just wanted to let you know why I won’t shop at Myers anymore I used to grocery shop at Myers every weekend now I don’t because I don’t like waiting in line for a half hour to an hour because they only have two lanes open I don’t know what the problem is but I now shop at Kroger‘s which is the same size store if not bigger and they have 5 to 7 lines open all the time and it takes a few minutes also Myers has closed there rooms to try on clothes so

I placed a order yesterday for day got a driver that was rude. Told me meijers is out of hams at madison hgts store on phone now they won't even answer phone so I counted meijers for Christmas dinner and I shouldn't have since I'm a shut in and all disabled.

I just know now shop somewhere else that they care about there customers. Nobody answers period.

00 item. Well they found some pot on her. That had nothing to do with me. They impounded her car which had my wallet in it and the cop wouldn't let me get anything out of the car. 00 worth of stuff in front of everyone that was in the store,.

We do not have a Meijer in our hometown, the nearest is around 60 miles north. They carry a solo brand pastry mix that very few people carry that we use for holiday cookies and pastries. So I have a Meijer account and I ordered 17 cans of solo pastry mix. m. m. yesterday Wednesday December 21st. m.

we pulled in the pickup order section I text the number that I was in and my name as it tells you to do on the sign and we waited around 15 minutes. My wife suggested that I call so we call the number and by this time it's it's around 20 after 5:00 and she tells us that our order is not ready yet that it hasn't been selected.

Now mind you this is only 17 cans of one brand, so the selector only has to go to one spot in the store to get this item and that's all. 5:30 rolls around we start…

I did grocery on dec 12 and the checkout provider didnt provide me the receipt and gave some coupon's in my hand and told me here are your coupons, whne i reached at the out door i checked there was no receipt and i didnt bother as my phone number is connected to the mperks and obvious i entered mperk account at the checkout. Yesterday i was checking my spendings on meijer then i noticed the provider charger me for 61 items and out of those i have bought 29 items and he charged me for 61 items which i never bought on that day. He charged me $194 extra for those items. I emailed meijer customer service as well regarding the same but no action. How could i take my money back. To earn money is nt easy at all and they are doing fraud with the customers.

I shop at the Meijer in Angola, Indiana and have for years. Tonight I experienced the worst customer service while checking out. Not the young lady checking me out but who I assume was a supervisor at the customer service desk.

I had my groceries all unloaded and the young lady at the cash register asked me if I could please because she had to have a pick up. She went over and asked a lady at the customer service department and waited a very long time but the lady never came.

She went back over and was treated rudely. We waited longer. The young lady finally offered to help me reload my cart so I could go to another lane that was open. I went to the next lane over and there was one customer in front of me.

Went to one of your stores in Michigan today still there been in line for 25 minutes you only have two cashiers no carts all the cars are outside you have absolutely no help in your store totally ridiculous that you guys have this much money and you cannot give the company hours for them to work in the store so you can be fully equipped for the customers that are coming into your store to make you money.

I am 66 years old and a long time Meijers customer. My complaint is the store on Lima Rd in Fort Wayne, Ind and the changes made to the check-out lanes! There is NO way to check out a order for a family shopping, my weekly order is always $200 or more, there is NO ROOM at ANY of the registers (self scan, or Meijers employee) register! Whose bright idea was this? It is absolutely the most ridiculous setup every! Please change back to the way you had it! At least the conveyors were long enough to allow the groceries to set so you could bag them! There is absolutely NO HELP at the lanes that are supposed to ring and bag for you, as once again there is no room for the groceries to sit fir someone to bag them!!

My gosh!!!! Please get conveyors, and employees back in the store to help…

Shoped at 6200 s. Pennsylvania ave Lansing mi 48911 and unfortunately had to shop for adult diapers which is embarrassing enough but they are displayed where the pharmacy line is so bot only had to wait in line to get to them but

Was in your store today located in Acme, Michigan. I had a ham and asked the lady working the meat counter if she would slice it for me. She made a disgusted face, looked at the floor, shook her head no, and then said, "I guess I can", but I'm the only one here.

There was absolutely no one any where near the meat counter. She had no other customers. I told her to never mind, I would put the ham back. I also told her I thought she was rude, which she disagreed with.

I lost a family member today. The ham I was buying was for the parents of the man who died. I left without the ham.

I request an investigation regarding consumer racial discriminatory practices at a Meijer Inc. supercenter in Northville, Michigan. The reason for this request is due to an incident that took place today, November 28, 2002, during my shopping trip to this store.

First I want to say that I am a Meijer shopper for over 20 years and I really like that store but there is one thing that really upsets me lately. It happens that a certain item is on sale (per Meijer's sale tag) but when scanned by a cashier it shows the item's regular price. That usually causes delays and makes customer feel really uncomfortable.

Your Meijer pick up customer service is terrible. I had an issue with a five dollar coupon that was going to expire it was a coupon for 5 dollars off 75 of a pick up. I had reached the total but then when asked to review the order you didn't have many of the items I ordered.

So then I was 89 cents short so it did not apply. I tried calling waited 15 minutes and they said to call back in a couple hours when they could see it all come through. I asked them if it would be worth my time and if they wound usually do something to help you and she assured me yes.

I called back and was waiting/ on the phone for 45 minutes and they wouldn't do anything about it. I will not be using your services anymore. The call line is terrible, you were out of things and then i was punished for this by losing…

THE CHECKOUTS! Before thanksgiving and there are 15-20 people in line, weaving through the woman’s dept. 10 full service checkouts closed out of 15 that’s outrageous! Self checkouts backed up what a joke! Poor elderly customers waiting to buy just a few items in a long line.

Wish I had a zero to mark. Cashier who worked at minus 2 mph, sold us a fountain drink even though the machine was not working. Get to customer service with 5 people in line to wait 30 minutes with no movement.

Gave cup back to a second person behind counter but not waiting on people. And still did not get my money back. Come on, I understand times are tough but really. No info to cashier's on what's not working.

I made an online appointment for my 3rd booster shot, that I scheduled for 4:30. They had me to to fill out a form online and I did. I get there at 4:05 tech left me standing for 5 minutes while she talked with the person next to her.

She asked nastily how can I help you. I replied 4:30 Moderna booster shot. She then walks to the counter gives me a form to fill out. Which I had done online. I'm use to Meijer's Pharmacy in Grand Rapids. Kalamazoo & 28th st.

I've never had a problem with them. The young lady at Meijer's Pharmacy at 700 Norton, Muskegon does not represent the Meijer's that I've love most of my life and I'm 70 years old. She made feel like I was bother, I felt if hadn't been Black she would have behaved better.

Looking for a polio vaccine, I was directed in a Meijer store to make an appointment online. I made the appointment, specifically for a polio shot, and received messages from Meijer confirming the day, time and that it was for a polio shot.

On Monday, November 14 I did my shopping. I have been regular Meijer customer since 1972. I filled my cart and at about 4:15 I went to check out. I had a pretty full cart, so I didn't want to use the self checkout. There were only 2 full service checkout lanes. The store was fairly busy. It took me approximately 30 minutes to shop, and about 25 minutes to check out. When I got in line there were 4 people with full carts in front of me, and they were moving pretty slow. At one point I looked behind me and there were7 or 8 customers with full carts waiting to check out.

This is not the first time I have encountered this. The message seems to be that Meijer does not want to be a full service store any longer, but only a store where we pick up a few items and can use self checkout. I am going…

I recently started at meijers. I’ve been to the orientation and started on my first day. No one was friendly or helpful. The HR department was not friendly at all when they interviewed me. It really seemed as if no one really cared if I was there.

You really need better HR STAFF and pleasant employees. This was a second job for me. I told HR I could not work more than 2 days a week but they scheduled me 4. I work full time for Sam’s club.

Very disappointed that the Gluten Free section was removed from one specific spot. Now Gluten Free food is spread though the grocery section and difficult to find.

This is a step backwards for persons suffering from Gluten allergies.

It was convenient to see different products to eat in one spot.

Over the last several months my family's trust in Meijer has declined significantly. Its bad enough the we are experiencing a wretched economy and out of control inflation, but increasingly have to watch our receipts as advertised prices in the aisles are not being matched at the cash register, buy 1 get 1, buy 5 for 5, and

similar pricing policies are no long being treated as they once were with no warning to the consumer. On sunday i purchased fresh produce and was charge for an extra 1lb. I watched the prices and the weights ring up individually but my receipt combined them to one.

No chance that I rang up any of them twice. The math does not add up. Now we cant trust the scales either. Believe me we share these experiences with friends. No improvement? We will shop elsewhere.

Saturday, November 5, 2022 I called in a refill to the pharmacy and they said the prescription would be ready Monday afternoon. I said I needed the prescription earlier and they said it would be available Sunday, November 6, 2022 after 1:30 PM.

I went to the drive-through at Meijer West Saginaw location and over the intercom she said that she had an order coming in after 1:30 PM tomorrow. I told her that I had requested earlier service because I am out of medication.

She stated that if I used the phone or online service it is disregarded and still ordered. She said that it would take another 15 to 30 minutes to fill my prescription today, and I stated I did not have time despite having confirmation that my prescription would be ready after 130.

The Plainfield Indiana store continues to provide below par service. On 11/3 they had no carts available to customers around 3pm. In addition, the deli does not provide a range of products. I quit shopping there for 6 weeks because they were not stocking Sahlem smokehouse ham because it was too hard to order.

I can get it in Avon and Lafayette Indiana which means they are too lazy to go through the order process. I will now continue shopping at other local stores until I get confirmation this store steps up its game . So disappointed.

The shopper was terrible. He (Sam) did not know how to shop. If the exact item wasn't available, he didn't bother to offer a substitute in most cases. The one picture he sent was taken so far away you could not read it.

I wanted 2 different dog treats. He found one THAT WAS IT! He kept saying he wanted to meet the deadline and was late so he couldn't get a substitute for the Donuts in the bakery section. I walk with a walker and he dropped the groceries on the sidewalk by the front door.

He didn't ring the doorbell or call to me. I had the door open and was standing close by. Shoppers like this make people go somewhere else. After all, it is my money he was spending.

I don't usually have any issues in your store. I shop at the Lima, Ohio store at least twice a week. The cashier that I had this evening had horrible customer service skills. It was her time to go home and she clearly made me aware of it.

She didn't have a bagger so she stood there and let me bag every item that I purchased. She complained about working 7 days a week. She also complained about working 9:30 to 6. When an item didn't get on the belt, she waited till I finished bagging my items to tell me to go get it.

If I wanted to bag my own items, I would have went to the self check out. It really sad when she tells me that she doesn't have a bagger and doesn't attempt to help me the customer bag their items.

This morning I shopped Meijer for creosote logs and noticed the middle isle of clearance items. I notice igloo coolers that were stacked and priced at $75. Well, the cashier wasn’t having it ( I had to pay the $145 or $150 price which was the sale price) I believe her name is Maryellis(Senior aged black female with braids in a ponytail.

My husband and I were at the self checkout at the Oak Creek Meijers store. We were getting some coupons that no one was using. The cashier that was there at the time, snatched the coupons out of my husbands hand and threw them in the garbage.

My husband asked her if we were not supposed to take the coupons and she said really rude NO. This was before she snatched the coupons out of my husband's hand and threw them angrily in the garbage. This was on Saturday October 22 around 3:37pm.

It was the self checkout group near the produce department. The op # was 575 and the tm was 126. We shop Meijers many times a week. We are very high spending customers. I am highly disappointed with this incident!

There is construction being done and dust all over food and clothes. You can't get to half the items in the store! Vegetables have dust all over them from the floor being tore up. Plastic covers all over the floor for somebody to fall on. It is disgusting.

I bought a box of food and the box was covered in dust from them tearing things out and not coverning the items correctly. They should close the store while working on it. When I come out of the store you literally taste dust and paint from all the paint fumes.

It can't be safe to breath that in or to eat it on your food for that matter!!! I will be making complaints elsewhere as well. Do better!

My wife and I ceased shopping at Wal-Mart and began shopping at Meier when the Owensboro Ky store opened. The reason for that switch was because The check out process became to frustrating, no lanes or not enough lanes open.

Initially Meier was better but not anymore. m. 00 worth of items only to discuss not a single manned lane was operating, we had to hunt deer someone to check us out. We will never use the self checkouts unless Meijer offers a reasonably discount to do so. Please address this issue.

I receive texts stating my prescriptions are ready. So I drive 20+ miles to pick it up and I get there and it has not been filled and won't be ready until later that day or the next day. This has happened on several occasions.

Plus I deliver my prescription requests, for 90 days starting in January for the year. I don't understand how they aren't refillable at the same time, when they are all 90 day supply. So I have to return multiple times to pick up my scripts.

I would change pharmacies if my insurance would allow it. I get so stressed by this situation each time I refill mine or my husband's prescriptions.
