Was talking to a nice guy last night. Having great conversation. This morning my account was banned for no reason. Why exactly am I banned? There were no personal details shared, no nudity, no harassment, etc. This site is a complete joke.

I signed up today, the site wouod only let me upload one photo,I tried to change profile picture, it wouldn't let me or to upload more photos. then I go on tonight and I get a message to say I'm blocked because apparently lots of people reported me for NOT BEING A REAL PERSON. wtf.

I was infairly treated because i wouldnt give my exact address by a member. Because he was offended he reported my profile as being fake, of which it wasnt and so i was unable to go back on the site..

I believe now this was a blessing because most of my experience on these sites are terrible, abusive men and men only looking for sex, nude pics or someone to abuse. Terrible!!

I want to be unsubscribed immediately from your service and you need to take that feature down where people are forced to upload a photo of themselves. That’s ridiculous.

Bad experience with so called mature lady who decided to provide number but behaved badly. Also cannot access any information after paying Rs1100 for 6 months.

There's a man by the name of John Shamrock on your site. He is Soliciting, women is sex objects tries to get you off the site and give you his phone number. If you reject him like I did on plenty of Fish cuz he would text me on this site and the other site.

Then he e new you a really dirty message. I have reported him on plenty of Fish also with the screenshot of what he wrote to Me. You have another person goes by Randy he's another pervert I finally reported him and blocked him but he still seems to be on the site.

Till the time I was using free service (without opting subscription) all seemed to be fine on the app.

The moment I opt for 3 months subscription the problem starts. I was using the app and had started getting responses but a feature to "Verify self - by capturing an image" started creating trouble. at first, no image from the camera was being accepted. After many attempts was able to do so but suddenly after exiting the app again started asking for verification.

Tried several times but it reverted back to the old (rejected photo) and repeated said to retake self pics.

I am tired of the same and want Mingle App 2 to compensate me for the same and make good of the wastage of time and money from my end.

I was told an admin is reviewing my account for 3days now or past, I can't even talk to my matches, receive messages, send nudges and likes, and everyone's profile tells me not available and a whole lot yet I am on premium. Please work on it asap, thank you
