Font desk didn't help me even though it was the hotels' error and they confirmed that I DID have a reservation (twice) and then somehow it just disappeared. Proceeded to be Hateful and annoyed by my presence even though I was cordial.

Had me running in circles calling my bank multiple times with different people, asking the same questions OVER and over. And then tells everyone to go out a 5 star review with her name so she looked better.

I have been harassed by the African American at the Motel 6 North in Billings, Montana. I believe he is a housekeeper. He is abusing his credentials to further his racist agenda. I don't feel safe here anymore. I submitted numerous complaints against him but nothing is ever done with him.

He came to my room knocking saying he was Housekeeping. I opened the door and he got in my face demanding to know who was all in my room. He had 3 other African Americans standing behind him clenching their fists ready to fight me.

I have no clue what brought this on. Please, can someone look into this???

Staying long-term due to housing issues kissa community resources put us up here. Just be told we cannot have decorations in the window for Christmas trying to make the kids Christmas a better Phil and we get told we can't do that they won't bring us towels they won't empty the trash they won't service my room it's been over a week.

They make a place to my son and not me worst experience I've ever seen none of them speak barely any English and are very rude we've been without toilet paper for days I've had to go have my kids go down and get some and I've had to buy my own.

I had reservations 11/9/22 and 11/10/22. Was never given a confirmation number. Room 256 was not clean. Smelled of cat urine, Bathroom, tub and sink had never been cleaned. Urine and body fluids, hair on and around toilet. Old toothpaste and dirt on sink.

Tub was dirty with dirt and grimey film Fingerprints all over the small fridge and a dirty sock under one of the beds. We were in the room 5 minutes and left. We never stayed. Called today 11/10 to complain and cancel 11/10/22 reservations and was told he had to speak to supervisor. Also complained of filth.

I reserved three rooms over a month in advance, one single and two double suites, for November 5 through 7, at the motel six I 40 Greensboro North Carolina. I called and spoke with someone to extend the stay in one of the rooms to November 4 through 7, and was assured by the lady, whose name was Rachel, that it was taken care of.

I then reserved a 4th room, double, for November 4 through 7. When my family arrived on November 4, they only had one room reserved, and that room was not clean. The housekeeping staff claimed that they did not know that the room was to be rented out for that night.

There was conveniently no record of my phone call on October 16 to extend the other room to November 4 through the 7. The next day, the rest of our party arrived at the motel, and our rooms were not…

I feel like I'm getting price gouged Because they keep changing rates on me not consistent to everyone else. Recently I was charged $174 for over day but shortly after I looked on the rate pages and then rate was only $120. Also thru keep charging my card for every rate change daily

Dear customer service representative, or to whomever this may concern. My name is Chris Pittman, and I am reaching out to you today regarding a serious safety, and Biological threat issue regarding my current stay here at the motel 6 on bill Mcdonald way , in Bellingham Washington.

Approximately at 1:00 am on Saturday, November 5th, 2022, other guest of the property, has been violently screaming obscenities, and racial eppathats on a daily basis.

Furthermore, ohter guests smeared a cup of urine throughout the seams of my motel room door in a subversive manner. I can clearly sate the evidence.

When traveling for business and working on the road, there is no certainty when it comes to an arrival time! We have been charged for a room, then the room was sold out from under us with no refund. We booked a room online with the motel 6 in Saginaw, Texas only to get a phone call from a woman named Sari saying over and over how she was going to charge our card.

As if to say we couldn't afford a $60 room! She was immediately rude with me and unwilling to initially give me her name or her manager's name. The fact that she was so insistent about charging our card and it possibly declining was absolutely uncalled for.

Now, for the second time with motel 6 we are being charged for a room that we will not have access to!

Hi, I went to Ontario Oregon and stayed at your Motel 6 on 12th St.! I was there for three nights, and while I was away, my room was entered and cleaned while I was not present. I have curly hair so while styling my hair sometimes I take my wedding ring off so it doesn’t get tangled when I was in a hurry.

We recently stayed at the hotel in Brenham, Tx where we were attending the antique show in Round Top, Tx. This hotel was the most disgusting place we have ever stayed at. There was black mold on the tub area, on the floor with pubic hair.

The shower head was rusted as well as the overflow drain area on the tub. The window and TV had dirty hand prints on it. We stayed in a kitchenette because we originally were going to bring our two dogs but at the last minute we didn’t.

However, we still took the same room for the extra space. After being in the room, I am so thankful we didn’t bring the dogs, cause I wouldn’t have wanted them to even eat off the floors. They didn’t even have a coffee maker in the room.

Although we paid over $100 for this room they wanted to charge us for shampoo conditioner we asked in the morning that the sheets be changed and the trash be taken out being that we were staying the second night nobody came to take the trash out nobody changes the sheets I had to go ask for them at 8:00 at night and which I still had to wait over an hour to get them they wouldn't exchange towels until we brought them our dirty ones in the morning when asked if they would take the trash out they said to leave it outside the room they never came and got the dirty sheets

On March 6th Mark basil and I my boyfriend checked into downtown Motel 6 on Sunset Highway I put a deposit of $50 on my debit card I called to see why I had not received my deposit back and I was informed that we never stayed there and that our reservation was not in the system and we did not show a reservation since August this is the second time this has happened at this hotel. October 18, 2022 I rented a room for 2 nights at Motel 6 located at 2727 White Lane, Bakersfield, CA. On October 20, 2022 at 9pm, my guest whom I added a day prior was blatantly disrespected by an employee for asking for towels.

Apparently, the previous staff did not add him as a second guest although, he showed his Identification and was given a parking pass. I went to the office with my guest and asked the employee for her name since her badge was covered with a scarf.

We got a king size suite with a jacuzzi tub and when we got to the room it said out of order I made reservations at the motel 6 in Gatlinburg Tennessee just for the reason it had a jacuzzi tub highly disappointed I would of went somewhere else. The motel 6 in poplar bluff Missouri took bags out of my room, told me they had them and would give them back, went back a couple times when the manager was supposed to be there, which they were not. The first couple employees I talked to were very nice, but the manager was quite rude.

Said I was lying about the bags in the room, I asked if they would look through the security cameras and see if they could check, was told no, she would not check, that if I wanted my stuff back they would not do anything without me getting the police involved with a warrant. This has been very unpleasant and unprofessional experience and I would like to be contacted by someone else who is actually at least trying to act professionally in this customer service situation.

My car had stop working recently and I had payed for a 7 night stay(. Motel 6 lucky lane ,flagstaff az 86004) And my son had and appointment today so we had so catch the city bus. I asked the front desk before we left if it was OK.

That my dog is in my car, it is a cool day the windows are open and I extra shaded the windows just in case left water in the car. And caught the bus. I reserved a room at the Motel 6 in Elkton Maryland located at 223 Bellevue Hill Rd. I stayed in room 157 from 9/29/22-10-2/22. My room was not cleaned once the morning after my arrival housekeeping took my used towels and has not returned any.

The trash has not been emtied the beds have not been made . I was told they no longer service stay over rooms . Why are we paying for a hotel ? To be treated like a hostel? I attempted to attach several images of dirty lamp shades broken fire alarm over flowing trash . And was unable.

I work in the KC area and was staying at the motel 6 in Overland Park ks on 108th st. My employer calls and gets my room. The manager told the rep from my employer that they didn’t want me staying there any more because there was too much traffic in and out of my room due to selling drugs The only people ever to step foot in my room was the maids he had to have me or my room mixed up with someone but
