I have been shopping at the Marshall’s in Plant City Florida ever since it opened. Up until last week, this store was fully stocked, neat and fun to shop in. Last week when we went, the shelves were a mess.
Merchandise everywhere down the aisles. The handbag department was very sparse. I bought 3 Coach handbags when this store first opened. The shoe selection was lacking last week. This manager needs to hire people just to go in this store and straighten it up.
It was not a pleasant experience. I love Marshall’s and was disappointed. I had not been there in a year because of the pandemic. Please get this store cleaned up.
I attempted to return an “opened” container of peanuts. I did not realize the item was opened prior to purchase until I opens them at home. When attempting to rerun to a Marshall’s stir in Bloomsburg, Pa where I was promptly told NO returns on food. I buy peanuts often at Marshall’s and TJ Maxx and disappointed they would not make the return despite they had been opened but not noticeable as the play I cover cover the opening. I had my daughter in a Buggy Bench. It is attached to the basket of the cart to keep her buckled and sitting down as she has almost fallen out of the cart before. Since I was leaving Target I already had my kids in the Target cart.

I had a very terrible experience at Marshall's this evening. , Long Island City, NY 11101. I waited at least 45 minutes in line to make my purchase which is standard at that location even without it being the holidays.
That is not the reason for my complaint. Immediately after purchasing, I went to the Five Below directly next door and saw one of the items I had just purchased at Marshall's for much cheaper. I immediately left Five Below to return one of my items, an aroma mist air freshener.

Deceptive business practices. When you change your return policy, customers should be notified. You have an old return policy hanging, but I was just given an attitude by your workers, because I had no receipt. And to top it off, they put my name on a store credit (the card).

I was in Marshals in Stoneham, Ma on Friday, August 9th. I had a purchase that I wanted to apply my Rewards Certificate towards the total. The cashier had difficulty entering the certificate after several tries. I had indicated that I was on my lunch hour, and was a little pressed for time.
She told me "it would only take a minute" and called over who I assume was the manger. The manger was pleasant and tried a few times to enter the certificate. and had to go to another register. In the meantime, I was on my lunch hour and it was taking a while.

It’s disgusting and unsanitary to allow dogs in stores. How do you know people are cleaning up after them if they need to be relived?
First of all I sure don’t want to be in a store that allows filthy animals walking around. Some people don’t like dogs or are allergic . This is not fair to people who don’t believe stores are a place to take dogs.

The Marshalls store in Bloomfield, NJ has a great location and is consistently full of customers. The one downside to this store is clearly poor management. The line is usually 20+ minutes (I time it every time) and I notice people abandon their carts and walk out when they realize how long the line is.
I walked out yesterday after putting my items down as the line was ridiculous, and hoped that today (Saturday) would have more employees working the check out lanes. Nope. When ringing up my purchases at the Madison, AL location the employee put my items on the counter behind him instead of using the counter at the register. I made a mental note to watch that everything was bagged but forgot while paying.

On Sunday, Feb 3, 2019, my daughter and friend bought several items at the Marshalls located in Catalina Shopping Center, Boynton Beach, FL. One of those items was a phone-case but when my daughter got to the car, she noticed the box was empty.

I Purchased a coat jacket for my son on October 24, 2018, when he tried it on it was a bit tight so I decided to exchange it for a bigger size. Honestly I don't have a complaint, a young lady by the name of Adrianna barbers is a wonderful worker and always in the spirit. Welcomes you as you come to her register and makes you feel so comfortable, she always gives you great ideas for your outfits she's a wonderful person and she works in the river oaks area at Marshall's I would love to shop and be at her register everyday.
I was picking up my layaway and I wanted to purchase an item and the person would not let me pay for my item at layaway. I have never had this issue before. I had to wait more than 15 minutes to be serviced in layaway and than I had to wait in line another 10-15 minutes to purchase my item.
