Your new web site is very poor, put the old one back. Every year we spend 3 months site seeing in USA. we used to use your map program to look at motel 6's in a state. There is no more map program.!!
So you search ( in this case, New Mexico and it shows only 1 motel in the state, Moriaty. I have stayed in motel6 in Tucumcari and Santa Rosa ,NM. So I googled them and they are still there, yet your web site doesn't show them .
I can't believe you changed your web site to be so user un-friendly. So I went to Super 8 and Days Inn (which still have maps ) to book my stays. I prefer Motel6 as we have a small dog, but if I can't see a map to see where to stop, I will use 2 companys above.

I had stayed at the motel in Denton TX. I stayed for 3 days. Two of the days were charged and I paid cash for the third. For the third day they also charged the card. I told the front desk and they said it wasn't their problem.

I booked a 2 night stay at Motel 6 for my sons and myself for Friday 8-27 thru Saturday 8-28. During the middle of Friday night while turning on the bathroom light I encountered three roaches. My sons was preparing food on Saturday morning and seen ants all over the food, utensils, cups, PlayStation 4, both beds, etc.

EVERYTHING. I stayed at your Southgate Michigan location on Friday August 20th. Immediately, I was a bit taken aback by a drive thru window attended by an obviously pissed off "front desk" employee with the personality of a wet soap dish.

1st off.... I had to ask housekeeping go use their broom to sweep my room when I checked in! The room was not cleaned properly. Hairs on bed and in bathroom . Instead of complaining I simply just asked for their broom.
2nd, I offered to vaccumm the hallway outside of my room. Housekeeping assured me he would vaccumm before he left. He DID NOT! It was dirty and disguisting to walk into that every time I left my room! At midnight my toilet wouldn't flush. I had enough.

I stayed at Motel 6 in Holbrook Arizona. It may seem nice on the outside but the female employees there were horrible. They snuck into my room every chance they got and messed with and ruined my stuff. Even in Albuquerque at one Motel 6 they didn’t do that.

The facility smelled like marijuana and had intoxicated men all over the facility. Same here in Carlsbad, CA. You would think that near Legoland the place would nicer and cleaner. Cigarette butts all over & not enough trash cans for all the trash to start. My son had a job interview in Chattanooga, TN. Since he did not have a lot of money, I reserved and paid for a room at Motel 6 East Ridge. (I paid in advance for six nights so he could explore the area).
When he arrived, the manager demanded $75 in cash as a security deposit and despite my paying in advance threatened to not let him into the motel.
Finally a second desk clerk accepted a 75 dollar charge on a different credit card. They then gave my son a room which had black mold om the walls and water on the floor!
Finally they agreed to switch him to a different room. This may be a franchise owned motel, but your name is on it. The cash demand was so out of line. The website claims there is a pool. My son could not find it or the free wifi.

We booked a room in April of 2021 for the ROD RUN in Pigeon Forge Tennessee on August 16-19 2021 , My wife called to make sure everything was still good to go and to ask a question and no answers , She called the booking service and they said the motel was permanently closed however nobody contacted people that had room booked.
Its impossible at this time now to find a room and we have nowhere to stay and probably wont get to go because of this terrible service. I will never stay at a motel 6 again and will recommend everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.

I used Google search to make a reservation at Motel 6, Mammoth Lakes. The first website I clicked was a link to Reservation.com, which I did not know?
The site represents itself as the site for Motel 6 reservations. In fact it routes you to reservation.com, charges excessive fees, 30% higher than Motel 6, and then keeps a nonrefundable $19.99 service fee after you discover the dishonest representation, fraud and theft. I called 855-956-2201, spoke to three people to request a 100% refund of the $142.21 they charged for 1 night, check in 9/12 and 9/13 checkout. They all said they will not refund their $19.99. I canceled this reservation within 2 hours of making the reservation.

Well to be specific my first complaint is with the fact that your lobbies here are closed it is well over 100° and I actually witnessed an elderly lady have to stand outside for 10 to 15 minutes while one of your managers was getting something to eat across the street there’s no reason for the lobby to be close when the other Motel 6 which is in walking distance their lobby is open. I myself had to stand outside and wait for a long period of time in the seat and I am legally blind.
My second complaint is with the quality of the beds in Lynn in here the pillows are flat as pancakes as I will send you pictures and they do not use fitted sheets here which makes for a very uncomfortable sleep here and I’ve been here for three days in the bed just falls apart.

I stayed at a motel 6 in murfreesboro tn last night 07/21/2021 and ended up with a flat tire. I asked the clerk to borrow a dollar to air my tire up and she replied i have no money to give you.
I told her i could bring it back to her and she still replied that same response. I ended up having to pay 28 dollars for a used tire cause of a nail that was in my tire from where this property was remodeling and had no signs up in the parking lot where they carelessly had thrown nails in the parking lot.
