I had my wheel alignment serviced at that shop 2529 17th Avenue S.W.

Calgary, AB T3E 0A2 in December 2024. However, a few days ago, I noticed that my tires were severely damaged and showing signs of uneven wear.

I raised my concerns with the shop yesterday, but they claimed there was no issue. I have not experienced any accidents or significant impacts that could have caused this problem, so I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their service.

Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Midas and will be advising others to exercise caution when considering their services.

This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Midas took advantage of my granddaughter. They fixed her car and it was expensive and just one week later the car broke down. Now, they say it is going to cost her a lot more. I helped her pay for the first job.

She is young and don't know nothing about cars. So, they seen her coming and cheated her. Well, I'm not young and taken it.

I don't even know where to begin when I moved to Wheeling Illinois the Midas shop open there I took my truck in and paid close to 12:1300 to have stuff fixed and done on it put into new tires had to go back so many times for fixes since that time it's absolutely insane the latest is the straw that broke the camel's back I had gone in and

The supervisor named kregg is the one I am filing a complaint about he pretty much just dismissed me but then gave me the list of codes which proved it was directly related to service they did. He should of known what those codes meant working at a repair shop. Also the guy who did the job whomever it was who was careless enough to make the mistake he made whatever it turns out to be and not admit to making a mistake and just fixing it. Please just fix my car back to the way it was.

I need help would you have the regional manager of Topeka ks. Call me or whoever else can help me get a situation with my car fixed. on 11/8/2023 Midas performed a transmission flush on my manual pickup truck using (ATF) automatic transmission fluid... On 12/4/2023 truck had to have clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and slave cylinder replaced, possibly due to this error. Synchromesh fluid should have been installed, not ATF automatic transmission fluid.

Would like Midas to reach out to resolve this problem!

At midas #601,,in dayton ohio. I take all my cars to midas. But on Tuesday,October 02,2023,I took my car,to get fix. I was charged 2,700 dollars. For repairs on my water pump, power steering pump,,right side drive shaft axel,,and front rotors and pads.

So my problem on the power steering oil leak has not been solved yet. But the main problem was that the mechanic left my two front tires loose,,he forgot to tight my lug nuts on my 2 front tires,. So I was driving my vehicle,,until I soon discovered that both of my front tires,were about to come out.

Then I quickly pulled over on the highway, and tighten them myself. I called them,the mechanic shop, and I told them about the problem I was having. so I headed to the store to get my car fixed, but I couldn't get it fixed yet.

Bultfontein Midas has three good employees/salesman and a good and friendly cashier, but yet they get sworn in front of customers from their boss. I know for a fact that they have lost customers due to the owners staff in the office (the ladies) that hang around the boss and is permanently in his office trying to be the sales person of the century but know nothing of what they are doing.

I will with pleasure give you farmers to contact to hear their side of why they stopped purchasing there. They are losing sales because of the owners disrespect for his staff and customers not enjoying being disrespected because they need to wait for the females in the office to do their job.

On August 30, 2023, I went to Midas Auto at 402 Hespeler Road, Cambridge, Ontario to acquire their oil change service for my 2014 Honda Odyssey. At exactly 2:38 in the afternoon of the same day, I was able to pick up my minivan.

I received the invoice with the number 3980858 and my car’s odometer reading was at 129,644 kilometers. Monday, September 4, 2023, I was with my daughter and my friend, and we were on our way to North Bay from Hamilton using the vehicle mentioned above.

During the trip, I noticed that my car was not running as smoothly as it used to. I also noticed that the check engine light was flashing. I went to Midas on the corner of Skokie Hwy and Lk. , in Northbrook, IL, on 09/01/2023 at about 12 noon. Manager Nebo Martinez was behind the counter. I wanted the AC on my 2012 Toyota Sienna serviced. 5 hrs to do that and it'll be a bit over $300. I agreed.

They were working on it and Nebo said that they filled freon but there is a leak. To fix leak they'll need way more time. I told Nebo to just refill and I'll go since I was in a hurry.

Then he charged me $320. I protested saying that they just refilled, not fixed the AC. He said they cannot fix since I was in a hurry, and that they are charging me for diagnostics and for refill. We had our vehicle in for battery light on. They said the battery and alternator were bad.

Also, they change the belts and tensioner pulley. This was on August 4. we picked up the vehicle on the seventh , take it back same day they replaced alternator again battery light still on.

Also they charged almost double for the price of the parts. He admitted that to me 50 to 70% increase they did not fix the issue and we were overcharged approximately $1000.

I just called my local Midas location at 4055 N. Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, C0. 80918 to schedule and appointment. The service agent was curt with me over the phone when I simply asked for clarification on what day Midas would be able to schedule my service appointment.

I have used this Midas location for many years but based on this experience I will now longer let Midas service any of my three vehicles.

My explorer has been in repair for over a month now and haven’t heard any further updates until I call them myself. The ones at the Medina location claim they cannot bypass the viper alarm system to reprogram the new computer.

Others believe it may have just needed a new starter but other parts have been thrown in including the battery and several different computers both of which were replaced when I purchased the car a little over 6 months ago. I am being billed so significantly for my vehicle to STILL NOT RUN!

How much longer till corporate reaches back out to me too?

i have an extremally long story about my experience at Midas and i basically got robbed of 1000 and it came down to me losing everything .. again a very long story .... and now out of no where while im in the middle of a 10 day temp inspection with them and they never said a word i called several times with no response and

then i drive down and the entire shop is ripped clean closed sign and everything so … im defiantly with this pursuing a complete refund of the 1000 spent on the UNNESSECERY PARTS. it did not fix the problem with my car (which i asked over and over before telling him to do the work if it was 100% GOING to make my truck safe and inspectable and i was told DEFINANTLY.

I took my mercedes benz to repair a noise I was hearing when I hit a bump and made turns. In the end, I was charged $1600 for repairs that didn't rectify the issue. Midas simply told me that they didn't know what was causing the issue in the end.

I wanted to fight this but figured it was not worth the hassle of getting an attorney. I'm planning to go to the Mercedes dealership.

Midas Zephyrhills Florida, made a 2nd trip to your zhills location after making an appointment last week for 8:00 am Monday, 6/19/2023, today, because your staffing was not available last week, only to be told that they had put someone who walked in ahead of me and told me that it would be hours until I could be waited on.

6/15/2003 On December 1st on a trip throw Nebraska to Michigan, I had the miss fortune of my radiator hose rupturing with damage also to my oil pan and transmission. My oil pan and transmission pan required replacement oil and transmission pans replacement and oil relaced.

However, the needed replacement of the Silonoid pack was because my transmission would not change out of 2nd gear. But it was a Saturday and no dealership was open for the repair, as there was only one Chrysler dealership in the town.

My car had to be towed for the remainder of the trip to Detroit, Michigan. It was then repaired by the Chrysler dealership here. At this point, I thought all was well. However, that was not to be the case.

Took my vehicle in to get lifters and camshaft fixed spent $3300 for my vehicle to be still broken, camshaft wasn’t put on and they did additional work that I didn’t ask to be done. Took it to another Midas and they said the vehicle is unsafe to drive engine is blown!

I asked if they installed O2 sensors. Yes I was told. Got a call saying there were leakes in the exhaust and couldn't be welded, need new exhaust. Ordered the exhaust and it was installed but the O2 sensor wasn't.

Next day I went back to the shop and spoke to the mechanic and he said it was my engine. He walked off. Almost a month later Jason texted me and asked me about the car. I told him that if was doing the same thing, never got a response.

Next moth got a text about bringing my car in for Memorial day deal. Thry insist that brought the car in for the exhaust. I bought a 100 dollar part and not ask for it to be put on is absolute lie.

Dropped off my car for a 9:30 Appointment on Thursday of last week for an oil change. I work a few blocks away, so one of my staff members brought me back to work. They called back around noon, to do the usual upsell.

In the process of insulting my intelligence when asking me "if I was aware my inspections stickers were expiring at the end of this month" I am sure they do not approach their male patrons with that idiotic question.

I am witting with regard to a recent unpleasant experience at the Midas Tracy, CA location

I am not completely satisfied with Midas oil change that happen on 05/08/2023 at 4:00PM the Tracy, CA location .

The service was poorly delivered. Unlike, the many times I’ve gone to Midas, this time oil change reminder sticker NOR the service detail report were provided. The service was rushed, poorly executed. I am not confident that the oil was changed, and car was returned faster than normal oil change time requirement. explanation of service was not, also, included.

I reached out to Midas three times last week in reference to Midas on 6750 Ridge avenue. This store location need to have a regional manager or someone from corporate to investigate the shenanigans that is going on there, the assistant manager Andre and Manager Mike are unprofessional and they are frauds. They told me that I needed calibers put on my car. I took my car to the Nissan dealer and they stated not sure why did they tell you that but your calibers are fine. Just out to get more money, Midas put the brakes pads and rotors but I guess that was not enough down right dirty. I spoke to other consumers who went there and they said they will never go there again.

Im a 64 year old female I had my car serviced at Midas on Van Dyke off of 13 Mile road in Warren Michigan in November 2022 about 4 months ago. I initially took my vehicle in to get an oil change and a headlight and get my brakes and suspension in the front checked because I had been hearing some noise coming from the front.

He came back and said I needed brakes and rotors in the front, a caliper on one side. He said there was other stuff wrong with it but I could wait to get that fixed and I said I'll wait to get the rest fixed.

I also agreed to buy 4 Tires. After I left I had to go back because one of my brake pads fell off. Once I got home and really had a change to look at the invoice they had fixed stuff that I didn't authorize to be fixed.

Used their service twice and both times had to come back for fixing the job that was done.

First time after brakes replacement , a part was not bolted right resulting in broken brake mounting , and second time , after oil change the valve cover gasket was installed incorrectly resulting in oil leak. Both times , had to wait for hours for them to fix their faulted service which they are very reluctant to do.

The parts were not ready for the appointment both times. In fact, the second repair still not resolved. Needless to say , no more Midas on Mason Rd.

Do not go to this shop! This shop is every horror story that a shop can be. As a former employee I'm warning you to not shop at this shop. The owner and manager are the dirtiest in the business!

Tim the manager is one of the worst humans on this earth. If you have brown skin or look like you dont make alot money you wont get the same service as Barringtons finest upscale residents. Sam the owner is one of the biggest scam artists out there.

If you ever had brakes done at this shop look at your invoice. 99. I personally have seen parts sold to customers that were not needed or were damaged by shop personnel. This shop is the worst I have seen in my 20+ years as a service writer.

99 $ refund/return of costs for unwarranted/unnecessary repairs on 2-10-2023 and 2-11-2023 for an ABS sensor from Midas. This was not necessary and explained and documented by the Kia dealership in East Syracuse today's date! Started on 2-10-2023 when some dash lights came on my car; 2018 Kia Rio, inc. which also inc.

the labor which I am est. 99$ The problem and lights were never corrected/fixed or remedied at Midas! The problem was discovered today at Kia/East Syracuse as an @ 2 inch corroded wire in the speed sensor harness! A somewhat minor issue never seen/discovered by Midas personnel!

I presented my car for brake job 2/18/23. $600+. Midas Rep informed that brake calipers needed. Must have. The brake calipers are covered under my extended warranty. And needed authorization. Midas rep call Warranty Co who responded about my car being a part of "Fleet".?

Midas Rep called back stating Company closed early on Sat. But if I pay for them warranty would re- imburse me. ( Total bill $1300+).. o for refund only to be told there was never a call for authorization for calipers.

And I would not get re- imbursed because there was never call recorded for authorization. Transaction is very deceptive and very unprofessional. I am now paying loan for the calipers which could have been much less or paid for by Warranty had there been authorization.

They offer coupons and will tell females they car does not qualify for it. The one on 1877 Marlton Pike a ripe off and my first time at this one. The others take coupons. I over heard them telling an elderly man his repairs had to be paid in cash. What is this.

I am a long time Midas customer. I have had multiple vehicles that I have taken to Midas over the years. I live on US hwy 136 in San Jose, il and have taken my vehicles to Pekin, il primarily.

I have had several issues with this shop since the change from Nathan Proctor as manager a couple years ago. Namely that every time I have taken my vehicle in for repair in the last year to year & half, it has not been fixed on the first try.

No less than 2 trips every single time. This along with the fact that I am not getting the same warranty on these repairs as I have previously... has me writing today. Previously if something was missed or not repaired right, I # one was given a 2 year/24,000 warranty.

Last week I booked at midas rockdale to have my car serviced. The booking was confirmed for Wednesday 8th February 3:30. Today I received a call from Mr. Gus rockdale employee who cancelled my booking because they are very busy. This man offended me. He shouted at me, laughed at me because my English is not the best and shouted over and over again that it was not his problem and told me not to go because they would not attend to me. I had my 2010 EX35 fuel pump replaced. After picking up the vehicle one day later engine light cane on. After returning for diagnosis for that the manager JD stated it was a separate issue I needed purge valve replacement they damaged the gas gage.

Rico and J D claimed parts were ordered to fix the problem as of 2-3-23 car is not running properly no call backs regarding parts. No call back from District Manager.

I have stored my winter tires in April 2022 at midas( 3408 99 st nw edmonton, alberta). I am calling them since October they keep telling me they don't find my tires, I did visit the store last month, the manager wasn't helpful at all.

They lost my tires and they are not telling me they have lost it instead ignoring my calls and providing me no solution. One of the lady who picked my call in January said they have had poor management last year with the tires, from this year they will make sure to store the tires properly.

On Dec 22, 2022 I received the service of an oil change. While driving my car my vehicle on interstate Jan 20, 2023 it started to stall so I pulled over and then it shuts off. Had car towed home and checked under the hood the next day and I saw that the oil cap wasn’t replace back on the motor and oil was all over everything and checked the oil stick and there wasn’t any oil on it.

Called the the 800 number and did a complaint and I received a call later that evening Jan 30, 2023 and was told to have vehicle towed back to the shop had vehicle towed there Jan 31, 2023 around 12:33pm. Hey All,

Warning.. this is a long one, but I feel it necessary to share my experience, and warn others.

I am acutely aware about the shared fear of most woman, when going into a repair shop, of being overcharged, about paying for an unnecessary repair, or being taken advantage of because we are women. I personally had never experienced such a situation, until yesterday. The entire experience left me feeling targeted, and vulnerable. I am very fortunate to have an excellent support system, who assessed the situation, validated my concern, and helped me come up with an alternate plan for repairs that saved me literally thousands of dollars. I took my car to midas last thursday december 22nd because i had leak in the back of my car so the mechanic looked at my car and told me i had a copper brake line issue and it needed to be replace and i needed front brakes and rotors that was it so i got everything fixed .

Purchase tires,2/2022,I sat as tires taken from show room floor,I believe the tires are dry wroten.no I didn't have extra money at the time to purchase the protection plan.now nail in tire and must be repaired.
