I order my items from Meijer in Grand Haven MI, and have it brought out to my car. Asiago bagels are one of the favorite items I buy. My last ordered 2 pkgs. When I got them home they both had green mold on them.

I have been a long time Mperks customer who has spent a lot of time and money at your store. My husband worked for 10 years at your distribution center. I rarely return items. 00 for my son’s Christmas. Upon checkout, there was an issue with the register.

The cashier was having trouble and turned her light on. She told me if I didn’t need a receipt, I could go. I was fine with that as it shows on my Mperks account anyway, Between the time I left and went home to register the card, the money had been put on and taken away.

00 taken out that was pending. I immediately called the card company who informed me to reach out ASAP to your store. The pending charge stated “software”. At that time, I was told by the card company it was still pending and it may release.

Meijer needs to work on customer service. After going to the store in Richmond, IN I am very disappointed. I was searching for at home covid tests, while looking on my own I could not even find where they should be.

Online showed they had some in stock. I asked the pharmacy and they gave me an answer of in the middle aisle, all that was there was Christmas things. I asked again if she could provide an exact location or even see if it was in stock as I wasted time and she could not.

Three more trips around the store I did not find it. Went to the customer service desk and the same answer, “if we have it” and then said it was last by the cleaning supplies. Again another trip around the store and didn’t even see where they were supposed to be.

It’s absurd that no one can easily check to…

I simply went in the Kokomo IN, Meijer asked about a few simple things to get help where to find something. Yea they helped, after waiting 30 minutes to ask about a Frappuccino. Than I asked kindly to talk to a manager, and I was told they are to busy sorry.

Last week I brought with me my son, only to ask about the Santa bucks, and a few sales. I happen to see a Manager Glen Miller I think that was his name. He just looked at us like we where not their, and walked off.

Tell that manager Glen Miller, and Meijer we thought Walmart was not the best but anything is better than that Kokomo IN, Meijer!

We had a very bad experience at Meijer pharmacy at Madison Heights, Michigan. My husband and I are 83 year old and had an appointment for COVID-19 booster shot at 12 pm today, we came before 11:50 am, we were waiting for over 30 minutes.

Many people came after us and got shot, we felt like we were ignored, we didn’t know how long we had to wait. We asked my daughter to call them to ask why we didn’t get shot. My daughter called them twice to try to get information and help.

We felt we didn’t get treated nicely because we are elderly Asian Americans, Meijer Pharmacy has race discrimination, we don’t feel we want to come to Meijer anymore.

My daughter has a birth defect that requires a particular medication on a daily basis. I have been using the Charlotte, MI Meijer pharmacy for years, but in the last 2 years or so, I have been told repeatedly that this prescription is OUT OF STOCK. Something that bothers me is that the pharmacy marks the prescription as FILLED on the medication refill, but it is NOT filled.

I have tried to talk to them in the past about this, but have never received a valid answer. I realize that I should just change pharmacies, but this one is convenient, as it is closest to our residence.

The pick up service I experienced recently was next to horrible. Someone didn't have their act together because she would bring groceries out and go back and bring something she forgot. Then do that again. I waited about 25 to 30 minutes for my order and another customer told me that he has waited even longer.

My groceries were suppose to of been ready and there wasn't many people as I waited so I don't know why it took so long. I am beyond disturbed of why they weren't organized to bring out all the groceries at once and why it took so long if they were suppose to be ready.

Cashier, Emily, was rude. She did not speak at all and when I asked her a question, she did not respond whatsoever. I understand stores are causing staff shortages; however, it was very dissapointing to have an employee not even speak.

I bought a pair of jeans 10/4/21-they turned out to be to tight-the next morning I went in to exchange them( I had the receipt). no one was at the service desk but there is a sign in front of the counter that says Open to serve you.

I told the cashier that was working close to the service desk that I was going to leave the bag with the pair that doesn't fit and go run and grab a pair 1 size bigger. she said ok. I return with the other to see that there is still no one at the service desk.

One star is a 3 star upgrade from my experience. Went to beavercreek, ohio store at 11pm on 9/30/2021, and was a faithful meijer shopper. Grocery was filthy and couldnt get any produce because it was all moved and racks in the aisleways.

I came for a vacuum cleaner. The ones I was interested in, the boxes were destroyed, dont show in stock online, and there werent prices on most of them (very common in this store on everything). Went to an employee and asked for a vacuum because not only were there security alarms on the vacuums, they were all tied together in a maze. This man did not have a key and claimed to call manager, while hanging around for 5 minutes making derogatory and worse remarks about people who have addiction issues. I have stopped shopping at Meijers because it took this grocery chain so long to enforce a mask policy, back when the pandemic started. A couple of days ago, I went inside the Forest Park Meijer and was reminded what else was so annoying when I shopped there. Now, with this Deltavariant it is the same problem. No masking up. Homedepot and Kohl’s employees wear masks but Meijer employees, handling groceries don’t. How odd.

I understand if some of the uneducated still don’t get it. The Virus spreads exponentially through the ones that are vaccinated and endanger others by not masking up. I wouldn’t want to hurt anybody, or God forbit endanger our children. So in spite of me being vaccinated I continued to wear my mask indoors.

What is the Meijers reason to not help…

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I am a retired RN so am not an naive lay person who doesn’t know any better. I used CVS for years until their prices got the highest of any other pharmacy, although they were very friendly and helpful. very pleasant and helpful.

Now that CVS seems to want to take over this world, they bought out Schnucks. This is how I ended up at Meijers pharmacy. I’m am on a lot of meds and live on a fixed increase and Meijers looked to be the cheapest using my Good RX Gold card.

I purchased 2 ArmorAll Tire Foams (18oz) from Meijer a hour ago. They were on the bottom shelf in back of a sign that said 4.19. I looked at the sign and it said it was for ArmorAll TIrefoam and I took the last two that were on the shelf. I told the cashier that thesign said that the price was listed as 4.19 on the shelf. At Meijer on 8/22 345pm to get my daughter her 2nd covid shot. Had to wait which is understandable since we didn’t have a appointment. There was only 1 person in front of us to get the shot. After that person was done we waited almost 30min for my daughter to get hers.

The pharmacist decided it was more important to keep talking to other customers that were in line after us. The pharm techs were busy checking customers out. The store in Maumee is filthy. I took a pic of the check-out scanner, but I could have taken pics all over the store. Zoom in on that pic--see the filth in that large crevasse? That's a broken fingernail, and god knows what other dirt and debris. It's revolting.

I am a life long Meijer customer, but feel the need to share what I experienced yesterday after visiting 3 of your stores, while shopping for bicycles with my granddaughter.

#1 Cedar Springs store - very nice team member tried to help us get prices on the bikes because NOT ONE single bike on display had a price. Twice this poor guy whacked his head on the very badly designed metal bike rack while trying to bend over and scan the bar code way down low on the bike. I applied for a job as a deli lead with the Canal Winchester store. The day prior to my scheduled interview, I was contacted by the Valerie, the store’s administrative assistant, to ask if I would change my interview venue and drive to the Lancaster store because the Canal store director was leaving early for a vacation.

Blood glucose strips are always out of stock. I have both Meijer test meters (true Metrix & Essential ). I have been to 5 Meijer locations and every location was out of each test strip. I bought the Meijer brand so this would not happen.

I have a question about the True Metrix test strips. A box of 30 test strips retails for around $8 dollars. A box of 100 is $74 dollars. I do not understand that price difference. I can buy 4 boxes of 30 test strips for $32 dollars and get 120 test strips or get a box of 100 for $74 dollars.

The store in bloomingdale simply needs to go out of business. The management is terrible here. you ask a manager to open up a lane and do nothing. really this is how you treat you're customers? People are standing in long lines for an hour just to checkout and you're worried about taking pictures for the corporate office?

I called to fill a Perscription today. After speaking to a worker they said they could have it ready by two today. I arrived at 2:20 to be told they don’t have it. It will arrive on the truck tomorrow.

After driving 20 minutes to Meijer for just this, I was frustrated. I ask why would they confirm that you could have it ready? Lindsey (Meijer in Marion, IN) was very snarky and kept insisting I needed to wait to get a txt confirmation.

I said I did get one saying it would be filled by 2 and I was told from an employee. She informed me that’ txt says they are filling it. Either way, like I told her, I spoke to a person.

I sopped in your store on 7/10/21 @9500 Preston Highway Louisville, KY 40229 #166. Shopping in the men's department. There was a sign on the rack stating the Brand on the item shirts for 9.99 each. 99 a bag. The potatoes have been separated from large and small Russets. 99 for the same size bag. This is shameful and I consider it rape. I am 60 years old and have been shopping at Meijer for years, however since the Meijer on Market Place Drive in Grand Rapids has been remodeled the prices are just too high.

I only buy 2 things at Meijer and I am not going to tell you what they are for fear you will jack the prices up. I don't like the way that you do business and I shop or do not shop accordingly, I thought I should let you know.

So fed up with the so-called coin shortage. The self scan lanes are closed, which is very inconvenient, if you want to buy something that is frozen or just pick up a few items and get out quickly. I was just at the Vreeland Rd.

store in Flat Rock, MI. It was between 10 and 15 minutes I waited in line. It's impossible to buy something frozen like ice cream or fudge bars, as they would melt by the time I got home. With the self scan, I am usually in and out quickly.

It is also difficult to make sure I have all my bags, because the cashier doesn't pay much attention or tell me how many I have. In short, Walmart in Woodhaven, MI is close and will be getting more of my business.

They didn't even shut down these lanes during the pandemic. You need to OPEN the self scan lanes NOW. Thank you.

I am a 71 year old senior citizen and longtime Meijer Tittabawassee shopper. On Monday, June 14, 2021, I came to get a refund for incorrectly priced items. When I showed the Customer service agent JACKIE B, the photo evidence, she rudely told me that ' I have no job' among other rude remarks.

This is the second complaint I have made to the Manager about her. I have never experienced such appallingly rude behavior at Kroger, Walmart or Aldi. This will likely drive me to shop elsewhere. I have left accounts of what happened today on Google and other social media sites.

I hope you will take measures to deal with this employee as soon as possible.

I am a 64 year old man in a wheel chair. Why is it so hard for employees to help me bag my groceries an help me to my car? There are alot of lines open an you have enployees that are not doing anything beside standing around!

I never had this problem at any other meijer store I have been to. I come to this one in seven hills cause I live two blocks away. Why do I have to drive 40 min just to get good service from another meijer store.

My complaint is the new policy of only getting the sale price when you buy a quantity of the product. If you are a single person you don’t need 2 Brussels sprouts, or 3 bags of something. It’s making me shop more at other stores.

I came in contact with a manager named Freda. I was a customer asking questions about something and she was Rude and very dismissive. I asked a cashier who she was and she told me her name and that she's a manager.

I ordered 10 dinner plates with my pattern on it. When I went to pick it up, Meijer's gave me a 16 piece set that was 4 dinner plates, 4 bowls, 4 appetizer plates and 4 cups. Then Emily the Manager on duty said, "Well, it's better you got something than nothing. No apology, no let me see why the incorrect item was picked.

I am unable to understand how the order went through online, if the item was not in stock, or was it due to human error that the wrong item was picked by the employee? I'll never know, because in Emily's world something is better than nothing. So, when you go to a car dealer and order a Toyota SUV and he/she brings you a Toyota 4 door car instead; in Emily's world it's all okay because you at least got something.

I needed a prescription refilled. Submitted the refill around 7am. I received a text that it would be ready after 11:30am. I went up at 12:30pm to pick it up and was told to come back after 2pm. Wasted my lunch hour and came back empty handed.

Now I have to make another trip. This is unacceptable customer service. There is no reason it couldn't have been ready in time. The pharmacy tech said she could have it ready in 20 minutes if I waited. I didn't have time.

I gave them an extra hour from the time I was given and they still didn't have it ready. I should've just gone to Walmart. At least they do their damn jobs.

Hello. Today i walked into the gas station on Bremen hwy in mishawaka Indiana. I walked in and one of the guys refilling the pop corn. Thats fine. But i was just getting gas and i seen the guy behind the counter.

Well the guy behind the counter was actually on his phone and i walked over to the register and he continued to look at his phone for a min.. he finally looked up and i said hi, i need 10 on pump 1.

He acted like i was bothering him. He rung me up and then was back on his phone. He didnt even ask if i needed a receipt. but i know i wont ever be back because of him. but this guy and the guy manager that was doing the popcorn are not the nicest people.

I was visiting the Meijer on East Alexis Rd in Toledo, Ohio at 7pm on April 30th, 2021. I witnessed an unfortunate situation where the manager was belittling another employee. The manager, which I found out later after asking another associate, the manager is the General Manager of the E.Alexis location (store 118), and her first name is Carrie. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to obtain the first name of the young lady and the other associate didn’t give me Carrie’s last name.

The manager addressed a young woman about her completed tasks and how poor of a job she had done. The young lady continued to explain that she had completed her tasks to the best of her ability, but the General Manager wasn’t content with the explanation and continued to degrade the associate and her work performance.…
