Motel 6

Sunday night..9.17.22, Monday night...9.18.22 the motel 6 in Casper Wyoming has not had hot water. We are working in the area so it would be nice to take a hot shower after work.. can somebody please do something about this...also the air conditioning is out also..had to go buy a fan to put in window to cool down...this place needs help

I had booked the trip through Expedia at a motel 6. Paid with my credit card, received a confirmation email and everything. When I arrived at the property (I was dropped off because I had confirmation the room was booked via email) the manager at the front desk told me that my card had been declined and that he could not book my room.

When in fact I had a confirmation number and even check with my bank and funds were taking for my account so I knew that that was wrong information. The manager proceeded to tell me that he would issue a refund on my card but I would have to go pull more cash out for that night to visit and that he would only accept cash. Plus a cash deposit.

I have to call Expedia, who in return called the motel 6 in the manager still refusing to book my room saying that…

I had been working at motel 6 for about 6 months now . And a few days. Ago my boyfriend followed me to my job where he became very violent.. I reported the abuse too my boss who did not even make him leave. My job.

Instead I was left to work all night with a abusive man abusing me all night !! I had the following day off and the next day was told I was no longer needed! I was fired. My boss then asked my abusive ex if he wanted to come back to work!!

THE ROOM WAS A FILTHY DIRTY SMELLY MESS. IT EVEN HAD BED BUGS IN THE ROOM. THE SINK WAS BROKE. THE BATHROOM DOOR HAD A HOLE IN IT. THE FLOOR HAD BURN HOLES IN IT. THE CARPET WAS NOT VACCUUMED AT ALL.

I WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN. THERE WAS DOG SHIT ALL OVER THE CARPET.

This was a disgusting hotel. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years stains everywhere, no amenities at all. Full ashtrays everywhere. They take a $150 deposit which I still haven’t gotten back. I asked the manager about it and he had to be the rudest man I’ve ever met. No customer service whatsoever.

He assured me the money would be returned. It’s been 15 days still no money.

Attempted to stay at there facility listed as Chattanooga Airport. It was and I’m sure still is a SHITHOLE. Apparently a place for people to hang out outside lol night long. Filthy grounds, the elevator closed in 2 pieces, no permits anywhere.

5 trips up and down just to get in ( I’m disabled). The phone cord was ripped out of the phone, I arrived at 9 pm and finally bailed at midnight. A real shame for this company. Never again. JBrier

Well I was paying a daily discounted rate for disabled senior The manager talked me into paying a weekly rate as it is cheaper in the long run HOWEVER he failed to mention or indicate in any way shape or form but

On September 3, 2022, my husband and I made a reservation at the Motel 6 in Danvers, MA. (Conf #: #25478701) When we arrived about 5 pm, we were horrified. The building looked like it was run hard and put up wet.

Old, whitewashed and worn out. There was trash pilled at the entrance, a mattress in the parking lot that kids were jumping on, and a very rough number of characters hanging about drinking and smoking. We were afraid to even get out of the car. We checked reviews.

Here are just SOME we found from last month. • There was trash piled in the elevator hallways. Police were called to the hotel and were noted both in the lobby and the parking areas. We did not feel safe and there was a note that told us to engage the deadbolt for our own safety in the room.

The toilet in my room clogged at 7 pm at 8 pm my son was told we have to wait 12 hours in order to get a plunger. At 9 pm I arrived back and was disrespected and yelled at when I told her that this customer service is unacceptable, unhygienic, and she starts yelling at me that she only checks people in and doesn’t have a key to maintenance for plungers, towels, bedding, toilet paper etc….

How are we supposed to stay in a room and not use the facilities. Yesterday there was cockroaches (they sent a guy to spray right away when told) but to not be able to have correct and offered services is appalling.

It was not properly swept and there were spots in various places, which indicated that the floor was not mapped either.

Also, for the price that we've paid, we were expecting some basic amenities in the room. Usually the motels provide shampoo and conditioner for their guests, and there were none.

I paid $283 dollars to stay in the worst place ever in Myrtle beach motel 6 on Frontage rd, all hotel near where booked already, so we had to stay or either sleep in our car, mind you I have children with me and 353 miles away from home. Hello, My name is Shanta Jennings, I am writing in concerns on my daughter Honasty Griffin, 17 yes of age. I was notified today that my daughter has been staying at the motel 6 with some African American big women that say she the manager.

Today I spoke with her she wouldn't give her name or room number. This woman has been getting paid drugs by my ex husband Joseph Keyron Rander to hide my daughter as a run away from me. The manager also allows Joseph to come and sale and use drugs there.

Every one works at motel 6 either in the homeless program and on drugs there the employees. My ex husband Joseph Rander has no say so or legal guardian to my children or child meaning he has no say so.

I recently stayed in at Yreka Motel 6 where I feel I was discriminated. I had a friend tent me a room because I couldn't locate my ID. Stayed at Motel 6 Elko Nevada, room 111, 8-26-2022. Room was dirty. Sheets had sand all over them. Bathroom had not been sanitized. Will not stay at Motel 6 in the future. Clerk on duty was personable however there was snafu with room and by the time i went to my truck and back to room; key card quit working.

Went back to office found out my room was rented by another couple who got mad and left. Went to take bath in morning and found out shower and sink were dirty. They charged me three times for the room.

Upon checking in to a dirty room with soap stuck on the floor dirty floor not swept or mopped blankets with cigarette burn holes, not once did room service offer to clean or provide fresh daily amenities suck as towels shower soaps or hotel hand soap toilet paper. Me and my boyfriend just checked out today at Motel 6 SeaTac. He hurt his lower back when he took a shower last night due to how the shower head was placed. It is meant to be for short people not for tall people. He is taller than the shower head and he is 5'9. So he either has to bend forward or back just to take a proper shower. We told Roy the front desk when we checked out and he apologized. But it doesn't help for my boyfriend's back pain.

This Motel 6 off of Coors Blvd in Albuquerque was a terrible place to stay the night. Rooms have no trash cans…No Blankets on beds… The outside is not swept at all. Trash in front of most doors…people ( Drug Attic’s ) up on landings yelling at each other all night. LOUD!!

The police was called out several times for two days I called them . I'm very very mad me and my family got no sleep for two days I just lost my money.

Rooms are infested with roaches, fleas, black mold, hole in the wall filled with spray foam, no smoke dectors, the floor was so dirty that my feet were black. I chose this motel based on the advertised photos of the rooms.

I had been staying at the Motel 6 in Alvin Texas, when they started the remodel and painting of the building. I stayed in room 120 on the side of the forest and the last room in the back. I had just bought a brand new car, 2018 Chevy Equinox, black in color.

They had painters that were painting on the opposite side of the building from where I stayed and parked my car. My daughter had told me that there was paint on the passenger door. I looked at it and they were little spots of the paint from the building that landed on my brand new car.

I did not tell the manager at the time because I had a lot of stuff going on. I’m now taking time out in response to the service, the quality of the room, the bug issue and paint that landed on my car on both sides and towards the front.

I've had the unpleasant pleasure of staying in 3 different motel 6's lately, economics gave me no choice. None of them seemed to care about cleanliness or appearance of the outside, including parking lots, or inside if rooms. Some were worse than others in different areas but none were good.

They use to be a reputable chain, now they're dumps, mostly stinky trashy motels. I will sleep in my car before I ever even think about going to one again. I guess greed knows no bounds on collecting from dumps using their name, just keep the money coming. Motels 6's suck!!!!

Not safe places to stay.

I am a travel nurse. I always look for motel 6 because they are pet friendly and because I am usually extended stay i am offered a deal. This time however i feel ramrodded because the staff here did not honor the deal the manager gave me.

I am to check out monday. The manager said to pay weekly and still get my special rate. I go to pay my days until checkout at my expected rate and nope. Girl at desk was not going to honor anything and I had to pay full rate.

Im not recommending this motel 6 to any nursing agencies out there EVER! And much less anybody else coming here to visit or work. You dont honor your agreements. Never stay here ever again!

THE ENTIRE STAY WAS CRAP.

TV STAND CONSISTED OF TWO GREEN FLORAL STYROFOAM BLOCKS WITH A NOTCH CUT OUT TO HOLD TV UP. AC NEVER COOLED ROOM LOWER THAN 76 DEGREE. SWIMMING POOL OUT OF ORDER AND JUST BY LOOKING AT IT THE THE WATER AND BOTTOM OF POOL LOOKED LIKE CRAP.

I am HOMELESS, had to use Visa (which ex already committed FRAUD with) police, victim services were involved. I did NOT have these funds, but had no other choice. This was one of the more reasonably priced motels in the area.

On the day I checked out I left my jewelry on the mirror shelf. I went to the gas station across the street and turned around and my room was already turned down when I got back, I asked the front desk and they went to find the housekeeper who said they didn’t have or see it and

Also the bathroom the shower and shower curtain. But what for me was the fact that when my husband went to get toilet paper from the front desk the attendant never got up from behind the desk she literally grab the toilet paper and threw it to my husband through the partition not once but twice.

Little over a month ago a female employee along with her boyfriend who doesn't work there harassed my ex-girlfriend. I stayed at a Motel 6 on 24 July 2022. The motel is located at7500 Louis Pasteur Drive, San Antonio, TX. The room I occupied was #014. These are the issues I feel need to be addressed for the SAFETY and welfare of other motel guests:

Smoke detector is hanging from the ceiling on its wires. The handle on the bathroom sink was completely loose. The floor planking is loose and warping upward; could become a trip hazard. There was women's hair on the pillow cases. Loose baseboard trim behind bathroom door. On a scale of 1 to 5, the cleanliness of the room would be 3.

I realize that Motel 6 is a "no frills" chain. But I strongly feel that the safety and welfare of its guest should be at the top of the list.

Pictures were nice actual hotel rooms were God awful!! Nothing was clean!! I’ve never been so uncomfortable in a hotel. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies and bedding it was so bad. I will never stay there ever again.

my wife and I are having our 20th wedding anniversary today. my wife reserved a room for two days thru booking dot com.

Well the lady here right now said we have to come back tomorrow.....she doesn't know how to check us in. she told us no refunds and she is lazy and clueless on what's going on.

my kids are in another room......the lady earlier did her job just fine.
