They gave my room away and my personal belongings disappeared, even though I had it rented for another day. No one knows anything at Motel 6 no assistant manager no manager no responsibility. I will never stay at a motel six again.
When we got back from going to the mountains. Me and my wife walked in there was stains on the sheets. The room was terrible we were not going to stay in this kind of place. My wife had to use the bathroom she didn't want to but she couldn't wait.
Due to that reason they wouldn't refund us our money we did not stay there. If I had a pet I wouldn't let it stay there. You guys should be ashamed. DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you are young, single and have no luggage and don't mind the equivalent of camping behind a door. Would give less than 1 star if we could. This place should be shut down. The elevator should not be accessible to use.
It will not function without several minutes of the door attempting to close but failing. When going to the first floor it hits the bottom very hard. When you press the button to call for the elevator it might not come till you hit the button again.
They have stairs but they are emergency use only. The place is dirty and stinks of urine. The shower is a complete joke. They have no closet or a place for clothes to hang. That is unless you bring your own hangers.

I am staying at the motel 6 in apple valley california. And the front office tells me that i am not aloud to go to my rv in the night as much as i want nor can my dog be in there to secure the rv. I worked at motel6 last year and I quit because they did not give me my pay raise they promised when they promoted me 7 months earlier, instead they had me working 12 to 16 hours a day and then suspended me for letting someone use our restroom. Now I can't even get them to send me my W2s so that I can file my taxes on time! They act like they are there working as a team but there is no team effort there, no true hospitality, but plenty of judgements.

we checked in to Motel 6 on November 14th we were moving from Florida to Ohio had been up since 5am the day before, was just happy to get a room when we went down the hall and into the room, you could smell cigarette smoke the hole building smelled of it so I did not complain.
00 deposit back, I called Motel 6 at Rock Hill SC and was told there was smoke in my room so I am not getting my deposit back. That is so not true my husband has COPD and as soon as I got him settled in the room I had to go get his oxygen machine.
11/26/23 - Stayed at the Motel 6 in Cocoa Beach Florida on 11/25/23. The 1 person staff at the front desk was nice. The motel itself was nasty, dirty inside and out and overall disgusting. Roaches on the floor. Beds did not feel clean.

They threw there receipt book away so we can't compare our bank records and erased the computer so records only go back to Sept then charged state and city taxes everyday when we were not supposed to be charged.

I’m a single father of two and I was recently displaced back in September and had been staying at motel 6 in Hammond since and paying daily. com and I paid for the wrong day. Instead of being contacted and being able to resolve the issue management waited until this morning 10/28 to call the police and have me escorted off the property.
No one contacted me before hand nor was i even given a chance to rectify the situation. This is very humiliating and embarrassing. I was customer for almost two months and I struggled to pay daily and to be treated like this is unacceptable.
I sent my little brother $120 last night, October 17, 2023, for dinner and a hotel for the night. He went into the Motel 6 that is located at 221 NE Chkalov Dr, Vancoucer, WA around 10:30PM-11:00PM, and the woman working the counter refused to rent him a room because he was under 21.
I had looked up the motel policies on the Motel 6 website, which stated "All guests registering must be at least 18 years of age and must provide valid picture identification", and sent a screenshot to him right before he went in. When he tried to show her the screenshot, she refused to look at it, and claimed that even thought the official motel policy states that you have to be 18 or older, the machine won't take your ID unless you are at least 21.

I have been here going on 3 weeks. No housekeeping services, you have to go to the front desk if you need to Anything after a week? Then the pipes busted today flooded the Building Room That filled up with water. All on my belongings.
The fire alarm would not stop going off for about 3 hours. Can't use the bathroom brush my teeth or even shower the whole day. Because we have no water, we have to wait own front desk to open our doors individually.
Because the key card machine stop to working. So every time I leave my room. I have to wait on someone to come back and open it. And where the water has spilled over all the carpet the whole hotel stinks.
I made a reservation online using my valid credit card as I've done at so many other Motel 6's. Sometimes I pay with cash but usually pay for the room on the card. This Motel 6 (Cedar City Utah) contacted me at 2:30pm local time and informed me my credit card was no good and continued to say "They do not reserve rooms with bad cards". They cancelled the reservation.
My card is not bad. I am continuing to check my account so I can be sure they do not charge me for the room. This is extremely bad customer service.
There was no refrigerator and there was no ice makers that worked we had a baby that had to have food refrigerated and we couldn't even do that so I said ok I'll get ice and put it in the trash cans and it will stay cold that way but when I went to get ice the makers were not working so there for the food got spoiled it was a inconvenience and

Bottom line, Motel 6 Shrader Rd Richmond VA has the WORST staff I've ever seen. They accepted the payment for a guest's room for 2 days by a type of "assistance" program, which they had no issues with. NOTHING since she didn't match reservation, yet they didn't even check that!

I was able to rent for 2 nights only to be told on the third night I was on the DNR NATIONWIDE LIST. I then reached corporate and was told that I had rented out a room in Texas back in Nov.
2020 and left it very damaged. I haven't been to Texas since around 2007 or so. So I am demanding a investigation on this matter. I am also speaking to my attorney for advice on this. Someone rented a room under my name and you allowed it.

After reading the reviews, your experience here will be 50/50 based on chance. My experience was horrid. Arrived around 6pm, it was busy and was tired from a long day.
First problem, checked in and found the room wasn't serviced or stripped and not properly sanitary clean. My dog has been suffering with kidney failure , I am currently struggling with housing issues, booked a 2 DAY STAY at motel 6. my dog couldnt control his bladder and went pee on the bed ON ACCIDENT, i tried to clean it, called front desk and went down to the receptionist to see what i could do about it , they told me all i could do was take a new sheet and that was it.

Got a room for the hottest day of the year just for the AC which did not even work until after midnight had no soap in our room had no toilet paper barely enough towels, no cups, and when we asked for all of these things, we never received them.

I stayed here a few months ago, and without thinking, blurted out to the front desk clerk that I didn't want maid service because I had a laptop in my room and didn't want people moving my stuff around while I was away. I stayed 11 nights at Motel 6 at 2760 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, 95403. It trip was a buissnes and booked through my work. Very dirty rooms and rude front desk. The manager was nice and helpful but other than that rest of people who were working there had not enough training or were absolutely rude.
I left my phone charger in the room and when I called front desk for that matter , he hang up on me over 5 times and he denied. Basically either he lied to me and never checked with housekeeping or their house keeping kept my chargers for herself.
Either way its was a very bad experince and I am very unhappy with that location .

We paid $209.93 US ($286.00 Cdn) for a 2-night stay (July 14-16, 2023) at this terrible motel. The amount we were charged was outrageous. I complained to booking.com about this and I haven't heard back from them about receiving a reimbursement for at least part of our stay.
We had requested a fridge when we made our original booking. We were told to check with the motel several days before our arrival to request one. When I called the motel they said only certain rooms had fridges in them.
Note: There was no attempt made to get a fridge for us. The fridge would have been very convenient to put in our groceries. Luckily we had brought one cooler along with us from home.

The location by the airport in Louisville KY. This location sits between 2 abandoned buildings that are falling down. This motel is in disrepair. The room wasn’t clean either. The only positives were no bugs and the bed was comfortable.
The maintenance person emptied the public garbage can right outside our room at 4:00 am.
They check guest in and pocket the money. Over $1,000 every weekend
Enclosed are the pictures from Room# 139 that I didn't stay in, hence the enclosed pictures. If I do not get a response back by 3:00p.m. today, with some kind of proof that the $142.83 that was charged for the stay, has been sent for credit to my card account ending in 7083, I will be sending these enclosed photos to the corporate office and also forwarding them to Marion County Health Department, along with a message explaining the entirety of the awful experience my husband and I encountered.

I booked a reservation on 07/25/2023 through Priceline for this motel 6 for 1 night and made payment. When I arrive at the motel to check in I informed the manager at the front desk that I have a reservation and gave him my ID.
I asked the manager if I could see the room before he checks me in and he got extremely upset and angry that I asked to see the room first. I didn't understand why he got so upset. At first I thought that maybe he didn't understand what I said.
