I had an appointment on December 4th at at 3 :00 pm at the Bomnin Chevrolet Mitsubishi dealership in West Kendall. The advisor that was assigned to my service request never showed up. One of the women who works in the office went to get a manager to help me since she wasn't able to locate the advisor either. The manager told me that I would have to leave my car. He didn't know when it would be locked at and I have no idea when I will hear back from them.

I told him I had made an appointment and expected it to be looked at today, that it's a business car and that I had to cancel with clients to bring my car in. Hello, I wish I didn’t have to write this email to you, but unfortunately I’m left with no other choice. I bought a brand new Mitsubishi outlander sport model last year from Grand Blanc, Michigan. This was for my son who is a university student so that he can commute to school everyday. Unfortunately, somebody stole the catalytic converter, which is a major weakness in Mitsubishi cars and it takes them all but one minute to remove it from the car. My 2018 Mitsubishi outlander sport is in the shop again. Back in January 2023-this year- my transmission went with only 130k miles on it. My warranty covered my transmission and thankfully so since i purchased vehicle in July of 2021 and it hasn't been even 2 years.

When i received my vehicle back in January of 2023 all the bolts to the air filter cover and radiator cover and everything around engine were missing and never placed back. my battery wires were never tightened back either and i took a video.

The dealership which i had to drive a hour away to get to was just like ops. now here we are 4 months later, now im told my transmission module is bad. i got stuck in a parking lot because my car wouldn't shift gears or even shut off.

I am a Disabled Senior, Forced to take SS early due to injury at work. I have had to sell off personal belongings to keep up payments on My THIRD MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. it is my last. It does not move.

It started jerking, but quit, when I used Cruise Control. Jerking or cutting out continued.. was lucky to make it home safe in an area WITHOUT UBER or Door Dash, Or even a Taxi Service.. 00 to tow... and not covered.

I have a 2022 Mitsubishi eclipse cross sel, I bought it new in April 2021. January of this year 2023 I went to get it to run errands, the battery was dead. I called roadside assistance, after 3 hours and talking to 5 people, 3 were rude, didn’t speak English, the first person and the last person I spoke to were nice.

My car was towed to McClinton Mitsubishi in Parkersburg West Virginia. The person in the service department said they couldn’t look at it for 2 weeks. I told him I couldn’t go 2 weeks without a vehicle. After a couple days they jumped my car and hooked it up to a battery charger and said it started so they had me go pick it up.

I bought a 22 Outlander and last year the check engine light went on, i took it to Johnny Legend where I purchased the the vehicle, the light was reseted, but it went on again, the ordered one censors and the catalytic converter, it took like 6 months to get them, the dealer said it might take a whole day to do the repairs, So

I asked for a loaner car, they said no, I paid 37k for the vehicle and they don’t have a loaner for me to use while my vehicle is being repaired. The problem is from the manufacturer is not me. Please advise.

They sold me a lemon and refuse to fix it and refuse to honor the warranty. They claim that cosmetic damage from a year ago is why the entire system is not functioning as of a week ago. They claim I say my check engine light is on, it's not.

They are claiming that the air bag and voltage problems that my car has had since I bought it are a result of my car being cosmetically damaged. They are thriving scumbags. Never but a mitsubishi. Worst mistake I ever made.

I bought my vehicle Thru Charleston Mitsubishi who a few months later sold to Todd Judy. I bought the complete package. Went to have my 1st oil change. I had an appointment at 10am didn’t get for over an hour.

I asked the fella in charge Why ? I told him apparently an appointment doesn’t matter. The fell copped an attitude with me, talked to me very hateful and was very rude. I honestly felt threatened. If I had known I was going to be treated this way I would not have bought my Mitsubishi, that I like a lot.

I am dreading to go back for my next oil change and have to deal with this fella. He wasn’t friendly, cordial or courteous but was certainly RUDE. The name on my ticket is Billy Anderson. I m assuming this is the fellas name.

I really think this needs to have a complaint filed…

Around a year ago, in January 2022, I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander model from your official importer in Israel. Shortly after the purchase, while driving on the highway, I realized that the hood shakes to an extent that seems unsafe and life. In addition, when turning the steering wheel, noises are heard from the front of the vehicle.

In light of this, I went to the importer's garage in Petah Tikva where the malfunctions were diagnosed and I was told that these are typical faults for this model, but the manufacturer did not issue a recall on this and claims that repairing the vehicles as needed is sufficient.

After half a day in the garage I was told that two bearings in the front wheels were replaced and the hood was strengthened.

I feel like I've made THE WORST mistake getting this new Mitsubishi Outlander. Compared to my previous 5-seater, I have lost many "minor" features like smaller console spaces, my overall storage space is limited. Rear windows do not roll down all the way like, (which was a nice feature), no CLA (on the back on the middle console) so I have to purchase extensions or plug in the trunk and drag cords all across the cabin.

I wish the 3rd row seats were adjustable/convertible with the trunk space for leg room. Other than that, I like the vehicle for what is is worth, however, the KILLER REASON I almost HATE my decision is this stupid Mitsubishi Connect app!

I am sure other cars use similar, but who in the heck came up with this concept for remote starting your vehicle? This is THE MOST…

I have a check engine light on and they say its about the poor gas that i put ...inonly put the specific gas inthe book which is unleaded regular and they start telling me not to put gas from pioneer or from reserve ....and they wont cover the warranty, i bought this brandnew only 32 t km in it and now my rear suspension too which is not safe to drive when ddiving 80 to100 km per hr hitting a small bimp the back sways and they said there nothing wrong... check engine and rear suspension my complain

I took my 2014 Sport Outlander 56,800 miles on it. 00 contract for free oil changes and inspections. Part of this contract included no appointment needed just drive up to service door bring car in and wait for car to be worked on.

When I took the car I drove into the service area and went in the office and told the girl at the service desk I needed to have my car inspected. She said back to me do you have appointment I said I don’t need one I have free oil changes and inspections. And know appointments needed.

I just spent over 1200 dollars for maintenance including a full diagnostic test to make sure that all of my systems were working properly. Not only is my car not repaired but it’s doing the same thing I was seeking maintenance for!! I own a 2016 Outlander and it only has 14K miles. I use it as my second car.

The rear braking system is rusted and making noise when I press the brake. This was suppose to have been fixed in a Parking recall that specifically says that caliper wasn't installed correctly at the factor and water can get in and rust the rotor and brake pads. I believe this is what has happened. I found this out from my local mechanic.

I don't think the dealerships are actually performing any work on the recalls. They just park your car and make you wait. After waiting they just file the paperwork without doing any work. But the sad thing is that no one at Mitsubishi is willing to investigate this. It's all dog an pony show. I just got off phone call with Mitsubishi Case Manager who didn't provide any case#,…

We bought a certified 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Brooklyn Mitsubishi. On the second day of driving the car the service engine light came out (P1590 code) and then another one. The battery died after two weeks. I emailed the dealership with no response.

I am very very disappointed in the service we were provided and how do you sell certified cars with the erased service engine lights that come back after you drive a car for couple days.

Good afternoon I am from Montreal Canada & would like to complain about my Mitsubishi dealership. Seems like every time I go with a problem with 2015 Mitsubishi RVR, it’s so difficult for them to serve me properly just because I have the platinum guarantee.

They never have a car to lend me. My most recent problem almost a month ago I went there because my RVR battery keeps going down to 0 and I always have to boost it. I told them the problem they checked and said their was no problem with the car and boosted my battery.

They said everything ok with the alternator. But my battery keeps dying on me weekly. It happened again last week I left them a message but no one calls me back. So today the battery died on me again I called them and was very upset I will go tomorrow and we will see…

00 They were installed in my home in Kingston, NH the end of June by Ralph Caplis and I paid for the labor. The units worked very well UNTIL last fall. The largest condenser that had 4 heads stopped working.

Ralph has been here 3 times trying to fix the unit but couldn't because of defective parts from Mitsubishi.

Also, his wife passed away. SO, in early April, 2022, I contacted North Shore Home Energy, LLC. Four employees from that company have been to my home several times trying to fix the condenser but have not succeeded because the condenser is DEFECTIVE !!!

They have not been able to get a Mitsubishi rep to come out and check the unit. The temperatures are in the 80s and 90 degrees !!! and I cannot cool down my home because of a DEFECTIVE Mitsubishi condenser !!!

The lack of action taken when catalytic converters are being stolen at an alarming rate. I have a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander. Mitsubishi allows customers to open a case as if they are going to assist with getting the part replaced in a timely manner only to be told by a representative that nothing with be done and after informing the customer that nothing will be done the case if closed.

Why have customer perform this step if no assistance will be provided to the customer. They will not provide assistance with extend rental coverage beyond what your insurance allotts, they are not increasing production for this part, the part is first come first serve bases and the time frame for replacement is 4 to 6 months.

They did not even provide alternative locations for the part to be ordered.…

I'm writing this complaint as I'm very unhappy with my local dealership I understand times are tough at the moment deliverys ect are behind and out of our hands but I recently booked in my new MY2022 mitsubishi outlander in for its 150k service on the 24/2, service was to be done on the 17/3 I got a phone call on the 15th/3 saying my oil filter wasn't going to be here Evan tho my service was booked with plenty of notice for it to be there on the date I expected my service to be done.

I asked if they could search for a filter from a local shop and they said that they can't do that under the cap price service price that I'd have to pay extra wich Is rubbish as filters only range a few dollars between shops. 99. Made an appointment with Bigger Mitsubishi in Elgin Illinois and took my 2017 Outlander GT in for service. After inspection was complete I was told that this coupon didn’t include new hardware and wouldn’t be safe. I was told that they wanted to charge me $380 for a proper brake job and how they wished that corporate Mitsubishi did not send out this coupon.

I was able to negotiate a price of $280 and had the front brakes replaced. I have owned 3 Mitsubishis and have been very satisfied with your product. I recommend Mitsubishi to all my friends. Not sure I can continue to do this after being charged $80 for a few clips and springs.

I bought my car in mid August 2021. I was a stickler about remote start. The salesman assured me I could do that with the Mitsubishi Connect app. It works about 2 percent of the time. I have contacted the app techs multiple times and had my car to the dealer at least 4 times for a minimum of 3 hours to all day each time.

Service says its the app the app says it's service and I still can't remotely start my car. For the last month the serviceman Ron has been telling me his manager Jeff is dealing with Mitsubishi to see what can be done for me and I have never had the courtesy of a return call from Jeff and very few from Ron.

Rang Orange Mitsubishi last Monday 8th November to book Pajero Sport in for 45000 km service. 10am. We arrived this morning before 9am and was told that there was no booking for us. We drove 2 hours there for nothing and then had to drive 2 hours home. Not happy at all.

My Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2014, has 50,000 miles, in great conditions. But, the handles from the outside front and left side are broken. took it to the leadership where I bought it to fix, and they say the handles are absolete, that I need to h at the junkyard, first of all, its difficult and far, time consuming.

Hi My name is Barbara I would like to make a complaint against Mitsubishi because my 2015 Outlander Sport transmission broke down on my way to a wedding in Florida.

It cause me a lot of money and time and stress.

I don’t know how a transmission with only 62000 miles will need to have the transmission replaced.

I saw that there was a recall for the transmission for 2015 Outlander Sport. But when I call to check if my car was on the list for the recall and they said no.

Thank god I brought the extended warranty when I brought the vehicle because otherwise I would of have to pay over 7000 to fix my car.

I brought a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander 3 years ago from the dealership and the transmission went out already. No one has a replacement the only place that's has it is the dealership and they want 6 thousand dollars for it so it would cost me 10,500 to get it fix.

If I could give a -0, that would be my rating! But since I can’t I will do it this way. We called around 10:00am for a tow truck to pick our car up to take it to the dealership to have a tire fixed!

I had a bad experience at Northside Mitsubishi Motors, Edmonton, Canada. This was the worst ever customer service experience I ever had in my life. Here is the whole story: On July -29,2021,I inquired about a vehicle -Eclipse cross(demo Vehicle) and scheduled a meeting on the same day to view it.

When I reached Northside Mitsubishi Motors they showed me another vehicle having the same features and same mode etc. After insisting again, they told me that vehicle is not clean but agreed to show it to me. This car was really filthy and also I found few spots that were looking like deep scratches.
