Well for starters it smells like pot over there all the time. 2 of all I am a customer and set up an appointment for Oct 17@9am and today Oct 11th I called in to cancer my appointment and heard my company say something and the manager Patrick hung up on me.

I called back and Patrick called me by another name and hung up on me once again. So I called back a third time and told him that my company does not have access to my phone. I called the last time and told them I wanted to cancel my appointment and I also told him that because of his professionalism he lost a customer.

Winter Monro on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo was treated like complete garbage. All I wanted was a flat repair. I got told I should take my business to Mavis discount tire. 50 tire recycling fee. I never even recycled the tire I got a tire fixed.

I had my oiled changed at the Bradford PA shop about a month ago. I was having trouble with my car then and it died on me. I took it to my mechanic and I was informed that the cap was not on and I had lost 4 quarts of oil.

I was told by Chad the manager at this store that I would be receiving a refund for the oil I lost. And as of this date I have not received my refund. He told me it was approved and it would appear in my bank account because I used my bank card and it would appear within 3 to 5 days.

It's almost been a month and still no refund. He tells it's been processed or it might be my bank. Too many excuses. I just want my money!!!!

I've been doing business with the Yorkville Monro for years! The guys there were nice but yesterday 7/31 I took a car that I'm interested in buying for a quick mechanical check up and all 3 guys there acted like I was bothering them, not at all friendly! Will not be doing business there again !

Booked an appointment online but sent back as there was no one to attend to. On second attempt, waited for more than 90 minutes and was never attended. This is for just state inspection. I was never told about the wait time and the mechanics were not there for at least 45 minutes.

Then they started working on another car on their yard. No professional communication and service. When asked about the delay after 90 minutes, I was simply handed over my keys. Asked me make a complain in their 1-800 number.

I worked there as a Tire Tech in Florida store for 6 days. Was paid minimum wage, 95 degrees F in shop. Dignity level VERY low, will just leave it at that.

Go to get oil change normally takes about 45 minutes or less took two hours and a half just because they didn’t have the filter in stock because you changed from Valvoline to another product not right shouldn’t have to pay $132 for that

Took my vehicle in for a tune-up. Got it back and still had misfires. Got it back, they had it for 3 days. When I got home, I opened the hood and so many things were wrong. which almost caught fire, but sparked and got hot enough to melt all my starter wires. My car wasn't drivable.

They towed it back to their garage and called in a half hour to tell me it was ready. ) Now when I call, Frank tells me I need 4 coils. When i first went out, he said I only needed 1.

My car is not safe to drive. It cuts out and stalls. Has a rattling.

The people in your Indiana, Pa location are crooks to your business. In December 2021 I took my truck there for repair and they told me to bring them cash. They called from their cell phone not your business phone as a cover up to take my cash and hide the fact they are ripping not just me off but also your company.

I thought at the time it was off and really realized it when they didnt do all of the work they said they were doing. I have video evisdence of my encounter with yourt manager and his minion. I want my money back.

I went to monro for an oil change a few months ago and asked them to check my rear passenger side tire because it had a small plug but was leaking. Left my car all day and night. Picked it up the next day they told me there was no issue with my tire.

They filled it with 50lbs of air that day my partner took it to the store to check the air and it had 50POUNDS OF AIR. today brought my car for an oil change and tire rotation asked them to check the same tire and was advised that the hole was too big from when THEY plugged it.

They were told they didn't plug it, we did and they filled it over 50lbs of air and we asked them to check it last oil change and they said it was fine and filled it with 50lbs of air. THATS why it needs a new tire now.

I had 3 inspections I paid for at your services in oneonta ny which my car failed to car needs to be fixed i finically got repairs done I had a evape leak I had went back to have Monroe’s muffler find the last problem with my car be done left in my car. They did something to my transmission to make it leak.

My mechanic said there was nothing wrong with my transmission. There was a whole bunch of transmission fluid coming out of my car at that time they said you had to put in transmission fluid I didn’t say anything. I was basically shocked from what I saw.

Hi I got a oil change 2/17/23 from your Monroe location in Pgh Pa on Ohio river blvd around 4pm I came home later that night and my engine locked due to no oil. I’ve been goin back and fourth about getting my car fixed and still nothing I contacted Monroe several times of a claim number appraiser went out and I don’t have a response as of today.

I took my 2014 Ford Edge in to the Monro on Eisenhower Blvd. in Harrisburg, Pa on 9/24/22 to have the heat looked at because we had a few cool mornings and i had noticed that my heat was barely blowing warm air when turned on.

I wanted it checked before the weather got cold. I also had my rear brake pads replaced that day. And they did a coolant fluid exchange. I received a call from Monro that day and was told that they thought it was either my thermostat or a valve that opens when your heat is turned on to allow hot air from the engine into the vehicle may be stuck closed.

I was under the impression that they were leaning more towards the thermostat being the problem, or that it was what needed to be done first. So I agreed to have the thermostat done because I needed my heat to be…

I called and talked to the manager John who was nice and apologetic, I was told they are having staffing issues and that I can bring the cars back to have these issues resolved and

he would make sure they are resolved but my issue is if they are not doing it the first time why should I have to miss another day at work for something that already should have been done. I’ve been a loyal customer of this location since 2008 and spent a considerable amount of money with them and this is the first time I’ve ever complained about anything.

At this point I don’t know if I will ever return to this location.

The Monro at 449 Clinton St, Woonsocket, RI 02895 is the worst repair station ever. They price gouge with every job they do. They do not care about safety and they are horrible mechanics. I had to bring my car back to them multiple times for the same job and they could never fix the issue.

Their mechanics are subpar and have no knowledge. Their management is subpar and nobody does any real work there. They do not care about customer safety and customer vehicles. They are simply there to get a check anyway possible. Numerous people have said they upsale on work that is not needed for vehicles, but they have to rework a lot of jobs.

They are not there to assist or help any customers, they take forever on simple tasks and berate customers. They are not friendly or assuring. Avoid this place…

I had wanted to have my exhaust done from the cats back to give my car a better sound. The work that was done to my vehicle was not right at all. There were pieces parts just welded together and there were big gaps that were filled in with weld and have since cracked from driving the vehicle on the highway.

The car now sounds terrible and has a very leaky sound too it. I contacted Monroe's Main Office in New York I don't know how many times and tried to discuss this with them offering them pictures of the problems etc.

The only thing that they insistently wanted was a written estimate from the place that fixed the problem for me. I told them the company that fixed it did not want to be involved and I was not going to give them a name due to it being a small town and word of mouth etc.…

In May 2022 I went to Monroe in Hamden Connecticut for a routine maintenance check and oil change. A month after receiving service my oil light began coming on in my car and I took it back to the same Monroe in Hamden Connecticut to have the oil checked and get my brakes done.

My oil was “checked” and I was assured it was a sensor issue. No more than 2 weeks later my engine began making a horrific knocking sound and my car eventually stalled out. I had it towed to a near by Firestone who completed a diagnostic check of my car and explained to me my engine was bone dry!

I have a carshield policy. I brought my vehicle to Monroe Muffler in Norwich CT. My alternator had gone. This is a covered part under the carshield policy and policy holder should only pay the $100 deductible. When Casey the manager called me back I was informed Carshield would only pay $150 and I would have to pay the balance of $355.

However he did not inform me of why. When I called Carshield to find out why I was told the mechanic chose not to use the Carshield part and chose his own part instead to obtain more money. This is deceiving Monroe customers under false pretences.

Took my car to have calipers put on they disconnected the emergency brakes when i picked it up the emergency brakes were making noise the calipers still aren't working he also disconnected the music (speakers) and they charge me almost 1600 dollars. Vinny the manager at the Pawtucket RI store. Sold my wife a $160 valve stem for a car with over 140K miles on it. On an original warranty that was 7 years or 100K miles. Either way it’s over. Vinny tells her to maintain the vehicle maintenance she needs the $160 valve stem. What maintenance???

All she needed was a simple valve stem no more than $20 to solve the problem. He up sold her just like when no matter what we’re told we need air filters and everything else changed like break fluid and rear differential. Anyway.

I had called to get an appointment to get my car worked on on Monday Feb. 14th 2022. They told me no problem to bring it in at 11 and they would be able to check it out. So I took my car in, when I arrived the gentleman who I spoke to had no idea that I had scheduled an appointment.

I live behind MONRO MUFFLER 134 BROADWAY SARATOGA SPRINGS NY 12866, since 2016 these men have been ORGANIZED GANG STALKING MY ENTIRE FAMILY, slashing tires, causing accidents, undoing my oil pan screw, $5,000 worth of damage to my car and $3,000 damage to my home. Today I was scheduled for an oil change I showed up 10 minutes early in my car did not get on the lift until 40 minutes later. Once my car was up on the liftthe gentleman finally came in to me and said it looks like you’re in a rush it takes about an hour.

Hello I went to Monro on January 20,2022 they told me on friday January 21,2022. That i need 2 catalytic converters also a o2 sensor and a crank sensor they fixed than they told me i needed a 1,3,5 cylinders and a timing belt i had it towed to chevrolet cause that what monro said do so

i did and Chevrolet and chevy called me and told me the wrong catalytic converters were put on my traverse to small for my Chevy traverse. And the rigged it up to fix my traverse. I scheduled to have warranty maintenance done on my car, went in to shop was told they wouldn’t do any work till they got authorization, i said ok I can wait.

First he called wrong company for authorization, i called the company myself, had them in the phone with authorization for this man at Monroe, he wouldn’t talk to them from my phone said he had to call himself I said fine. I've been taking my truck there for oil changes and tire rotations since I bought in it 2015. Last spring I was in Batavia and my rear rotors were grinding so I stopped in. 00 for just rear rotors and brakes, I left the building & still felt grinding and took it back to be told they over tightened the emergency break cable.

After 4 hours I drove home and it was still vibrating at stops. I called and was told to bring it back. I didn't drive it for a few weeks took it back when I could fit it in to my schedule.

I was told I need a new break caliper. 00 and 3 hrs later when I left I could smell my brakes burning . I called Steve and took it back. He told me the caliper was faulty and he would warranty my rotor because it ruined.

I had an oil change and NY State Inspection done at Monroe at 2309 N Triphammer Rd (Shop 396) in Lansing, NY.

I was charged for a headlight bulb at checkout for $21 (part $11 and labor $10). I was told "to prevent you from getting a ticket".

This sounded odd as I remembered replacing both headlight bulbs only in Sept. 2021, or about three months ago. I have only driven less than 600 miles since the change. The change was a result of my son getting stopped by Cornell University Police for a defective headlight and a subsequent court order to get it fixed. I purchased two bulbs and replaced both. I have kept all the paperwork for that repair.

Upon returning home I looked at the two headlight bulbs and they appear to be the ones I had put in from the bulb manufacturer's marking.

As having been a previous employee I did not assume that I would not be able to get in contact with any one in the corporate office concerning not receiving my w-2. I called numerous times and left numerous messages with no one returning a call.

Mr. Brett Ponton, I recently submitted a complaint claim for exhaust work that was done by your employees at the Monro shop in Beaver Falls. The work that was performed was very unsatisfactory and costly. I took my Saturn back down to have it fixed correctly and spoke with the manager there and he said he would take care of it. my issue was never resolved. I took my car to two different locations 4 times and my brakes are still in the same condition and my alignment still is terrible as well. I paid a total $1200 and this is not acceptable service and now I have to take my car to the shop yet again for repairs that never were fixed.

I even took the car to Monroe muffler to get my brakes looked at as a part of my warranty and the rep did not even bother to really look at my car. I have all receipts still as well showing what was supposed to be done.

honestly If I could put zero stars I would because I paid too much money and it seems like nothing was really done to my car.
