A male worker at your Clarksville, Tn Madison Street location does not see the importance of being prepared to do business. He sees no reason and has no intention of having change for his customers. The next time I'm refused service for having cash, I will find other accommodations and inquire with our state Attorney General to see if we can get rid of corporations that do not accept cash. I visit your Dillon, SC location very often. If I’m not buying cigarettes (usually two packs at a time) and snacks, I’m getting gas. I don’t know her name, but the young lady that works the early morning shift is very rude.

Every interaction with her is an issue. She acts like she hates her job, is lazy, and doesn’t want to be there. I feel like it inconveniences her to wait on me EVERY-TIME I go in there. She puts me in a bad mood by just looking at her.

I’m not the only customer that feels this way. I’ve ran into multiple people that feel the same way. I usually don’t do this. I don’t call or email corporate offices, but her attitude is out of control and I’ve been dealing with it for a long time now and I’ve never said anything.

It's hard to get to a gas pump when you have a man cleaning his car at pumps. He was in front of the broken gas pump and the diesel pump and it was extremely difficult to get to the other pump to get gas.

"Manager" came to my vehicle as I had just pulled up and accused me of pumping gas that was intended for another customer. She was VERY rude and aggressive. As she was about to walk up to my truck she shoved my vehicle door on my leg. As I followed her to the store begging her to look at the store's video and apologize, she locked the store door. She told me no and told me to leave the store and buy gas somewhere else. I stayed and demanded at this point an apology and for her to pull the video feed. She never did. As I also waited in line she refused to serve me and told a different employee to ring me up. Very rude and disrespectful lady.

I just put gas at your Murphy's Gas station in Roswell, NM. Within hours of pumping gas into my 2018 Yukon, in started having problems with the performance of my truck. Which I had never had before. The check engine light has come on, along with some other items. In calling the dealership, they indicated it was due to bad gas. They said I will need to drain my gas tank to avoid further issues with my engine and other parts. This will cost me $1,000 to do. I don't have $1,000 to repair my truck, however I cannot afford for the full tank of gas to get into my motor and have to replace the whole motor. What does your company do in a situation like this? I need to get this resolved ASAP.

The morning of July 6, 2023, at approximately 4:31 am, I pulled into o pump 5 at the DeFuniak Springs location of Murphy USA. I had pulled about 4 minutes before opening. 00 in gas and one pack of unbleached cones.

I tried to pay in change, made up of mostly quarters and dimes. The morning manager on duty that day looked at me and said I don't need anymore change. I said I'm sorry this is what I am paying with.

I was just at the Murphy gas station on Military Parkway, Mesquite, Texas. I pulled my truck up and stretched the nozzle over the back of my truck to reach my tank. A young person came running out screaming at me that I couldn’t get gas like I was doing.

I explained there were no laws that said I couldn’t. After he kept screaming at me, he then walked in to the store and told them to shut my pump off. I went to Murphys gas station like 10 minutes ago in moulton Alabama. The clerk got snart with me saying that Murphys does not except cash and card in one transaction. Why? It monet on my card and my cash is money.

My wife and I get gas at the store in Kennett, Missouri, on a regular basis.

However, lately, and actually, for quite some time, there is never any of the liquid in the containers to clean the windshield. I have complained to the people that work there about this issue, and I previously called you to complain about this issue.

However, it does not seem to be getting fixed. The worker always says the same thing: I did not know that the containers needed liquid. They are not doing their job. If this isn’t fixed soon, my wife and I will pay a few cents more for gasoline and get it at some other store.
