took my 92 ranger to shop in McCalla Alabama to have ac fixed. i picked up the truck the next day and the ac was not blowing cold air, ac man there doesn't even have a pocket thermometer, said he thinks the ac was blowing 64 degrees.

according to the ford standards the ac should be blowing 35-45 degree air. Meineke kept the vehicle another day and not heard from them yet. i would appreciate if you would get involved to get my ac right.

Took my truck in for some exhaust work. Went on a Saturday morning around 8am. Was told they would get it done by 3 pm. Was also told a few hours before it could be inspected for a qoute. Never heard from them after about 3 and half hours.

Called them was told still haven't had a chance to look at it. Now this was around 1 or 2 pm.

Finally received a call around the close of business and was quoted 300 dollars. They kept my truck all holiday weekend ( Memorial Day ) picked up my truck on Tuesday after work. And oh boy. What a freaking mess.

Took vehicle in for alignment. 5 hours. I asked for refund right then and was refused. Another hour goes by and they say they cant align the front due to tie rod tension. After 3 hours there i walked away charged for full service and they didnt align the front whatsoever and on the paper i have actually made my alignnment worst than it was when i brought it in!

Ive called customer service 3 times ( today will be my 4th) and they keep saying an assigned worker is assigned and will call me. Its been one month and not one call back fron anyone. I am looking into a lawsuit here shortly if left unresolved, this is theft.

Went in with coupon from Corporate Office for 1/2 off Air Conditioner Recharge. I presented it to Caleb at the Franklin NC Center # 2042, he advised that they did not honor the coupon, but that they would take $40 off the advertised price of $139 for 2 pounds of Freon .

He advised that Corporate just sent out discounts and did not consult them about it. That Most Meineke Car Centers just raised the price to cover the charges. Then he came back and told me that they would honor the coupon. 8 oz was used.

50 (a car and a half) then they gave me the 1/2 off, just about what they told me that it would be. 8 oz of Freon and had to charge me extra. I could not convince him that there was 16 oz in a pound.

Took my van into Meinke on Geoge Bishop Pkwy Myrtle Beach SC to have my air conditioner fixed. It’s works good when driving but turns hot when not moving. 00. I told him fine but if it was going to cost anymore I just wouldn’t have it done.

He assumed me it wouldn’t be a penny more. As soon as I left the shop I had to turn right back around after paying over 500 because It was doing the exacted same thing. He put on new fan and juiced it up which did nothing still have same problem.

Now he’s saying it will cost another 600 to be fix. Reported it to BBB and in his comments he said he has tried to call to resolve the issue but he has never called I have phone records to prove that and I was never offered to talk to owner.

I had a problem with my VW Passat. I am a member of your rewards club and have 3 cars under service with Meineke. The Passat was towed in to your Englewood NJ location. It was discovered I needed a new battery and a new alternator.

The cost was very high but I went ahead and had the work done. I paid over $1,000 for the alternator and $250 for the battery. I used the car for a few days maybe driving 20-25 miles. One day a few days after the work was done it would not start, or even turn over.

The battery was completely dead. I had it towed in again to Englewood NJ after a few months of trying to start it and it standing in my driveway unused. After several days I was told the alternator was not a new one that was put in but a rebuilt.

I am having an issue with communication with upper management at Meineke.

1. I dropped my 2010 Camaro for a timing chain repair and the shop manager and mechanic had excellent and honesty. Their analysis matched my investigations and other shops suggested repairs. 2. The repair was estimated at 2 days and I received a faulty part from part supplier causing additional damage. Part failed in the first 15 seconds with mechanic. 3. My 2006 Jeep Commander serviced for oil change at Meineke store #2032 located in Colorado Springs. My wife took to car and ride to work next day. She realized engine over heat light came up. She pulled over the vehicle , smoke came up . Engine stop working.

I visited this location on Saturday, March 9th for a state inspection on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. I chose this location as opposed to the regular garage where my car is usually serviced due to the close location from my home.

My car is in good shape and I've never experienced any major problems so I expected to pick my car up in a few hours with new inspection stickers for this year. Instead, I received a phone call telling me my car has not passed the full inspection (only the emissions part but not the safety part) because my cars exhaust system and muffler are all rusted out and will have to be replaced in order to pass inspection.

I took my car in for service on 3/15 for service on a overheating 1981 Pontiac trans am the shop replaced my thermostat and i had to have my car towed back to the location on 3/16 for additional service for the same problem they replaced my water pump gaskets and o rings when i returned to pick up my vehicle on 3/21 to notice that my car had been in an accident and my front bumper was damaged i returned on 3/22 to very poor customer service with little concern or information on how my vehicle was damaged to be told there's no camera view but

On 01/29/2019, I picked-up vehicle and paid $1421.25 to resolve P300, and P303 check engine codes. The manager express his confidence that the problem was fixed. I was pleased he expressed this level of confidence. On 02/02/2019, I dropped off the vehicle when check engine light came on again with codes P300, P303. The vehicle was only driven 72 miles since it was picked on 01/29/2019. I asked the manager to keep the vehicle as long as necessary because I want this problem resolved.

Back on December 17 I took my car in to the above location and was told that I need a control arm an tie rod/driver front, in order to do an all wheel alignment, because I had the roaring sound. Which actually means I needed to change the bearing hub.

After they completed this it did not resolve the issue. 94 for this, I bought the parts myself. Again, the roaring was not resolved. If I wanted someone to guess, I could have done that all by myself. In over 40 years, I have never had a mechanic make a mistake of this nature.

I had an appointment to have an EGR valve replaced at 9:00am and sat for what I thought would be a two hour job and asked how much longer three hours later after seeing numerous customers coming and going and still my car not being worked on until 12:00 when I asked what is going on and received numerous excuses.

I asked for a corporate number to file a complaint but only received apologies. Please contact me 1-616-432-4274. I am highly dissatisfied with the Howell Meineke location refusing to correct damage they had done to my car and with the Meineke corporate level's lack of help. I recommend readers to STAY AWAY from this Howell location and other Meineke service centers.

I needed a state inspection for my car and was referred by a customer to come to Meineke for my car care needs. On July 25 2018 I went in to get the inspection I did leave the vehicle there because the attendant said the wait time was about 3 hours.

First, the parts werent even here and waiting for them to arrive at 9:30 am. Now the radiator has a stripped part and has to be replaced. So im still waiting for the 2nd new radiator to arrive!! Wtf! Never again!

My Meineke store was sold. The store is now a different name. I had work done on my car and it is still under the 12 month warrant and I have over 9800 Meineke Reward Points. I called all the other Meineke store in my area to see if they can help with my car and honor the Reward Points. There answer is NO!!!!!!

I took my Nissan murano 2004 to Meineke care center in 495 E St George ave Roselle NJ for repair because of a loud noise I heard and the car was heavy to move. I was told told I need new front axles and Shaft drive was bad that would cost me close to $915.

the next they said the car was ready, I went there I paid as soon as I only tried to drive the car out of their parking lot I heard the exact loud noise and could barely moved and I returned immediately they still have the car to be checked again because they did not fixed the problem.

I have to use rental car for a week to go to work because they careless and not sincere I need a complete refund guarantee.

My name is Vernon Jones. I've been a Meineke customer for a very long time. I was a customer at store #2537. Meineke Car Care Center, 4810 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Norcross, Ga 30071, 770-729-4808. I had brake service done on 5/12/2018.

The rotors and brake pads replaced. My check engine light was on and they did a diagnostic test. It was determined that my Secondary Air Injection Pump was causing my check engine light to be on. On 5/14/2018 I had the Secondary Air Injection Pump replaced.

The check engine light came on 2 days later. I contact Meineke in Norcross spoke to Rob and he told me the place had been sold and all of the computers were taken out. I didn't get copies of the receipts for the replacement part nor for the brake job.

I bought a jeep and it had some shaking in it so I brought it to Meineke to have it looked at. They told me the front control arms and bushings, tie-rods, and ball joints needed replacing. I said fine and had it done.

While they were doing it they forgot to replace the 2 differential bushings and I was even told that they purposely just put everything back together without replacing them and one of the employees came clean about it and said if I pay for the parts they will comp the labor so I did that and it took them over a week to replace the TWO bushings that could easily been done in a day.

Left and two hrs later car broke down AGAIN. My battery posts NOT clean once you put a new one in. My car could had stop in the Austin traffic due to the battery light kept going on and off and could had killed me and my son.

I decline the offer because I had to leave and go home and get ready for my second job so your mechanic got visibly upset and stormed off and drove my car in the front. Me and the receptionist was waiting on the key go to my car he had left the key in the ignition w/the car running.

Hello, my name is Dan Adkins. On or about 5/20/17 I had my vehicle (05 Chevrolet Tahoe) serviced at the Stanton Meineke at 750 E Chestnut Hill Rd. Newark DE, for a fuel leak. They diagnosed and replaced the corroded fuel pump, which required dropping the gas tank.

After about a month or two I started having difficulty putting fuel in the vehicle. Eventually it would only take gas very slowly and keep clicking off. After a few fill ups this way and thinking about what could cause this I remembered the recent work done to the fuel system.

After some reflection and several calls to the Meineke location, I eventually made arrangements to get it back in to have it checked. I had suggested a vent issue and they agreed that they would check to see if the new refueling issue could have anything do…

I recieved a coupon in the mail from a Meineke repair shop in Newark, NJ, Elizabeth ave. I attempted to submit the coupon and the worked informed me that he do not honor any coupons. I informed this worker that the coupon had their address, and I travel quite a distance to take advantage of this coupon.

He was adamant about not honoring this coupon. Then I called meineke customer service and made a verbal complaint, and as 2 weeks nobody returned my call, nor did they respond to my complaint. I called twice and as of 2 weeks nobody from Meineke responded.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with both dealing with the Meineke shop and Meineke corporate office. Meineke has given the impression that they could care less about their customers, and they endorse false advertisement.

I expect to receive at least my money back this person that runs the place took advantage of a retired person that is trying to prepare for the Hurricane Irma, how can you let your franchise do this kind of thing to a customer!!!

I want to file a complaint about the Meineke car care center on west lane in Stockton CA. They didn't fix the issue with my car. The issue was with the brakes . They were too low. They told me to charge $200 earlier.

Later on he asked me for paying more money. They were too rude. They didn't got the brakes fixed. The problem is still there. When we try to talk to Meineke headquarters, they told us to move from their place.

On veterans day, Nov. 11th 2016 I went to two of Meineke stores, one in Fort Mill S.C. and the other in Rock Hill S.C. after reading on the website that veterans were eligible for a free oil change. The first one in Fort Mill told me their owner had recently passed away and they could not possibly do my oil change for free and there wasn't anything he could do about it. So I decided to take my business to the Rock Hill store 10 miles away. Upon arrival there I was told by the manager that they were not doing it there as well.

00 rebate on my oil change. I sent them the form and the receipt. A few months later I hadn't gotten it so I called them. They said they will resend it. I double checked to make sure that they had the right name and address.

A month goes by, still no rebate. I call again and they said they will resend it. Never came so I called again. They said they will resend it. I called a total of 10 times and each time they said they will resend it.

A year later I still never got the rebate. They are full of crap saying they resent it, if they did I would have gotten it just like I do all my other mail. It is a total scam.

I have problems with my credit card. I was told that Meineke also provide with their own credit card by which a customer can pay to a service from anywhere in the corner with a single click. This is not the case in my experience.

I went in to Meineke centre above on May 9th 2016 because my driver side window was not rolling up after it was rolled down that day. I was told that the door has to be taking apart. They called me after checking it and said it need new motor. I give ok thinking they know what they were doing. I got there the time they told me to be back 5:30pm to pick my car and they have rolled up the window but now it can not be roll back down. I was asked to pay $568.08 for parts and labor.

et the car not fix. I was told to come back the next day so the mechanic will tried to fix the problem and oh it will also cause me another $265.00 for labor. I have been a Meineke customer for 35 years. Today 02/23/2016 the manager at the south york pa store at 855 south queen street store was rude and disrespectful. I told him i wanted an oil change. He immediately saw i had coupon.

There was not a soul at the store and stated i would need an appointment and he had non in the foreseeable future. He was very rude and i told he did not have to be such a asshole. He also said to me I don't want to see you.

I ask the manager for his name and he refused to give it to me. I told him i was going to file a complaint. I have been a loyal customer of Meineke in the Baltimore and York area for over 35 years.

This location is the Meineke from Hell.

I have several Meineke complaints, so hear me out. In September I noticed steel belts showing through my drivers side tire. I was in Wisconsin (live in Illinois) at the time and had to purchase Michilen tires from out of the state.

The place I took my car for tires said they could not do the alignment that day. I said that was fine because I had a Meineke three blocks from my house. I called the night before to make an appointment with them. m.

When I was on the phone with the service writer, I told him to be sure to shake down the front end of the car because of the wear of the tire. I explained to him on the uneven wear and that I have an extended warranty that would cover replacement parts.

About 6 months ago, I had a problem with two tires of my car. Gave it to Meineke and I was assured that my car was in safe hands. They have given the best they had and I was totally satisfied with it.

They inspect and service the tires. Meineke has tire alignment service, tire rotation service, oil change, brakes, batteries and many more that one would need to have or get it fixed. The agents and mechanics at meineke are very helpful and take their job seriously and deliver the best.

I am personally happy with their service and would continue getting my car serviced here.
