I would love to keep using Meijer pharmacy but at what point is enough enough enough?
Meijer customers are experiencing significant operational issues including chronic understaffing leading to long checkout lines, consistently empty shelves with out-of-stock items, and declining product quality especially in produce and meat departments. I come there I bring up my food and I get a notice on the register to wait for assistance and then it shows me a video as if I not rung up something but everything is rung up this problem is getting to be a problem so much so that I no longer want to shop at meijer's whatever AI you have that is trying to figure out whether somebody is stealing is not working probably or you all she just go back to using people if you going to stop people from bringing up stuff the way they do it at this point this is my last time if it happens again I will no longer be shopping at meijer's
I purchased my new glasses at the Meijer’s Optical Shop in November 0022 4/14/23 I had been having some glare issues and frame little loose. I went to Meijer/s Optical Michigan City Indiana, where purchased it. and waited on my salesperson who took glasses to check on anti-glare coating, measurement and tighten frame.
A d few moments later, explaining I would be getting a new pair of glasses since she broke the frame, The salesperson informed me should contact manager and let me know the status. I explained my back up pair of glasses were before laser treatment and unable to read with them.

I have shopped at our meijers store and pharmacy in Owensboro ky ever since it opened. I love shopping your store. But my nephew was engaged to a employee of meijers (K. COLBURN) who filed a EPO on him for whatever reason. Now she is trying to file on his entire family so they can't shop in your store. Like I said I have been shopping there and my prescriptions filled there since it opened. I could care less that she is having a affair with the manager or anyone else for that matter. All I want to do is shop your store in peace. Can she keep us from shopping your store?

My husband is a big fish person and went to the Danville Illinois location. What he saw and found was very disturbing. The lights are on in these pictures by the way .
Why is it that your pharmacy invantory is so low they always have to order my scripts. They are common blood pressure medications.
Also when I dropped them off two techs on each side of in window did not acknowledge my presence. Waited 10 minutes before one said they would get to me soon. Five working in pharmacy and a line waiting out front.

The cashiers and baggers at the Woodhaven store are very rude and lazy. I won't mention names but I think the manager should review some company policy's with his staff.
Your night time Manager at Meijer in Burton, doesn't know the rules or laws of service dogs! He's very rude! Told my boyfriend & I that we couldn't hold our service dogs, that they had to remain on the floor at all times! This is not true!
Matter of fact, one of my service dogs job, she does while I'm holding her. And by law, I don't have to tell you what that is! Anyways, we have had problems with him every time we go there to do our shopping.
Sometimes we have to do it late at night, & Meijer's is the only store opened. The last time, he kicked my boyfriend out of the store for holding his service dog. My boyfriend asked him if he could at least pay for his groceries.

Friday, March 10, 2023,I shopped at the new MEIJER store in Lake Orion, MI. I visited the Deli Counter & order 2/1 pound packages of Frederick Oven Roasted Turkey. When I arrived home & started unpacking my groceries, I discovered that I was not given the Frederick Oven Roasted Turkey & the packages were 1 & 1/2 pounds each for a total of 3 pounds instead of 2 pounds total.
The product that I was given was in a wad & not in any usable condition for any use. The slices were so thin that you could not pick a slice out of the wad without it coming apart. I had no use for deli meat in that condition so I made a trip back to the store & returned the product.

Went to try on pants, because all pants fit differently and was told they had no fitting rooms do to theift! Got home to call manager she said do to covid? Makes no sense if your going to sell clothes you need dressing rooms!
If you would pay someone to check clothes in and out that would eliminate some theift. Or stop selling clothes Very inconvenient if you live 20 miles from store! I believe this is a way to save money not paying someone to watch area!

We have been shoppers at meijers for many years but as of late we have been unable to get some of our favorite products. One product in particular is your Meijer brand Quencher drink. we ask them to check the stockroom they say not receiving this mdse.

I had gone to the Meijer in Huber Heights Ohio to mail my house payment and the young girl working pointed at the return address and asked me if that is where I was sending it too. 75 to mail the letter.
I told her it was 63 cents and she tried to argue with me. 75. I told her that it was 63 cents the same price for a stamp. She kept arguing. I ended up going across town to mail the payment because not only did she know what she was doing I guess it was too much to admit it and ask for help.
Good morning. I went to Meijers in Allen Park Michigan this morning around 9:00am and took some bottles to return and a sign in front of the bottle return, Bottle Return Closed. I asked the person up front why it was closed and when it would be open. Her reply the bottle returns are probably full. At 9:00 am apparently they need more help. So I had to take my bottles back to the car and I took my business to Krogers, and then used the money to give them my business as well. In my opinion this is totally unacceptable. Michigan forces you to pay a deposit and I should be able to return for my bottle refund.

I called last week and told your customer service that I did not get double points that was advertised but could not find where I saw it. I have found it but not sure how to send it from my phone.
It is in your ad site again this week. 00 that week and only got 221 points. Should have been 442.
Also you are always late in sending out the emails for the specials on Friday ad Saturday. We never get them until Saturday which does not work with our schedule. We need them on Friday. ie; Blackberries 99 cents this past week.
The same thing happened this week with the double points ad. Did not get the email for it on line until Sunday and it started Saturday. 00 spent the previous week. Thank you!!
My complaint is cedar springs meijer location the stock personal three weeks ago could not locate the instant Idaho mashed potato location that was right in front of him and again today I point to the location and ask when will there be any mashed potato abd as it turns out there's none scheduled for delivery.
It's been about six months of no instant boxed potato and and empty shelf. I despise going into Meijer to begin with I can't actually play on making a specific meal on any given trip either there won't be meat or a vegetable or something and I end up coming out of the store with odds and ends.

Several times per week, for at least the past year or so, when I try to do online shopping, using the Meijer app I receive an error message. It is almost always in the evening, when it is the most convenient time for me to do my shopping online.
Many of my friends and family members have mentioned the same problems they have had with your app. Is there a way you can fix this so we can continue to use your app and not have to switch to Walmart or Stracks?
Was shopping in Ionia Meijer at 2pm and 2 meat personnel where both standing behind the meat counter and meat shelves were almost empty. Almost all products on sale were empty. I don't know about you but you lost about 40 to 50 in sales.

m last night, February 26, 2023. We used the self-checkout, on the 'fresh' side. While waiting in line, one of the workers, FRED, walked up to a person he knew in line and proceeded to use the "EFF' word in front of everyone Cleanly he had on a Meijer employee shirt I told him to watch his filthy and vulgar mouth.
He talked to his acquaintance for a moment and left. He did not apologize, just wandered off. I am a BIG meijer shopper and I do not appreciate the level of garbage talk, such as that. There are PEOPLE that do NOT care for such low level language.

I got into the atore at 1140 and an announcement was made then and literally every minute until I exited the store that the store was closing....very annoying, and rude as if I didn't hear the first time, every minute and at the end of the message the woman in charge stated our registers will automatically close down at midnight! Not uncommon for only 1 bottle return machine working causing huge delay. We shop in Kalamazoo @ West Main & 9th. Much easier and faster to return bottles at Walmart directly accross the street. Might as well pick up items we need there as long as we are there. Just saying........
It is unfortunate that you think it is OK to price gouge and then only have three lanes open on a Saturday. 59 for a family size bag of tortilla chips and I could go on for days. The online Mperks JUST DON’T WORK. Every time I shop, some of my “clipped coupons” are not subtracted from my total. It’s not as though I can stand there and check my receipts with three people in line behind me.
Getting in touch with Meijers customer service is hardly worth the time it takes. I do it for the principal of it. I’m really getting disgusted with this store. Meijers: you’re not the only game in town. Remember that.

I have given the Meijer pickup and delivery multiple attempts, but my order always has something wrong with it. What is most frustrating is that I like using mperks to save money, but lately the best deals are specially for pickup and delivery services only.
Baby week is a sale that I always look forward to because of the great deals, but when an item is out of stock or a Shipt shopper messes up my order I no longer receive my discounts. I would much rather be able to go into the store myself and figure out what I need.

Today I decided to buy groceries, and was in the checkout lane with Kia as my cashier and Ryan as my bagger.
Ryan points at some of my food items that I purchase and tells Kia, “that, right there, DISGUSTING! Never!”
How inappropriate to tell fellow coworkers ALOUD AND BLUNTLY how the items you (Meijer) provides for purchase in your stores of how gross their choices are?
Young girls, clearly unaware of their inappropriate their statements are. They should be addressed.
The wax paper made our donut taste disgusting. and even the oreo one but when I licked the cream it was delicious but the dough of the donut was disgusting. The store was good overall still.

This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. Instead of having to type in our M perks number every time we go to check out, there should be a rewards card that we can just swipe that automatically connects to our account. So you still have to go through the process of hitting M perks when you go to check out, but having the option to swipe a card or typing a number
I have made three calls to Meijer corp office the first was 3 months ago and was told someone would call me back so I waited and nothing called a second time was told the same still waiting called a third time and was told they closed my complaint and say someone called me which is a pure LIE then was told she would reopen the case that's been over a month ago and still no call piss poor customer service

We shop on Friday evening and it never fails you never have enough cashers only three register open and the lines go all the way back in the store. We have to take a hard look at going some where else You have a lot of mangers walking around doing nothing. When they see large line they should be up front taking care of customers.
I have receipts from escanaba pharmacy, that never goes on my rewards, I have had this problem for awhile, I had surgery 2 weeks ago, noticed they never put in my prescriptions, you owe me at least 20.00, I have scanned the bar code, and nothing. I have talked to so many people but no one will take care of this problem
I have been very happily shopping at Meijer for decades.
However recently the checkout processes has changed from customer friendly to unfriendly. e. either self checkout or the single cashier lane. Problem is that if I opt for the single lane I still have to pack groceries into the bags.
I have arthritis and I cannot pack without pain. Real customer friendly I'd say. Looks like I find another chain to shop.

I have been a customer of the Meijer Stores since the late 90's. My complaint is in regards to something that I recently noticed in one of their house brand products. The product is Meijer canned raviolis and y complaint is that the product has recently become a can filled with approximately 30 percent ravioli's and the rest of the can filled with tomato sauce.
This happened once before and I thought maybe it was a production issue. But again this week it happened again. If this continues, I will need to rethink of Meijer as my store of choice for my grocery needs. I don't expect coupons or free anything, my complaint is to bring this issue to the attention of someone who can get this issue reviewed and resolved.

You should get a better system for your gas stations. It should be fucking illegal to “hold” up to $150. I have no money and my bank is negative after getting $10 of gas and I was about to get food for my family.

I had a rude and unprofessional experience with Gabby (a line cashier) on 12/27/22 around 6pm. I was asking why a few of my items wasn't ringing up as the price from the weekly flyer . She wanted to argue with me and tell me there is nothing she could do and she didn't know.
She told me to call mperks. I wasn't going to argue with someone who clearly has no customer service etiquette. I decided to go and speak with the store manager John Kowalski on 12/28/22 around 2 pm. I gave him a brief description of Gabby's behavior, he looked at me and said he would address it.
No apology was given for his staff's behavior. As an operations manager myself this is not acceptable. I hope this gets addressed so no one else gets this type of poor treatment and service.
Had a problem ordering corned beef online in March 2022, when I place the order it came up non EBT item. I was told I couldn't order corned beef with a EBT card. I said it's a food item, I have for years.
I was told I had to contact the FDA which I did. They responded, wanted to know the company so they could investigate. Meijer told me to remove the corned beef and they would give me courtesy coupons which they did.
Ok, months later December 2022, I tried to order corned beef again. It came up again as a non EBT item. I called customer service spoke to Donna on the phone 16:54 mins. I was on hold several times as she spoke to a supervisor.

Complaint is Meijer in McCordsville, IN. Store on Pendleton Pike. 46055. Appliciant has put in a application twice due to a hiring sign in store. 6 months and recent. Neither time has the application been acknowledged. Hiring sign and application desk remains open.
I personally think that the hiring manager need to be trained on courtesy . If he is too busy to acknowledge an application then he needs to have help. I have contacted the hiring manager Tim Snyder and have not received a reply as to why no confirmation email or as to why the hiring sign is still out. You would thing Mr.
Snyder would contact the applicant and let them know if or what job is available. Very disappointed.
