I had been staying at the motel 6 in oak creek Wisconsin 13th and college. Been there for 2 months, I had to leave every 21 days and come back. The last time I left on December 26th was coming back on December 28th.

When we went to check in (friends with Mr they also were staying there) we were told they couldn't rent to us no more. As surprised as we were we asked why. The girl at the desk told us because our towels and linens were to dirty.

Isn't that why the have thier laundry facilities. I would use my towels for 2 weekd at a time, every time we would go ask for clean towels and linen we get yelled at by the lady working in there.

When I walked into my motel 6 room in morro bay California it smelled like poop. I closed the bathroom door hoping the smell would go away after a bit and after I used the toilet. It did not. I asked for housekeeping services in the morning and they hotel staff refused citing “Covid” which is honestly lazy and ridiculous as they are required to wear gloves and masks to protect themselves against harmful agents in the cleaning chemicals.

Head housekeeper Julie is a very rude individual more like a recovering addict who gets off on pounding on doors to get guests out early when checkout time is 11am. I don't know who decided on making her a HEAD? HOUSEKEEPER, they're better off hiring a homeless addict to do her job looks all the same.

Also I have noticed during the morning time an older male housekeeper I didn't get his name but he wears reading glasses and a hat. He plays his speaker loud during early A.M hrs while trying to clean rooms? And it's offensive music. Stayed at Motel 6 Arlington Heights illinois from 12/23 - 12/24. I never got my $50 deposit back. Manager said Since I checked out 27 minutes after the checkout time they will not refund my deposit. There were no damages or items lost from the room.

I reserved a two night stay at Motel 6 Charlotte NC University. Upon arrival for check in, it was already dark. When I pulled into the entrance road, there three people sitting on the curb at the hotel burning bags to stay warm and there were two men in hoodies with their hoods on walking in circles in the middle of the entrance road.
