Well for starters it smells like pot over there all the time. 2 of all I am a customer and set up an appointment for Oct 17@9am and today Oct 11th I called in to cancer my appointment and heard my company say something and the manager Patrick hung up on me.
I called back and Patrick called me by another name and hung up on me once again. So I called back a third time and told him that my company does not have access to my phone. I called the last time and told them I wanted to cancel my appointment and I also told him that because of his professionalism he lost a customer.
I can't believe that Monroe muffler treats their customers like that. Patrick is so disrespectful and unprofessional. All this happened today Oct 11th about 5:00 pm. Patrick needs to get reprimanded for speaking to…
