I have leased 4 mazda vehicles and bought one I know this has been a difficult time but I have always had great services the gladstone dealership has gone downhill I'm dealing with a clerical problem that has now gotten to be ridiculous and much present car has some sensor issues could have been very bad accident and guess what maybe a law suit I dont wish anything bad for anyone but your crew out there has a poor leader and

My husband and I were returning our leased vehicle to Mazda. We already did the pre-qual check and had a print out and my husband contacted Mazda in Bayshore prior to brining the car there. He was told that he could bring the car in for return at anytime and speak with any representative.

He thanked the person and we traveled to the Bayshore location at 1200 Sunrise Highway, Bayshore, NY 11706. Upon our arrival we met with a very nice gentleman (we were not with him long enough to get a name) who explained that although we had all of our paperwork in order we still needed the exact mileage of the car.

I recently received a recall notice on my 2008 Mazda CX9 which is now completed. (Airbag parts). Upon return of my vehicle there were audio issues. (Malfunction clock setting and non-functional booth tooth). When notifying Mazda of the issues, I was instructed to bring my car back in to leave for a 4 hour factory resetting with a loaner car provided.

After picking the vehicle back up, was told the reset was not done and this is a common occurrence with Mazda vehicles when the batteries are unhooked. Was never told this could occur when leaving my car for recall repairs. 00) Mazda quoted price.

I owner since March 2019 of a Mazda 2 Sport, bought in Mazda Vardi - Chia - Colombia. I have had difficulties operating the GPS of the car. When I went to the 5000 km review, I informed the people in the workshop about the difficulties.

They requested video and they did tests. It was found that the browser works however the GPS does not work: when I enter an address it does not register it. I received an email from customer service - Mazda Colombia - on December 27 where they say there are no problems and the reason for not taking the address I am looking for is that the GPS is outdated.

I am dissatisfied with this answer and its service, because when I enter, for example, the word street ("calle") in the GPS appears alley ("callejuela") and it is impossible for me to register street.…

I dropped my car off at Mazda Ladd Hanford in Lebanon, PA on August 19, 2019 as it was making a whistling sound. I currently THOUGHT it could possibly be the turbo in my engine. They automatically made it to be the same thing until they were replacing it and found that my exhaust manifold had a crack in it (hence the whistling noise).

It is now December 10, 2019 and I have had my car back for a total of 2 weeks within that 4 month period. The first time I got it back, it was leaking fluids all over my driveway and work employee parking lot.

Come to find out, they did not seal it properly and it was transmission fluid. They, again, had my car for another month replacing the seal and transfer case. I get my car back, this time for a week, and it starts leaking the same fluid.

Hi I bought a172 Mazda CX-5 from a Mazda Dealership in Ireland- it was one year old when I bought it. I needed a dependable car for work as I have to drive a good distance to get to work.

My wife owns a 2012 Mazda 3, purchased used in Jan 2014 with 20,250 miles. Around 95,000 miles the auto transmission started to whine. Research on the internet showed this to be a damaged bearing in the transaxle due to improper configuration of the transaxle case. A modification was implemented to correct the problem, so Mazda was/is well aware of the problem. I researched options for repair, and the dealer quotes were not at all reasonable, recommending a new transmission. I just brought the car to a certified transmission repair facility who informs me that the case is in fact at fault, and will need replacement, driving the estimated cost up to $5000. Other owners have registered complaints with Mazda to no avail.

On the 24th of October I took my Mazda BT50 registration 651 SQM into Mazda Maroochydore for a door latch recall and subsequent replacement. I picked up my vehicle later that day and returned home. On arriving home I park my car in our garage and always lower my windows to allow the vehicle to air. When I purchased my second new BT 50 I was offered as part of the deal a fixed price service contract and now the dealer is failing to honour that and have bluntly refused to discuss their failure to honour their agreement. As I said it is my second new Mazda and I am never going to purchase another one.

I own a 2008 Mazda CX-7. I love my vehicle but I have recently been notified about a recall on the passenger side airbag. I then proceeded to call the nearest Mazda dealership, which is Sheeny Mazda of Hagerstown Maryland.

I spoke to a service agent named Fred. I want told that my recall (I recieved the recall on 11/6/19) that this particular recall was completed on my vehicle in 2017. Then Fred proceeds to tell me that there was no current recalls on my vehicle.

I then explained to him that I just received the recall via email 11/6/19. Fred then stated that this was a mistake and that this recall was now released yet. I'm sorry but this is not my fault nor is this any of my concern.

It is very disappointing when Mazda Corporation cannot get hold of the dealer. When a car is at a dealership for the fifth time for the same problem: and the rep is not able to assist you.

When asking for a supervisor your first cold there are none you are then told Buy a different representative that there is a supervisor but don’t be surprised if they don’t accept your call and you receive a call back from the original CSR who wrote up the complaint.

In the past Mazda has been very good from a corporate standpoint but now I would rate them less than one if it was possible.

CX5 repaired by Mazda dealer shop in Thailand. Original Head lamp on left side been replaced. On the same day we took our car, it was heavy rain and cause the new head lamp was have steam inside the hard lamp as picture attached. Mazda dealer in Thailand refuse to replace us.

Their service was very very bad. Since we sent the car for repaired, no staff from Mazda to update us at all.

Always, we have to call them to check.

Why original head lamp can happen? Why Mazda do not bother to replace us?

I have always owned Mazda’s and never had an issue until i purchased my last Mazda 3 sp25 in 2015. The car has had Nothing but issues since purchase.

Firstly the trim in the door started coming undone on all doors. I complained it was fixed and then the same thing continued to happen. I was sold insurance that I should not have been sold and later received a email from swan insurance explaining this.

I received a part refund. A vibrating noise started I complained multiple times to the dealer/service department and I was told there wasn’t an issue. after a number of services they finally had found the problem however I was told I needed to pay 800+ To have this fixed even though my car was still under warranty.

Hi Team, I have a CX3 2015,(now out of warranty) with about 17,000km so as you can see I don't use the car very offen. The car is serviced regularly and is in very good condition however for the past 8 months I have been having trouble with the air conditioning, blowing hot air- I have today been told that the compressor needs to be replaced!!!! as the casing is very thin and has holes which will cost about $800 to $1000.

When I went it to get a routine oil change they told me everything was functioning properly then when I told them I had to buy a new battery even though mine was under warranty (which I didn't know) the nice Mazda lady told me to call customer service and if I had my receipt I could get reimbursed for the battery that I had to buy since the dealership was closed when it happened.

Called today they said we need the battery back which I don't have since auto zone takes it and the guy said there is nothing we can do for you thanks for nothing.

Brought my Mazda3 cx to the dealer about seven weeks ago the camera was not working have no radio or way to set the time no cd player an what ever else is on the tv screen. This is a super inconveince since the light keeps flashing.

I under stand that the part is back ordered and no one seems to know when it will arrive here. This is my second Mazda and I really like the car,but I will be trading it in next year and will have to reconsider buying another Mazda if I can;t get parts for it.

I will use this opportunity to say that after 2 weeks and 200 miles, the transmission of my new CX-5 developed a massive leak and had to be replaced. My brand new Mazda CX5 now has a replaced transmission. I am not happy about this.

This should not have happened and speaks very poorly for Mazda quality control.

‏I decided to buy a Mazda CX9 Signature from Mazda dealer in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia, "Al-Haj Hussein Ali Reza" and after I paid the full amount of the car I signed a paper said that the deadline for receiving the car is 20 working days.

However the car is in KSA Jeddah city and in case the delay is 20 days, you will get the first service for free only even if the delayed is more than a month . After i asked a number of customers who bought the car they told me some of them that they received the car within 20 days and some after a month and two months.

I have a 2017 CX 5 with Soul Red Crystal paint that I paid extra to have as I bought the car new from Germain in Columbus, Ohio.

On my first oil change I brought the paint chipping issue to their attention...they said it was normal to have some chips. I had quite a few, so I knew and they knew it was a bull shit answer. It continues to get worse with each passing day.

Now I read on line where the chipping is actually common for the 2017 with this specific paint.

So the question I have, since Germain does not even want to recognize the issue or a best blame me, what can corporate do since this has to destroy the value of any Mazda that has this specific paint and harm the overall Mazda brand??

NEVER BUY AN AUTOMOBILE FROM RAY SKILLMAN!!!! I have never been so disrespected we shopping for an automobile! We arrived at the dealership @ 8:24pm. The first comment out of the General Managers mouth was very derogative:”you just now coming in”.

To Whom It May Concern: I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 from Piazza Mazda in Reading Pa I have driven 20k miles in the past year. My car has been making 3 different sounds when I apply the brakes. I Called Piazza and from over the phone they could determine theses sounds were not covered under warranty. I purchased a Pre-Owned Certified Vehicle from Mazda of North Miami.. I took the vehicle back several times because it continue to accelerate when I went into second gear they told me nothing was wrong. My brand new Mazda CX-5 had the transmission go out on my vacation with under 7,000 miles on it.. the costumer service center was so horrendous. I can’t even get ahold of my rep anymore or anyone to reimburse me for the rental car that I was promised to be reimbursed for.

It's been pampered since I bought it; kept in a garage, regularly maintained, etc. I planned to have this car a long time, however I'm now being told the Power Train is shot and the car is worthless.

I'm very disappointed and angry that Mazda does not stand behind their vehicles. There was a defect, I didn't cause this. I think Mazda needs to step up and help me resolve this issue but I've gotten nothing but the door slammed in my face.

I was given the runaround on buying a new car from your dealership in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn NY. I gave them 500 dollars to locate a car. They then never returned my calls. I finally located one that I wanted and urged them to go get it.

) I then asked when I could have the title. This was promised within two days. 7 days later it had not arrived. I also asked about the recalls on the model. He disputed the fact that there WERE recalls for my model, even though it was clear from all websites that given the VIN number of my vehicle it needed attention.

I am still waiting for them to refund my 500 dollars. They never return phone calls and they are really shifty. It is a BLOT on the Mazda corporation.

I purchased my Mazda CX 3 from Mazda of Mesquite (Texas). It has been some time since I went in for a scheduled oil change with an appointment. They forgot about me and I checked with them after 45 minutes.

The Service Manager comes in and asks me what he can do to make it right. I told him I was out of time but he could give me a free oil change at a later date. He refused. I contacted the General Manger with a detailed letter regarding my experience and he never replied to me either.

They lost a good customer over their COST of an oil change. Rediculous. I decided to give them another try and called to schedule an appointment for some warrenty work. I never received a call back. I love my Mazda, but I have quit Mazda of Mesquite for good and wonder how many other unhappy customers may be…

I have a 2014 Mazda 6 with 17,000 miles on it and have read that you are aware that there is an issue with the Modified Switch Unit which causes my car to stay in the Accessory Mode and not turn fully off. I must make several attempts to shut off the car completely and although the shifter is in the park position the dashboard light indicates it is not and several attempt must be also made to put in shifter in the park position before it is recognized so

the car will shut off completely. Knowing that this is an issue with the Mazda 6 my question to you is why is this not a recall? I do not think it fair that I must replace and pay for a part on a car with only 17,000 miles when it's Mazda's issue from the beginning.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler at Ocean Mazda of Doral Florida. The Jeep had roof leaks and was taken to another Jeep Dealership for repair. I was given a loaner to drive by Ocean Mazda. After two week the jeep was still leaking water when it rained. I was told an outsource company would have to once again assess the jeep's roof.

I called Ocean Mazda in Doral and left two messages for Ernesto in the Used Car sales dept. regarding another loaner. He never called me back. I then asked for his superior, Peter Maten the GSM of used car sales dept. I called Mr. Maten and left three messages. He did not extend the professional courtesy of returning my calls either.

This extremely horrible customer service. I DO NOT recommend you purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!!!

I bought a Mazda 3 (JM7BM34Z1G1340310) almost 2 years and 6 months ago from Tunisian dealer (ECONOMIC AUTO). All the services are in order at Mazda dealer ECONOMIC AUTO (Ben Arous, Tunisie).

Tech that serviced my car for oil change, tires rotation, etc, did not tell me that ALL my tires needed replaced due to the tread splitting. I feel my life was put in danger due to tire splitting. Service manager ignored my concern once I brought it to their attention three days later.

Dear Mazda, on the 26/03/19 I took my 2004 Mazda 3 into Pattaya main dealer as an engine warning light had come on. they told me my car needed some new parts at a cost of 21,729 Baht. I got a call to ask me to bring my car into the service center on the 17/04/19.

2 days before that my engine near side mounting support bolt had come loose. I repaired this my self and found the engine warning light went out and the car run very smoothly but I found it needed a new air intake rubber, so when I took my car in for the parts to be fitted I tried to explain to 3 people taking 15 mins as no one could speak English.

Bought a brand new cx-3, not even two years old at this point and the air conditioning compressor has a leak, no damage around it from rocks or anything, no reason for it to be leaking. Warranty only covers 35k miles, well I’m a little over, so this is $1000 in repair for a car that shouldn’t have any issues yet.

I bought this car to have a reliable vehicle for my job as an in home caregiver for hospice. This is ridiculous!

I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 and in 2016 the front catalytic converter had to be replaced. Now 2 years later it has to be replaced again. I believe that a crappy part was put on my car and I feel that Mazda should pay for this. I can't even get the part to replace it. I have paid for 2 diagnostic test and they both say the same think.

My 2016 Mazda CX5 has about 50,000 miles on it. The LED daytime running lights have gone out completely on the driver's side and only flicker on the passenger. Even though my warranty is good until 60,000 miles, I was told it would not cover this problem.

The headlight assembly costs over $1000 each to replace. This is a huge safety issue! I see many complaints of this same issue. Does Mazda not stand behind their products? I just contacted the help chat line and was told that I need to pay $5 to talk to the Mazda mechanic.

This is not acceptable service.

A few days later a received a phone call where the Mazda representative stated that there are nil cars available in NSW, all were damaged during the hail, they found one car in Victoria state- sound Ok, right?

But , Mazda rep from Victoria asking $ 800 for delivery of the car, and Mazda rep from NSW stated that he was trying to negotiate on my behave very hard, and he reduced this price to $ 500. My question- so why I have to pay for it?

I leased a CX-5 on 9.28.18 fro9m huntington Mazda in NY. The original agreement, and i signed it was to get the car without a downpayment. The manager, Richard Chang agreed to it. I gave $100 deposit but when i went back to sign the contract they never gave me credit for the 100.00 and they charged me, WITHOUT my knowledge $854.43 as a down payment.

I was very upset and emotional as i had lost my husband recently and thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership so I didn't notice all the discrepancies with the money. They also charged me a tire fee of $12.50 which they never clearly explained. I got a letter for a recall on my 2011 Mazda 6. I made an APPOINTMENT at the MAZDA DEALER in OLYMPIA WASHINGTON to get it fixed. I DROVE 1 1/2 HOURS to MY APPOINTMENT to find out they USED ALL the PARTS the NIGHT BEFORE and SAID THEY TRIED to CALL ME (they had wrong#) and also tried to send me an E-mail (they also had the WRONG E-mail) I am sooooo mad that I had an APPOINTMENT and

they did not save a PART FOR ME!!!!! I now have to do this all OVER AGAIN WITH ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!!! I am wondering did they not know WHAT THEY ARE GETTING at the SERVICE DEPARTMENT or the PARTS DEPARTMENT!!!! I am a 4 TIME MAZDA BUYER BUT I AM NOT SURE IF 5 WILL EVER HAPPEN!!!!!! I first brought my 2015 Mazda M6 which I purchased new, to Cascade Mazda in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, on July 1, 2018 to tell them one (or more) of my Bose Speakers were not working properly and that two of my wheels are now peeling. Was there anything that could be done? The Service Manager, Ron ( a very nice man) looked all over and said he would inquire about the speaker and get back to me. In a relatively short, Ron got back to me and shortly thereafter, they replaced my right front speaker and did not charge me as they got the OK to replace it free from Mazda. However, when I got in my car to go home and tried the radio, THE SAME noise was still there. Whoever serviced the car, did not even see if the work done on my car worked.

I ‘am writing you to let you know I’ am very dissatisfied on how I was serviced or taken care of with Mazda due to a Mazda mandatory recall for both my driver and passenger airbags on my 2005 Mazda6. Prior to setting up my appointment my car had no air sensor or seat belt chime or even a check engine light what so ever, until I scheduled my appointment in which I advise the representative Keiyann at ext 1172 800-222-5500 that I have the air bag indicator on my dash with the seat belt chime, she advised me and set up an appointment for Mazda to come to my job in order to re place both bags in which I agreed. A warning light (Battery Maintenance) came on in my 2014 Mazda 3 , which has approx. 22,000 miles. I took it to the dealer (Sussman Mazda,Willow Grove,PA) on 10/12/18 and was told that since the warning light wasn't on at that time there was nothing they could do.

I returned on 10/15/18 when the light was on again and left the car with them to be checked for a problem. They later called and told me that I needed a "special" battery and it would take 5 to 7 days until they received the part.

They said they had no cars available for me to use. I have an extended warranty but was informed that the part was only covered on original warranty. I feel that this is a great inconvenience to not have the use of my vehicle for such a long period of time ,as I paid a lot for the extended warranty.…
