Barbara at the pharmacy has no idea what she is doing and beyond rude. I get notice that a prescription is ready and for some reason she can never find it. I had to have my nurse call the pharmacy.
She was told it’s been there long enough that I only had two days left to pick it up. My husband was there 3 X and was never included in the prescriptions he picked up. I have a card on file for a reason.
EVERY time she it’s too late and I have to use a card. No one else ever has a problem with.
You have an employee working as a door greeter at the Hamburg Store in Lexington Ky Store that has a heart disease and a defibrillator He should not be working there,not only is it hard on his body to be working all those hrs but it is a high risk of a law suit against the store if he has health issues while working.

The pharmacy is a joke! I've had nothing but issues with them. They can't fill the script early, they can't order it without filling it, then when it's supposed to come in, it doesn't. Make that make sense.
This Sunday evening I always shop at 106 in Englewood Ohio. Lately I have been coming in after work from the hospital. I am never greeted anymore in the evening. This evening your greeter Brian was sitting in one of the electric scooters on his phone and readying.

Just talked to your AI assistant. What a joke! Now I get to repeat the whole story. The beginning of August the card readers at the Cadillac, MI Meijer gas station were down. We had to go inside and guess about how much gas we were purchasing and were told that any overage would be automatically returned to our bank account. That didn't happen.
We put $70 on our debit card and $43 of gas in our truck. The difference never went back on our card. We talked to the manager about a week later. He said that we were the 4th customer who had called him that day with the same complaint.
He said that he couldn't do anything and we needed to contact our bank. We did, we talked to their fraud department, they don't have any proof that it happened so we are out the money!

I was at the Meijer store in Bolingbrook IL on Weber Road yesterday and I had a very odd experience. When I was leaving the store, I seen some paper money on the floor, so I picked it up and put it in my pocket.
After getting into my car, I pulled it out and it was 3 $100 bills. I was shocked. I sat there a minute, then took the money back to the store to see what can be done. I first reached to the US Bank store where I found the money near them.

What's up with the Meijer's Perks Program when it doesn't translate to any benefit at the gas pump? For the second time now, I recently went to the Meijer's station on Jackson Road in Ann Arbor, MI (most recently today 7/29/23).

Deli Section I was just at your Bowling Green, KY store this morning. The employee that was working the deli, was very slow and indifferent I was the only one there at the counter, it took her like 5 minutes just to walk over.
Then she messed up my order 3 times, throwing away product each time, she never got it right. I finally told her never mind. She just didn't care, The meat slicers were caked in old meat, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Really unsanitary!
There is a lady at the customer service desk that is rude to me every time I buy lottery tickets. I brought in tickets to cash in and my granddaughter said she rolled her eyes at me when she started scanning the tickets.

Nicole Jones, at the Benton Harbor Meijer, has on multiple occasions went out of her way to embarrass and harass my fiance with the utmost disrespect. It started with a Shipt order that needed to be corrected. Miss Jones acted so heinous that Shipt actually emailed Meijer the receipt to show that my fiance was not wrong.

I went to the Plainwell Meijer store on Friday June 29. I purchased two watermelons and two packages of plastic forks. When I cut open the watermelons on June 30th they were rotten. When I went to return them on Monday July 3rd I did not have a receipt.
I did use MPerks when I went shopping on June 29th. Apparently Meijer does not have a record of me shopping on that day. So I was unable to return the watermelons or forks. The watermelons were rejected for return because they are a WIC item.

This complaint is about your case of Meijer brand drinking water. I have bought these cases for years. This is the spring drinking water. The current product you sell has poor quality recyclable bottles. They squish when you hold them.

Visited Meijers of 4200 Highland road around 8:00pm on 17, 2023 used self serve register. I had a card purchase, but also had to use cash for separate item. The clerk asked me if I wanted help to scan already paid for items.
