Font desk didn't help me even though it was the hotels' error and they confirmed that I DID have a reservation (twice) and then somehow it just disappeared. Proceeded to be Hateful and annoyed by my presence even though I was cordial.
Had me running in circles calling my bank multiple times with different people, asking the same questions OVER and over. And then tells everyone to go out a 5 star review with her name so she looked better.
