This store has such a racist cashier that stands at the self checkout who only watch you if you are an minority. I am a Dr at one of Illinois #1 hospital & had a horrible experience with this cashier my husband today had the same experience. While trying to be hired at the West Lafayette Meijer Ive encountered one of the rudest women Ive ever met. Jodi Stratton in HR. My mom is an employee there and says she is rude to everyone. All I want is to be spoke to with respect.

I came in contact with a manager named Freda. I was a customer asking questions about something and she was Rude and very dismissive. I asked a cashier who she was and she told me her name and that she's a manager.

She actually acted as if I was annoying her and seemed prejudice towards me because I am a black woman. I'm a regular shopper at that location but I will not be back their again. I felt extremely disrespected and don't understand why they could have a manager their that's not a ppl person.

I ordered 10 dinner plates with my pattern on it. When I went to pick it up, Meijer's gave me a 16 piece set that was 4 dinner plates, 4 bowls, 4 appetizer plates and 4 cups. Then Emily the Manager on duty said, "Well, it's better you got something than nothing. No apology, no let me see why the incorrect item was picked.

I am unable to understand how the order went through online, if the item was not in stock, or was it due to human error that the wrong item was picked by the employee? I'll never know, because in Emily's world something is better than nothing. So, when you go to a car dealer and order a Toyota SUV and he/she brings you a Toyota 4 door car instead; in Emily's world it's all okay because you at least got something.

I needed a prescription refilled. Submitted the refill around 7am. I received a text that it would be ready after 11:30am. I went up at 12:30pm to pick it up and was told to come back after 2pm. Wasted my lunch hour and came back empty handed.

Now I have to make another trip. This is unacceptable customer service. There is no reason it couldn't have been ready in time. The pharmacy tech said she could have it ready in 20 minutes if I waited. I didn't have time.

I gave them an extra hour from the time I was given and they still didn't have it ready. I should've just gone to Walmart. At least they do their damn jobs.

Hello. Today i walked into the gas station on Bremen hwy in mishawaka Indiana. I walked in and one of the guys refilling the pop corn. Thats fine. But i was just getting gas and i seen the guy behind the counter.

Well the guy behind the counter was actually on his phone and i walked over to the register and he continued to look at his phone for a min.. he finally looked up and i said hi, i need 10 on pump 1.

He acted like i was bothering him. He rung me up and then was back on his phone. He didnt even ask if i needed a receipt. but i know i wont ever be back because of him. but this guy and the guy manager that was doing the popcorn are not the nicest people.

I was visiting the Meijer on East Alexis Rd in Toledo, Ohio at 7pm on April 30th, 2021. I witnessed an unfortunate situation where the manager was belittling another employee. The manager, which I found out later after asking another associate, the manager is the General Manager of the E.Alexis location (store 118), and her first name is Carrie. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to obtain the first name of the young lady and the other associate didn’t give me Carrie’s last name.

The manager addressed a young woman about her completed tasks and how poor of a job she had done. The young lady continued to explain that she had completed her tasks to the best of her ability, but the General Manager wasn’t content with the explanation and continued to degrade the associate and her work performance.…

This concerns an ongoing problem at the Meijer on Carpenter Road in Ypsilanti , MI. They are in the midst of redoing the entire store and I realize this is not easy on staff. BUT, they chose to stay open during remodeling and they do not give any special deals to customers to compensate for the inconvenience, so I think they are fair game for this criticism.

First of all: YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN"T FIND ANYTHING because you moved it all around. We wander aimlessly searching and add lots of time to our shopping trips. They need to station employees at frequent intervals to guide us. Instead there is rarely anyone out on the floor to ask.

Even when you find someone, sometimes they just shrug their shoulders. Things are moved around on a weekly basis and this is taking months, so its a big deal.…

Meijer store in Warren, MI (12 Mile and Mound). This store has gone completely downhill over the past year. Every time I shop there, 1-2 lanes are open and everything else is self checkout. Today I went to buy a car seat and could not find any associate to help.

I call the store while standing in the baby section, and I got put on hold automatically for over 15 minutes. I finally found an associate and she did attempt to find the person responsible for that area. She got the run around from the 3 team members she called.

Finally, she said someone was coming to help me and would meet me in the aisle with the car seats. After 10 minutes and no one showing up, she came back to check on me. I had a a simple question: do you have extra stock of this item in the storage room? Pretty easy…

Had three prescriptions filled and requested they be delivered to my address. All three never arrived at my address by end of day as specified they be delivered by 6pm. notified them of the problem, they contacted their shipper and was told it was delivered..

I have 2 security cams pointing in the direction of where they wud have enter my deck/front door area. I told the pharmacy about the cam. they saaid they will redo my scripts.

However Im charged again for the copay which was for the replacement.... its not a 2nd request. Its a replacement for scripts not delivered correctly. Its wrong im being charged as if Im requesting another refill for a script that they did not delivered, I should be refunded for the lost prescriptions.

I am finally done with the Meijer Mt. Pleasant MI pharmacy.

It took 66 hours for them to fill a scrip for non-narcotic painkillers for a foot injury.

Wait times are two to four days regularly.

I didn’t need pain meds 66 hours after my trip to the ER. I needed them ASAP.

I once went two days without a critical thyroid medication even though I called it in when I had a week’s supply and gave them plenty of time.

This has been going on for years and I’ve finally had enough.

I went to the Meijer on 28th and Kalamazoo at exactly 20:52:12 per my receipt to pick up my prescription.

A person by the name of Shay (per name tag) but receipt says my checkout was provided by SHARNICE came to the counter.

No greeting, no mask, look of disgust on her face as it was totally apparent she was not in the mood to assist or provide any customer service in any way shape or form.

This is what I got: name, date of birth, which I provided.

I called the pharmacy of the Meijer In Ypsilanti MI, to get on the waiting list for a covid vaccine, and the man on the other end told me that they had some available if I could come right now, I was at work so I said I would have to call him right back, I checked with work and they allowed me to leave in order to get it taken care of, so I called them back and

I am complaining about our Stow Ohio 44224 location I'm not sure of the store number but you are losing customers including me, every time I shop there ( I have gone on every day of the week and at different times) they are out of 4 or 5 things that I need ( they are not special items, just normal stuff) the shelves are empty, I go back the next week thinking it should be there by now but

nope the shelves are still empty!

Also, why do you not have employees stocking shelves during the night, there is always 1 or 2 employees with big carts blocking the aisles ( in each aisle) and only one person can get down the aisle at a time, you can't stop and look at anything because other people are trying to get through!

The night manager would make their worker hold there pee until break the night manager said he frowns on it. They let employees throw frozen food at other employees. And why would you let an employee work over half there shift then fire them?

For the past month my local Meijer store has been out of LOTS of grocery items and many of their shelves are empty or not stocked. This is happening not only in the grocery section but all over the store.

I have had friends tell me that nearby Meijer stores are well stocked and clean. I have inquired about this to store management a couple times but given no good answer. Why is this happening? Meijer but ready to go elsewhere so I can get the items I need.

Tonight I was shopping for a customer. As I walked around trying to find a shorter line to check out in, one opened up. I proceeded to the line to check out thinking I would I be able to make my delivery on time because the lines were long.

I was told by one of the managers I had to wait because customers had been waiting longer. I don’t understand this policy. If a line opens and I’m the first to arrive at it, am I then supposed to weight until everyone that has gotten to a check out line before me checks out.

I didn’t rudely jump in front of any one. The other customers were not even aware that the line had opened up when I started to enter. This and the odd way certain items are shelved is a reason I refuse to personally shop with you.

I generally like the service in Meijer. The other day one of their employees went out of their way to help me find a product they thought their store didn't even sell! Customer service dosen't get any better then that on the ground floor but management doesn't want my cash, they want to track my spending habits with the banks help! How does this happen? No coins!

Meijer's is a big enough customer they can lean on their bank to deliver what they need if their customer's want it but it isn't to either businesses advantage so I will move my shopping to other stores. When the day comes I can no longer use cash I will have developed a habit of looking at and a loyalty to other stores and Meijer will have lost a valued customer. To bad.

As I was entering the gas station last week, the attendant (only one on duty) was exiting to clean the glass in the doors. He continued to do so, though I went immediately to the counter to pre-pay for gas (which I thought was poor service to begin with).

After he had finished 1 door, he finally came to the counter and I told him the amount I needed. At that time, I also innocently asked why ALL pumps were suddenly pre-pay. " I apologized for asking (which wasn't actually necessary), paid and exited.

" We live in the area and frequent the gas station, and have always had very friendly, prompt service. David D's behavior seemed extremely discourteous and, hopefully, unacceptable to Meijer customer service standards.

I shop at the Meijers located in Rossford, Ohio. Love the store and the folks who work there, I have one complaint only. It concerns your Purple Cow Cream Pops GUALITY CONTROL and AVAILABILITY. I absolutely love these cream pops, but almost half the time I shop---there are NONE to buy.

Also lately, when they ARE available, they are not "made" correctly. The icy coating is NOT filled properly with the delicious vanilla ice cream inside. Last week I was lucky to buy 3 boxes---and ALL 3 boxes lacked the proper amount of vanilla-cream filling.

Not sure what the problem is,,,,but I'm guessing the "Cream Pop Machine" is trying to produce TOO MANY TOO FAST . I hope this is addressed soon, because this product is unique to your store brand, and the only place I can buy them.

Very rude customer service received from the cashier because the item did not have a UPC on it to scan. When I showed him the ad with the proper price he was very condescending regarding the item was organic & should not be that price, so he would just have to call.

When he was told the price was just as I had stated he said “well I guess she was rt”. This cashier made it seem as if I was trying to get something for a discounted price, like I was cheating them.

When clearly the ad & price check proved I was correct.

They don’t keep your records up to date. Gave me the wrong prescription strength and wouldn’t take them back. 00 dollars. Said what I needed was on back order and never let me know they didn’t have any. I had to go to another pharmacy down the road to get what I needed.

Bought an electronic RCA Y adapter never opened it couldn't find the receipt within 30 days of buying it didn't even want cash back just was going to have store credit I was okay with that I need to pick up a couple things anyway they still after December 1st will not return an item without the receipt and this is why I shop at Walmart

I was there Monday and wanted a turkey that was on sale for 33 cents a lb. I spoke with a VERY NICE GIRL named Jennifer from the meat department. she said there was a truckload coming in on Tuesday. So I did some shopping etc.

I eat this cereal every morning and found a staple in one package. It is not on the ingredients list. Had I given this cereal to my grand child or any one else it could have been swallowed or caught in ones throat.

I will be more aware when opening this cereal, however will not be a good consumer if I did not make you aware of this. I will stop purchasing this otherwise great cereal if this happens again.

MPerks. Something needs to be done with the quick thri lines and using MPerks. Every single time a clerk needs to approve purchases and this is supposed to be a quick line. It is not the clerks it is the system.

After all this time it would seem that Meijer would have a solution. Kroger has their perks at the quick lanes and it works perfectly. Today 2 registers were down and line was backed up. By the time I got to a register I found out it was cash only and thank goodness I had cash as of that point I lost my place in line.

On Fri. M. My wife and I arrived to do some grocery shopping. Since my wife is recovering from a broken for she requires some type of motorized conveyance to get around stores. We entered the store at the grocery entrance and observed two battery powered mobility devices.

As we got closer we observed signs on both of them that the units were charging and cannot be used. At the same time we observed the Door Greeter who was backing out another mobility device and he advised that the one he was on that the battery was almost dead so it could not be used.

I have shopped 20years at #027. I have noticed that there is a problem there. The employees are very unhappy with the way the store is managed. Often staffers are short staffed because employees are taken to other departments to do work rather stocking shelves. Monday morning when I shop the shelves are often BARE stocking is not done at night. Stocking is terrible. I waited 30 minutes for prescriptions in line because one of the two cash registers was not working. Can not someone fix computers????? I sold computers in the past and know that it could have happened.

However within the last year we have noticed a gradual decline of products on the shelves. and today it was as bad as I have ever seen. Basic staples such as spaghetti was absent, the shelves were empty. canned vegetable shelf was almost bare, tea bags ( celestial) missing for weeks.

When checking out, the lines were in the aisles with half the registers closed. Many years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Fred Meijer and his wife at the Delta Meijer store and spoke to them in their language.

1)shopped on a Tuesday evening, out of ToNS of sale items, no one to ask if there is more in back. 2) midweek, shopped between 830 and 930 pm aisles blocked with stuff to be stocked, but in a way that made it very difficult to get around and to look at some things, no one actively stocking at this time.

I returned a product to the Sturgis mi store without a receipt. I was told for the rest of my life I could never return anything without a receipt because I have made 2 returns without a receipt. I understand you need to be careful and there are people who try to cheat the system but I am not one of them.

I usually have a receipt but this time I misplaced it. It is obvious you can track returns and for people who constantly return without a receipt I can see this policy being ok but for the people who occasionally do not a receipt this is harsh.

At the least you should offer a in store credit so the money stays in your stores not just say you can never returned again without a receipt. Thank you for your time.

We have shopped at the Meijer store on Harrison Avenue/Rybolt Road in Cincinnati for about 20 years. Seldom went elsewhere. Your checkout service at this store has deteriorated to the point of absurdity. I understand that you want to reduce labor costs and promote the use of automatic check out technology. That is laudable.

Only THE TECHNOLOGY HAS TO WORK. Getting out of this store is like K-Mart used to be. You want to spend your money but the merchant won't let you. You should either: 1) have sufficient "real" cashiers so that a customer can choose that option without being forced to wait in a long line; or 2) have technology that does not need physical attention by staff on every occasion; or 3) have sufficient staff so

the pharmacy is terrible.. i decided to go to walmart. they are so rude they are only giving walmart bits and pieces of my scripts .. just enough info that they CAN'T fill them.... who ever heard of such crap...

this is my medicine not a shirt. my dr gave them full scripts and meijers is messing around .... very poor conduct and i will not use them ever again.... now I have to bother my doctor again to have her send scripts she already sent ...

I cant take off the star but i rate it as ZERO
