6pm. I walked around the store for about 30 minutes.

I then got in line as I saw that the line was very long. As I stood in line 25 minutes the line even got longer back up to the men's department. As I gotten closer up in line there were only three cashiers' and one got off his register and then was speaking with a coordinated.

I am assuming he was either asking to leave or go on break so then there were only two cashiers. But in the mean while the gentlemen and coordinated were talking and laughing he was leaning against the back counter.

Marshall's on Mountain View Dr. West Mifflin, PA. 15122. At check out counter, I returned three items. Two I had receipts for, one item I did not, but thought I did. Woman at counter was very loud & abrupt! No pleasantiness at all!

She informed me I needed to show her my photo id for gift card which I thought was ridiculous. After having to use gift card, bcz money or cash would not be refunded, once again very unpleasant experience checking out.

Woman or man with orange hair told me in order to us gift card to pay, had to show her I'd for a second time. She also packed clothes so tightly into a small bag causing everything to be wrinkled & rumpled including a jacket.

On October 3, 2022 @11:38AM, I went to your W. Melbourne, FL store. I was looking for a storage container I had previously purchased from Home Goods, which they were out of and thought maybe Marshalls had some. I found the container style I was looking for and needed.

It was clearly a return and flithy. It had food blotches and dirt all on the outside. I took it to the cashier and a Manager intervened and tried to find me another one. I patiently waited for about 10 minutes.

Upon not finding anymore, I pointed out to the manager the splashed food and dirt on the unit and asked for a markdown because I needed that container because of the quality of the unit. 1400 E Hillside Dr, Broken Arrow on 10/1/2022 I witnessed the only manager working, a dark red haired female abuse her staff. Throughout my shopping trip she picked on different staff members loudly, bossing them around and embarrassing them. The one I got to witness all the way through was at the end of my trip.

I am writing in response to my experiences at your Kearny, NJ location although I think this problem exists in many of your stores. As you know many brick and mortar stores are going out of business due to the internet.

That is not the only reason however. Every time I go in this store there is a long checkout line and many cash registers are unmanned. I don't understand why any business would want to leave a bad impression with it's customers at the point where we are paying you (point of sale).

Went into the Marshalls in Casper Wyoming and went up to the counter to exchange a pair of shoes and said sir about 10 times to a gentlemen that was standing directly in front of me. The gentleman turned and looked at me and turned back around then turn and looked at me again and then walked away and did not acknowledge my existence, not one time!

Then another customer service person said ma’am you’re gonna have to come over here and stand at the end of the line. I think that was the most rudest disrespectful thing anybody in customer service could ever do to a customer! very disappointed!!!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had!! Management and the associates were being extremely rude, making comments under their breaths, someone had left two hangers in the bathroom when I was washing my hands after using the restroom and an associate came in and grabbed them and walked out.

When I went out of the restroom the associate was standing there and had put the hangers in my cart! I took them out and said that these are not mine and proceeded to checkout. When I started to walk away she said I’m sure their not!

I was waiting to enter the dressing room and pointed my pieces to the girl who was at the entrance of the dressing room to give me permission to enter. I had not yet entered the dressing room and I came across an employee (Ms.

I do not have a complaint. I would like to compliment an employee at the Marshall’s location in Covington, Louisiana. Amira located two tops for me. I purchased both of the tops she selected and suggested for me. Although, she was working very hard to return clothes to the racks, she took the time and interest to help me find clothes that would work for me, and that I would really like.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Marshall’s. The manager, the lady in the fitting room, and the lady at the check out counter were all friendly and happy. I’m excited about wearing my new clothes to begin school as a first grade teacher.

I went to the Marshals in Secaucus, NJ with my father to buy him a suit. There was nothing on the floor, looking around i found a suit that fit my father too big but the pants that came with it fitted him perfectly, i look around to see if there was another of the same with the correct size.

There was no one on the floor to help. After I resolved to buy it anyway and spent money on a taylor, at the register, Alex S. Coordinator came very rude with an attitude to tell me I couldn’t take it even if it was the last thing on the floor.

It is very upsetting to be told at an interview that you would work around my college schedule after being given the days I would be available. Although I have never called out during the short time I have been employed.

To then realize that I have been taken off the schedule because I am now taking Summer Classes. I truly enjoy my job and feel that this is corporate/supervisors being a bully a part time employee as myself. I would like to fulfill my educational obligations by staying on task.

Yet I still have personal needs that I can provide for myself through holding down a part time job. Why would you take away the few hours I was being offered because my classes has began.? I purchased a brush hair dryer product on 6/11 from the Henrietta location that was marked with a red sticker. The box was damaged and I assumed that’s why it was discounted. When I brought it home to use it, there was tons of hair caked into it.

I kept it at my house since I do not live in Rochester and didn’t feel comfortable using it as I don’t want to get lice. I returned it today 7/10 because it was the last day for me to return it so I decided to make the drive here before it was too late.

The store in my town, Olean, ny 14760. Has no air conditioning. It is very hot and humid and has been for awhile. When I asked about it they said it has been broken a couple years and no one has fixed it.

While shopping I became I’ll and had to leave because of it. It needs to be fixed so people can shop. Your employees don’t look well either it has to be excruciating working in this environment. If you want to make sales I suggest getting the air fixed ASAP

I was just in your East Meadow store. Not only is it a mess and not really stocked but your manager is useless! I stood on line for 45 minutes with about 10 people behind the registers and only 6 working and one being the manager with her hands on her hips barking orders!

Ten customers were in line with one cashier working while two other cashiers were standing, talking for five minutes and then proceeded to walk away. The guy decent to open his register. The line continued to grow so the female cashier decided to open her register as well.

I asked to speak with the manager, Valerie B, Shereeca in a very unprofessional manner asked what did I need. Given her unpleasant tone and rude disposition, I wasn't about to have a confrontation with her so I took a picture of the signs for the managers and quietly left the store.

There was no reason for so many valuable customers to be waiting in line while staff blalantly ignored them. Upper management need to be aware of this unacceptable behavior especially by so-called management level staff.

Went into the store and purchased snacks along with other goods. Got into my house and realized there is ants inside of my popcorn and the macoons are dry and taste old! Called the store spoke with the manage Dee and she said they already know about the problem and called out an exterminator, WTH!

If you know you store has unsellable product why the hell do you still have them on the shelf. I cannot make it back into the store today, I’m heading out of out so there is nothing that can be done.

I have pictures and will do whatever I have to to get fresh food sold to your customers if you don’t!

I was at Marshalls yesterday, I was looking for something specific While in the store I noticed that not only did I see one dog but three I'm not sure what your pet policy is? but for someone like myself who has asthma and allergic to dogs!

I don't share that fact that dogs can go into a clothing store. only service dogs can go into a mall or grocery store it's a scent free no pets allowed at malls and other stores . Customer who have health issues should be able to shop with out having to leave .

I made several purchases at Marshalls in Madera, California. I decided to return three of the items: a pair of tennis shoes, and two cardigans. On my first trip to return them. their registers were down, so I had to come back.

I live out of town, so about a week and a half later I returned, which was today, 5/17/22. I had my receipt, but I was told that only one item was on the receipt!!?? How is that possible when I purchased these items on this day, on this receipt????

Why does marshals have to have someone’s drivers license to do a return for a gift card? Try to do a return for my daughter. Gave them my drivers license but they have to write someone’s name on the gift card? Why? Dumbest rule ever!

I have to do errands for my mother I have to do errands for my daughter and this makes it a lot more difficult! I spend probably $300 a month between TJ Maxx and Marshalls more than likely will make better decisions in the future!

I’ve been a loyal MarshallTjmaxx shopper for a long time now and I’m honestly there about 5-6 times a week going all around to the Bay Area stores to find great items. For the past few months I’ve noticed that there are new pictures of “black/African American art” that arrive and t are pretty much instantly put on clearance. As a black women, it does not make me feel good to see that black art/clothing is being seen less and clearances out. Not a good way to represent our community. I’ve talked to multiple friends that are Caucasian and other races and they would have bought those black items for regular price because they are “beautiful”. I’m not sure what’s going on and why the stores are doing this but it needs to stop and I’m sure other African American feel…

I shopped at the Marshalls in Hemet Ca today for over an hour. I get to the associate to check out and I showed her my certificates that I earned on my phone. I had to take a picture (I always do this) from my email because I cannot print them out.

Every time I've shown the associate in the past the cert from my phone it doesn't scan.... so they enter the numbers and pin number manually. I have NEVER had an associate tell me they were not authorized to enter the numbers.

Today was a different story. The associate was very friendly but the manager (I think her name was Priscilla or something like that) gave me a hard time. She was ARGUING with me! I told her I never had an issue with the numbers being entered manually.

We went to Marshalls tonight in Murrieta, and we had the worst customer service. We went to your clearance section and got some items and when we went to the register, they said everything was mismarked. My young daughter saved up money to buy her little sister a birthday present and found a toy on clearance and wasn't able to buy it because it was mismarked.

I spoke to the supervisor and manager and I was treated poorly by both of them. They were even rude to my daughter (who is 8). They would not honor the price that was marked. My daughter and I both left very upset, and I have never had such poor customer service.

Multiple other stores have honored mismarked merchandise for me in the past, but they were not willing to help us at all. We felt like we were being punished for the stores…

I have had a package sitting at a Fort Myers Fl delivery point for a week now saying "delivery exception". When I was finally able to reach and actual human at Fed Ex to find out what the means, I was told it meant the sender had not sent all necessary information for delivery and that I needed to contact the sender.

I called Marshalls customer service and got a very nice young woman who tried to help me but was perplexed as she had never had to deal with this kind of problem before. She put me on hold, spoke to a supervisor, and told me that the supervisor would be contacting Fed Ex right away to resolve the problem.
