I have been trying to resolve a couple of issues with my account. No one can seem to help me and I have a really hard time understanding them. Once I get to where I can understand them they can not seem to help me so I ask to speak to a supervisor and that when I get put on hold for an indefinite amount of time.
This has happened several times. The last few times has been a hold time of 57 minutes, 45 minutes, 55 minutes and so on. Its like they do not want me to speak to a supervisor. I have been a CUSTOMER for over six years.
I enrolled in auto minimum payment several years back. Last December I pulled a credit report and found that I had a derogatory remark on my report and it was for a late payment to Merrick Bank. I contacted Merrick Bank and they said that I had cancelled the…
