I stood in line with a number at the deli on a Sunday for over 10 minutes and the deli workers took online shoppers before customers with numbers . I walked away without purchasing anything and went to jewel. That is very unfair to those of us who get a number and wait our turn...

At the Meijer in Big Rapids on 10/14, most items on sale, the shelves were empty and they were not restocking sale items. Also, if you don’t want seniors to shop at Meijer, let us know. Your ads, where you have to buy 2 or 3 to get the sale price, are horrible for seniors. #1 a lot of us do not have the room to store all of it, nor can we use some things up before they go bad. Many seniors are therefore unable to get sale prices. I see our SS checks are going up $8.7 percent. Doesn’t help when before we even get the raise, prices go up more than 10%. Disgusted with Meijer.

I was charged extra for Rotisserie and fried chicken at Meijer online. I had requested for both cold as EBT will not accept payment for hot and prepared items. However, the Shipt shopper never told me they were out of them and she got me the hot ones. Had I known I would’ve told her not to get them for me. I’m not sure what your policy is in returning hot foods but I shouldn’t have to pay for something that I wouldn’t have bought if I had known. Please contact me ASAP to rectify this issue and monies refunded to my debit card.

I have had a issue with an employee wing jealous and mad about lottery tickets. j reached out to the meijers dept. And ever since then it's been them Itching for pay back from these employees at this store. and it's always something and it's just because I'm buying items and things that the employees have an attitude cause they have to work.

The store was 100% not clean. The workers and team leaders are very unprofessional and rude. They are just standing around wearing AirPods in their ear talking amongst their coworkers. When I went to go buy yogurt they were all expired.

They had roten grocery in the GM department.

I went to Southgate Meijers this morning and stood in a long line for a cashier. Are all the customers supposed to ring up and bag their own groceries now? People need help. I like to talk to a real person who is ringing me up. I like to think that I am helping people stay employed. This Meijers used to be filled with friendly helpful people. Now it just feels cold and a little uncaring. I have been shopping here since 1982. I am thinking of switching to a friendlier store.

I switched to a different Meijer pharmacy, in acme, outside of traverse city location and have had the best pharmacy experience for the last year until a new employee was very ignorant and rude to me about my prescription and then lied to me as well. This is not the first time it has happened, my father and I both have been lied to at the traverse city location and is why I switched. Very disappointed in the new employees now a days.

I am very aware that times have changed and it is difficult to adjust. Please let me explain, I shop at store on Pennsylvania, lansing, mi, I find very difficult to continue First the grocery carts are filthy and broken, there are NO small carts, they have BEEN STOLEN. Yesterday, I was told at entry door that, small cart, would not be replaced!!, CHARGE FOR THEM??? Yesterday, someone was SLEEPING IN ENTRY TO CART STORAGE, BY DRIVE THRU TO PHARMACY PICK UP, I can't go there due to unsafe conditions after 4-5 p m , very unsafe, panhandle. I am sure you are aware, You have people driving??? Around pking lot, but where.

Pharmacy service needs much improvement. Someone named Nichole working on my prescriptions at Gull Rd. on 9/13/2022 was Very rude with me asking to compare price between insurance and Good Rx prices. Let me know that was not done without a lot of work and I’d have to wait until she had waited on all others behind me even though I had waited for my turn.

When I told her I could stand there to wait, she rather rudely said I couldn’t do, had to go sit and wait. I finally took as is, my patience was gone. 4th time this past week trying to get scrips filled.

Each day I checked to see if ready, approximately one a day. I made several trips to pick up meds. My first scrips picked up earlier in the week, the young gentleman not only checked if insurance or Good RX was cheaper, but was very kind.…

In regards to Meijer Grand Haven on US 31 Today I had to return Strawberries that were bad. I purchased beautiful berries and grapes at D & W. The shelves are similar to 2021 when shelves were bare of products.

Shelves are not kept stocked. You can't seem to find help to locate items or ask questions. Many people are talking about how bad the shopping is in the Grand Haven store. I have started going to Muskegon or Holland Meijer where the shelves are stocked!

I hate to see the Grand Haven store go out of business because of bad management. Or for that matter the workers being out of a job because of their boss mismanaging the store. Hoping you will listen to this note, Audrey

MY husband and I have a trucking company with our own authority. We are at this moment Friday September 9 2022 delivering a load to the Meijers distribution center in Lansing Michigan. Our appointment was at 8:30 AM. It is now 3:00 PM and the load is still not unloaded.

That's six and half hours. We lost our next load and now have to call it quits for the weekend , as we don't know when he will get out of there. This is completely unacceptable and your company shows a blatant disregard for the truckers and their businesses.

00 per hour is a slap in the face. All the truckers we spoke with had the same feelings. Some had been sitting there longer than us. Your company needs to hire more people and not make appointments that you cannot fulfill.

As I approached your store #215 in Bowlingbrook I noticed an employee standing in the lot next to the cart return smoking. She did not greet me and pretended not to see me . As I interviewed the store 3 employees standing in the entrance.

I asked to enter and they continued to talk one of them moving aside ever so slightly. I proceeded to show and came to produce where 2 more employees were talking very loudly and seem to be having an argument.

Shelves were particularly empty through out the store and there was not scene of urgency to stock them, very disappointing visit, although it is close to my home I will not return to your store.

com to order groceries on Saturday afternoon. I was charged $44 for 1 banana! I had called the customer care number many times and waited over forty five minutes for no on to answer multiple times on Saturday evening and Sunday.

I went into my local store and they figured out how to refund me the $44 after 30 minutes. I called the customer care line today and got through and the most they can do is give me a $10 coupon. Are you kidding me?!

I am done ordering groceries and going there. I did not accept that coupon as I thought that was horrible customer service. There is a law about items being scanned and the wrong amount and you can receive up to ten times.

I said I’m not asking for $400 but really $10? I said nevermind and hung up.

Had a Meijer shipt delivery that was not delivered (order was supposed to be delivered between 4/5. Called at 7 to cancel order as I couldn’t do it online due to “order in process” called the 877 number and waited on hold an hour - no one picked up.

Called 7:30am next morning and was told a refund would be issued. 8 days later I still have no refund and they tell me it is still pending and I will get an email when it’s processed…. Ridiculous!!!

We have bought potatoes there at the Meyer on 23 mile Road and Gratiot in Chesterfield Township Michigan they were rotted in the middle. My wife just bought a head of lettuce there and it was also rotted in the middle.

We bought some halos there half of them were bad. But the prices keep going up and up and up. I called that ripping off the customer

I love shopping at your Meijer store on 8 mile Rd. In Detroit. The store is usually very clean, shelves well stocked and more courtesy cashiers than mean ones. Your managers are very helpful to customers. This complaint is about the handicap self driven carts.

I am handicap and cannot shop without one. The few that this store have are broken, won't keep a charge and worst of all, there are not enough. When speaking with a store manager, I was informed that some have been stolen!

Please replace the old broken ones, add several new ones, and make it store policy that none can leave the store! All wheel cart users should be able to walk into and out of the store. If they can't then they will have their own cart.

I called customer service. Cannot get through for two days. I had a problem with my delivery order. I called Shipt also. The delivery went to a wrong address. Groceries were missing. Usually I get a good delivery person most of the time but not this week.

Shipt tried to call Meijer too. Could not get anyone. My son is disabled and went without frozen dinners because the shopper didn't get any. I put notes on each item with replacement Meijer item. He cannot read apparently. I also did not get my Mperks either.

In the last year we have gotten at least 12 gallons of milk that goes bad long before the expiration date. We have tried to deal with the local Meijer that we go to (Hurstbourne Lane in Louisville, KY), but the customer service has not been helpful at all, they seem like they don’t care.

We have been going to Meijer for over 20 years, and are very loyal customers. Please advise on what can be done.

My significant other went to Columbia Ave Meijer in Battle Creek Michigan to fill a prescription. The medical condition was of a sensitive nature and one he is highly self conscious about and took many years for him to seek treatment.

When arriving to pick up his prescription the younger female employee at the pharmacy proceeded to harass and interrogate him, shaming him as if he were committing a crime for testosterone injections. It was humiliating for him to the point he had to walk out.

We will never return to the pharmacy and will advise all we know to never use the services at the location. He was warned by his doctor prior to going of the issues at the pharmacy however he still chose to go due to it being one we have used previously.

Very disappointed about our Livonia meijers on Middlebelt and Schoolcraft. How can a large corporation only have the self check out open and 2 lanes open. The lines were outrageous. I always go to this meijer and the more I go the more it becomes a disappointment to me.

I was at your store today August 26th at about 1230. There was a cashier i think her name is Linda. She was running one of the checkouts. I think it was #11. She was just so rude to everyone.

Hello. I stopped in the White Lake Meijer Gas Station to buy cigarettes. The "gentleman" behind the counter asked for my ID. Of course I was elated because I just turned 58. If anybody asks for your ID at that age it deserves a happy dance.

Anyway, I gave him my ID and it was expired (I did not realize I was carrying the wrong one). Okay, I get it, but he was extremely rude to me. There was no "I'm Sorry . . ". Instead he tapped on a sign hanging on the plexiglass which said No ID, No Sale (or something to that effect).

I left with empty arms and steamed the whole way home. Please, I do not want a phone call or even an email back. I just wanted you to know that the gas station employee with gold earrings needs a good talking to.

A few months ago I called and ordered helium balloons for my 40ish Class Reunion. At the time I was told there wasn't anything I could order that pertained to a 40 reunion, but could bring in helium balloons and they would gladly blow them up for us there.

I was NOT told there would be a $6 per balloon fee as I had 6 to have blown up for a total of $36 additional. When I got there to pick up the "other balloons" at my designated/pre-arranged time I was rudely greeted by a woman who stated that I would have to wait for others to be done.

My order was completed (minus the ones I had brought) and I pointed them out to her. She proceeded to tell me that my additional balloons would cost $6/ea and that if I had bought them there, they would fill them up for just the cost of the balloon.

I had a Meijer Home Delivery sent to my home. Order 682981458 Two items were missing from the order. Eggs and hamburger buns. I am assuming they must have been in the same bag and Shipt delivery forgot them in her car or cart at store.

Rude customer serv rep named KIM! Bought pair of shoes that I thought were an addl 40 percent off but not until I checked again . she stopped to complain about me to customer in store. her words "I'll say anything I want to to anybody".

I finish checking out and she is talking to original cashier about me again. I spend anywhere from $250 to $300 a week in the Southport store. you just lost a loyal customer. If I don't here from you, I will contact Corporate.

Twice recently I have filled out a store survey with less than stellar reviews and requested I be contacted. The only contact made was a form letter email from the "store manager" the second time. The first time I complained (when I was NOT contacted), it was because your employee in the Uscan area actually physically smacked my hand while I was attempting to finish my order. Smacked my hand!!!!

This was not nearly the first complaint about this employee, but it most certainly WAS her most inappropriate behavior. and to then have NO ONE from the store contact me. Shaking my head that Meijer is so utterly lax in the way they deal with customer dissatisfaction.

I'm not sure what has changed in the last 3 weeks but the store has changed and not for the better. I've been shopping there since it has opened and have been for the most part pleased , not any more.

Today 8/7/2022 at approximately 330 pm I was introduced to a plume of cigarette smoke at the southern most entry , real classy , the name tag said Paul of the associate. Store is a mess ,floors sticky , trash in entry way.

Plus the over all attitude of employees has changed. Not a smile on anyone's face anymore. In short I'm going to begin to go the extra mile to Walmart and shop. I've never minded paying a little bit more to avoid the Walmart atmosphere but this meijer is close enough.

Might as well save the money.

Everytime this woman sees any hispanic or even hears you speaking another language she is so bias and borderline racist. Community depends on the ability fill theire gallon jugs for water because it is all well water in the area of this Meijer their assistance is necessary for freshwater drinking but yet they do not keep this thing accessible and ready for use Myers has the highest prices of any grocery or department store within 20 mi radius but yet they won't even keep this one thing that is necessary for this community always accessible the last two times you were there to get drinking water for our family it was not available through this machine that's unacceptable I think this needs to be put out on social media.

I see no one comes to this site to read it other than people who have complaints so this falls on deaf ears obviously.

My gripe is how companies (Meijer too apparently) are now making bottle caps that do not twist off. I bought a bottle of Meijer Olive Oil and I cant get the lid off of it because there are no perforations on the cap to twist it loose. I noticed this with many products lately. It's like they are not replacing the razor that cuts the perforations for bottle caps as often now so plastic bottle caps do not twist off. Soda, and now Meijer Olive Oil. FIX YOUR SHIT!!!

I was going to cook some breakfast but since I cant get the cap off the olive oil. I now get to go spend MY LAST ten dollars at Burger King for food.

Normally I would not write. I was at the Cascade and 28th gas station/convenience store and noticed someone smoking right out side the door. Then I realized it happened to be a worker. I said don't you think it would be better to get way further away from The Gas and Propane that are very close to the front door ?

He then says he is far enough away ??? I said I would like to debate that. he knew he was violating some policy. I am sure this is not Meijer company policy so I wanted to make you aware of it.

The baggers do a terrible job. or other produce! Glass items should be doubled bagged! Don't put so many canned goods in one bag! , not on the job training. Cashiers need to say thank you!!!!!!
