Well I'll buy a lot of your Oreos and I'm not happy you changed the cocoa in it and every cookie I get out anymore they're broke the packages are not full like they should be quite a few cookies missing and you're charging more now than you ever did keep it up I'll go to another brand of cookie I'm a senior citizen I'm a veteran and I've earned my damn cookie so please give us a damn break money isn't everything you can't take it with you when you leave

What have you done to premium crackers. They have always been my favorite. They taste different to the point I don't like them now. I have always paid more for them because they were my favorite. They were just salty enough and stayed crispy in my soup. Son isappointed.

I'm very disappointed in one of your products. I bought a can of Easy Cheese (American). I used about 1/2 of the can and it stopped working. I can feel the weight that there is more in the can, but it won't come out at all.

I normally don’t complain about things, but this week I bought a pkg of double stuf Oreo a the cookies were normal cookies. Twigs... very popular but you stopped making them years ago, WHY? Why don't you try a trial period and see if they are still popular. As least give your customers a chance to make them popular again. They were the best snack cracker I have ever had.

These cheese crackers you make now all taste the same. Puffy, round, square, flat, doesn't matter. They all taste blah compared to twigs. WHY DID YOU STOP A GOOD THING??? THANK YOU

Hi there, I have always enjoyed Honey Teddy Graham.

However the last box contained a large piece of cooked dough with a few teddy grahams not punched out on it. It is hard and I was afraid to bite into it. Purchased at either Stop and Shop or Walmart, Dart. MA.

I purchased a family size golden double stuff cookies and for the second time the cookies were broken up and did not stick together for me to use properly in recipes.

The box of Wheat Thin BIG crackers was not sealed properly and when I opened the box a bunch of crumbs fell out. I can only imagine the crackers are stale. I will attach a picture for you to see.

What has happen to the quality off the Nilla wafers. The first box I returned to the grocery store because they were all mushy and soft and no crunch associated with the Nilla wafers of old. The replacement box had several stuck together and they were a little firmer, but still not acceptable. The expiration date on the box was July 06 2023.

I’m curious if the recipe has changed or did my grocery store just received some duds.

Bought a box of Wheat Thins Big and when I opened box found the inner wax paper split by the seam. Wondered if anybody else experienced the same issue. I won’t eat these crackers because crumbs are coming out of the box.

I bought a 3 oz package of Chips Ahoy cookies from a vending machine at work on 3/13/2023. The date on the package is 4/16/2023, so they should be good. I opened them up, and they were way overcooked/burnt. They are inedible.

This isn't the first time either, this has happened before. I would like a refund of my purchase and also a coupon of some sort for my troubles. Thank you.

Bought Nilla Wafers from a Walmart. 2 boxes were very stale!!

I bought two family size boxes of triscuits Rosemary and olive oil and you must have put no salt added in my boxes what am I supposed to do with them now

Ritz Cheddar toasted chips.

For the second time in a year, we have purchased toasted chips with the same results. Half the bags are just crumbs. This same thing happened to us last summer. The taste is fine for the chips that are not broken. The last time this happened it was from Walmart, where one could expect something to go wrong. This time we purchased two boxes for $6 at Hy-Vee where we expected better.

I am so disappointed with the vanilla wafers that your company is producing. They are so thin and undercooked that they crumble in the box and every single wafer is only part of a wafer. I can’t recall ever getting an intact cookie out of a box.

Add the fact that the price is astronomical. 00 a box? Come on now…I won’t waste my money on another box. but to ruin your product by trying to save money? People will STOP buying your product just like I am!!

I bought a box of Ritz crackers and half of them were all stuck together and so hard you cannot eat them at all they were stale and for my nephew and he was very upset and I was pissed off about it

Bought a box of your Nabisco whole grain wheat thins flavored with tomato and basil. When I tried the first one it was covered in so much salt I couldn't eat anymore, so I had to brush off all the salt with a pastry brush in order to eat eat them.

I have to watch the amount of salt in my diet so I have to read labels when I shop. So I won't be able to eat anymore without rinsing off all the salt. I use to eat the regular wheat thins when I was younger and they were good, but not anymore.

I know it's possible to reduce the salt because Lay's potato chips make their chips 50 - 55% less salt or lightly salted. I'm sure I'm not the only one with salt issues.

What happened to Oreos double stuff?! I bought a pack of them and to my disappointment they looked more like REGULAR oreos. Truly disappointed.

It’s a huge compliment! The sales rep and I chatted about rice cakes and then I said any more glutton free and he showed me the cookies! I love them and had previously enjoyed them, not knowing they were glutton free.

Give the rep a raise.

Like my father before me, I have enjoyed your honey maid crackers for decades. I had hoped to do so for another decade or two, but I fear that may not transpire. Your most recent recipe change has been unfortunate.

The crackers do not taste as good as before, but I can adjust to that. As one who dunks your crackers in milk, I will not adjust to the fact that your crackers crumble rather than break neatly along the incised lines.

Please fix the problem or my family will pass on your product.

I buy Oreos cookies quite often and sometimes make cute snacks to share with my class. When I opened this particular bag of Oreos to make my Cat in the Hat treats I was shocked at how little filling there was.

I can usually make them pretty easily with the cream filling but had to go back to the store to purchase Double Stuff Oreos instead. I know that prices have gone up drastically, but I was very disappointed with this particular bag.

I’m not sure what happened but they seem to be lacking most of the vanilla cream. Of course, we will continue to purchase Oreos because nothing can compare to them but thought I’d voice my concern to you. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, Michelle Phillips

I have had a box of your saltine crackers in my cupboard for less than a year and as they had not become stale I put them in some homemade soup and was sickened by the taste, upon further investigation I found that the smell and taste came from your crackers.

They smelled like a chemical of some sort. I am not looking for free products or a refund of any kind. I am however letting you know that I have talked to many people who like myself have had this issue and will not buy your product anymore.

I am in hopes that you will fix this problem and keep from making someone sick in the future.

I rarely buy Teddy grams but I decided to spend a little extra on my kids and bought the 12 back from HEB. We live in a RV so everything is taken out of their boxes and organized. While organizing one of the bags was almost empty and unopened only containing 1 teddy gram inside.

This was extremely frustrating considering the cost of the cookies. Not sure if I will ever purchase again.

89. Tonight to my surprise I think I got a reject, misfit box with most of the cookies stuck together, broken, n some with a harder crust attached. No harm intended but earlier this month I bought a Walmart's brand that reminded me of what your vanilla wafers used to taste like for about half the price.

At 11:54pm, your driver in a day cab chips ahoy truck was driving down Havana St. and complete ran the red light almost hitting me. I was traveling on E. M. L. K. Jr. Blvd in Denver CO. The light was green for me.

I had to slam on my breaks in the snow causing me to spin. The driver pulls out in front of me so that the truck could turn on Iola St. I'm sure the driver doest care and thinks that they got away with it but it's only a matter of time before they actually hits someone.

There were no plates or truck number that I could see easily. Hopefully you find that driver and address the issue.

I am unable to find chocolate graham crackers anywhere. Why is that?

I have eaten Honey Maid graham crackers all my life and now find the regular grahams taste nothing like they have in the past, They are not crisp, in fact they taste like sawdust, No flavor at all!! My sister recently purchased some cinnamon ones that have no flavor of cinnamon at all, The picture of the cracker on the box was very deceiving to say the least!!! Horrible!

I would challenge your CEO to take the taste test for themselves!! Have them look at the picture on the box and say if he or she thinks that they reflect the image on the box, Please, whatever you have done to these crackers, bring back the old original taste of the beloved grahams we have enjoyed in past years in the 1950's.

Please do perform this taste test and be perfectly honest on their taste. Never buying them again…

Every box of Nabisco Saltines I have purchased in the last year break apart in tiny pieces that can not be used. The first time it happened I thought it was a one time mistake. Today I purchased the 4th and last box of your Saltines with the same problem.

You have taken a once great product and reduced it to a box of crumbs.

I searched all over for the no salt top saltines. When I did find them and opened the first package and the crackers were burnt. Then I opened the second package and it too was burnt. As were the third and forth package.

I purchase Nilla Wafers from Sam Wholesale Club on a regular basis and I haven’t been satisfied the last few times I ve purchased them.The cookies were all stuck together I had to try and separate them from each other and all that did was me having a lot of broken cookies .The cookies are so thin now and they were all broken up.I was always aNilla Wafer Fan I make Bannana pudding on a regular basis and I am do disappointed in the product I purchased two boxes from Sam and was not happy at all

You guts have RUINED vanilla wafers!!! They are not as thick, firm or as tasty as once was. Bought 1 box Thanksgiving and my pudding wasn't fit because they turn to mush!! Just bought another box and they so thin and crumbly. Get it TOGETHER!!!

To whom it may regard, This email is in regard to your double stuff Oreos. Your company is producing false advertisements. Our group measured the weight of the cookies’ wafers and cream, both regular and double stuffed, along with the mass of the overall cookie.

Our calculations resulted in the double-stuffed cookies not being precisely double the amount of filling in the regular cookies. In order to determine this our group did the mass of the filling divided by the mass of the cookie and times it by 100. 41 for regular oreo.

No stars... Did you think no one would notice that you made graham crackers smaller and charged more. I have 2 graham crackers every morning with my coffee. That's stops now. I'm on social security and you really suck. You are despicable.

I found graham crackers that I believe have bite marks. I filed a complaint at the address listed on the box and received no reply at all. Threw the whole box out but kept the crackers in question. No way this was not done at the factory.

Had to be done before they were baked. Missing pieces were not in the pack.

I buy a lot of graham crackers, a real lot bc I am disabled and suck and only eat crackers with my meds due to stomach issues. I have thrown several boxes away due to them tasting like gasoline is the only way to describe it.

Then I thought maybe it was my meds making them taste that way so I continued buying & eating them. Then I recently had a friend smell and taste them and they agreed they tasted and smelled like chemicals or motor oil.

Hello, I buy your graham crackers probably more than most as I am disabled and very sick to the point I only eat crackers with my meds. I’ve thrown away multiple boxes because some of them taste like gasoline or motor oil (only way to describe it).

Then I stopped tossing them as they are expensive (I’m on a very fixed budget due to my disability) and told myself it must be my meds.

However, I just had a friend smell and taste them and they agreed. I’m at a loss as I love my nabisco graham crackers, but every few boxes or so still have a gasoline like flavor. I’m hoping you can help me.

Bought 2 boxes of vanilla wafers for a banana pudding ... both boxes had so many wafers stuck together and you could not get them apart. Then over half of the wafers were not round ... broken edges. Very disappointed in the quality of these two boxes - considering when you want the best and you buy brand name and get what looks like seconds.

I’m very very very disappointed in the quality of your Nilla Wafer cookies. I had to pay too much for the poor quality of the cookies. My complaint is that the gran cracker are getting smaller for the same amount of money, why do companies feel like they can give you less. For the same amount of money. Do you guys think that we dont notice.

I recently was preparing for my classes Christmas party a Church, so I decided to make a variation of a brownie using Double-stuffed Oreos. When I opened the package each row had place holders of Oreos laying on their sides where there should be two or three cookies.

This means that the package was missing about 10 or maybe even 15 cookies. As someone that grew up with Oreos this is outrageous, not to mention that your Double-stuffed Oreos look like the regular Oreos. I understand that times are hard and prices have go e up, and I do not mind paying more if the product is good, but this is not good, it’s not even average, it’s terrible.
