I would minus stars if I could. No review yet . pending. To keep it short... I stayed at least two weeks in Escondido ca. All the while there was construction . with obnoxious workers. At $88 a night. Then $115 and then within three days went to $165.

Where is the budget in this? As well the maintenance man went in my room when I left early and smoked a cigarette which then I had to pay a $ 50 security deposit on it. If what you say In commercials is true then this is wrong. Thank you.

The construction was drilling holes right outside my bedroom 9:00 to 6:00 pm. Every day I was there!

Greetings. To keep this short, I have been robbed 6 times. Window is broken and never fixed, but requested to be fixed dozens of times, to no avail. Management took police in my room for an illegal search and seizure (nothing to with me and I wasn't present or told of anything by management).

I was not allowed any toiletries or linens. Drug use is openly used here with no attempt at protecting those of us that don't use. Double charged with no reimbursement. Obvious embezzlement. Pictures available.

After booking a room at Motel 6 and checking-in and entering the room is when I realized it was a big mistake. The room was very filthy and disgusting and hair and other things all over the bed sheets. After spending $278 for the room we had to go to Bells Outlet to buy sheets, pillow cases and a blanket just to get a nights sleep.

We noticed poop smeared on the bathroom walls and filth all over the bathtub. I work close to this motel and know it’s went thru a huge renovation but appears the upkeep hasn’t been done. I work in Maintenance and know all about upkeep and it’s obvious no one checks these rooms.

Baseboards peeling away from the walls and laminate floors peeling up also. This was an expensive stay and not worth the stay.

Please be advised that around midnight of 2/12/23 - 2/13/23 screaming and yelling from another room awakened me. Additionally, the floors were not clean as if soda was spilled, wifi didn't work and continuously showed low network bars, and upon arrival around 6:30pm I had to wait literally 30 minutes to get in a room because supposedly the room that I got through the app Hopper wasn't available. Had reservations 2/7/23 to 2/15/23 first night move me to the LA Quinta in tyler cause they were full no rooms. Checked in studio 6 on the 2/8/23, check inn the manager said canceled reservation. He told me that could not get his books right so he canceled reservation, we had to reschedule my reservation and had to repay $524.

And he sent the first reservation to Expedia ans still money $524. Not in my bank account, get to room heater not working and still not working, TV not working (fixed), refrigerator not working and still not,it's bend 4 days and no room service.

I rented unit at Turlock Ca. I was treated rude by front desk then by management. They have surveillance. A third of door in unit 238 is missing. The unit hasnt been PMed in awhile.....and paint all over baseboards. The unit wasnt cleaned. A pink moo moo hanging behind bathroom door. I have worked for you in waco tx. I think it's dumb to have an indoor pool and put all that money to keep it up if you can't swim year round, I mean isn't that the point of indoor so you can swim any season.

Also the smoking rooms and the rooms for people with pets are poorly taken care of, half ass cleaned black mold broken windows main things like shower, ac/heater, walls, pics refrigerators, are nasty, falling apart, or half ass work. So where should I start I stayed at the Motel 6 in Atascadero ca. For 2 days and I have to say the new General manager should be demoted she is very unprofessional and the job is clearly not for her she seemed to be preoccupied with her personal life then helping the customers at this place of business.

Me and about 5 other guest sat there and waited for 45 mins for service and to be checked in cuz she was no where to be found . The housekeepers we're so nice and clearly see they had been over worked cuz they were still work till 11 pm at night.

They kept up the rooms they were very clean and when you walked in the Room it smelt fresh. One of the maids apologized for the wait we had to endure after our long distance driving we had just done we just wanted to get checked in and relax .…

Motel 6 Nephi UT What a dump. No maintenence, house keeping terrible. Stayed 7 days for work. Food was split on stair well. It was still there when we left. Reserved non smoking. Ended up with smoking room. Seat on toilet bolt broken. Carpet needs vacuum. Spill stains on walls.

I reserved on the app. Children are free so I didn’t mark them, I just reserved a room with 2 beds. I also have a credit card on file but brought a different one to use for this stay. When I arrived I handed my ID and credit card I wanted to use to the man at the front desk.

He repeatedly asked my name and I kept telling him. Then he asked me if I had pets I told him no. He kept asking me and I confirmed no. He asked who else was with me. I told him my children.

I am traveling for work. Decided to stay at this piss poor facility. Ghetto. Under trained staff. And property manager that chooses to tax on top of my online quoted price without itemized receipt. Totally unacceptable. Then the door somehow locks itself, requiring my time being wasted while I await someone to come cut it with bolt cutters.

I made a reservation at the motel 6 on Robinson St pottstown Pennsylvania. Conf #MHY7M3X363 . We arrived around 0230am and the lady at the front desk was nothing but rude. beds were wonderful clean and very comfortable. after dousing the shower. took showers. Walked back to our beds, and my husband's feet were filthy... the floor was horrible, but you could not tell by looking at it,the color was dark.

i was at the location in Levale/ Cumberland MD area and I have been put on the do not rent list all because i asked for clean sheets and batteries for my tv remote, The staff downstairs was extremely rude and told me to use the buttons on the tv and stop being lazy.

I was not aware i was added to the list until i tried to once again book a room with the same hotel and they told me that i was not allowed to rent a room because i caused to much of a disturbance, How could i POSSIBLY do that just because i asked for clean sheets and batteries for my tv remote??

After being told over the phone 20 min prior to arrival that my room would be 415, I arrived and they suddenly didn’t have anymore rooms at that price but now at 482. I’m a traveling healthcare worker and did not bring my car so I wasted money on a Lyft.

When I told the front desk that wasn’t what was told on the phone she immediately caught an attitude. I told her that she didn’t have to talk to me that way and she then said she wouldn’t be checking me in.

We had been using Motel 6, King George, Surrey, BC. Canada, for over two years. Our pass key had not been working so I had mentioned to staff, upon mentioning this, the person had said the key WAS working, but battery was dead, so he would have to open door for us, i told him if you had to open door for us, the key, logically, was NOT working.

Within 10 minutes we received call stating our specific room was going through renovations and we’d have to leave in AM. Is this a good way of performing customer services? I think not, so does he have that power? Deliberate abuse.

We stayed at the motel Jan 6-8. My husband took me to work on the 7th came back the lock looked like it was messed up key didn't work tried several times. Found a worker they tried their key also. Finally got it open.

Husband was supposed to go to work but didn't cause of the lock. He went down to office and asked for a different room said they didn't have any available. But they could refund him. He called me I looked on website to reserve and it said they had some available.

My husband told them they said let them check and see. About 3 hours later they gave us a different room we were charged the full price still. We have stayed here several times.

Had my son stay here while he was waiting for his apartment to become available. When you arrive at the property and pay for your room after they have your money they inform you they want a security deposit. They want cash not charge.

They got me for 100 dollars. The room was one of the worst I seen. Dead bugs in the room and lighting was terrible. It was affordable so he put up with it. Upon leaving I went to the office to get my 100 back.

The manager told me no because the room was a mess. He didn’t even go look at it himself. He just told me the room service lady told him this and he would talk to her in an hour and see what she found that messy.

What a total rip off. I will never again stay at a hotel 6 and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. What a scam!

I was a guest at Palatine, Illinois location for 5 days. The man working overnights refused to transfer calls to my room. My cell had no reception in the room. The other employees were friendly. New years eve night, the man knocked on the door so loud then walked back to his office to call my room Stating my music was too loud.

There were NO towels available during my entire stay, I had to borrow towels from my daughters house and blankets. I am requesting a refund to compensate for the Hotels lack to provide the basic necessities of towels and blankets during my stay.

Twice, I requested these items at the front desk and was told none were available and to complain at Motel 6 Corporate office, because the staff has requested towels with no response from corporate/management. Thank you in advance for your assistance
