Motel 6

I reserved 2 rooms at 9601 4th view st in norfolk va on 7/1/23 through the App. After a 250 mile drive on the 22nd, I was informed that Motel 6 no longer owned the hotel and that I have no reservations.

I was there with 5 other people for an annual fishing trip. Needless to say, I was in a bad predicament. I can elaborate more about this with someone over the phone because this was just the beginning of our ordeal with Motel 6.

Staying in rm 142. Tv doesn't work. Door won't closer properly. Bad additude at front desk. I have been staying exclusively at motel 6 on this trip. We also had a bad stay at your Tualatin oregon location. There we had party going on all night.

Cars burning tires in parking lot. I will not stay in another motel 6 again. I am handicapped and need a working door.

The motel 6 in Victoria tx has gone way down .The room was infested with roaches hair on the bed and everywhere in the restroom. The GM her name was Rose was very rude it was 11:19am she was telling us 5 min get out as if I was an animal not a paying customer please fix this asap

I checked in July 22, 2023 and was given a room, once I got into the room I noticed that the air conditioner wasn't working, its 98 degrees outside and the room was just as hot, I went to the front desk where they informed me that they had no other rooms to change me to but check back and that their maintenance man wouldn't be in til Monday.

We were treated with the utmost disrespect. The staff made a mistake after we had been checked in and stayed the night, at 5 am they cancelled our reservations. My husband and I went to work and upon returning to the hotel we quickly found out our room was emptied and all of our belongings were placed in trash bags.

When we were given our things they were thrown in the floor breaking numerous items. Finding out it was the hotels mistake, they offered us no solution but to leave. The assistant manager, Andrea, was very rude and disrespectful to us, at one point slamming a door to shut us up.

My name is Melissa and I spent last weekend at motel six in Kalispell MT. There was no air-conditioning in any unit and it was sweltering hot. They closed the pool closed on July 3 because they didn’t have the chemicals needed to allow their guests to swim .

Stayed at motel 6 2380 w Northwest Hwy, Dallas Tx 75220. They refused to give me tax exemption after my 30 day stay. 00 and change. Patel clerk refused to give me the 15 percent tax credit allowed by state and local tax authorities.

Wanted to stay addition month or so but he refused tax exemption. Do kindly reprimand these people for trying to steal my tax credit. They owe me for the day after which is Saturday July 1st, 2023. My visa card ending 0529.

The air unit was spewing out some foul smelling air. Smelled like the filter hadn't been cleaned in over a year. Housekeeping came by early while I was still trying to sleep and tried to just barge in. Luckily I had the door latched.

When I asked for them to come by later the head housekeeper gave me attitude because she said they already tried to come. They said they'd come back but never did. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. They also left some garbage bags in the hall and one of them was spilling out.
