I starting having a problem with my cam shaft adjuster on my 2013 Mercedes Benz. there was a recall for 10yr or 120,000 miles. I was never made aware of this and I have tried to contact my local dealer in Fairfield, and no one called me back after several tries I had to contact Mercedes Benz of America which I learned was available to me by a friend.

now my car is not eligible to get fixed. this is not fair and bad service. I feel this should be covered.

Worst company ever dishonest, crocs!! I hope they don't take advantage of you like they did us. 000, they did not disclose that it had issues until we signed paper. They falsified information.. This company rates a F and 80 consumers have filed complaints against them with the Division of Consumer Affairs.

2018 complains state that 21st Century Auto Group failing to disclose to consumer prior information concerning the vehicle. Buyers beware of your hard earned money this company is a rip off.

If I could rate the Mercedes Benz service Dept and their new policies a zero I would. I’ve always recommended and spoke very highly of Mercedes based on the experience and service that they have given. Not anymore. I’m totally disgusted with the changes that Mercedes has chosen to make when getting your car serviced.

I’m on my 3rd Mercedes, meaning that I’ve been getting my Car serviced with them many times, which is supposed to be convenient. They have made it so inconvenient for the customers by requiring a major credit card instead of being able to use your debit card to hold when needing a loaner car.

I get to the dealership think that I was getting a loaner only to get there to find out that they do not Accept debit. I have always used a debit card however without being told this…

Robert Blair the service advisor doesn’t read or answer his emails. He doesn’t return his calls. He said the car was ready when I went to pick it up the Vallet said I would have to wait because the car hadn’t been washed yet.

I was in a rush I couldn’t wait. All in all I was disappointed on many levels. It’s been a bad experience all around. Will try to avoid going there ever again. Wouldn’t recommend this car dealership to anyone. Very disappointing.

You would think Mercedes Benz would have higher standards. I would have probably have gotten better service in a cheaper car dealership. Definitely not worth the money.

I am very upset with 2021 E350 and MB service. It is not even 4K miles and it has so many issues some are very critical. I've had my car for 10 years and this is the first time I have a complaint. Car was brought in for an oil leak on Oct. 14, 2022 and was informed after inspection that there was not one but two leaks.

I gave the ok to repair both leaks ($1445). Two days later I saw oil on the floor of my garage assuming it was just excess from the repair. A few more days passed and the leak was still there so I texted my service advisor and informed him of the leak with an attached photo.

After not hearing from him I called a few times and finally got an answer from another advisor. I was told to just bring it in. I brought it in on Nov. 4, 2022. Initially the informed me in the waiting area that the mechanic was unable to find a leak.

Completely USELESS Roadside service. Pushed the SOS button when I had a catastrophic car malfunction during a raging rainstorm on a highway. Was allegedly connected to roadside service which after 20 minutes of a recording telling me I would be connected to a representative shortly I decided to disconnect and push the button again.

The call was again answered and I explained how roadside assistance never answered my call the agent had the NERVE to tell me to quit yelling!! Trucks were flying past me as I sat for almost 30 minutes on the side of a highway getting ZERO help from Mercedes.

I am an African American woman, and I am writing to complaint about the horrible service that I received on Monday, August 8th at 10am, at the Helms Brothers located at 40-01 186 St Flushing, New York. This was clearly a racist incident because there were several customers at the dealership that were treated very differently than me.

We bought a Airstream Interstate Class b in Jan 2022. The class b came with one key fob. We were told we would have to order another fob from the Mercedes dealer - which we did in May once all of the repairs were made on the vehicle so we could use it.

As of this date, we still are not able to get a replacement fob for our class b. We are told Mercedes decides who gets another fob. I sent an email to dialog@mercedes-benz-com and received a reply on 24 August that my email was forwarded for further processing and verification.

I cannot believe that 1) it takes this long to get a replacement FOB, 2) Mercedes decides who gets a replacement fob and 3) customer service is nonexistent even at the local level. I need a replacement FOB for the Airstream.

My 2015 S550 Mercedes Benz windshields evidently have a manufacturing or otherwise defect. This is the 3rd replacement I am having to make in 3 years - essentially replacing a windshield every year the car is fully used. With no evidence of a cause, a crack emerges in the windshield and spreads rapidly across the windshield.

Whereas my 2001 S430, that I have had for 21 years and with over 350,000 miles, I have never had to replace the windshield. The service department really needs to work on their attitudes and professionalism. I do not deserve to be spoken down to based on my age or gender, that is beyond disrespectful. I don't appreciate being told 4 different things from four different people on my way to yet again another different service advisor.

I also would like to note that no one listens, and that I had to repeat 4 times why my car was there. I had my car shipped to Euro Motor Collision Center for repairs. My car set for 14 days before I received a quote for the bumper and additional 13 days before they estimated the cost to replace my alternator and serpentine belt.

A total of 26 days and no service. The Mercedes representative quote me one price for labor and 4 fours later quoted me another price, but did not find any additional problems with my car. According to Mercedes, they charge to different fees for body labor and mechanical labor.

They approved the estimate for $1619 and then sent another bill for $2084, 4 hours later. One manager stated that he felt is was unfair for them to resend the first estimate. He will need to refer to another manager.

Mercedes Bbenz road assistance is the worst thing you can imagine. They say it with Pride but in fact their Road assistance in not there at all. I had a flat tire on my 2020 Mercedes SUV on June 26,2022, tried calling their road assistance and was kept on hold for 3 hours.

Finally hired a local towing company. Tried to complain afterwards and after 3-4 days I got hold of someone who registered the complain. A customer service executive called and told me someone will get back to me and that was on July1st.

I ran over something in the road with my car and it made a hole in my tire and did some damage underneath near where the tire is. I have purchased the wheel and tire insurance when I purchased the car.

I had the car towed to Mercedes but was told by them they were not going to honor it because I had an accident . I did not have an accident I ran over something in the road that made a hole in my tire and also caused some damage underneath where the wheel is.

They told me it had to go to a body shop so it was considered an accident and would not be covered. This insurance says it would cover road hazards? I did have the car repaired and had a new tire put on and paid for it.

The GPS on my 2022 GLE450 is terrible and dangerous. I live in Florida with many toll roads as I am going down a toll road with the cruise control on the car will try and slow down or stop because it thinks I am going through a toll booth even though I do not have to go through the toll booth as you can stay on the toll road with the high speed toll lanes.

It will also take you off the highway and then put you back on for no reason. I have several cars with GPS and none will act like this car. When you try and call the service department at Mercedes of North Orlando it is a automated service and you can wait 20 minutes or more and then not be able to talk to anyone.

This was not a major accident, but because this is a Mercedes I was told by a tire shop to send the car to Mercedes to be fixed.

I have a 2014 Mercedes SLK 250 The padded leather on the door of the glove box has separated from the box. I had the same issue in August of 2019 which resulted in replacing the box. Since the same problem I had in 2019 has reoccurred, I question if their is a recall or a better solution.

I have a 2020 gls450. I was notified by Mercedes that the car was due for maintenance. Made the appt. for maintenance at the dealership where purchased. Five days later I showed up for the scheduled appt. and was told there were no loaner vehicles available.

so I cannot have the car serviced due to not having other transportation. The dealership could have contacted me advising no loaners cars but that did not happen. The distance to the dealership is a significant drive, total 40 miles taking a large gap of time out of my full day.

Have leases 3 vehicles. The second vehicle needed a brand new engine after 10k miles. My present vehicle just stopped working. Alternator starter and battery went bad. Now after a week in for service another part is bad. They think because it is covered and they give you a loaner this is acceptable. Mercedes are lemons.

This S 21-22 class model has nothing to do with the previous ones, it is a very bad car. I'm a lifelong Mercedes user and it shows that their technology is rough. I have been leasing cars from Mercedes since 1995. Paramus Mercedes is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with in my life. Everything I complained regarding this car from the begining, they denied. Now when it's time to turn it in, everything I had pointed out was wrong with this loaner car I leased they agree with and say I have to pay ($5000) for.

I brought my wife’s 2013 Mercedes-Benz 2013 to Delray Mercedes for the second time on December 17, 2021 because the car wasn’t shifting into gears properly. I was told the first time I needed a new battery, the second time I was told that I needed a transmission hydro controller. 00. 00.

The deal I thought I agreed on was not what showed up on contract. When I tried to contact no one would call me back. After a week I was able to argue my point with finance manager I lost.

My wife forgot to take out the ignition key, the battery lost power overnight until this morning I found out the key was still in it. I called M-B Roadside Assistance Dept. and waited for a very long time to get a person to answer the phone.

I told her that my car needed a jump start. Gave my address. She said the service guy would be on the way within an hour. But after 3 hours still didn't see anybody coming over, I called them again, waited a long time until somebody answered it finally.

She said the record showed that the service guy just confirmed the jump-start job was just completed at 2:32 PM, funny thing is this was the exact time shown on my wall clock! There's Nobody showed up! The lady who answered my call had to assign another person to come over.

I took my 2019 Mercedes E 450 4matic for scheduled service to Mercedes of Fort Myers recently. They replaced the windshield wipers, and since then they are chattering. The wipers were fine before service, but since then they have cleaned the windshield and replaced the wipers twice to no avail.

This past Thursday I called the service manager, Brian Hayes and left a message that the wipers were still chattering. NO RESPONSE FROM THE MESSAGE I LEFT. I want the problem they created on my car resolved. I’m tired of driving back and forth to resolve a problem they created.

On Wednesday 16 th June my truck broke down selecting no gears. The truck was towed to local Mercedes truck dealer “MB Truck and Van NI Ltd” After a few days they reported back that they had stripped the gearbox out of the truck and

I have tried to get into contact with an agent to get a collection appointment booked for my vehicle numerous times and everytime I do an agent seems to be busy or not interested.

I received a couple of calls earlier on in the year about what I plan to do with my vehicle, to which I said I am planning on returning the vehicle. The positive: I purchased a Certified Preowned Car at this dealership 2 months ago. The sales person I worked with (Mason) was very nice and helpful and found a car that I fell in love with. The interior was in bad shape and the leather needed to be repaired so that was a condition of the sale. So I bought the car, traded in my other car, and scheduled the leather repair and DuPont protectant with service.

The negative: This car has been nothing short of a service nightmare since I purchased it. I dropped off my car to have the interior of the car repaired and the DuPont protectant applied. I own a gla registration number UP 78 EX 8000 serviced from SRM Smarthoops lucknow on way back from lucknow to kanpur i needed to use the wiper as well washer but was surprised to feel as the wiper was runnig dry as no water was coming from the nozzle so i called service station and spoken to the supervisor he asked me to open the bonnet and fill water in the reservoir tank this is the quality of service given by the dealer and return they are asking to do it yourself very much disappointing please check

Dear Car provider, Recently I bought a Mecercedez Ben c200 2019 SPORTS. The Sales person explained all the features of the car including NAVIGATION on the Circle on Rt side behind the wheel. The sales person advised me to go home after purchasing the car and advised to try the Features.

I tried and did not work. I can only see the GLOBE but not the MAP. I contacted the Dealer and showed it to sales Person. He advised to give it to service Dept and I left the car with service Dept. for a week.

After one week they said,this car does not have that options and can not be fixed. My questions are: 1. If that car does not have the options why they gave me wrong informations. If options is not there why did they send the car to the service Dept.

They advised me to see Manager who was very rude…

Can I make a compliant on Benz Dealer in Unley branch of Adelaide? I bought a GLE 250D on 16th of September and one bar I the trunk has been missed on the day of picking up car. The manger promised me that he’ll take responsibility for finding it out and also some scratches on the side of car because it’s a demonstration car.

The manager promised me he can print it off for me but today is already 30th of October, nothing has happened. I rang them twice just ask me to wait and contacted our salesman as well, however he said would let boss know and no reply as far.

I just felt not being listened! Such a great brand but so sucks service! looking forward to your reply!

I called them last week and said that I need a loaner. Obviously, they didn't follow my instructions today. And even pretend to find out if there are any loaners for me. The most ridiculous thing was they take me to somewhere to rent a sticky car.

1. too much engine vibration for the car not even taken an step 2. its less than 3 year old now, started rusting everywhere except the plastic and fibre. I was about to upgrade my car to thr brand new c43 amg but I think if I get it It will be a pain in my a**.
