My name is Hannah Grace Horn. I am a client at Greico Mazda of Delray Beach. I purchased a car with you in May of 2021. I have always been on time with my payments and was able to refinance with you in September of this year. On top of refinancing I deposited an extra 500$ which was deducted from the overall balance. I was informed by one of your employees that due to the refinance I would not have to resume payments until October 20th of 2022. When I went to pay for this it stated I have a payment due October 9th, this was not disclosed with me.. I thought fine this means the next payment will be due November 9th. Bought a Mazda CX-5 2022 this past February and I am having problems with the fuel mileage … it is consuming to much gas the best 21 miles/gallon … when I was buying the vehicle… the sticker displayed 24-30 miles/gallon an average the 26 miles/gallon. I have been a loyal customer for Mazda since 1992-1993 when I bought my first Miata in Miami Florida.

I have been living in Jacksonville, Florida for the last 10 years and I have purchased several Mazdas at Hodges Mazda at the Avenues. I am concern due the high cost of gas and also is not consuming what it said on the sticker sale I am a retired 70 year old woman and I thought this vehicle will last for many years to come. net

I bought a blue 2022 Mazda CX-30 Premium on 9-26-22. I am not happy with my new car buying experience. I am taking the car back today to trade it in for a USED loaner car with 7,000 miles on it.

So, I'm paying $35,000 for a used car. I put a $1000 deposit on the CX-30 Premium when I saw it was in transit to the Evansville, IN dealership. The WINDOW STICKER said it had Sirius xm radio on it.

After I paid for it and was about to leave, the salesperson was showing me how to work everything. At that time, we realized it didn't have Sirius. The ONLY reason I paid more for the Premium trim was to get the Sirius.

I had insisted on tire coverage when I leased my 2020 Mazda 6. Sure enough I needed 2 new front tires. Mazda told me it was dangerous to drive the car. They refused to cover them because there wasn't enough tread on the tires.

I never heard of such a thing. $700 later and a video telling me everything was fine. The next day I wake up to a dead battery. RSA was a 2 hr wait. I had my insurance company jump the car.

I called many times trying to find out if I was covered. No one answered the phone or returned any of my messages at Greico Mazda. I went to my local Goodyear being afraid to drive the car any further then necessary.

Hello Mazda, My name is Charles Meador, and I have a 2019 Mazda CX 5 with only 17,000 miles working from home and well kept in my garage. My AC went out this week. I live in Texas. Stability track flashes reading service vehicle as the brakes slam, almost causing two wrecks before I make it home.

The brakes are squealing; the calibers are worn out and rotors, as the dealership said. I have only three oil changes as my car sits at 17,000 miles, and I am distraught to contact a lawyer today. I spent 35000 for a car with these issues at 17,500 miles even under a manufactured warrant and with a 60,000 and 100,000-mile warranty.

To whom it may concern, In January of this year, I received a recall notice regarding a potential failure of the low-pressure fuel pump impeller in my 2019 MX5 RF. In late July I received another letter stating that improved parts were now available for repair.

I went to 2Mazda in Ft Collins CO to schedule an appointment to replace the fuel pump. At that time, 2Mazda informed me that they had a limited number of parts available for this repair and recommended that I schedule an appointment as soon as possible because they didn’t know when additional parts would become available once these were exhausted.

I have been dealing with Mazda customer service for 6 months on the same complaint, during that time: 1. I have had at least 3 case numbers since the first 2 were lost or deleted. 2. I have had 2 account representatives - none of which consistently returned my phone calls. 3.

On 8-11-2022 I had my car taken to the Fremont Mazda dealership to have my car fixed.

first my car was diagnose and it said I needed a few fuses, I picked my car up on 8-16-2022, the car was so dirty I could hardly see out the windows. As I was driving I went to turn on my air conditioner which was not working so I returned the car.

I have a recall on my 2019 Mazda CX-5 for a recall. The dealership where I bought the car says their closest repair is im canandaigua , ny which is at least 1 hr 46 minutes from where I live in lewiston, ny they suggested I try the mazda at 3920 Sheridan Dr, williamsville ny

When I called that service dept Tyrone Ferguson told me he could schedule an appointment for Thurday August 18 at 9:45 and when I got there they’d tell me when they would actually get the car in. I don’t have anyone that can pick me up and since my address is 25 miles I will be stuck there because their shuttle only goes 20 miles.

During intense hot summer days the AC in my car stops working.. and maybe the next day it will be fine again.

However with MAZDA not taking in walk in appointments, so the issue may resolve itself by the time of the appointment and resume later on. This issue is completely random. I have taken my vehicle (2019 mazda 3 sedan) in multiple times with only successfully having it services once.

They have a history of the issue with my vehicle. But they will not fix it since they can’t “duplicate the issue”

I was misinformed about the purchase price of a car 2017 Lexus that I co-signed on the loan. My brother and I were told the price would be 30,000. Received the paperwork and the car was over 58,000. I was told that they would use my credit so that my brother would have a lower interest rate.

I purchase a new 2019 mazda cx-3 from Naples Fl. This past February 2022 we traded the car a a vw dealer for a larger sum. My husband acquired a service dog and needed a larger vehicle. We went in person to the Mazda dealership to cancel the extended warranty, at which point we were told by the finance manager we were owed approximately $1,800.

Yesterday we worked with two sales persons. , our walk away price. We were ready to put money down to hold a car and asked for a written proposal. What came back shocked us: add-ons like a so-called green car package @ $1295, a destination charge of $1250, a premium paint charge of $595, and another $595 for red paint.

Good grief: do they really think we don't know price gouging when we see it. Needless to say, we will not be going anywhere that dealership in the future. Having said aIl of the above, however, we must compliment both of the young women, salespersons, who assisted us as far as they could.

I made an appointment for service and drove 89 miles to be told my last service under my maintenance agreement was the prior one performed at the Burlingame Mazda. At that time I was not told that was my last service under my maintenance contract.

I also had someone to pick me up from your dealership in Dublin which I had to cancel, but by then they were almost there. This was a complete waste of time and money. On May 30 2021 I purchased a CX-30 from Cardinale Mazda in Salinas, CA. Memo Camacho sold me an 84 month warranty through West Coast Assurance Company. He assured me that I could get a refund a refund on the warranty if i changed my mind and decided that i didn't want it.

I submitted the warranty cancellation form, with Mr. Camacho's signature, by fax on January 13 2022. After several unsuccessful attempts to follow up on the Protective Asset Protection website, I texted Mr. Camacho in late May or early June and got no response.

Bought a 2018 MX5 new for cash from Tom Busch Mazda In Jacksonville Florida, have taken car in twice for same issue (2021 and 2022) found out Mazda corporation had a service bulletin to replace the AC hose if brought in for exact complaint. Tom Busch service manager said that in 2021 they only recharge the AC but now it has a large leak. Gee!

I scheduled an appointment with local dealer, Dean McCrary Mazda to have monitoring system checked and after they took my vehicle in service area was told they did not have the equipment to service my vehicle and that nearest place that could would be pensacola florida. I believe I was told this because I did not purchase my vehicle there.

I immediately called the Mazda 1800# spoke with a guy and was given a case # of 3029462. He said he would call my local Mazda to did out why they told me that and let me know where to take vehicle.

Well that was 5-13-22 and I have not heard anything from Mazda. Don't feel like a valued customer at all!!!

We encountered questionable business practices from this dealer. They advertise 4 models of a specific car as being available until you reach the dealer and find they have none. 5 hours. After repeated no's another individual came to talk to us and said he had an allocation coming in and we would be first in line.

He was supposed to contact us the afternoon of our visit. Never heard from him. Contacted the salesman again to find out the status-guess what never heard from him again.

I had a tribute for 10 yrs, l9ved that car,, then traded it for 2013mazda cx5. seat heaters not working,, battery drained by ipod plugged in overnite, etc.

finally went to non Mazda dealer. Told me battery to small, put in better one, no more issues. Heated seats worked!!!! Last year Could not pass 2021 emissions test. $360 to fix. Why??? Car has also had to delay switched gear ro drive.

Mazda said could never recreate. Finlay went back to Mazda after 5 years to update computer and supposedly fix the shift problem. $85 update did nothing. Unfortunately had an accident September 6, 2021 in my 2019 Mazda CX9 Touring. The vehicle waited for parts for almost 5 months. Mazda would not return calls, requests by Caliber Collision for part estimated time of delivery, feedback, etc. Mazda was radio silent and totally unresponsive.

I sent a letter to Joe Guyton, CEO of Mazda North American late January, 2022 requesting reimbursement of rental car expense or refund of payments for at least 3 months while it waited for parts. NO RESPONSE from Joe Guyton in almost a month now...don't expect one.

VERY disappointed the way Mazda handles issues. This will probably be my first and last Mazda. Have owned BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Infiniti, Audi, VW, Jeep, Honda and Lexus.........Mazda by far the worst in customer support and assistance

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Waiting 7 months for a part— the customer service line puts you on hold and no one answers, the chat line is closed, emails are not answered because of high volume. I have written corporate, called corporate and no answer from anyone.

My car has been sitting in the shop for SEVEN months due to pet problem.

I have a place in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. My kids were there and their car broke down in Palm Beach in June of last year. Our primary residence is in Maryland. The problems with the Mazda 3 were unexpected.

and needed to take care of things so ended up taking the car to Mazda of Palm Beach. They fixed the problem and along the way suggested I took care of a few other things. 00. The repairs included a new battery.

Now fast forward 6 months later, in January, the battery does not work and needs to be replaced. I called the Mazda of Palm Beach and they said to just go to any Mazda dealer in Maryland, my primary residence, and any dealer would replace the battery at no cost.

I took my car in on June 24th for a battery issue I was having. I had to wait over 6 hours without the service rep coming to update me on the status of my service issue, even though she came to the customer service lounge where I was waiting.

she did not have the courtesy or professionalism to take a few seconds and update me as to the status of my service and how much longer I would have to wait. I believed that I received horrible service from your service agent.

I sent an email to the PR department soon after describing the poor service. I received a single call from the service manager but I was too busy to answer, sad to say, I never got a follow up called from him since this horrendous experience I had as a customer at the Roseville Mazda Facility.

I have a Mazda cx-5 2015 diesel rego 89JSS. And 6 days ago it had the engine light come on telling me to take it to the nearest Mazda dealer. And they deem it of road and advise not to keep driving it.

They found carbon in the engine and low oil pressure and I got told they might have the car for awhile and they put in for a hire car what got refused due to how old and the ks. It only has 130,000 and 6 years old.

I've never miss a service for the life of the car.

I'm writing because I bought a vehicle from McDonald Mazda and they had un safe tires on my vehicle. I had them look at the tire that I was sold the vehicle with when the first 2 tires I replaced blow out and they still told me there was nothing wrong with the tires.

I then had a problem with the next to 2 tires and had to replace them. When I was there the tech should me that the tire are for 2008. The tires should have never been on this vehicle as rubber has a self life of 10 year if stored correctly.

When the tires where replace the tire tech asked me if I had a death wish with the tires on the vehicle. Not only did I have to pay for the 4 tires to be replaced but I had my self and others in this vehicle and could have cost lives for the poor quality of tire this dealership had on my…

All they do is send you to voicemail at the service departments and then no one ever calls you back!!!!! I would rate it a 0 if I could. 88 for a key after the key was cut without a price being available prior to the service being rendered. When I tried to use the key it would only unlock the door, it would not turn the engine.

" At the very least this business practice was deceptive and a rip off. 00 if the car was going to be operable. Thanks to this experience, never again will I tell someone that I love my car when they ask.

My car has been in shop for a week and a half. It was towed because on two separate times, my card died while being driven. I was very scared. The second time it happened, it was towed to the dealership where I bought it.

The service manager just keeps saying that they can’t duplicate the problem. So I have a car that I don’t feel safe in. I emailed Mr Dean, the general manager. He said he would do what he could to resolve the issue.

He asked me if I wanted to trade, and I said yes. He could not find me an equal trade, because he valued my car under my true car’s worth. So, I am supposed to get into an older car with more miles.

All I wanted was an equal trade, and he finally emailed me today stating that he couldn’t give me my car’s true value. And he couldn’t help me.

I had my Mazda USA for less than 1 year. It's a 2021. So far my car has been in the shop 5 times for as long as 4 months total.

First time, the windshield was cracked, and they gave me the run around and then fixed it because it was an actual defect. 2nd time, my computer failed, like completely; and it was in the shop for almost two months because, they couldn't find a computer because, again, it's a brand new 2021!!

I then took two other times, for complaints of my brakes and car shaking when stopped. Both times, they told me it was just the rust. I accidentally left my debit card in the rental car. They called me because they found it.

The dealership sold us a 2017 Hyundai SantaFe Sport on Feb 30th2021. on July 25, 2021 the vehicle broke down, on the highway, 2 times!! We were on holiday and it was 2 weeks of hell!! What responsibility does Mazda have in helping us recoup any of the moey we spent getting it towed and renting another vehicle to get home safely!!

I had an 8:30 appointment with Madza Service in Victorville, Ca. I waited 4 hours and they never took my car back for service. I was told whoever bought a car there goes first appointment or not. After 4 hours I was told it would be sometime in the afternoon but cars that were bought there would still go first.

I have a Mazda and I would of bought one from them but they wouldn’t sale it to me. I’ve owned 2 madza in the pass that I did buy from them. I feel I was treated unfairly and my time was not valued.

I just bought the car with an extended warranty and the last time I was here they made me pay for a oil change and ended up refunding me. Is this because I’m black, I don’t know but I’m truly upset.

Recently bought a used 2019 Mazda-3 from the Power Mazda dealership in Salem, OR. The car had roughly 13k miles on it when it was purchased. Within 5000 miles of driving it, one of my back rear tires starting losing pressure.

I took the car into a reputable tire repair shop and they told me that both of my rear tires were completely shot. I found this hard to believe since the tires "should" have only a combined 18000 miles on them.

I went into the dealership and talked with their sales manager. He mentioned that the rear tires were at 4/32 when they did their pre-sale safety inspection. According to any tire dealer, 4/32 is the time that you start looking for new tires.

The tires on the car are rated for 65,000 miles, these have barely lasted to 20k. He refused to do anything about it…

I​ live​ in​ Thailand​ in​ Roi-Et​ province. My​ Mazda​ BT​50​pro​ 2018​ 4dr pickup​ was​ damaged​ by​ motorcyce​ hitting​ it​ from​ right​ side​ just​ in​ front​ of​ wheel. Damage​ was​ caused​ to​ wing, inner​ wing, front​ panel, front​ grill, headlight, driving​ light, bonnet, parking​ mirror, bullbar, internal fixing,, etc.

This​ was​ January​ 2021 Vehicle​ has​ No1​ insurance​ and​ should​ be​ repaired​ back​ to​ new​ condition. The​ vehicle​ was​ taken​ to​ Roi-Et​ Mazda​ main​ dealership​ to​ make​ repair... 15th February​ car​ was​ taken​ to​ Mazda​ Roi-Et,, I​ was​ assured they​ were​ ready​ to​ commence repair.

Leasing 2021 CX-30, from Koon's Silver Spring, MD, my 2018 VW Tiguan lease-return was bought by Mazda dealer. Koon's sent check to VW for the leasee buy-back price not the dealer buy-back price about $6000 difference. Koon's will not give me any information after many calls and promises someone will call me back as to resolution.

Can they sell the Tiguan without the title from VW. What if i continue receiving clarification letters from VW?
