I had an appointment on December 4th at at 3 :00 pm at the Bomnin Chevrolet Mitsubishi dealership in West Kendall. The advisor that was assigned to my service request never showed up. One of the women who works in the office went to get a manager to help me since she wasn't able to locate the advisor either. The manager told me that I would have to leave my car. He didn't know when it would be locked at and I have no idea when I will hear back from them.
I told him I had made an appointment and expected it to be looked at today, that it's a business car and that I had to cancel with clients to bring my car in. Prior to my appointment I had gone into to dealership a week earlier telling the service dept. my problem but was told I had to make an appointment. I received subpar service from a…
