I drove up to the window gave the attendant a coupon survey coupon buy one get one free quarter pounder he hands me a sack with two cheeseburgers and 10 nuggets in it I said this set is not right I explained to him that I gave him a survey coupon that says two quarter pounders so he goes storming off gets my order but it took forever to get it this McDonald's was the one in Riverton Utah he was very rude

My husband had went into the McDonald's to get me a HOT COFFEE. But when I received it, it was cold , so I walked into the McDonald's was first in line and asked the women at the registers who was the MOD.

If she could please heat up my coffee she said she couldn't because I already took it I was like ok can you make a hot one please she said sure I'll replace it let me take these peoples order real quick . Mind you I was first in line only wanted a coffee .

Dear Sir or Miss, Your McDonald’s toys are sure poor quality. I purchased a happy meal for my grandson. In it was a super Mario car that has wheels that do not turn. Just a small plastic ball bearing that is supposed to roll underneath. If your company is going to put toys in the box they should be better quality than that. The old McDonald’s toys were much better quality.

place an order at the unit at Backlick Rd., in central Springfield , VA. I go to this unit every day almost. Almost always use the drive-thru.

What bothers me is the attitude of the manager/assistant manager. I enquired about order, she just blew me off as its coming. . The order took about 20 minutes. If the manager, can't be courteous to customers, at a yes, very busy McDonalds they shouldn't be in the fast food business. Next, time I will do drive-thru as I always do. I never complain , but my experience is not a pleasant one. The location on Sheridan Drive & Hopkins Rd. In Williamsville New York is the location. I usually go to McDonalds at least twice weekly. The past three times visiting this location I drove away & went elsewhere.

I love Mcdonald's, but there's been an ongoing problem with workmanship at several locations near me. To be more specific, I have had to literally rebuild my sandwiches, everytime I decide to go to one of their drive thru windows.

It's gotten to the point that I started taking pictures. It's almost like they're putting the sandwiches together from the other side of the room, with a slingshot. Big macs with 3 times more lettuce than meat, the meat can't seem to be placed in the center of the bun, the cheese can't seem to be centered on the meat, and

Went inside McDonalds on Hamilton St in Allentown Pa, to grab a burger, took someone 10 minutes to take my order. Waited another 20 minutes to receive my order of 2 McDoubles. Everyone should avoid McDonalds, they suck.

I went to the McDonald's across the the street from me last night and want to complain about the lousey customer service. Which I seem to be experiencing just about every where lately U can't even ask for some extra sauce on a filet-of-fish without being charged.

Someone needs to let you know that the McDonalds in Dacula, GA. Off of Dacula Road is the absolute worst McDonald’s my family has ever been to on a consistent basis. Every time I give them another try strictly because it’s so close to our house.

My husband and I just took our 2 grandkids for Happy Meals at your Lakeport,CA location. We ordered 1 chicken nugget happy meal, 1 cheeseburger happy meal. 1 Quarter Pounder w/cheese Medium size meal. 1 cheeseburger, small fry and medium diet coke.

I tried to call to let them know our whole meal was cold. To spend almost $30 and get food that has been sitting for who knows how long is ridiculous. There's no way this wasn't known when bagging our food.

Times are hard and for us to (treat) our selves and grandkids and get fed cold slop like that is ridiculous. We had already gotten on the hwy headed home or we would have turned around but did try to call several times and no one answers and the voice-mail is full.

Asked my son to stop by McDonald's for me. Once inside ordering at the kiosk a co worker walked in visibly upset and cursing to himself. " My son immediately called me and I told him to get corporates number.

The mgr on duty informed my son, they have NO corporate number. My son then called me back and asked what to do . I told him to get the employee's name to file a complaint. ". I am shocked that Mgt on duty allowed that kind of disrespectful behavior continue.

I went to Mcdonalds in Robertsdale Alabama and I used my app with buy one biscuit and get one for a dollar. I also added a hash brown and their app site went down. It would not let me pull up the app to get a #.

Was inside ordering at McDonald's in Jamestown TN. After my order was brought to the counter the rude girl that made the Carmel frappe sets it down next to my bag of food and says" I don't know who's this is, here you can have it" and gives it to her friend standing there.

For 5.69 for the meal and 1.49 for the extra 2 to = $7.18 ? Have paid 4.65 and 5.19 at other locations. Charged 1.99 for a hamburger while other locations charge 1.49. Also no $1 drinks there. But 1.29. ? Also charged an extra .20 for extra pickles, no ketchup or mustard ? Being facetious, but should have been credited for no k. or m. ? In addition, the nuggets were only breaded on one side. Hardly edible!
