I bought Ritz all my life and now you have changed your recipe to make the cracker thinner and Jack the price up also or it seems to be on the shelf it more expensive and in the process The taste is not correctI had to go buy a generic yesterday just to have a normal cracker and that's pretty sad when I got to buy a knockoff cracker in order to get that flavor because of Nabiscois trying to be......

The last 2 boxes of Vanilla Wafers I have boughten have been way over cooked. Some were even hollow. What a disappointment. If this is the way they are going to be from now on I will have to find a different brand.

Oreo cookies have always been one of my favorites. I recently purchased a bag of double stuffed Oreos. I don't know when they did this but there's not nearly the frosting in the middle that there used to be, the packages are smaller and the prices are higher.

I do not buy them as often as I used to. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has noticed this. Consumers are getting ripped off. Thank you for letting me vent. com

We bought a Family Size box of Premium original salt crackers. When we got home and took out the first package we found over half the individual crackers broken, just crumbs. We tried another package and the same situation. The outside of the box shows no damage or signs of abuse.

And yet each sleeve of crackers had over 1/2 the individual crackers crushed. Not a good advertisement for your company. We have always bought your brand of crackers, that is until today. Judy Nesbit

I'm not enjoying ritz crackers like I did in the past. They are crumbling up and the good buttery flavor and taste is no longer there. All your products are a total failure, especially the cookies. I want to know what happen to the flavor.

If you don't correct these problems, you may find your company losing it business.

I purchased two 10 ounce packages of Nabisco Newtons yesterday from my local Winn Dixie supermarket and I’m not very happy today. They were on sale, BOGO for $4.99. I understand that I got a deal with the BOGO, however when I opened the first package and it was HALF FULL it kinda took the wind out of my sails… I have bought Nabisco products for decades and even sold them in my store. I know times are tough and companies are trying to make a profit but a half empty package of cookies is a bit too far! I will accept a coupon for a replacement package or (if I don’t hear back from Snackworks) I will find a new favorite cookie. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I've been purchasing premium crackers for over 30 years. Recently we purchased a box and the crackers inside were over 2 in below the top of the box. I mean we were way shorted on all four sleeves. I've never seen a box like this. I've attached photos.

I think what I would like is an explanation if possible, and a coupon to get another box. I hope they aren't all like this going forward. Thank you for your attention.

You put your crackers in the same big box you have always used but you now cut each stack by 10 crackers. When the box is opened it is evident that you are cheating the public as each stack is way below the top of the box.

I feel you owe me 40 crackers to make up for the shorted box. People are not dumb. If you need to shorten the stack then you need to shorten the box so that the consumer doesn't think they are getting a full box.

You are cheating by using the bigger box. Take a look at the pictures I took and tell me I am wrong.

I find it a slap in the face to purchase my Party size Chips Ahoay chocolate chips cookie for my grandbabies only to find their half the size they're suppose to be. You rich already, raise prices whenever you wish and it hurts you to give our children the quality and quantity you gave us growing up.

My daughter ingested some teddy grahams and told me they smelled funny and tasted bad. She was dizzy, did not look herself, and said she had to throw up. I smelled them and HOLY POISON, it was awful. I got dizzy and nauseated. We called poison control and her pediatrician. Poison control said because we don't know what is on them/or in them, we just had to watch her and go to the ER if she gets worse. I am so upset!!! Whatever is in these is NOT OK FOR CONSUMPTION. We had to put them in a bag and still had to ride with the windows down. I kept it to show her dr or if we had to go to the hospital. I just bought a box of the double stuf oreos. Not only was I disappointed with the lack of creme in the middle, ( this would have been a regular oreo) but I was also disappointed when I chewed into it to find that it was a grainy texture.

I have always loved oreos and I hope you revert to your old recipe. Otherwise, I will find a new cookie to like

Burnt vanilla wafers in my bag. Showing a picture of just a few. Had to pick them (along with several others) out of the bag as they didn’t taste right.

I recently had purchased what was once my favorite cookie till the last two purchases. My most recent was my final straw I went to have my favorite go to chocolate chip cookies and milk and the cookies were semi soft like they were stale. They didn't have the crunch I enjoy nor did they have the taste I am familiar with. I don't know if you changed the recipe or what but I am currently seeking a new Chocolate chip cookie maker for I can't take another chance on your product.

Purchased a pack of Pumpkin Spice Oreos at Aldi's to try the flavor and not only paid a fortune for them but when I opened the package I noticed it looked like 2 cookies were missing from each row. Oreo cookies have always had cookies that fill up the tray in each row but not this package. Very disappointing to pay so much and also now having the product cut back on as well.

Please stop making cookies especially Fig Newtons. A sin and a shame with these products you are producing Now. Nothing like i grew up with My husband bought me a single box of Fig Newtons because i love those back the day 60's, stop buying them because they got so bad. They have gotten worse. Hello. I have been enjoying your crackers for many years. I bought a box of reduced fat wheat thins that I have purchased many times. This time the crackers were so salty I had to wipe down each cracker just to eat them.

It is crazy how much salt is on them. I live in mpls and purchased them at cub foods.

I'm very dissapointed in the downsizing and quality if product size in your products. I'm currently looking at your "doublestuffed" oreos and am disturbed by the shrinkflation bullshit you are pulling as a company. These doublestuffs are the size of a traditional oreo cookie, and rhe originals are even more decrepit looking.

As an American staple through the last 100 or so years, as a company, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will no longer be buying any of your products, and I hope you realize the error un your ways.

I bought a box of nila wafers, good until dec, 23. They were tiny, all broken and stale. years and never seen a box of wafers this old. No matter what your date said these are old and they are not your mini’s they are suppose to be your regular ones but they are tiny and they are so old they have only the top of the wafer the inside is all gone.

I have bought 2 boxes of ritz from costco at different times and both have had no salt. They were not the salt free or sodium free they were regular ritz. I find this very annoying and wrong.

I'm 65 and have enjoyed Honey Maid Graham crackers for years and Cinnamon Graham crackers were my favorite. The last 3 boxes have tasted horrible, no sugar, no cinnamon and the crackers just crumble. I don't know who's idea it was to cut the quality and taste, they should be fired.

Why change what was perfect for so many years to make more profits, you lost two fans. I could put sugar on the box and it would have tasted better.

I purchased a box of Nabisco Grahams Original at Public's store Number 0599 in Atlanta Georgia on July 11, 2023. Upon opening I discovered the crackers were stale despite the expiration date being 04Nov2023. I will notify Public's to remove the product with the same expiration date from their store.

I purchased 2 boxes of vanilla wafers at a Publix store yesterday. Both boxes were stale upon opening. Best by date on both is Dec 9 2023. I have photos of upc codes and best by dates but I don't have the receipt still.

I tried to upload but it says the file exceeds 2MB Please advise. We purchased a 3rd box at a Dollar General store same day with best by date of Nov 2023 which were fine.

Or use softened ice cream as filling. Your favorite flavor. Freeze, top with cool whip. Presto! So easy. College kids love recipes like that. TikTok is the marketing strategy. My college age kids go nuts for easy, yummy recipes, as do their myriad of friends.

Good morning, I'd like to let you know that it's a disappointment with the Nabisco graham crackers. The quality has gone down significantly and they don't even taste like graham crackers hardly anymore. They are so dry that when I buy them they're broken and very crumbly.

Please bring back the quality cuz you know as well as I do you are going to lose customers very fast. Don't comply to society where you do less quality control and "Quilty "in it itself. Do the right thing and spend a little more money to bring back the quality of a Nabisco graham crackers and your other Nabisco products. Thank you.

Not happy with my latest purchase of Chips Ahoy Chewy Cookies Family Size Package. Opened them over the weekend and found out the package was short 7 cookies in one row. Never in all my life have I had this problem and believe me after raising 5 children and always buying the Nabisco Brand Products I have usually been pleased.

I am usually not a person to complain but with the price of everything I at least expected to get a full package of cookies.

I just payed very hard earned money for a family size package of your cookies golden oreos and they have no i say no to very little cream inside. Now I wouls normally say oh well. But for the last 4 yrs I have had to quit my job to take care of my mom who has dementia.

My family always loved your chocolate Teddy Grahams. We always stocked up on them buying 6 or more boxes at a time. Some time ago our stockpile ran low and we bought more chocolate Teddy Grahams. We noticed changes to the packaging but didn’t think much about it until we opened one of the new boxes.

The Teddy Grahams inside that package were horrible with a chalky taste instead of chocolate. We are through with your Teddy Grahams if you maintain this new chalky formula

I have purchased easy cheese for mini years, where I live in South Texas HEB, grocery corporation does not carry Nabisco easy cheese, therefore, I go to Walmart to buy easy cheese. The quality of your product has gone down so badly that I will never buy another can of Nabisco easy cheese, it used to be very thick and creamy and now it is nearly like soft butter.

You push the nozzle and it won’t even stop running. It is so thin. interesting how companies stay in business, dropping the quality of their products and raising the price. Not me, I’ll find something else or just eat regular cheese.
