I couldn’t pay at the pump so I went inside to have the cashier turn on the pump . I was going to leave her my card. She would not turn it on after I waited in line for five minutes .

So that’s a sad way to lose business .

Went out of my way to specifically gas up at Murphy USA in Gainesville, Ga. on August 21st. 59 in unleaded gas. Put my phone number in, yet it never showed up on my reward points. I called Murphy USA customer service, and they would do nothing about it.

I was abused by your teller because she was having a bad night I was told no one will do anything because it's cheap gas and too me my life is more than cheap gas!...

Very poor service by the two employees at your Beckham and Front street store in Tyler Texas. I lost 200points because the two employees working on Saturday the 30th between 6:30 and 7:15 pm were poorly trained . The lady was rude and the man froze up his register.

I had to move to different pump so I could fuel and didn’t get my points credit . I go very often and shop there . I don’t care about my points but very upset about the attitude . I’m disabled and I don’t deserve this disrespect .

Name tag was not worn and name would not be given at store #7788 ( a little before 2 PM CST 7/26/2022). Every time I go in when this lady is working she is constantly yelling at customers (me the last 3 times).

She will never take responsibility for her mistakes and will yell at you to cover up her mistakes example: I asked for 2 packs of marlboro special blend short lights and she had to open a carton for 1 of the packs. She rang up the carton on accident but when I let her know she threw a fit and blamed me.

She than rang up the wrong cigarettes???? I let her know and she yelled at me again. The other girl came out and apologized saying she would talk to her but would not give me her name. This is everyday that she is doing this to customers and its very upsetting.

Cashier was very rude calling me a bigger, bitch , nasty. When I was trying to pump my gas at the location of Walmart fishers on e 96 the . I feel like she needs to be reprimanded or fired.

That is extremely RUDE customer service.

I was currently in need of making some purchases here and it's the only location I have nearby that I can purchase stuff at practically show up at 10:54 which is 6 minutes to spare and they're closed already I don't understand why people put a number on the door of when you're closing but someone decides you're closing before that u would think an employee would realize this if they actually cared about their job they would of but

m. today with my 70 year old mother. I chose pay inside and after waiting for the pump to reset I went to the window to let the attendant know I needed to fill up. She had the window closed talking on her cell phone.

After waiting for a few minutes I gently tapped on the glass. ”. I repeated I wanted to fill up and I had chosen pay inside. She proceeded to tell me I couldn't fill up but after arguing with her this was a gas station and I wanted to fill up she finally reset my pump.

After filling up I noticed quite a line forming of 6-7 people. The attendant was still on the phone and turned her back to the line. after being in line almost 10 minutes a black gentleman slipped to the front of the line and tapped on the window again.

At your Cgipley store you have a cashier named Grace who is always Rude and smells of pot. She is always discussing drugs and talking about customers to other customers in a very negative way. She is bad for business.

I been shopping there for years and have never been so disrespected.

I would like to know why I go to Murphy's gas with an emergency have $10 in dimes rolled and they refused to take it I would like to know why times are hard now always use Murphy's because I've never had problems but now they refuse to take change that's rolled in our hard times that people are having it's not right.

This is very disappointing that my 3,000 something points are gone . I was saving my points to use for my new car and I only have 801 pts out of 3,000 something. I need my points back and I need help understanding what happened or why are my points are gone all of a sudden
