Purchased new 2023 Mazda Cx-30 S select AWD. Worst cup holder placement ever on center console in front of the gear shift almost under the dash. Large taller cups won't fit.

Also NO sunglass storage compartment anywhere! That's CHEAP-CHEAP-CHEAP?

My complaint is the radar cruise control. Whoever came up with this is an idiot or has never driven a car on the freeway. This has already almost caused 2 accidents at freeway speeds. It’s like slamming on the brakes just when you go to change lanes to pass.

And if you are going around a corner it’s sees the car in the right lane and slows you down in the fast lane. To me, this is about as far from safety as you can get. And you can’t turn it off! Totally ridiculous and dangerous!!

I had bad experience with mazda the second time. I bought again a mazda cx5 at PAARL Cape Town. Then I brought it for service and they told me they want to to stop a Crack that they detected on my windscreen , they said it's not visible but they want to stop it before it shows and I agreed, we were charged extra for that..

recently the crack appeared yet they said they will stop it ,today I'm at mazda tygervalley and they told me that they can see that window was not fixed as they said. I am so said and disappointed with mazda as cx5 is my favorite car but because of this I feel not valued as a customer, even after service my car had light scratches.

I am very said that the 4rd time I may change my car even though I love the CX5. MY CONTACT IS 068 275 75 31

Long story short do not buy a red Mazda , according to the dealer all the paint is the same so maybe dont buy any Mazda - before you do , do a google search about Mazda paint and hopefully you dont , like me ,end up with a vehicle goes down in value on every long ride you go on because of paint that chips so easily .

I am contacting Mazda to complain about the false advertising that is on the Weather channel. The Mazda advertisement for the new CX-5 is so misleading that it should be banned for false advertising. The ad shows a beautiful ,sleek silver sedan that certainly caught my attention .

So I clicked it to get information about the beautiful sleek sedan and instead it shows that the CX-5 is a boxy run-of -the -mill typical SUV crossover . WTF !!! Obviously Mazda does not stand behind its advertising which is a red flag to me in ever considering a company that is so blatantly pushing their product with false advertising !!

Is there not an advertising council with high standards that would consider this to be a rather nefarious way of selling ones product?? Very disappointing for a company to…

We gave a second chance in hopes it would be better…it was not. The service manager Matt was rude, condescending and treated us like we were the problem. He literally REFUSED warranty work on a 2022 Mazda CX-5 that was purchased at Capital.

The fact was the technician saw the rear end had been in an accident, so they just stopped looking in to our noise complaint telling us to take it back where it was fixed. The body shop graciously, professionally, treating us with respect that Capital lacked, picked it up, put us in a loaner at their cost.

Found the noise in less than 5 minutes on a test drive, that it was the FRONT strut (warranty item) as the vehicle is a 22 CX5 with 13,000 miles, and the vibration in the door was a loose door panel. Yet another warranty item that they blamed a…

my sunroof literally exploded while driving this morning on my wy to work. All i heard was an extremely loud bang and then glass shattering. I thought something fell out of the sky but after a little reading up apparently this has happened many many times to the mazda cx9.

There have been multiple complaints made to the manufacturer and they keep saying its road hazard. It was a very scary incident and thankfully my little kids were not in the car at the time. I want to know why there has been nothing done or no recall on it.

Guess they are waiting for a death then they will do something about it, but to me thats too late.

Hi there. I've been a loyal mazda owner for years. Currently in my driveway are 3 mazdas which I love. One of those is a cx9 2019 gt and my screen has what appears to be cracks which obstructs my viewing of android autos navigation which I use daily.

I reported this to my mazda dealer while in the process of purchasing my 3rd mazda (2020 cx5) for my wife. They said I was out of warranty and wanted to charge me for a defect that's not of my own doing.

I've checked forums and it seems this is a very common issue which should be addressed by mazda. It's hard to recommend them.

On May 27, 2023 my disabled Veteran husband and myself purchased a new CX-5 from Fontana Mazda. I knew we were paying too much by paying MSRP invoice, but we’re elderly and not in the best health and were not up to going back and forth on pricing.

Therefore, I know paying MSRP is on us, but we were supposed to get a $500 cash back loyalty rewards because we are a current Mazda owner. I did not realize until I was home reviewing the paperwork that Fontana Mazda had the nerve to increase the MSRP by $500 so when the $500 cash back loyalty reward was given, they were able to keep it for themselves!

I’m embarrassed and angry with myself, but I’m also upset they would intentionally slip that past an older couple not to mention a disabled Veteran. You can’t have trust in anyone or any faith in…

My husband died in January. Our car lease was only in his name. Registration was due March 23rd. Mazda said they would get the Title for me, twice before that but it did not come in. Lease was going to be up in June.

I asked if I could buy the car, they said yes. I got a car loan from my bank and when I told Mazda what I needed by my bank to purchase the car, they said, sorry but I would not be able to.

By this time it was only a few days away from registration time so I had to quickly get into a new lease without any time to look well at my best options. They said they would come and pick up the car in 5 to 6 days.

That was 2 months and 24 days ago. I am still having to look at a car I truly loved and owed less than 14,000 on it. All of this at the worse time of my life. Please help me…

I had an accident and my car has been at the body shop since 3/6/23 due to a backorder on a Mazda part. I am paying the lease for this car and forced to rent a car to commute. I called Mazda at least 20 times with no solution to my problem, all I get is "who cares" Be aware, DO NOT BUY MAZDA !!!

Driving down to Florida from Dayton ohio our, transmission failed in Richmond KY . We have a 2017 Mazda 3 touring with 114 thousand miles . We are upset for the low mileage that the quality of your cars, which I really take heart and talk to a lot of people how much we love our mazda and the quality of your cars.

I was surprised that the transmission when out soooo soon. Your company needs to update the quality of the transmission. 00 to fix this problem. Thanks for now of doubting buying a mazda again. Richard Hill :(

I will be filing a complaint to consumers report, Better business and Lemon Law. I am in my 3rd CX5, recent is only 8 months old. Al of which locked with the car running. This should have been recalled years ago, Mazda is obviously going to wait until a small child gets hurt!

The answer from the dealer was to turn off auto lock, so put a bandaid on the problem. I’m order to trade the 8 month old lease In it would have cost me 8k which obviously I don’t have! That car should have been traded out for a new vehicle being less then a year old! Kelly Lukos

I've been trying to contact them regarding this issue but can't get a response from anyone at the dealerships or corporate offices. The buttons on the side of the cheap plastic key fob will always press themselves when they touch anything in your pockets or your purse.

I've been robbed 4x in the past year. Dozens of time's I've gone to my car during the winter to find the lift gate open and it's ice cold inside. Same thing happened in the summer which meant plenty of bugs.

Don't reverse to park in a parking garage in this vehicle because the lift gate will open and get stuck to the concrete, damaging it every time you park in a garage. They took a decent vehicle and made it the worst vehicle I've ever been in because they don't know how to design a simple key fob.

I had an axel seal replaced on my 2012 Mazda 3. I was also told that it needed a transmission flush due to the wrong transmission fluid being in it. I decided to take it elsewhere to have the flush done 3 days after I picked it up from this location.

The shop I took it to said they couldn't perform the flush since it was spewing out transmission fluid from the Axel seal that this shop had replaced. I took it back to this location. And they inform me that it cannot be fixed due to the transmission housing or possibly metal in the transmission.

I have called up to this service department twice last week to discuss why this wasn't seen when the seal was originally replaced and how they could rule out a defective seal. If it was the housing it would have been leaking after it was test driven…

Halo, i have bite vor 2 Years the CX5 from Mazda produced 2016. Have only 61000km and hi allready has stuked Engine Air Chanels. When i Drive 30km/h it‘s drive it strange. The Analise was Don from officiel Mazda Garage hier in Switzerland.

I purchased a new 2023 CX-9 on December 31, 2022. Still to this date my information has not been turned into Virginia Dept of Motor Vehicles causing my personal property tax bill to be delayed. They called me about 6 weeks ago asking me to fill out more paperwork and I explained that i had already done so.

So the title clerk had to look into this and apparently my paperwork was lost. So Ive been calling for the past two weeks trying to get resolution. Today I spoke with the title clerk which told me they need me to sign a new odometer statement and power of attorney which i did when i purchased the new vehicle.

I went into the dealership to trade in my car. After 4 hours of running around the location was closing. Being considerate I said that we can finalise the deal the second day. I had to message twice before I got a response to be told that my trade in is now worth $2500 less.

The manager tried to tell me there was no contract signed. I am so disappointed with the service and lack of respect for customers time. Does a man’s word have no value anymore? I even have it in text how much there would offer me.

I went to Mazda Amarillo to trade almost a brand new 2021 dodge ram truck with very low miles. They came back with a 2017 Ford f150 almost 100 thousand miles. Pretty truck but it's already been in the shop four times & is still in there shop.

Basically traded me a "lemon". It's been in the shop more than I drove it. They gave me warranty for life. I want another truck or a check for I can get another one.

Dear Sirs, I’m the owner of a Mazda SUV, Model CX5, full, year 2020, Diesel. Due to a design problem the engine oil needs to be replaced every 3000 kilometers due to diesel contamination. 000 kilometers but I get a nasty warning regarding the oil level being too high just around 3000 kilometers out of the garage.

I have not received any satisfactory reply to my complaints from local representatives and I do expect Mazda to positively react to in my views a serious car malfunction. I have been driving your cars for years, all with a faultless performance, petrol version though.

I hope Mazda will come with a technical solution for the Diesel models in order to preserve the well deserved prestige the brand has in my country. Kindly advise soon. com

A local dealer, 2Mazda, diagnosed my 2013 Mazda CX5 as requiring a $7500 engine replacement. A second opinion disclosed that the engine did not need replacement and the car is now commuting on a regular basis. I incurred $1000 in unnecessary towing and repair fees.

I cannot reach anybody in Mazda and their website does not accept complaints. I am 77 years old and am suspicious that I was victimized by this dealer.

Been leasing Mazda’s since 1997. All new. I. 9:20 appt. For only an oil change . After 2hrs a young lady comes out and explained . They are short handed due to the holiday . Anyone with just an oil change can stay So I did .

Come to find 3hrs later after I inquired . They didn’t even look at my car . I was very upset , told them to get my car. And will never go back . 1st free oil change . 00 at my local gas station . Very disappointed .

And will have to drive to bklyn or Jersey for service .

Dear customer-service team In early December 2022, I went to your Mazda showroom in Dubai, Shaik Zayed road branch with the intention of buying a Mazda 6 model, full option in RED color. I was informed by the sales lady Ms.

I bought a Mazda 6, 2009 a little over a year ago. My car stopped starting suddenly about 6 months ago. I had a mechanic look at it and he could not get it to start or even unlock the steering.

He took it to a Mazda dealership and they did some work that did not help and charged me over $1000 and then wanted to replace something else that wouldn't have fixed it and that would have been over $1000 as well. I did not have them replace that part.

My mechanic said that part would have had nothing to do with the problem. I was told by the dealership that the part cannot be bought and the car cannot be fixed. I still owe about $5000 on this car and I think it is ridiculous that one of your cars cannot be fixed.

I ended up buying another car and now am having to make 2 car payments. I feel that…

Not a complaint but a question. When will there be touch up paint available for 2023 CX-50 in Ingot Blue? You should have it available if you are selling that color car. What is the delay? Support the cars you are selling for $40,000.

Mazda does not stand by their products. I have a brand new Mazda CX5 with 2800 miles on it. Cross traffic sensor does not work. They made me bring it to the service department three different times and still did not repair it.

In my opinion it’s just incompetence. I will never buy a Mazda again!

I purchased a brand new Mazda CX-5 from Bay Ridge Mazda on January 3, 2022. 11 months later I noticed that the low oil light was coming on intermittently. I checked the oil and it was low. I thought this was odd because I always get my car serviced at the prescribed intervals.

On January 7, 2023 I took the car for an oil change and I mentioned to the tech that I had to put oil in the car and I thought it was weird. After the service was done, the tech told me it seemed something was wrong with the seal on my car.

He said he had never seen such a problem on a car with less than 12,000 miles on it and that I would have to bring it back for further diagnostics. He told me the seal held the engine and the transmission into place and that it was a "big job".

ON 11/2822 MY NEIGHBOR and I took a mazda 2004 rx8 for diagnostic. They have had the car for 2 months. I went with my neighbor to pay of her bill and to retrieve the vehicle to another shop. I paid the bill $806 but a representative, Lilliana, of mazda stated we could not take the vehicle due to the mechanic was not work.

I have an appointment to pickup the car today. The car was running when we took it to mazda. We just needed diagnostic due to the car is hard to start. Eventide my neighbor tried to get her car they, Lilliana had an excuse why she could get her car.

I have 19,300 miles on my 2021 Cx5 and am now having my front and rear break calipers and pads replaced. I drive 90% highway miles and should not require spending 1,200+ at this point in the vehicles life. I currently own 3 Mazda vehicles and will now be looking to replace them with some other brand.

My 2019 Mazda CX-5 has had a problem for the last year. Shortly after the factory warranty expired, approximately at 38,000 miles, the check engine light went on. The dealership, Capistrano Mazda had the car in the Service Dept. 3 times and could not fix it.

I checked the DTC code myself, which indicated a faulty Purge Valve. I am reporting this now because in the interim I bought my wife a Subaru Outback, which had a problem soon after purchase. The Dealer was much more attentive to the problem.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. They came out and recommended I replace both the cabin air filter and cooling unit air filter. No problem. 90. Not a problem.

I get in the car and the smell of something is ungodly over powering. I drive it, maybe, 10 miles and don’t feel so good, extreme headache and dizziness. The odor is still over powering. Get home, get out and smoke rolling out from underneath the hood and still overpowering odor.

Call the dealership, explain concern, and they ask if I think it will make it back to the dealership. I sure don’t know because I’m NOT a mechanic, but I take it back. A few minutes later service Dept person comes out to report the person who worked on my car failed to put the oil cap back on correctly…

Purchased my Mazda 3 Hatchback in January 2022. Love my car but airbag malfunction light started coming on so took in for service on 12/9. 2 and a half hours later, they say I need a new airbag. Said it was ok to drive until the airbag came in.

What I have read from other people online, this was not true. Warning light was on constantly at this point. Took it back in 12/14 to have new airbag installed. Over 3 hours later, airbag was installed but "certified" mechanic had broken off the handle that raised my seat.

Brought my car out for me to drive until part came in. the seat belt in the driver seat was not attached!! Could not use. A piece from the driver seat was loose just laying in the passenger side seat!!

My Mazda is with panel beaters for more than a month, unable to find parts, parts on backorder and no indication when parts will be available. I am absolutely furious to how Mazda could keep marketing and selling vehicles if no parts are available for repairs. I have tried phoning and mailiing customer care with no response.

I purchased a 2016 Miata used. The Miatas from the generation I bought are known to have Transmissions that fail. My transmission did in fact fail last December. Mazda replaced it with a new one and I was very happy.

Last month my transmission failed again. This time Mazda is refusing to replace it even though the transmission itself is within warranty they are trying to tell me that I mistreated it when I drive 18 miles in each direction to and from work and baby my car.

I have not even had to rotate the tires since the transmission installation it's only had one oil change. They are telling me that they will not cover it and nobody is responding to my complaints.

My 2022 Mazda CX5 was involved in a mild collision 6/14/2022. Mazda has yet released any parts to repair shop. I am 84 years old on a very fixed income with no car for Dr appointments etc. The car is leased and Mazda still wants me to pay the lease and car insurance.

Can someone please get a class action lawsuit started as I am not the only one!!

Went in for a broken key. Was told it would take over an hour to program. Regular key for Mazda CX-7. Not a fob. Had to leave because I could not sit there for an hour and was able to get a loaner car.

Had to use overnight since there were issues going back and forth with Mazda giving me incorrect information. Got a text the next morning. m. within 15 minutes I got a text message telling me my car aka key was ready.

Went to pick up was charged an hour for labor which is absurd when I only got a text message telling me it took 15 minutes to do. If I was told it would have taken 15 minutes instead of over an hour I would have stayed there for them to program it.

Instead of going through the hassle of getting a loaner and going back and getting extra fees. I think it's a disgrace to charge…

Purchased new vehicle. in Oct-ber- cx 50 vin 7mmVABCM6pn11826 Unable to find out why external mirror doesn't work; Salesman, Jim, never responds to my question after repeated calls. Left message at "service line" no response. Left message with sales manager, no response.

Also issue of gap insurance question, left message at finance department no response. Sadly, if I do not receive response will contact Better Business Bureau and also negative experience on web with terrible ratings

Mazda has washed its hands of the problem with the CMU units in the cars that are failing. They know it’s a problem and dealers are telling you that they might have the parts sometime next year.

Meanwhile, the car continuously tries to reboot, which at night is incredibly distracting and bright. It also has no working NAVI system, phone pickup or radio. You cannot reset the oil or access any of the idiot lights without it working.

Shame on Mazda - I have purchased 7 Mazdas throughout my life and recommended them to family and friends - that ends today.

I recently bought a used vehicle and paid part cash, part loan. The "finance manager," Scott Mcgrew filled out the documents wrong for my loan, so I had to fill them out myself and get him to sign it again.

They released the vehicle to me, stating everything was good to go. My bank called me stating they never received the documents and that I would loose my loan by the end of the business day if not submitted. The loan manager with my bank did reach out to Scott and he relayed that he would submit them immediately but never did.

I will do everything in my power to make sure this guy looses his job over this if it falls through. I'm that pissed. " Then they put the wrong taxes on it and it was actually a bit more than they had quoted. " HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

No protection cover on the bottom grill of my 2022 Mazda CX 30 2.5S Premium my condenser is damaged due to something hitting it my warranty would not cover it had to file on my insurance which I think was not right I think something should be done for Mazda to make and put a protection grill on the bottom of of my Mazda CX 30. And also the front license plate cover was never installed on my car it was in the back of the trunk.

I bought a 2018 Mazda 3 ..5 door grand touring on 2/36/2019. Recently I took my car in with 1445 mikes for service with my long time mechanic…he had recommended that I buy a Mazda due to its safety and very little need for mechanical service,,,but he felt bad when he found a leaking left rear shock. He said it is past warranty period..but felt Mazda still be responsible as I got a defective shock. He said shocks should last at least 50 to 60000 miles. He said the car is save to drive and no mechanic issues…just the bad shock. Please reply to this complain…than you for your response and courtesy
