8/21 on my HP 14-dq2033ca Laptop did a bios update as well as a Microsoft update. This left my PC wanting a 2 step verification. It was to send a text to my home number which does accept texts but did not come through.

We in turn added my iphone number and it has locked up my pc for 30 days without being able to access my pc or banking. 7 hours later between Costco , HP , and Microsoft nothing could be done .

No Customer Service everything on line and better yet not one person that can speak English. A Multi Billion dollar company without a Customer Service. Buy Apple it cannot be worse then Microsoft at least can deal with people.

Microsoft blocked my hotmail account. If you plug my name into Google, it comes right up. I called Linix OS support on September 3 and fillled out their application (to wait 24 hours). In 24 hours I contacted Telikin Linux OS support (they used their own email for recovery since there is NO way to edit the landline # associated with the hotmail account.

After 24 hours, MICROSOFT did NOT respond, and the form was filled out AGAIN. I called Telikin Linux OS support on Sunday (another 24 hours). After filling out that form exactly, the microhard head response was "not enough detail, your 30 year old account is now blocked'.

com (already done 4 times). Monday is a holiday. I am being financially affected and my mental and physical health are measurably affected by Microsoft lack of response.…

I have had an ongoing issue with multiple direct debits and physical payments of our accounts since March 2020. I have tried to resolve speaking and dealing with multiple staff members and issue is still not fully resolved. They now are just ignoring me and have done since 12 May 2021- We are still owed almost $2,000 of overpayments DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SEVICE!!!!

When i turned on my computer, a pop-up right on my desktop said "Celebrate Pride with us" I found this deeply offensive as Pride is the First of the deadly sins, and the cause of Lucifer's fall from heaven. To be invited to celebrate pride when i have just 10 minutes ago returned from church and some uplifting readings about how we can best live virtuous lives -- it really burst my bubble.

There was a little icon of a globe beside the sentence, so i am imagine the message came from Microsoft as i am running Windows 10. What right do they have to proseletyze me when all i did was turn on my computer in the privacy of my own home.

Hello, Yesterday when I got home from work I couldn't get into my computer. It said issues were happening and to contact technical support so I did. The number was 812-297-7864. A man answered and said his name was Adam and that my information was being hacked so we proceeded to go further.

He got me to download a few apps( Anydesk, Quick Support, and Play store). So we went further on then he asked me do I do any online banking and I said no I just only use my cash app to do purchases.

So he said go to my cash app, and a few seconds later an unknown person by the name of Ronald Cole requested money, he told me to send Ronald the money so they could catch the hacker and they could replace my money ($330) within 5 to 15 minutes.

It is really low class of Microsoft to try to bleed money out of windows customers, in order to play the "free" solitaire games. especially now in the middle of shelter-in-place orders, due to the pandemic.

I have bought thousads of dollars of your software, over the last 30 years. Including, I BOUGHT Windows 10. IT CAME WITH solitaire. I don't want ads, and I don't want to be blackmailed, forced to pay, to avoid them.

I remember that when Windows 98 was coming online, you boasted about the end of the need for endless updates. That was a lie.

Why can't you get Windows to working, and just leave it the hell alone.

Horrible service!! The story is way too long and probably the same as many others in terms of customer service and trying to cancel subsriptions that are on auto renew. All I can say is I will NEVER purchase another Microsoft product if I can help it.

Ive had an undesirable increase in junk & unwanted emails over the last couple of months. Ive stopped using OUTBOX & resorted to WINDOWS LIVE MAIL - (doesn't reduce the junk mail) Ive used the BLOCK Sender & the BLOCK Domain (doesn't reduce the junk mail) I'll receive up to 100 mails per day & defineltly not wanted.

To maintain management of the emails I simply highlite & delete every couple of days. Is there anything you can do to help prevent this pest situation? , weightloss! Bitcoin! - & so it goes on & on. Plse help or guide me how I can reduce these spams.

I would give them a 0. 6-18-2019 Micro soft is the worst tech support. For the last 8 years they have messed up our computers and email. Don't let them in your computers. I am going to find other ways to get services like g suite.

I have never used them but today will be my first day of the google products. I have been dealing with Marvin for 2 days straight. This is horrible. on hold for hours. no call backs. chasing Microsoft. They left my email down and messed up our office. Run from Micro soft.

I wish to file a complaint about the promotion of PRIDE on Microsoft. You need to know that there are many of us who find this material extremely objectionable on moral grounds. We do not see this as a racial issue in any way but as a moral one.

We don't think this is a proper use of a service that many of us use for our internet needs. This is not a note of discrimination but what we feel is a right free expression concerning something that is morally objectionable.

I am receiving constant phone calls from 850-280-0055, claiming to be Microsoft, telling me that my Firewall was not turned on and my identity was stolen and to call them back for help. My desktops are protected by McAfee and show Firewalls to be on.

I presume that this is a scam or an attempt by a 3rd party to sell me a service. Please confirm whether or not this phone number is Microsoft’s or an Affiliate.

I got a new Dell laptop two weeks ago today. 2nd and 3rd day, I was told account password and Windows Hello passwords wrong. I found out how to disable Hello and sleep mode sign in. Apparently Microsoft did a Windows update in the middle of the night Thurs, reinstalled the hated Windows Hello, and made sure I will never be able to use my laptop, printer, and software again.

I have complained and pretty much been ignored. They have been told if it is not fixed, I will be forced to go to Attorney Generals office, Better Business Bureau, AARP because I can't go out and get a job to try to save money for a Chromebook or Apple computer.

There is no excuse to keep changing the settings on my personal property. I had the right to use password on other laptops and now I am forced to use them and…

When I installed Windows 10 a few months ago I went through all the regular settings just like every other time. I set it to automatically defrag and from what I can tell I am no longer allowed to turn off automatic updates for windows.

I always used to do it myself once or twice a month when I had time to give it my complete attention. I miss it. And now my control has been removed and I have no way to tell my computer don't do ANYTHING else while I am trying to play my game. That really sucks.

Anyway, here about two or three weeks ago I was restarting my computer and noticed that updates were automatically installing. Must have been quite a package as my computer had to restart a few times to get them all done.

However, the repair loop never returned me to the windows screen. Technician was scheduled to call me on number I left. He called a different number and time. Called back was told technician would call me back in 15 minutes.

Very disappointed that such a large corporation would have such poor customer service. Seeing the customer service reviews, maybe I was lucky . I have received numerous calls from persons saying they were from Microsoft and my computer had a virus and it was working just fine.

I let my guard down and fell for this scam. I hope I can help someone avoid this inconvenience.

Lastly, the free technical support was not free. Shame on mocrosoft

Getting really sick of Microsoft, thinking of going to Apple on next computer purchase. Every time they send out system updates it messes of my word program and I cannot get into it for days. If I am working on something their updated interrupt me and I cannot continue with my work.

Also even though I schedule updates for 3 AM for some reason right in the middle of the day when I am in the middle of doing something my computer freezes and I cannot continue working plus they use up my GBs. I was just in Word and a Microsoft noticed flashed onto my screen, when I tried to back out of it my computer was frozen and Microsoft was forcing me to click accept their message.

It was next to impossible to get any support from anyone, almost as if it were intentional. Any option to speak or chat with a person failed. With I went to do a live chat the page would not load.

I called the Microsoft Store support line and it was just advertisement after advisement. It wouldn't take it to a person. It just kept giving me more ads.

The White Tall Male at the Microsoft Store at Fashion Show Mall with balding head and remaining hair tied into a pony tail. I believe that he is a manager and he told me to get out and claimed I was using the computer there for eight hours and that the time limit for all customers using computers is only 30 minutes.

He refused to give me his title or name and then he put his face up to my face and to separate us I put my hand up against my face and told him to get away from me. No way was I there for 8 hours.

I left home around 3pm, went shopping at Fashion Show mall, so I estimate that I was on the computer for only 1h45 minutes at the most using a slow computer that was on sale for under $200. The store was empty.

Since my last overnight Windows update, a few days ago, my WIFI , TP-Link do not want to connect to the network. I was forced to use a Ethernet dial-up on the Laptop. Sometimes it will connect, sometimes the comment is: "unable to connect to this network", or not recognizing the network...

I never experienced this error before. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable!!!!!!!

I purchased an Xbox live gold gift card at the local retail store. When I tried to use it it would not work and I kept getting error message that it is not valid. Feeling frustrated I asked the retail to refund me, they advised me to contact Microsoft support.

When I did, I spoke to a a Jarred in central America. His English was not very clear and he did not understand the issue at hand. Jarred was very rude and unwilling to assist. He refused to listen to my concern and hung up the phone.

I am even more disgusted that a well regarded corporation would outsource their customer service jobs to non America citizens who do not comprehend or conduct themselves professionally.

Why in the hell are you people not going to support Windows 7 after January of 2020. I got a new computer an had to start finding new games, I downloaded backgammon reloaded number 64, had it for a short time and now the network administrator has it block. I am a 78 year old man living on social security, with my first computer bought on sale ai BEST BUYS, whose technition set up windows 10 WRONG. After 18 months your technition finally replaced windows 10 & solved the problem.

Now while reading the news windows froze. After 15 minutes i held down the on button, like a technition told me in the past. When i turned it on again windows was gone. The next day march 23 i called for help.

I was put on hold for hours which cost me over 1,000 minutes eventually over 11 days. I have talked to numerous technitions & also was given a wrong case number, (1440117220 by mr. Anshula) which I read back to the man to varify.

At a later date i was told that case had been closed a year ago and given a new case number (1466532728 I have had humerous dates…

Problem with the small font size in email ( 11 ). I have a problem with my eyesight so I have to manually change each email to a larger size. In the past the size could be changed on a permanent basis.

I have Hotmail/Outlook, I've tried every suggestion online and nothing helps. Please fix this.
