Campbell & Coit Rd Store is Richardson/Dallas. This isn't the first time Ive experienced rudeness in this store. This is the first time I have decided to take action. that Manager Jackie M is not management material, she does not have the temperament for it.

Its one thing not to address customer with a hello or a smile, but to be in a mood and take it out on the customer is not acceptable. This is by far the worst Marshall's out of all and I should know because I frequent every last one of them and the TJ Maxx, I'm a regular and workers know me when they see me.

Like I said this isn't the first time. I walked in your store with a return and shopped while I was there. I had a basket with a few things to purchase as well as a return. I quickly noticed when I entered the store there were…

I went to Marshalls of oceanside on long beach rd. On 2/25/22 To exchange with my receipt a pot I purchased a week ago, because after one use it burn my cooking, the manager catherine so rude refuse the exchange telling me to take off the burn stain first, is she for real?

it bad, She was so miserable, does she knows the qualities of a manager? So, disappointed I wouldn't recomend nobody to go there, please stop hiring useless people, it bringing the store down.

I had 2 cases with Chino Hills store Cashier tag ,hang & place sensor for returns I had to wait for her to finish 5 pieces before she finish my transaction there should be someone to do that so customers don’t wait long time at the cashier .

Cashier refused my return I had to look for same pieces in the store to prove my items bought from that store .

When checking out, I was asked if I wanted to apply for a reward card. My response was is it just a reward card & not charge card? Answer from cashier that was training another, responded it is just reward card not credit card & I would get a 10% discount on my purchase that day.

Needless to say, all information given to me was lies. I requested my application & information be deleted & cancelled. Was told that they could not do that. I suspect that was a lie also. Was given a folded piece of paper & to my surprise, information contained within was not in English.

So have no idea what it could possibly be about as I only read & speak English. I wonder if this falls under unethical business practices. I know it is no consideration & no respect for your customers & their time.

On February 12th around 9:56AM I went to one of your Marshalls located in Mcdonough GA and wanted to try on some tops to make sure that they fit. Unfortunately no one was at the dressing room and seen there was a sign that said press button and wait for associates.

So I pressed the button and waited for about 5 minutes still no one came. " So I get out of the checkout line and went back over to the dressing room and there was still no one there except another customer that wanted to try on an outfit.

00. when I got to the cash register the woman scanned it then said there was a problem. She told me the item was not matching up. 00 on clearance. It was a ray dunn 3 piece pajama set that had a tank top shorts and a robe.

00 when i went to the register the Mgr. Tony store no. 00 can you please honor this price? he then replies NO! in a nasty tone now I'm feeling very uncomfortable dealing with him. I asked Tony for his name and number of the store which he rudely walked away from me as other shoppers look on and now I'm feeling embarrassed etc.

I follow him to other side of the store then which i spoke to him saying why did you walk away from me without giving me the info i requested? he looked at me and said nothing a minute or two later he gave me the info i needed.

I had a return for an air hockey table and didn't work so I returned it within the time limit with the receipt.. I paid cash for this item and when I returned it they told me I had to have my refund put on a gift card.

I questioned it and told her I paid cash why can't I have my cash back and she said they don't want us handling money and I couldn't have it back in cash, I could only have it o. A gift store card...

I just took the gift card because I didn't want to argue with her and she didn't even give me a receipt, so I had to go back in and get one. This isn't right I had my receipt and returned it in the time limit I wanted my cash back and that's how I should of received my refund.

I just wanted to take a moment to discuss an incident at your store's branch in Walla Walla, WA. This incident took place on January 21, 2022, around 4:20 pm PST.

I stopped into the location with the intention of picking up a few makeup items for some friends birthdays that are upcoming and noticed that my store location had a lot of the Morphe X Nikita palettes for sale for a good price (as Marshalls often does) and went I went to check out once I'd found everything that I needed for this shopping trip.

I patiently waited for my turn to check out and as I slid the associate my items under the plexiglass barrier I was shocked at her reaction to a few of the items I was purchasing.

, we the customers are not deciding why time should the store close but we make plans base on those hours, unless a fair notification is print out and displayed at sight. But if this is just the result of a negligent management who puts first what time they want to go home , in this case seemed like they decided not to let anyone else come in so

My wife and I were shopping in a Marshalls store at 14263 Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston Tx. When she was trying a sweater someone stole her purse, basically the complaint is that the manager and the employees were not helpful at all, we were denied to look at the cameras to see who stole it, even the Manager replied that she wasn't responsible for us loosing the purse which we didn't, someone stole it from us.

We were able to track my wife's cellphone and it was inside the store, we were calling the cellphone to hear it and locate it with no luck. After we got the police to the store the second time just about the closing time someone from the staff members gave the purse back to my wife , it was supposedly hanging on rack where we didn't even happen to walk by.

Terrible experience- zero stars -workers here are racial profiling customers. They left the alarm on my jacket and refused to take it off and accused me of stealing the jacket when I went back in the store and asked them to remove it and I showed my receipt!

Then the spanish worker at the front desk proceeds to argue with me telling me she's not going to remove the alarm and she's not STUPID...

The customer service rep who checked me out at Marshall’s on route one, Alexandria, V A was very rude to me on 18 Dec 2021 at approximately 3:00pm. Her isle opened so I went to her isle #3 to check out and she said The first thing she said was I didn’t call you.

Is that how you greet a customer? I recommend you fire this toxic employee! You are better off being short staff than have a employee who will cause you to lose business

When I say I was disgusted, I mean I don’t know how some people can sleep at night.. I went in today to do a return and shop around. While returning my items I could overhear the cashier next to me hound the customer on opening up their credit card..

just couldn’t take no for an answer… but good on the customer for sticking to their word and getting through that awkward situation. Later when I was in line to check out, that same employee was relentlessly working her annoying tactics on this sweet elderly lady, even after the lady had said no!!

This elderly customer had a small purchase (maybe one or two items) and this insufferable employee kept going at it! The sweet old lady ended up giving in after being pressured for quite some time.. sick, just sick. Do better Marshall’s, I know…

If I could give zero stars I would Orders are not shipped or delivered for a month. Customer service could care less! When you place the order it says : to 5 business days.

Hello, I just had an disagreement with the Manager of the Bluffton, SC Marshalls store. Her name was Marshe or something like that. I went there return a All Clad or Cuisinart, I am too upset to remember the name and the manager accused me of lying and using the frying pan. She said she could not return it until I asked for the Corporate office number. She then store credit. I could not find the receipt. Since then I have found the receipt to prove I am not a liar no did I use it. the tag was undamaged and still attached.

I was told by the manager to get the hell out of the store because I asked for her name. I brought in a receipt and an item I purchased at Marshall’s and she told me that she was going to decline the return because it was used.

I purchased it as it was and it had a crack in it. This is the first time in a month I could bring it back as I work full time. She was so rude and told me to get the hell out of the store in front of every customer and employee. I was mortified. This is the manager.

I was in the Marshall's store located on West main street in Kalamazoo mi on October 28th at approximately 1:45 pm. The lady working the dressing room was extremely rude and had a very rude tone. This lady should not have any contact with customers EVER!

She has no customer services skills. She was so rude I left all my merchandise and immediately left the store and will not be returning. I the past I have stopped into this location at least once a week. If this is the type of employees you are employing I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a very unpleasant and disturbing interaction with a clerk at Marshalls in Kingston, NY 12401. I was attempting to return a purchase of dog bones that caused my five year old dachshund/corgi mix to choke and have the bone enlarge in her intestines.

The surgery bill was hundreds of dollars. All I wanted to do was to return this bag of bones of which I used one, and suggest that perhaps they stop carrying them. The clerk's name was Heather, although she wouldn't give me her last name.

Hello, today I bought 14 items inCumberland Mall, Millville, NJ store. Two rather large coats and 12 small and gourmet items. The cashier Vickie shoved everything in one bag on top of the coats. I asked if there was a bag shortage.

She immediately became snarky and pulled everything out grabbing other bags from the bag holder. She put smaller items together, looked at me asking if I wanted everything else in separate bags. She not once smiled, tossing items as she went!

Good morning, I was just in the Freeport, NY store where 2 of the associates stood on the sales floor and bashed their co workers, the store, and even complained about Marshall’s policies. I was searching the racks near them for several minutes, and they were not even concerned that I could hear their whole conversation.

Hello, my name is Virginia Burke. I suppose this complaint should go toward the buyer of clothes for the Marshall’s and TJ Maxx. I am a 3X person plus size woman. I also like to dress nicely, professionally. As you can see from the picture in your entire store, there was ONLY a half a rack with plus size women’s clothes on it.

All the other racks in the store are completely filled with not only professional clothing but every assortment of other types of clothing that anybody would want. Now I don’t want you to think this is a one time one store issue. It is not.

Same items are priced differently and the one that is priced lower is not available but the one more expensive five are available. EXAMPLE: Purse item number 4000118743 priced at $1399.99 is not available but the purse item number 4000118746 priced at $1599.99 is available and ready to be shipped.This is absolutely the same purse,same color, same size and same style I even checked this with our local Gucci store .

Myself and a whole lot of other customers heard a manager belittling an employee and said that she needed to quit acting like a f_cking child. She said it to her twice. I looked around and people had shocked faces.

It was so out of line and so unprofessional. I will no longer shop at that Marshalls and I passed it along to all of my friends and family who shop there. She was a manager with a long blond ponytail.

93. 18 off my card. Although they messed two of the sizes up that I had to return at the local Marshall’s. The manger clearly see they wrongly charged me but couldn’t do anything about it. He gave me the number to call but the guy got on stating they sent the order in two separate orders. I ordered one order.

I was in the North Reading Marshalls where I was purchasing some items. Found a wonder side table that matched one I had already, but it had a little damage. I was inline at checkout where there was one lady cashier serving .

There were two others to the side chatting about their personal stuff. I presumed one lady was manager as she was telling others what to do, so I stepped up to the counter and said “ excuse me , I found this table and

I purchased 4 pieces wall art 7/16/2021 at Marshals Avon Commons Avon OH. Unfortunately one piece was absolutely ruined from the rain. I asked the clerk for a bigger bag which she didn’t bother looking.

I feel very uncomfortable as I was cheated by a cashier yesterday 5/20/2021 when I checked out at Marshalls store on Grant at Mountain View, CA. The cashier (from Taiwan) said I could get a10% discount if I showed her my driver's license.

After I gave my driver license, she asked for my social security number. I kept asking why I needed to give Social Security Number, and she kept saying my information would not be leaked and that I would get a 10% discount, etc.

Because my son was very busy that day and needed to go home soon, I did not get a chance to read everything printed on the flyer, the 'receipt', etc. Afterwards, I realized I had been swindled into opening an TJmax credit card account.

Previous cashiers have often brought up the rewards program, but this is the first one used…

I bought 2 pair of house shoes on 5/23/21 , one for me and one for a gift. The pair I kept for myself the thing that goes between the toes broke. I took them back to the store with my receipt on 5/25/21.

I picked out a different pair and went to check out. I told the cashier what had happened and she said, I should not have bought them if they were broke. Really!! I explained what happened again, the reply was so they broke while you were wearing them?

Yes, I was wearing them and they broke after just a few hours. I was told that since I had wore them there was nothing they could do. I didn’t buy them to look at and never wear and I didn’t expect them to fall apart after a few hours of wear.

I was just waiting in line at Marshall’s in Orland Park at the smaller registers in the back of the store and I stood in line for a half hour waiting when requested if help could be brought up the cashier apologized and said there was nobody there to help her so another customer requested the manager on duty and the manager on duty was called and she also said that there was nobody there to help at the registers we asked her if she could get on the register and

I've shopped at Marshalls store located at 2310 Baron road Kelowna,BC. Canada ever since they opened their doors. Yes I'm a woman of color but this is not a reason to be bad mistreated and discriminated by one of your employee at the fitting room front desk.
