I have not renewed subscription for months now and am repeatedly receiving renewal e-mails, on a daily basis. I am sick of getting these emails everyday from different source addresses. I get I. The average of six per day. They come in twos. When I contacted your customer service they verified my account as active and then told me that another email addresses was connected to my account. When asked how that could happen, they referred me to a tech. The tech tried to say that I didn’t have the right product because I didn’t have a firewall. He remotely connected to my desktop and insinuated that I was computer illiterate & didn’t know enough to understand what he was saying. Before giving up, I contacted 3 different tech support people; on two occasions I asked to speak with a manager & they hung up. I have the security suite and have been a McAfee customer for close to 20 years…

Only way to get a refund us to call (yeah, really). I have hearing issues, so phone is impractical. I got a promise in early June for a refund within 3-5 bus. days. It's now July 12 and no refund, nor do they respond to follow up chat/email to other departments.

These guys are amateurs, and their software sucks.

I switched from one company to McAfee yesterday but today I will be cancelling that!!!!!!! I tried to install it on my Mac spent several hours messing and finally gave up and call MCAFEE. 3 attempts later i get one woman(Asian of course ) who could NOT get my email address after I spelt it out 3 times.

So i asked for someone else, she refused, so I asked for a supervisor, she said we don't have any available!!!!!!!! So I called again not much better but he did finally say " he needed to transfer me to the Apple/McAfee group, so i waited maybe 10 minutes then got some other Asian woman she kept asking me if I had a PC or a MAC???!!!!!!

I purchased the 2 year plan and the app will not load onto my tab A tablet it did load onto my galaxy A52s G5 phone but the VPN will not turn on I have tried all ways to get in touch and get no replies have also been asked for money to look at the problem, I am a 79 year old pensioner and could do without this worrying and anxiety, l have tried to get into the refund but it doesn't work just sends you round in circles.

I want you to get these emails STOPPED as I never ever had MCAFEE, so why am I being bombarded with emails on daily basis to renew my subscription? For almost A year now, and keep telling me my subscription expired everyday!!

I needed technical support to install Safe Connect app. The customer support representative (Jared) firstly, couldn't find my account, even though I told them, I have just logged into my account. He then required me to create a new password.

I explained I had just logged into my account and my password is correct. Still, I went through the process of creating a new password. Then, he blamed the problems on the app, and asked me to reinstall. I reinstalled.

Finally, he couldn't resolve the problem, and advised I need to create a new mcafee account. I ended the call, as he was clearly incompetent. Following this call, I found my VPN was disabled and wouldn't connect. I called back.

A simple log in on an Truekey issue taking almost a month and everytime when you ask them their sytandard reply is higher level engineers are handling it and the problems seems intricate and need to research on it. Contacting them online seems a wait for 10 mins and subsequent wait of 1 minutes keep on draging for ever. and no one come online. It seems like they blocked me online as they cant rectify the issue. Its really unprofessional of Mcafee not to address issue and hiding behind the screen. Please expedite the issue asap and please take appropiate action on those people. At the time of writing i was put on queue for 10 minutes and almost 10 minutes have passed by and no supoort came on line. This is not only today but since i quention them on their progress.

Been trying since August 21,2021 to get enrolled with McAfee thru T-mobile's breech. Have talked with at least 15 different people and NO ONE can help me. Half of the time they say they will call me back and they don't.

The other half of the time they say I will get an email and I don't. And I don't know how many times I've done the same thing that the other person had me to do and of course it still does not work.

I have spent many hours trying to get enrolled and I still can't do it and it doesn't seem like they care if I get enrolled or not

T-mobile had a breach and we are supposed to get McAfee for 2 years free. I have been trying to get the 2-year free service since August 21st 2021. As of today October 21st 2021 I still cannot get enrolled.

I had called a million times I have also called T-Mobile and had them to get McAfee on the line and still don't have anything accomplished. I have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get this solved.

But it seems like no one cares if it gets done or not. I am tired of calling and being on the line for an hour at a time at least. I don't understand why I cannot get enrolled and why McAfee and T-Mobile is not cooperating and trying to help me.

Of course they say they are but does it take 2 months to get someone enrolled. I am so frustrated at this point I don't know what else…

Hi, This is to inform you that the refund amount has not been credited yet which was raised on 13th April'20 with request number 2767651076 and confirmation number CS2520456591 and after calling so many time to your consumer dept they have provided me the Gateway id-CS2520009451 to verify with my bank.

But after verification with the concern dept of my bank they have confirmed me that there is no such request they have received till 21st April from any merchant. I have called to your consumer dept again after have words with my bank but there is no co-operation or assistant from your end.

So please take it forward and do the needful or else please provide me the concern dept mail id to escalade it further. I can't just keep on calling you guys again and again for a particular request.…

C. C. and I got a pop up saying I only had one day left on my protection so I rung McAfee up and this is what I said "am I protected " ? after a while he said " I THINK SO " what sort of answer was that ?? C. C.

I signed up for three years in June 2018 and regret I did it first thing they ask is when was the last time you called I keep a log I called 4 times and they are not happy about it. 00 and I have yet to speak to a helpful person they always seem irritated when you call when I first started a person actually gave me instructions to give him an excellent review before I told him my problem I am not happy

I purchased protection for 1 computer on 3 14 19 I downloaded the protection plan and my computer was secure but when I started up my computer sometimes it would ask me to download again for a few seconds and then was fine a few times I would have to back out and go back in on 3 16 19 it stoped on the download page and when I backed out and

Dell . System mechanic did.7. I have had a virus. MCafee failed to detect it. Your technicianfound the virus and left it at that. My other computer which is an HP 250 G notebook runs windows 110. Hundreds of hours of work have been lost.

bought a brand new laptop, at the same time I purchased McAfee livesafe. Twice, I had to call customer service because key was accepted but product wouldn't download. Both times I had different gentlemen that were difficult to understand. The first gentleman tried to tell me I needed to buy a firewall or purchase the McAfee lifetime software.

The second gentleman also tried to tell me that I needed to upgrade my McAfee. That my brand new computer had viruses and a Trojan. Took my laptop back to store of purchase, to be told there were no viruses or Trojans, that it sounded like they (McAfee) were just trying to get more money.

If I would have realized all the difficulty with McAfee, I would have just purchased Norton.

99) Your firm stopped my protection, TOTALLY, on the 7th August 2018, which caused my computer to be infected by all sorts of viruses. It was switched back on two days later, and I was under the impression it was a blip.

I was having trouble uploading my Mcafee Live safe activation card and was connected with IT who then passed me on to one of your technicians. By the name of Alan Johnson who was very rude and was tryibg to sell me something I didn't require as my broadband has Sky shield protection. I kindly told the this Alan that I have just paid £800 pounds for a laptop and an extra £69 for your Live safe premium, he then persisted that I buy one of these bundles that I don't have the money for at present.

Because of this he then Hung the phone up on me.

After an unsuccessful attempt by MacAfee to fix the problem, in a threatening tone I was TOLD to give my personal banking information in order to obtain a refund, which I NEVER requested.

During my time in England, I am aware of ongoing bank fraud; personally, as well. I refused to give the information. So, I was informed I HAD to submit bank information, AND had to accept refund [due to MacAfee's failure to secure the computer].

I installed McAfee protection recently; being almost computer illiterate, I left the process entirely to it; I just did what I was told to do by its operator. The result, I later found out, was that he had installed it twice and charged a double fee.

I tried to sort it out ( this was when I found out about the double charge). ; I got no apology for what had been done. Since the installation,my computer has crashed every single day and I have to restart it.

Today I decided to renew my McAfee protection before the due date in January 2017, hoping to get a better deal. I firstly engaged in a live chat but, was eventually contacted by a chap by the name of Alexander.

After discussions I downloaded requirements as directed. 99. I told Alexander I only use Paypal on the internet. He insisted I provide a credit card for this transaction otherwise no deal. I then cancelled same. As the downloaded pieces were removed from my screen ( he had control of my computer ) loud music and " youre an idiot " and other images appeared on my screen.

Of course I cannot prove Alexander did this but, the fact it all appeared as McAfee docs were disappearing certainly seems very obvious to me. This caused me embarrassment in front of my wife who was there at the…

Could not get McAfee to download. So I called online customer service for assistance, the employee who answered at McAfee headquarters was extremely rude and argued the whole time I was on the phone, he also said he was going to charge me $249 to fix my computer because he was an expert I told him to forget it I wanted to cancel he said I couldn't I told him I would cancel the credit card transaction.

He said good luck with that in a rude tone of voice. He called my house at midnight, woke me up and started again. This is the worst company I have ever seen. I wish I could give it a minus star!

McAfee really needs to train their techs to speak English and to treat people with respect.

A few years ago I was told I must have tech support in order to get into AOL chat rooms so I kept tech support. I have called a few times asking again about needing tech support in order to get into AOL chat rooms and the answer remained yes. When in a chat room I would ask the question about having to pay for McAfee tech support and others would tell me no. I would also see people saying they haven't had to pay anything for AOL in years. I feel AOL and McAfee employees lied to me over n over and I lost a lot of money. The only purpose for me getting on AOL is for the communication with others being I am disabled.

I purchased MacAfee anti-virus in February of 2016. I downloaded the program, paid the fee and was immediately barraged with pop-ups. This was not only annoying, it was also alarming. I had all the blockers on and still I had programs running throughout the background. I was dissatisfied and was in a telephone loop to lodge a complaint. I suffered through another month of having to shut down my computer to get rid of programs that were constantly running and slowing down my computer.

I had a terrible customer service experience with McAfee chat online. I got the person's name, Midhun from Intel Security Technical Support for McAfee Products. I needed to install McAfee online but they did not help me.
