shop at meijers in coldwater mi all the time.but lately the store has problems. the problem it has is the card readers are down the store can only take cash. i had a cart full of food and and no cash. this is the third time it has happened and the only thing to do was run to the bank and get cash. one person said his bank was forty miles away. ther were thirty people that said if these keeps happening they going to take there business to walmart. and no check but one or two open and the self check out are just as bad you are loosing customers

I would like to encourage the beverage stocking manager at the Gull Road, Kalamazoo, location to consider stocking Diet Cherry 7 up more robustly. I live close enough that I stop by regularly and seldom is Diet Cherry 7Up in stock at all.

When it appears it has been restocked it disappears in one day. A similar concern that Dr. Pepper Diet No Caffeine is not stocked at all at this store. Is it no longer available? When it was available it seemed to move reasonably well.

Again, I would encourage the stocking manager to pursue this product as a regular and more robust offering.

Your recent change on sale items that require you to buy 5 or 7 to receive the price is a joke. Maybe if you have 5 kids, but for a couple doesn’t work. Even your front end customer service agreed and has had several complaints.

I like Meijers and worked their for 8 years during HS and College, but I’ve tended to go to Tom’s to avoid the hassle. I see a lot of comments on lack of personnel, but everyone is struggling with that and people should be more tolerant.

I think your marketing department needs to at least review the success of the multiple or nothing program. Thx Steve

Diane Farrington Pharmacist refused to fill a script with 5refills on it because she feels I'm abusing medications after going thru my medications list.

Also she didn't believe me when I told her I couldn't afford the medication until I found it on goodrx thru Meijer and I had not filled it to 6/24 Because I couldn't afford it. She insinuated I was a drug addict and listed off my meds in front of other customers and staff.

I told her she's not my doctor and she needed to fill this script so I could go to pt and 2 doctors appts and she said no she had the authority to refuse to fill it and was going to call all my doctors and tell them I was abusing prescriptions.

I have MS 14 years now this woman just ruined pt and appts at Rush for me because she has a God complex. I've been to this…

Pharmacy drive thru, cannot see person inside but was received rudely and told I can not return to Meijer. I were asked birthdate and confirmed all info I were asked and was in the presence of my daughter in witch the behavior of employee caused her to cry.

I have two prescriptions called in by my Dr. And I received call confirming insurance issue, this were handle well. I then received call saying ready for two to be picked up. I get to the window and something is not okay and I can hear it in the tone of the employee.

My husband worked through the entire pandemic and took zero sick time. He got covid in the beginning of July of 2022 and come to find out that Meijer has canceled their paid covid leave 06/24/2022 without proper notice to union members.

He only gets 13 days paid vacation a year and no sick time whatsoever. This is so disappointing Meijer that your employees should go through health hell and on top of it you add a financial burden on them during this time.

Also, the covid leave management rep Sarah was sooo mean and hung up the phone on us. Her excuse was that Meijer has been paying over two years to their employees and are the last company to cancel it. Had to let her know that the company that I work for still paying me covid sick leave not to mention that they also provide sick time…

Janet C. At the Meijer in Brighton Michigan completely messed up my money order and proceeded to give me and my fiancé a major attitude when she was at fault. I’m so glad I’m more mature than your employee because I would have lost it if I was a child like her because she made a mistake and then wanted to pop off ridiculous own up to your stuff like a grown up.

On 7/3/22 I was at the Meijer store, at 30800 Little Mack Road, Roseville, Mi 48066, I had gone to the garden center to pick up garden soil and a bridal shower card. After paying for my purchase's I proceeded to the only exit open at 7:00 am. I clearly had my receipt out showing I had just paid for these items. I was stopped by the store greeter who was not only extremely rude but it almost bordered on harassment. I was the only person who was singled out by this greeter. This was extremely upsetting.

Meijer not only needs to train their employees on common courtesy but how to treat their customers. After this experience I will never ever shop at a Meijer store again.

Hi, I'm writing to tell you I'm very disappointed in your company, There are never no buggies in the store, Customer's having to go back outside to get one.

Also the bottle room is always closed. Very rarely open. I was also up there June 18th . To get something for Father's day. I was so disappointed there wasn't . ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! NOTHING!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so disappointed, But they had a bunch of stuff out for . Gay pride week.

The fitting rooms are closed for purpose of safety and cleanliness but I'm here to tell you that I think my daughter trying on bathing suits and dresses in your bathroom is worse. I think the ban on using the fitting rooms should be lifted.

I checked put 2 times for my daughter to try stuff on in your bathroom and then returned the items that didn't fit that same day. Shame on you Meijer, the bathrooms are more gross but we had no choice.

I am a worker for meijer and they treat us like shit, I work my heart out for this place and all they want to do is get rid of us. This is becoming a real issue that you should be aware of. For the past 4 or 5 months, your milk, no matter what percentage we get, does not make it to even close to the expiration date. It spoils way faster then it should and I'm tried of throwing money away.

And it's not just me, in my circle of friends, atleast 5 have started buying milk some place else. eans they're shopping some place else. I have kept buying at meijer because of convince. That is about to change.

For two full days now I can't order delivery. Now I can't even sign in. t. department because you can call four times and get four different answers for the same problem. Blaming their payments processor isn't fixing the problem.

It's like they dont care at all because they're in no hurry to fix their problem either. If I could give zero starts I would.

I filed on one for my 2nd covid vax and when I got to the store was told it was not there, when I attempted to show my confirmation email was braked at my tech and said I will just put in there now, and to fill out this form, the she ran it through my insurance and covid vax are free, then she bumped be behind 2 people I checked in before them! So what the hell was the purpose of going on line and doing all the work

I was at Meijer in Highland, IN on 6/17/22 from around 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. After being there for about 15 minutes all the fire alarms and warning lights began to go off. I waited for an announcement to see if we would be asked to evacuate.

To my shock all the employees just kept working and everyone just kept shopping. Once again I waited to see if there would be an announcement from management but there was not any kind of direction whatsoever. If you recall about a year ago a fire was started in this same store as a diversion.

It really bothered me that after that incident they would just keep everyone in the dark as to whether it was a false alarm or not. There were people in the store that had disabilities that may have not been able to get out if it was a real fire.

The deli crew at your Highland Indiana location is by far the rudest group of miserable humans I have come in contact with. Not only snail-like slow but don’t even listen to you. Several times I have been given the wrong product and wrong weight.

They don’t even utter a thank you. It’s the worst customer service. I will be going to Stracks from now on.

Hello, We have been loyal customers of the Meijer in Champaign, Illinois for many years. We spend a minimum of $1000 a month on groceries, and other household items. We continued to shop at Meijer through the pandemic, and have been 100 percent loyal customers.

My husband has been very unhappy with the long lines, and lack of enough cashiers for many months. I have advocated for your store by stating that every store is experiencing a lack of employees and there isn't more we can expect from the store and we have to just exercise patience.

Well today has been the straw that has broken the camels back. We will no longer be shopping at Meijer or recommending your store to friends or family. We went in to do our usual shopping on a Saturday afternoon.

My air fried chicken from the deli has a reputation and having bought it today I can confirm that the taste is possibly from using steel cooking oil or reusing it too often before changing it but the flavor is terrible of the chicken coding. While I was checking out items, I had an older gentleman who worked there find out how much a pack of chicken was. After he told me the price, I asked him to please take the item back. After this was where he had an attitude because I was returning items I didn't want. When no one was around to take the items I simply put them near the resigter ( home good items). He then came over and said next time hand them to us ( he was not around the entire time).

I apologize if I did something but taking my business elsewhere.

I am 50 years old , I was publicly shamed and embarrassed by the clerk named George. I purchased a bottle of water and I spent two dollars on lottery tickets. He asked me for ID to purchase the lottery ticket I have a beard and hair full of gray.

There was a woman with him who also gave me pushback I didn’t get her name. I asked George for a receipt they were refusing to give me a receipt for my purchase stating that they couldn’t do it unless I bought gas.

So I demanded that they return the water give me a refund. I made it perfectly clear that I needed a receipt. After 15 minutes or so I received the receipt that I’ve uploaded for you. i purchased a pair of sandals on Tuesday, May 24,22. The security alarm went off as I got to the door. I could not produce my receipt at that time as I was extremely tired and had pushed it deep into my purse.

I was escorted to the service desk, told to insert my debit card as to reprint my receipt. The second lady there told me the shoes WERE NOT on my receipt, I actually saw them ring up, I said WHAT?

I told them, keep the shoes. She said WHAT! I said keep them, turned and left. The next morning I found my original receipt, WITH THE SANDALS ON IT. Shopper never asked me if I wanted any substitutions just picked out what he wanted. Groceries are high enough then to get stuff you didn't want and expired milk (organic) on top of it. I emailed Meijer 3 times and still no reply.

I have issues with the hillcrest address in springfield. I am getting tired of being told I can get a rx filled on a certain date, then when I try to pick them up, they say I have to wait until a later date.

This happened today, I called them this morning and was told I could pick it up this after noon. They said I will have to wait another day. I don't need this with gas prices out of sight, and being on a fixed income.

They should at least compensate me for gas. Three times a month is too much

Why does Meijer phone App almost never work at the Meijer Burton,Mi. Store?

This a big problem when I have a large list that I cannot access in the store!

The phone App always works at the Davison,Mi. Meijer, so I am forced go to Walmart or Kroger or the Davison Meijer which is less convenient to shop. The store staff acknowledges that this has been a problem for a long time.

had my wife at the ER for sever muscle spasms.. ER dr called in two prescriptions to pick up the next day drove from my home in new buffalo Michigan to Meijer in Michigan City ind to pick up scripts. Used the drive through.

the pharmacists brought a bag old me I owed 33 cents and handed me the brown paper bag. he made no offer to council on the med and end of that part of story. I drove home and it turned out their was only 1 script in bag.

called pharmacy and was told second script flexaril not covered by insurance so had left message for dr to change. Why everyone u go in this store only self checkout lines are open and people in those lines are doing family grocery shopping with full buggies of food some of the self check outs don’t work this early morning and evening do u know people like to shop early and late evening and have to stand in line forever we have a job and did our job we don’t want to do your employees jobs by bagging groceries and

I have been to my local store 3 times this week to take advantage of your 10 for 10 sale, where soda was on sale . All 3 times they didn’t have any. I waited til the last day and they were still empty.

I asked for a raincheck. I was denied. They told me that since the pandemic, they cannot give them out. I asked when this started because I’ve gotten them before. They told me since the pandemic started. News to me.

I feel If they are not going to be able to give out rainchecks to their customers, then there should be a limit!!! I have seen many people who own little convenience stores come in and fill their carts with soda that you have on sale.

This is not fair to your valid customers who are buying for themselves and not for profit. At this point, I’m not a happy customer

I even worked for meijer in Sheboygan Wisconsin and the customer service desk sucks on answering their phones.

My Mom & I were in the Meijer store in Marion, Ohio and my Mom went I'm to use the woman's restroom and it was in terrible shape and in need of a serious cleaning. There was urine on the floors in the stalls and one of toilets had feecees on it!

This is not the first time we have been in this Meijer and the bathrooms were in horrible condition and honestly totally unusable. I reported it to the customer service desk and the lady acted like "who cares" like she already knew but certainly nothing had been done about it.

I shop the Marburg oakley store in Cincinnati ohio almost every week. Have been for at least 10 years. I have had to make a few complaints about several ignorant employees over that time. Over the last few months there have been several real ignorant people that have been harassing me both racially and terroristicly.

I was informed by my doctor today that when a new medication was filled 90 days ago, the meijer pharmacy filled the incorrect dosage. They filled 309mg instead of 150mg that my doctor actually prescribed. The reason my doctor found out was because they called to have it refilled.

Not one word was said to me by a Meijer employee when I picked up my medication today! I feel someone needs to say something to me about this!

The list is Long. when using the Self checkout on large orders there is no place to put your grocery's once scanned. You are probably saying you can use the full checkout lanes. The Meijer store in Muskegon has I think 20 plus lane and on Saturday morning, the business time of the day there we 3 lanes open with lines of 6 or more people. If i am going to do your job by checking myself out and bagging my own grocery. I should be compensated with some sort of discount. Share you profits with the customers that built you company. I never thought I would say this but I think its time to try another store. Meijer has slowly became a greedy corporation.

Meijer never has the same product twice, can never find anything, prices are way too high, most of their stuff is garbage, store is dirty, esp bathrooms, never have ink cartridges,for printer, the CEO does not seem to care. Kroger is a much better place for food.

I went to the Meijer store in Alpena, MI at approximately 3:00 this afternoon and was appalled to see an employee parked in a handicapped parking spot. It was the very first handicapped spot located closest to the door at the pharmacy entrance.

I am a disabled veteran and I was waiting for a handicapped parking spot when I saw a Meijer employee exit the building, get in his vehicle, eat his lunch, and make several phone calls before exiting his blue Ford F-150 truck and returning to work. While this thoughtless employee sat I his truck stuffing his face with cupcakes several customers drove by him that were clearly looking for a disabled spot and were forced to park in regular spots that were a significant distance from the door.

I’ve been shopping here for years and spent thousands of dollars here, not anymore. Lady was very unprofessional threatened to report us for wanting to use a certain card although the item was for not for the person the card was in the name of.

I heard her gossiping about us at the front to other workers and had the worst attitude. Which I find quite embarrassing and rude in my opinion. Her attitude should honestly get her fired! Someone like her should not be working retail.

Dear Meijer, I started going more to Meijer because sale items did not require special reward cards, coupons, etc. Now many sale items require an Mperks account, smart phone, and sale coupons have to be clipped. Just like rewards cards, this is a huge pain and not worth the trouble. So far, I have not created an Mperks account and don't plan to do so.

If this continues, I will just go back to Walmart to bypass the painful experience. Thank you for your consideration.
