First off this is the Motel 6 in Colby Ks. The keys they code pretty much open any door. We put our stuff in our room went out for a minute came back made a mistake and went in another empty room.

Twice people came in our room.

Second our shower didn’t work. And third the cleaning lady came at 10 and tried to kick my boyfriend out of the room, when he wouldn’t leave she went and got the manager and he tried to make him leave when check out is stated 11

I reserved a motel room in Tampa, FL from March 29 to April 2, 2023 for my 17 year old daughter and myself. We were visiting Florida from Texas for a college tour. We had arrived at about 3:50am Thursday on 3/30/23 and were checked in by a man who was extremely unfriendly.

We were given an upstairs room and we headed there with our bags. I put the key card into the key slot and was able to open the door. When I opened the door, I was unpleasantly shocked to see two people in the room in a situation that my daughter and I did not need to see.

yeah she’s rude as fuck.

First of all, when I got to my room it was DIRTY then they tried blaming me for the weed smell when again THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN WHEN I GOT THERE so the insides from the cigars were on the floor, there were wet towels everywhere and I had to go downstairs to get new sheets.

Patricia don’t make my stay any easier. I’m homeless and get paid by the day so I can’t pay for the room ahead of time and she knew this and didn’t care she said check out is at 11 which to be fair I guess she’s just doin her job but

when I put myself in her shoes all I can think about is helping me not be on the street because me being a woman, who knows what will happen to me wondering all hrs of the night. She’s making my life harder and I just need a place to stay.

Motel 6, 24th Street, Phoenix. Accidently left my apple ear buds/charger in room. Woman named Veronica finally answered phone (after every time I call the phone is disconnected) said she was the manager is rude/disrespectful and hung up on me as I explained I had been trying to call for a month to get my property returned.

Of course I am frustrated. This woman argued with me, told me I was rude. I have the entire call recorded. Every time I call Motel 6 24th Street, no one answers, or I am transferred to someone not even connected to this location and given the run around.

I want my property back before this woman damages/takes or discards. I am shocked on the service and will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 EVER again.

So I was supposed to check In On 22 And Everytime I Came To The Office The Girl At The front desk would say she couldn't do it because of shift change that was around 3 that day.. I understand the shift change thing...

but then I came in again around 9 pm and she tells me the same thing... both these "shift changes" seemed to last more then an hour and I know it does not take that long to count a drawer...

so this carried on over to the next day which is now the 23rd when I came in again a bit earlier thinking "before shift change so I can check in at a decent time so I can get some rest because I was exhausted from the prior night I had to sleep in my car mind you with my dog...

My family and I stayed at what we thought was a traditional Motel 6, however when we arrived it was a different motel that was just bought out by Motel 6. This place should have been shut down for renovations before placing Motel 6 logo on it.

When my sister in law arrived at the 3 PM check in, they had her wait for a room. The first room was dirty, so she got a second room. I arrived closer to 6 o’clock and the front desk staff was frazzled and did not have a room ready for myself and children.

He had to call around looking for a clean room. They wrote my card number down vs running it stating their systems were messed up from the crossover from their hotel to motel 6. We stayed at this Motel 6 on March 9th. There was no heat nor hot water in the room. We were offered no reason nor adjustment to the rate. I feel that hot water is a minimum requirement for a motel stay in the USA.

I have been at your location 909 66th st Lubbock tx 79412 since march 14tj were suppose to stay til march 20th. There has been a lot of fighting amongst patrons also staying here with no assistance from staff they don't even call the police.

That we dealt with anyway but this morning I got up at 530am to use the restroom and slipped in a puddle of water after a few seconds of investigation from me and my husband we realized water was coming thru the wall at the baseboards from the adjoining room.

I put down room towels and proceeded to call the front desk The gentleman who answered was rude and unhelpful I told him what was going on and he said he could not send anyone to check cause he was the only one here. I asked if he could at least give me towels to clean up still running water…

I usually have great experiences with motel 6 but this time the room was disgusting. It looked as if the room was never cleaned. The floor where filthy the tub,toilet,and sink looked like the never been cleaned. There was hair and Pubic hair all around the shower. There was a huge butcher knife above the curtains. I was very displeased when they refused to change my room. I spend too much money with them for this to be acceptable. Hopefully someone will offer to some kind of compensation.

Was refused a room today because of my son who is 27 but has the mortality of 7 year old because of mental health issues. I stayed for two weeks and paid for 4 rooms and had three dogs and every room was spotless when we checked out.

I swept and mopped my own rooms myself because of my pets. I'm a clean freak. I then had to down size to 1 room for my son and I and I was using the bathroom my son had went outside and peed on a tree.

So now they said I'm not aloud to stay today and said they won't tell me why. They were very rude. So I wS stuck in my car with my pets till I found another hotel. They are prejudiced against people with mental disability and haven't heard the last from me.

We booked this motel for one night. At 11:30 pm the fire alarm started going off and subsequently went off randomly throughout the night. The staff was great until I checked out, that lady was rude and abrupt. I didn’t get a wink of sleep of all night and could have slept better in my own car with my dogs.

I would like a refund or partial refund for my trouble. I always stay at motel 6 when I travel and this was the first bad experience but boy did it put a sour taste in my mouth.

Upon arriving for our check in we got to our room and noticed trash,dirt and dust on tables,floors. Mirrors clearly dirty and hadn't been wiped. There were even roaches crawling on the refrigerator. I immediately called the hotel. spoke to the front desk about it and at this time me and my fiance were so tired from packing food and supplies into a hallway that was hot,smelled of dogs.

Two flights of stairs with no cart or luggage carrier. They came to check the room and were shocked as to how dirty the room was. So now they tell us pack all our bags back down to front desk, which was a lot that's why we needed the kitchenette to accommodate all our cooking needs.

They asked us to carry our bags to desk so that they will put us in another room. Then unfortunately they did not have anymore…

1/19/23-1/20/23 Pottstown pa motel6. I was made to make 3 reservations, spoke with 2 representatives on phone while at motel6, paid twice, and after an hour of that, then my boyfriend and I were handed room keys and asked to find a clean room with no one in it. This was at 3am.

We were just unlocking and walking into strangers rooms, sleeping and some awake, or empty disgusting filthy rooms. Which we were then told to clean one to stay. We left. I want a refund but no one will help me.

We have a disabled friend that has no family and is staying at the Motel 6 here in Kingman. He has had a stroke and can’t even swallow his own spit. Two workers there somehow talked him into buying Thanksgiving dinner for their family, and he used his EBT card.

The fact that they puréed some so he could put it in his feeding tube shouldn’t matter. He was gone to rehab for a month and now that he is back they no longer help him, and his room isn’t being cleaned as often.

They are kicking him out because he does make a mess but can’t help it. His last day is Tuesday and then he is homeless. Employees should not befriend someone that is disabled, and I’m sure Social Security would not like his EBT for others. It is just shameful….

This happen twice after my stay I wasn't given back my deposit of 100 dollars the reason she said was there was a needle in the room witch was a lie every time someone stays there they never get there deposit back . most of the tenants that stay says things are missing from their room they afraid to report cause that's only place that they got I ask for the manager number she gives me the wrong number all she doing is stealing the deposit money.

I work hard for my money and I be dam if someone just going to steal from me. I talk to attorney if there was no damage to the RM. I should get my deposit back and it doesn't matter what was left in the RM.

Their no paper stating that if something left in RM you don't get your deposit back. To make it clear there was no needles in there at ALL.

Room had no towels in it. Only a half roll of toilet paper. Called front desk from cell phone 3 times asking for them. Phone in room not working. Heater in room not working. Slept with wool sock on feet were so cold.

Our 1st room was infested with mice. We told front desk after a few days. We lost $102. A whole months worth of breads,muffins, pastries,buns,etc. And we want it replaced or we want a room for another day. We will have to go without now.

If you'd have told us we wouldn't have rented a room from y'all. Now they didn't eat all of the food but they did chew in to all the bags and we were scared that it was infected with some kind of disease or that we'd get sick if we ate it.

So we threw away all the stuff that they chewed in to. We have been here 8 days and we haven't caused any problems,or did any damage to our room etc. But if we had you'd take it out of our deposit.

But because of your room having a mice infestation we lost a whole months worth of breads and we think it's only right…

Bed bugs and roaches. Told me they've never had a bed bug issue I brought them but I'll move you to a new room and treat it. I can't give you any money back because you could of brought the bed bugs in your stuff. Sooo rude!!

Contacted cooperate have a report number and still haven't gotten a call back. Just terrible. A traumatizing event in my life is getting worse. Paying 480$ for a week, being treated like this, my kid getting chewed up, and they can't even provide toilet paper.

This place needs to be closed for awhile. Housekeepers are the worst. Breaking their own house rules by leaving large broken trash bags outside the door. Here because I'm homeless and this is cheap but way over priced for what you get.

Shower wasn’t cleaned, old used soap in shower. No soap or toilet paper. One set of towels. Floor was filthy. Cockroach on nightstand. The sheets had not been changed and had pubic hair and debris off the floor. I don’t expect a lot in a budget motel but if could at least be clean.

Not only was the manager who lives on site drunk as a skunk but he was hostile, yelling, calling me a stupid bitch, threatening me, pacing outside of my room, and telling me he’s from the ghetto and cracks skulls! His reason??

My “guest” didn’t stop up front and register his ID… mainly because he was an Uber driver dropping off my dinner! Then he comes and calls me outside at 2 am to tell me my boyfriend (who has been here with me for 4 days already clear as day… ) all the sudden he doesn’t have his info in the system- all the sudden!

I stayed at the Motel 6 at 3110 39th St S, Fargo, ND 58104. I've done the review and a Google review. SHAME ON YOU FOR ALLOWING THIS HOTEL TO BE A PART OF YOUR FRANCHISE. THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING MOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO!

How can this be associated with Motel 6? You guys need to do a surprise visit or check in secretly and find out. Obviously Motel 6 doesn't do their checks on motels in your chain. If you did, you'd instantly revoke their franchise privileges.

I've never had a bad experience or complain with a Motel 6 that I've ever stayed at, not matter what part of the country it was in. They were always clean, nice and professional. I arrived at about 8 pm got up to my room and found stained curtains that are barely hanging, no trash can, no towels, no pillow cases, the light bar between the beds are hanging off the wall. No remote for the tv.

Today is February 27,2023 on February 26, 2023 at 10:44 am an employee came into my room while I was gone and I have her on camera coming out of my room talking to someone because in the video she says there both gone and they also took the only $50 I had for food and to do laundry with.

We stayed at Motel6 in Scottsboro AL 2/18/23. We used our capital one rewards to pay for the room. 13 for the room. We have not gotten our money back, even with many phone calls to the motel. In addition, this was the most disgusting motel ever.

The mattress had blood stains on it and it was a non smoking room which stunk like stale smoke that had an ash try in it. We would like to get our money refunded. We shouldn’t have been charged twice.

It’s not our fault they don’t know how to get paid from Capital One. We will contact BBB next if this isn’t resolved. And I’m putting a negative review on motel 6 public site.

In the last 3 months i have traveled thru many states and mostly have stayed in motel 6. For the most part my stays have been satisfacterly with the big exception when i got bed bugs i believe it was in lubbock, tx.

It is blistering hot the ac does not work and there is no cable . went to ask about it they said that's the only room. There's bugs as well. The staff is friendly but this place is horrific especially for the price.

I barely ask for anything. When he assisted the men behind me, he was extremely friendly an very communicative to them but, mistreated me. I told him he could talk nicer to me than what he was doing. And I did ask for Corporates phone number an he did not give it to me.

I checked in here on January 1, 2023, I been here about close to 2 months now. I'm at Motel 6 in Indianapolis, Indiana, located at 3525 Shadeland Avenue.

I reserved a queen preferred room at the Venice motel. I chose preferred for the extra amenities. It had NONE 2 bars of soap is it yet I was charged the preferred deluxe rate. The entrance door was not very secure and you could see outside when locked not very safe at all.

The hotel owner must be trying to recoup money lost from the hurricane and the remodel. This was $180+ room and it was discounted. It wasn't worth $75. I wanted the hair dryer for wife, and coffee maker for me besides bath amenities.

We left that stuff at home because it was supposed to have it in the preferred deluxe which it did not. The phone did not even work not that I needed it. Look if you are not going to offer the extras with the PREFERRED DELUXE room then don't FALSE Advertise IT.
