I called the Mcafee customer help line for a virus issue. I have a three year subscription, paid in full with the purchase of my computer. They wanted to charge me another $200 to assist me. When I complained, and asked for a supervisor, I was told I would be contacted with in two hours.
It is 24 hours later, and I still haven't heard from an advisor. Horrible, and I mean horrible customer service.
