I have been trying for a week to find out why all of my outlook inbox email started going into my junk folder in my Exchange email account on my Mac,. I have been using this account with no problem for over ten years.

I have made numerous calls to obtain help with the problem, but it seems after I state my problem the calls keep dropping! com but after typing "Exchange inbox email going into junk folder" a window opened with something about creating an email signature.

in activity on my Microsoft account, to which I had filed a complaint on 12/10/23 for this issue. I don't know if the call resulted in misdirection of the email…

The online help and call back features are always busy or hang up. Its like you have built in a alogorithm to make filing a complaint or giving a refund almost impossible. I dont even own a xbox for over 5 months yet, you have been charging me.

All your customer service numbers dont reach humans to actually assist. The worst customer service in one of the biggest, most wealthy companies, pathetic if its just your negilgence, or planned so you can continue to take peoples money for products they dont want or dont use.

My Microsoft e-mail account was hacked/compromise, and I can NOT get it back. Unable to contact Microsoft and speak with a person. Unable to recover account using all the links they have. They want to sell their products, but they do NOT provide a good customer service.

At this point, I just want to DELETE my Microsoft account or replace the e-mail address with a new one. Police report, FTC and other reports have been file. This Microsoft account SUCKS......

My Microsoft e-mail account was hacked. So, because my Microsoft account is also linked to the e-mail, now I have both problems. I have tried all methos provided by Microsoft to recover my account via web page with NO LUCK. Calling Microsoft is worthless.

Unable to recover my e-mail or account at this point. Will NOT recommend Microsoft to anyone. Bad customer service. You will lose all your information in your e-mail once you are hacked.

I recently had a very negative experience with Microsoft customer service. I made a purchase on Friday, September 23rd, and was given three different prices from three different consultants. This made me feel confused and frustrated, as I was simply trying to make an informed purchase.

On the day of my purchase, I spoke with a customer service representative named Gabbi. He was unwilling to serve me because of the number of inquiries I had made, and he failed to understand that I had been given three different prices.

I used Hotmail for many years with very few issues, but recently that changed. For the last few months they have been putting messages that I want to receive into the deleted folder before I read them. These include emails I subscribed to receive, messages from my family & friends (who are in my address book), and even bank statements & bills from utility companies.

I tried marking them as "safe senders" but that didn't work. I moved them from the deleted folder to the junk folder, then clicked on "mark as not junk", but that didn't work either.

Meanwhile, they have allowed unlimited spam to flood my email, including many going right into my inbox instead of the junk mail folder. Creating rules did no good, and after a while they disabled that feature on me. Forwarding the spam they put…

I was trying to retrieve my emails and i encountered a representative who was passive aggressive. He kept asking the same questions and when i would try to explain he would talk over me. his name was Ron and I called at 2:55 PST.

My onmicrosoft account is blocked. I chatted with someone who told me that technical support would call me in 24-48 hours. They didn't call. The next five days i called several times a day and was ensured that the dataprotection department would call me back asap. They didn't call.

I have spoken to 10 people and have still not spoken to this department. It has been a week now. I am a freelance editor and my documents were on my onmicrosoft account. I can not access these documents. This means that I have missed deadlines and now have to give discounts to my customers and maybe loose clients as well.

com. Purchased Office 2019 in Dec 2020. Used on a Windows 10 pc until recently and now it is uninstalled and pc discarded. a new Mac Book Pro by clicking the 'Install' button next to the subscription. Tried to activate but get a msg 'No License Found".

Had a chat and call with MS support who could not help and inform that this will not work on a Mac. The license is for a pc or Mac. Resolution by MS support unreasonable. Request: Provide a way to activate on the Mac or provide a new licence for MAC free by cancelling the existing licence.

I bought a game for my son in October 2022, we still do not have the game, I have been in regular contact ever since and still do not have a refund as requested, yours customer service can't help, I have been in contact with the xbox department and have filled in numerous refund request forms.

I have wasted hours of my time on this. 99 of my money and I want it back! I cannot believe that a company of your size cannot give me the refund I have requested over and over again. In general im happy about microsoft or maybe i should say was. I reset my computer yesterday and now they force people to use an online account vs previous you could make an offline account. I was able to bypass this since i worked with computer for 30 years but honestly i dont like that windows 11 force me to make online accounts and feel more like im constant being forced to login or this and that to just juse even simple apps.

Example there is a video editing software in windows 11 but to use you need to login... WHY ? I dont want to login and share my data with anyone. Its constant Login to this, login to that and share x with this and that and use x account to login here and there.

T (White IT Pty Ltd), they are Microsoft partners I found out today. He came into our business and started promoting Microsoft share point and Microsoft office 365 email, witch we agreed to and gave him the go ahead. The first installation of office 365 email was so bad we had to pull the plug on it (Lost of three days of productivity)and second time round White IT got the office 365 email working.

Greetings!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Windows 11 upgrade. I just upgraded my laptop's operating system from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (LENOVO IdeaPad 3 14IML05). Several days after the upgrade, I've noticed a number of problems, but the battery issue is the most bothersome. It does not signify charging, but rather system plug-in only. It is not completely charged till 100%, but rather 60%. It consumes battery power so quickly in only one hour that I must charge it every use. I have exhausted the remaining 10 days to return to Windows 10, which I want to do since the battery life in Windows 10 was better. Is it possible for you to upgrade the system so that I may return to Windows 10?

I would like to file a formal complaint against Microsoft.

In my outlook desktop application I have two (2) separate emails from two (2) separate businesses that have been compromised. I have rules set up for my email address cchurch@optimumpm.com that always cc’s my associate for those emails. I went to send a email today from THIS email and for some reason the rule ran for this email as well but they are two (2) separate companies.

This has put me in a position where both of my jobs are in jeopardy and demand reconciliation due to the nature of these jobs. This is a MICROSOFT error!!! Attached is proof that this rule only exist on the cchurch@optimumpm.com email.

The Microsoft Surface Pro chargers are terrible! They break very quickly at the points where the wires connect to the adapter brick and the end that plugs into the Surface Pro, and when you try to fix it you only break it more!

My charger just broke, and I had to hold one of the cables in a very certain way in order to make my charger work. And then it completely broke! Please fix your design! )

My Outlook Email Online Crashed Again!

2022: Now my Outlook email has become near impossible to use on my iPad with Microsoft’s bloatware updates. Additionally, who in their right mind wants to click an icon plus TWO drop-down menus simply to delete an email? I must choose whether I want to delete the email or "Backspace." What the heck are these people thinking? Furthermore, when they minimized the trashcan icon, did they consider the average size of human fingertips on a touchscreen?

Why do I get the sense that some of these overkill overhauls – to what ought to be simple email – are due to job cuts/fears in the tech industry? At the expense of the end-user, coders & UI designers fearing redundancy, tinker away... durp! durp!…

Why should I have to spend more hard earned money on the digital version of games when I have the disc of the games and my family got my the series s as a surprise. So why should i have to waste more money instead of just letting me have the digital version for free if my account already has the data for the game in it from the disc.

That is something that would stop people break the system and guarantee satisfaction. It is possible because it can be done on other things like this.

Microsoft needs to make it very obvious and completely optional to have OneDrive store Documents, Pictures, and Desktop on their cloud. This was automatic without any visible warning when I set up my new laptop with Windows 11. As I set up my laptop there was never a prompt to give me this option.

I DO NOT WANT MY PERSONAL DATA STORED ON ANYONE'S CLOUD! This compromises my privacy. I want it stored on my computer only. I spent many hours researching to find out how to stop this and will spend many more working with copying my files back to MY computer and deleting from their cloud.

I tried to purchase Office 365 subscription on May 19th using my credit card. My card was charged successfully, but the order failed at Microsoft end, resulting in no subscription. I raised dispute with credit card bank thinking it was a transaction failure.

As part of the investigation from bank, Microsoft provided them Charge Slip that they received the money on that day and activated my subscription.

However, whenever I contacted the Microsoft support they always deny that there was any transaction in my account. I have provided my credit card statement and the charge slip document multiple times. After 2 months, they finally said they have refunded my money and I will get in 4 days.

It has been 2 weeks since then but still havent received money.

Also no one replying to that ticket.…

Microsoft did it again! They had lied about Windows 10 being the last Windows, but now they say that they are upgrading to Windows 11 and 12! Why didn’t u fix your Forum Post within the first place as some Announcement Update before releasing W11? Facepalm.

I am being billed monthly for a subscription or product I do not have. I have tried multiple times to call regarding this and always get told to go online. When you go online you cannot get help because there is no account.

When choosing the live chat option you get told you can chat with someone for a fee. Really? I am contacting you because you are charging me for something I do not have and now you want to charge me again?

I really thought that Microsoft was a much more reputable company but I guess I was wrong.

My XBox Series X just died during play. I put in a repair order on the website. I Chose the walk-in center option for the repair. The website listed 2 options for me. Obviously i chose the one closest to me.

So i left it at that waiting for a status update form Microsoft as displayed on the status bar of the repair order. Yet after weeks nothing changed on the status so i phoned Microsoft support for help. I have been promised call backs etc.

but never received a call, all i was able to find out is that the listed walk-in center does not exist. So i tried web chats more than once, explaining the situation to them also being promised that my problem will be resolved in 1 contact.

I purchased a laptop from Microsoft store and paid additional $250 for extended warranty. Now that their stores have closed and I need a repair, no one answers their phone lines, they refer you yo online requests and I can not get anyone from Microsoft to respond to my request for repair.
