Frys were barely warm and limp. Order was not all there missing 20 piece nuggets that was paid for. Unfortunately I traveled 2 hrs away to my home and can't go back. They can't do any type of refund if I'm not there. Very upset!!

Went through drive-through at McDonald's on Lathrop road in Manteca ordered simple 2 mcdoubles with no onions both mcdoubles are cold and both are using the buns from the big Mac the middle buns of the big Mac on both of my mcdoubles What is this c***

Went to McDonalds on Forest Road, Forest,Virginia 24551 today.. Ordered a fish sandwich combo. When I got it, there was only a smear of sauce on bun and a spot of cheese in middle of fish patty. I went up to counter and asked where the cheese was on sandwich and told her there is supposed to be a Piece of cheese on sandwich ,, not one spot. It was hilarious!

She told me that's how they come! I told her I had never seen one without cheese or sauce. The manager there came over and was very rude. I have never had a meal like that, and told her I wouldn't be back.

I paid $10 dollars for that meal. I could have spent my money on something much better. It's okay to charge a little more if you still get quality, but I am paying more and getting less quality!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese at the drive through in Aitkin Mn. There was a long hair in my sandwich. I called and asked for the manager. I told him about the the hair and he took my information.

I asked if he was curious about the the time and date. He was not interested. I haven’t received a reply let alone an apology. I know this isn’t status quo. I hope I receive a reply from your office.

I have just returned from visiting my sick brother in Kent with my 95year old mother. On the way home we stopped at Clacket Lane Motorway services on the M25. I purchased 2x Cheeseburger and fries and a Coffee which I took to my car to eat as my mother has limited mobility.

The food was not up to standard. The fries were cold as was the coffee. We ate the burgers but threw the rest in the rubbish bin. I will not be using McDonalds again. You are a fast food chain who should be able to serve hot food but apparently can't.

over last 2 weeks this has happened 3 times.

First time i ordered a large coke and 2 mcgriddle. I recieved 1 mcgriddle and 1 large coke. Upon going back the next day to the drive thru the manager was rude and said just give me a buck and did give me 2 new mcgriddles and a large coke.

While this was resolved it certainly wasnt resolved profesionally without attitude and i really feel she should have just comp me the full meal replacement but whatever on that. Next time i got the correct amount of mcgriddles but i got 4 of them wrapped in one and my large coke while technically this was correct and okay only because this was for just me.

I came for a late night snack I am a rewards member. I used a deals code that is given to me within the app, and the employee didn’t use it. Then tried to lie to me saying he told me “it only goes towards points”(false).

I ordered 2 cups of coffee and 2 creams and 1 sugar with the app. But the staff put more then 1 sugar for sore. I went to the counter to explain the situation and asked if I could change it for a cup, and kept saying sorry.

I ordered a Big Mac & caramel frappe. The Big Mac was cold with a pickle & a sprinkle of lettuce. The meat tasted old & the caramel frappe was warm & didn't taste like a caramel frappe. I have went to your Holt, MI location for the last 4 days and the food and service horrible and down right nasty. They have served my burnt crunchy nuggets dry Quarter pounders with old stale bread. The fries are hard burnt and tastes like they don't change their grease.

My boyfriend and son went to McDonald’s on Michigan Boulevard in Michigan City, Indiana. They went inside to order food and do not use kiosks. My boyfriend is totally against those and he pays cash for everything. The two Hispanic females that work there are the rudest.

Mc Donalds 11170 Long Beach Blvd, Lynwood CA 90262 Ordered 8 different drinks, when I asked for stickers and or an explanation as to what each drink was, the young lady by the name of Janet began quickly verbalizing with a nasty attitude what each drink was. I asked her if she had stickers for each drink because I wouldn't be able to remember what all 8 drinks were.

She replied with an impatient irritated tone of voice "I don't got no stickers". I then asked if she could at least put some of the blank stickers she had in her hand on a few of the drinks. Then she roughly placed one blank sticker on one of the 8 drinks almost knocking it over and walked away.

I ordered a classic cheeseburger pack meal and a quarter pounder with cheese off of the McDonald’s app and when I got home and got it at all it was completely cold the fries are not cooked the chicken nuggets one pack of them is completely not cooked and the double quarter pounder was a regular cheeseburger on a sesame seed bun.

I ordered a regular chicken deluxe sandwich with fries and a drink and discovered on the ticket that it said it was a spicy chicken sandwich. I went to McDonalds, because it's my favorite place to get coffee. I was given for Hanukkah two gift cards with $50 each for McDonalds. I had one with way less money, used it, and it became empty. " So she basically put the responsibility on me, and I accidentally threw the wrong gift card away.

Honestly McDonald's don't deserve a one star. They employees are rude, lazy, they make you wait almost a hour for your food. They never ever unlock the inside. If you all can't open a restaurant then why have it? You're losing customers.

I have seen so many cars leave because they not sitting in a drive thru for 45 mins to a hour and can't even go inside.

Also when they do open which is not often now. They won't let nobody use the restroom. At all. Why put restrooms in a restaurant if people can't use them. Every restaurant needs to get their shit together.
