I grew up eating Cinnamon Graham Grahams with the actual cinnamon and sugar on top. Recently, I had a craving for these , so I purchased a box, picture on the box was the same.

However, Once I opened a pack, I was completely disappointed…. A plain cracker we flavor of cinnamon, not as crispy. Absolutely changed my mind about Ever buying them again. Total Disappointment for my pallet. Something’s should never change.

I started to buy the generics but no… thought surely I’d get better cookies with nabisco. How are you supposed to sandwich caramel between the wafers when all but 12 of the cookies are stuck together? This is not a shipping or store problem.

This is a quality control issue. I just bought yesterday. This is pathetic!

I recently purchased a pack of Double Stuffed Oeros to make a recipe. When I opened the pack they were some cookies as place holders lying on the side where there should be about three cookies on each isles. This means that they were about 15 cookies missing from this package.

This is bad customer service and very unprofessional, considering that I have been a customer since I was a child and thus double stuffed Oreo is not even double stuffed anyone either. I understand that times are hard, but your company is charging us the same price and are giving us standard food and this is unacceptable

I have always bought the Ritz crackers but the quality has really gone down ,they will crumble when i try to put something on them but the last two times I have bought them they just crumble to crumbs as soon as I even touch them to the point they are not even usable. What can you do to refund my money , I am very disappointed in the product at this point !

I purchase Nabisco vanilla wafers on a regular basis bc I make banana pudding for my customers. I bought a box from sams on Thursday Dec 15th and as I’m looking at the wafers, they were very much overcooked. Very dark and just didn’t have the texture I expected.

I had no other choice but to make the dessert.

Also, is sams the only place I can purchase them at? Bc none of the other stores carry this. Thank you

Nilla wafers are always stale

Not a 100% complaint. My wife and I love your butter cookies-way to go good job. It’s just that the packaging is like a throw back to the seventies. Soon as we open the package we have to repackage the cookies to retain their freshness.

I use a couple of large sandwich bags. This really seems dumb. Why not just put a resealable type of lid on top of the cookies- just saying. Thank you

If you keep reducing the salt on your "Saltine crackers" you should rename them. I am looking for other crackers after being with only Nabisco for 50 years!

Hello- I purchased a box of Vanilla wafers the other day and later that same day I began to snack on them as they were a treat because they are so expensive now. I noticed the taste was really off and they were unusually hard around the edges I turned the lights on to inspect and noticed that all of the cookies looked as if the backs were scraped off and some were extra brown.

I am very disappointed and I hope that they were not tampered with. Please review the pictures and let me know what you think.

why doesn't New Albany &Tupelo MS Walmart have have Zesta wheat crackers?? Haven't had any in 3 months or longer. Have they not being made anymore. Others are not as tasty! Let us know. All we can find is original, i'm a heart patient.

Recently I purchased two boxes of RITZ crackers (09APR23AZ109) number found on box. I was so disappointed not sure if I want to keep purchasing them. Normally since I was a child, and adult able buy my own boxes and not have to share with my siblings I can upon them in the supermarket in Puerto Rico, Econco .

Once I got home I just could not wait to get my hands of them, finally that moment came, I whip out the peanut butter, got my Ritz's , coffee in hand. I open one sealed pack to my surprise the crackers were so thin, just touching them they would crumble in my hand.

My first thought was they were old, but no they were not old just very, very thin. I wasn't even able to spread peanut butter on them, so I try soft butter, that did not even work. The crackers were thinner then a quarter…

Small boxes small sleeves and small crackers. Seriously? Had to send my husband back for a second box cause the boxes are so meager. Give us a choice!!

I purchased a family size box of Ritz crackers (12) sleeves of crackers from Walmart on 11/10/22. None if the cracker sleeves were sealed. I usually do not have a problem with Ritz. I do not have my receipt. Thank you for your attention.

My wife just purchased a box of Nilla Waffers at our local Harris Teeter's When she opened them up and took a bite, they were soft, not crunchy. It's like they are stale.

Ive been eating fig newtons since I was a child, now 52 and the package I recently purchased was so sugary sweet you could actually feel the sugar crunch, I ate 2 and gave the rest to my father, who has a huge sweet tooth and even he said they were too sweet. These are a family favorite so I’m purchasing them most times once a week and this the 1st time they tasted like this.

Did you really think you could drastically lower the cream between the two cookies without someone complaining. Used to be a loyal customer.

I purchased a box of 100 calorie Chips Ahoy thin crisps single packages and when I open the bag they are all clumped together in one big glob...

Why can't I find Nabisco Nutter Butter Wafer cookies anymore? I buy every package of these cookies I can find in every store I go to in Rhode Island and Connecticut and then have to wait for months for them to be restocked. WHY?

I purchased a bag of your toasted "sour cream and onion" crackers from Walmart Grocery Store and I have never been disappointed in a Ritz product but I have to say this was the most flavorless cracker I have ever eaten. I will never purchase this product again.

Not sure if I just got a bad bag or what but I think cardboard would have more flavor! Do better!

Nutter Butter “wafers” what we’re Nutter Butter “Pattie’s”

This product use to be enjoyable great taste, “light” fluffy Pattie , great peanut butter taste

Now the “wafer” is stiff and rigid , peanut butter taste like some man made imitation paste , to imitate peanut butter, well it doesn’t! I use to enjoy purchasing this product as I knew it was a enjoyable snack, not no more! Now days it’s do much about squeezing that additional 1/8 of a cent to the profit line and piss on a product that was awesome to a product that ok now .

Companies are so much about changing ingredients, making packages smaller with a higher retail to ruining a product. A message to the product developers, LEAVE SHIT WELL ENOUGH “ALONE” !!!!

We had purchased a Double Stuff Oreo Cookies and my son was eating them and we found a hard substance in the cookie. It feels like an eraser piece if you will that was found in the cream filling. I just purchased these Saturday 10/15/22 at the Pensacola Military Commissary.

What happened to Mega Stuffed Oreos

What is up with Honey Maid, Cinnamon Graham crackes, they say made with real cinnamon. I bought a box last week at Kroger (State St.) Saginaw MI. The crackers seem to be burnt and to be honest they really do not have much cinnamon on them. I will admit I have not bought these in a very long time but they sounded good but if this is how they are now made, they are not very good and I was very disappointed.

I did not keep the receipt since I was not thinking I would have a issue.

I buy a box of saltines crackers every week, the last two weeks I have had stale saltines. I just want to let someone know that the package are ripping / punctured causing the product to go stale.

I am disappointed that your company has fallen prey to the "cheapening of America" sweeping the country. I recently purchased a Box of PREMIUM Saltines (LOT 12JAN2023KE2304 18 55). I ONLY buy PREMIUM brand because they are the Best Quality, despite they clearly are NOT the Least Expensive compared similar crackers on the market.

The Box is the same as it has been for years, in shape/size/style & markings. I opened this box yesterday to find that four sleeves of crackers inside, where sitting deep in the box w/ a fair amount of "air space" (see picture) above them.

Compared to previous purchases of the same product, it turns out these sleeves are about 3/4 the size (stack height) of the last ones. It appears that Nabisco has decided to provide 20 to 25% LESS product is the same box! Now, If…

My complaint is with the packaging of the Chips Ahoy family pack packaging. I think the pull back package is unsafe. What stops someone from opening the package and getting cookies out or doing something to them, then closing it back. Thanks

I purchased 3 box's of Honeymaid Grahams and couldn't get refund out of all three boxes which I find it very hard to believe that it happened at Walmart on Shef. all three of them was more crumbs than anything but the box is not damaged none of them It had to come from Company or shipping.

I just purchased a box of Honey made cinnamon graham crackers only to find they have no cinnamon flavor at all. In a blind taste test you cannot tell the differents between the plain graham cracker and the cinnamon. I was so disappointed.

I would take them back to the store but it's not their fault.

Recently purchased the oreo easy open cookies and got home to find half eaten. This was the 2nd time this has happened at the same store. So the packaging needs changing to keep from thieves eating and leaving half empty cookies on the shelf.

Disgusting know they could lick my cookies and put them back in the package. Wont buy again until package is changed.

I bought 5 packages of your double stuff oreos from 2 different stores over a two week period. They are not double stuff, they look like regular oreos. There is no where near as much of the middle frosting stuff as it used to be.

I've been buying double stuff for a long long time, the difference is night and day. It doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. Why? Is it because of inflation (let's go Brandon). I feel cheated. I'm tempted to buy the mega stuff just to see how it looks now.

I love your cookies but your packaging is the worst. Your top seal oreos never stay closed. Mallomars have no reseal package. I put everything in zip lock bags. Can't you make a package that can be closed tight??

Recently I bought a package of Ritz toasted chips sour cream and chives. I got them home and they were in crumbs. I went back to the store and looked for a bag in the back and was very disappointed they were the same.

I have bought them many times before and that hasn't been the case.

I recently learned that my favorite cookie since I was a young girl is being discontinued. It is the Nutter Butter WAFER cookie. I have tried to find it in stores and cannot find it anywhere. I asked at the service desk where I do my grocery shopping (GIANT). and ironically the girl knew exactly what I was looking for and she loves them too and can't find them. Now if so many people are buying a product, why do you discontinue it?

I'm very disappointed in the large box of Nilla Wafers that I purchased at Sam's Club not long ago. The box has Two 15oz bags,I've only opened one. Most of the cookies are hard broken and hollow. Not the Nilla Wafers I'm used to.

I bought your premium saltine crackers for years and was very disappointed on this last batch. Alot are crumbled in the sleeve and they are so thin you can't even spread something on them without them breaking. Why did you change the thickness of them to just save a buck?

I won't buy them anymore. Charge more and go back to the old recipe. If you think we wouldn't notice,well alot of people have. I hear lots of complaints from people. Change or you may lose alot of us buying them.

I purchased a sixty pack assortment of Oreo and chips ahoy and golden Oreo and to my surprise I found two chips ahoy packages with nothing but air in them it was suppose to be twenty packages and there were twenty but two had only air in them I purchased them at the wholesale club I gives these snacks to my grandchildren and nieces and nephews I buy many boxes during the year this is the first time I have had a problem.

I have been eating Nabisco Ginger Snaps ever since I was a little girl and they were so delicious. And now I'm entering my '70s and had a taste for some of those old fashioned, made with real ginger and molasses Ginger Snaps.

They are not like they used to be when I was growing up they're super thin extra hard and that Ginger and molasses taste is not there like it used to be. Why change something that was so good. I am super disappointed and would not buy anymore because the quality of your product has gone downhill
