Motel 6

I check in on the 18th of May and told the girl that we are staying for 4 nights. Well she check me in for 3 nights. 79 for one more night. That didn't feel good to me as I never paid that much for one night with military discount.

On the 21th of May the housekeeper came in our room didn't change the bed but got the towels and trash also my hair towel that my mother made for me. I talk to the girl at the counter and the housekeeper about it.

They had all day to found it on Satursday 22th. They never found my hair towel. What I want to know is why the girl that check me in didn't book the room for 4 night. Yes I did talk to the manager and she been looking and still couldn't find anything that show i paid for 4 night.

So when I got to our room and entered I happen to notice there weren't even towels at all in there so I proceeded to contact the front desk and notify them of the situation and they said they would take care of it and bring it to my room mind you this was 3:00pm and now it is 5:02pm and I'm still waiting for them but got no assistance.

Motel 6 kept $150 of deposit saying the first night there was a stain on a towel then the next night they tried to say that the sheets were stained even though I didn't even sleep in the bed and they're claiming they can't find the third $50. They kept $50 on the 11th pick another $50 deposit on the 12th and another $50 on the 13th and kept it all and I think that's wrong especially when I didn't even sleep in the bed.

It was a housekeeper each time that said it was staying and that I wasn't getting no deposit back three times corporate but they wouldn't take my complaint they just said it looked like the sheets and towel was staying and that's why I wasn't getting my money back. When I got to Motel 6 Schiller Park, IL Chicago O'Hare. I went inside to checkin and the manager and the front desk asked me if my friend was staying with me cause she holding my suitcase. I told them no its just me even tho the reservation was for 2 people.

I went to the motel 6 in troutdale and I knew being just outside of Gresham Oregon not to expect anything special it’s motel 6 we are talking about here but as I am homeless with my family while looking for housing here in Oregon I’ve had to go out to my truck a few times over because obviously when you have two small Children and I work odd jobs doing maintenance in and out of the parking lot I have been told we have to leave because I went to leave as soon as my kids wake up

The motel 6 in Bangor Maine is a disgrace to company,1 a 100 dollar deposit was charged at time of check in,2 ceilings and walls were cracked 3 door had to be slammed to keep it closed 4 dumpsters were over flowing and trash piled all around the outside

I stayed in room 218 at motel 6 on hwy 183 in euless tx 76039 last night. I left before checkout this morning. I had been gone only a short amount of time and realized I left something in the corner of my room.

On March 20, 2022 I fell in your shower which did not have sufficient grab bars, as well as no bath mat, and floor was very slick. As a result, I received a large lump on my head, severe bruising to my face, a black eye, and a concussion.

I would like to report a manager at motel 6 in Rowland heights ca 91748 she’s not professional at all. She picks and chooses who she lets in.. she let an employee boyfriend put a gun to another guest at the motel.

The motel in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, at 1000 Devon, has had me on their do not rent list for the past six (?) years for an incident that never happened and was a couple of years prior to the new manager, Keith Hampton, was ever at that location. I believe that kind of discrimination goes against your policies. What can you do to remedy this situation?

Had a reservation thru Travelocity over a month ago at the Baytown TX location. It was for Friday,Saturday and Sunday April 22-24. Our plans changed and couldn’t get there til Sat. I called the facility and asked to charge me for the whole reservation but that we wouldn’t be there until Saturday AM.

They did that and said all was good. My husband arrived and was told there was no room . Not only did I call and pay for the missed night they charged me a no show fee. The lady at the desk said we will get it fixed and will have a room that afternoon.

Spent two days in what used to be motel 6 in hardeeville which was taken over about maybe 3 days ago from what I was told by America smoke detector was removed from the room there was no sink stopper for the sink in the bathroom I asked for towels they said housekeeping would provide them they never delivered them twice I went up to the front desk no one was in attendance and I waited for at least 10 minutes not done all the doors that were in the lobby actually even called the motel no one answered the phone and those that I did finally run into my impression was I had no clue what they were doing so

But, TODAY, someone broke into my room and then a lady moved in next door who started "abusing" her children. Which, ultimately bothered my "conscious" because I work in "pediatrics".

I called the office and reported it to the manager and the manager said "there's nothing I can do".

1) requested a refund 2) requested to be moved to another room and was "denied" both request by the manager

I called the police department for the sake of the children.

There is an employee I seen at your motel that was pselling drugs and prostitution. I had stayed there 2 weeks ago with a friend of mine. We had stayed there 2 nights and I seen a employee name tag said Justin on it.

I seen this person do drug transactions and there were some girls that looked to be living there. There were different men coming in an out of there rooms all night. The motel was fairly clean but the Staff was just going room to room to the people that lived there.

I have children that were with us and I don't feel that the male employee was there to work. I will not stay again. I almost called the police when I seen this. I had said something to the front desk lady but she acted like I was invisible.

We hv been here a couple of days. We left early one morning put towels n trash outside door. Wen we came back we wanted to shower n had no towels, I go down to get towels n we’re told they hv none for the guest unless it’s a new arrival.

I m really disappointed that we r in able to shower, we hv worked all day n really needed to wash n had no towels or wash clothes to do so. I hope this motel get new management because this place has really gone downhill.

Motel 6 in Drums Pa. Fan not working on ac/heater. Black mold in window seal. Table between beds not cleaned. There are very few motel 6 I stay in because of things like this. They say they take CLC then pic and choose if or when they will take it I travel a lot and stay in motels about 200 days a year.

Adds up to a lot of money.

This past week I stayed at the motel 6 in Vero Beach Florida for four nights. The bathtub was filthy, you could see the dirt all over, there was a dead spider on the side wall, the tub clearly had not been cleaned.

The shower curtain rod was falling down, and barely was able to keep the shower water off the floor. Renovations had been done and the shower head was very low, I had to kneel in the tub in order to wash above my stomach.

Difficult for a 64 year old man with bad knees. Before I showered I had to kill four or five small roaches. To finish with the bathroom the light did not work, I had to use the bathroom by ambient light from outside the room.

In the bedroom the overhead light did not work, only the lamps functioned. The first night of my stay I was awakened by a large roach…

" Her kind? An overweight woman with 3 children? He also cussed her out and called her names in front of her children. The youngest being a toddler, the middle child being 8. The oldest is a teenager but that's beside the point.

I don't want to forget that she paid her rent and Jeff is refusing to refund her money. She can't get another room because she used all her money to pay another week at Motel 6. Wonderful people that work there.

I've never been so Disgusted as I am with this Franchise. Room NOT cleaned in 3 Days with mention to mgmt. No clean Towels, Sheets, Soap Bars, no Trash emptied etc. Box Spring & Mattress are Old & Smell. Doors are coroted & structure needs total revamping.

First and foremost motel 6 in San Rafael is the worst motel I have ever seen. They allow there employees to enter our room and steal property, they allow drug sale and prostitution. I have been here through the Roomkey program for close to a year the bathroom sink is hang on the wall by a thread. The TV remote has been broken for three months the floor leading into the bedroom is soft ready to brake through. The key reader goes out daily. If your key does work after med night your just looked out tell morning. The staff have no problem stating they wish they didn't have to allow whites.

The program I was in ended on the 23rd he were told to leave the motel employees came knocking on our doors at about 10:00 telling us we had five minute to grap whatever we could whatever we couldn't take…

I complained about hotel room having no heat plus sink and bathtub was clogged and had pubic hair in them. Dead roaches in bathroom floor as well. I usually stay at motel 6 but this day was really bad. I went to check in today and they told me the manager blocked me from checking in.

I traveled 1 hour just to check in. I will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone. Horrible!

I was supposed to check in yesterday but was declined check in because the manager said my driver's license had a red flag on it. I have nothing at all on my background, I know you all don't do background checks, and I honestly believe that I was refused service because of either my military status my appearance I was in the hospital for 4 months horrible staph infection lost weight.

We have got to come to an agreement on this now, free voucher to stay there a week, or I take legal action. They clearly discriminated against me.

We stayed in a motel 6 for two nights. It was likely the worst place we have ever stayed. It was filthy. The floors were so dirty, out feet were black and a bowl was black from being on the floor in the bathroom.

The towels were thin, there was not hairdryer, the lamp shade was broken, no water pressure and it was $30 more per night for a clock, fridge and microwave. The front desk person was sitting her car on the phone each tine we needed to speak with her.

I stayed for a week in Motel 6 in Albert Lea Minnesota, never again! 1st complaint is I told the front desk that there is cigarette smoke coming into my room and the gentleman that didn't speak English very well told me that the third floor is smoking and

I'm at the Motel 6 on 1370 N. Wesleyan Blvd in Rocky Mount, NC, from February 28, 2022 to now March 5. I've so many complaints from day 1. From being put in a filthy room rm 211 to changing my room to 104 where the door had to be slammed several times to lock still looked opened after it was locked from outside the room inside the deadbolt was so

loose that it was worthless to lock it. The bathroom door looked as if someone got stuck in the bathroom and tried to pull the door off the hinges. I couldn't sleep in fear of thinking how easy it might be for someone to kick the door down.

I checked in at motel 6 in 821 Fall River Ave, Seekonk, MA 02771 today and that room was not cleaned at all. I came into a dirty room where the sheets,shower,toilet, sink,fridge,microwave and floor were not cleaned. I called the front desk and asked her to come into the room to check the room.

I notice that the housekeeper was in the hallway and kindly asked him to clean the room because it was not cleaned. Front desk also spoke to him as well and he came in the room to start cleaning. I decided to leave but when I came back the room the room was exactly the same.

I had no choice but to leave and make new reservations some where else.
