I love Nabisco products!! The real reason I am writing is because NABISCO use to make a cookie or bar and they were called Ideal bars. They were great and I wonder if you could bring them back on the grocery store shelves?

Not really a complaint but a request!!!!

I bought a party pack of lemon cookies and when I open the package there was at least 10 cookies missing from the pack! I sent an email to Nabisco and got no response.

We have enjoyed your Chips Ahoy cookies for many many years, and still do. But I must say how sad we are to watch what you are doing to your cookie brands. Do you really think that people don't see what you're doing by making your cookies smaller, all in the name of profits and improved margins.

All of you should be ashamed of yourselves. I, and I think most people would pay a little more for your cookies rather than be deceived by your attempts to fool your loyal customers.

I started eating these crackers a few months ago.

I have had a few boxes with issues. A couple had no taste, no seasoning. And one box, the most recent, had an over abundance of seasoning, that I could not eat them. Is there a way to keep the seasoning at the same level. Also I heard the rye variety was great and no longer available. Can u please bring them back?

So far I have bought 3 boxes of Vanilla wafers by Nabisco and they have been stale, so I looked at the expiration date and it expires 2023 and 2024. Thank you Gail holder

I love peanut butter. I have not eaten them in years and saw them in the store today and picked a pkg up. I was so disappointed in them. They used to be loaded with peanut butter inside the wafers and now there is not much in them, mostly taste wafer.

It was a huge disappointment.

I purchased a 16 pack of Ritz stackable crackers. All of the crackers didn't have any salt on them. Is it possible to get a refund?

Bought Mint Flavor Creme Oreos, Party Size. Made the Oreo Ice Cream dessert I usually make with regular Oreos that gets raves. All who tried it with the mint oreos said it tasted like toothpaste and didn't finish their portions.

Many adults and children were allergic to Yellow 5 food dye and could not even taste it. Big party-sized fail!

What the heck is with the sorry ass excuse of a Ding Dong that you are putting out? The people don’t want this small dinky size snack! Raise the cost is better than this tinny little cracker for the money.

We won’t be purchasing this product again along with other crazy small size products.

I purchased 2 boxes of Lorna Done Shortbread Cookies yesterday from CVS and unfortunately to my shock and disgust, these cookies were horrible! Not what I'm use to experiencing when I purchase this product. They had a stale almost mildewy taste.

I would like to know how I go about receiving a full refund?

The last 3 boxes of Nabisco wheat saltines, have ALL been broken and in pieces along with the dust. Not fun to eat. 00 a box. Nabisco used to be a good brand, what happened? The outer box is fine but not the saltines!!

I bought a box of mixed products chips ahoy, nutter butter, and Oreos from Nabisco at my local strak and van till grocery store. My daughter was eating a package of Oreos and usually opens them before eating and she found a foreign object in the frosting, it looks like a tiny screw!

She could have eaten this! I have pictures and a video.

I bought some Ritz Crackers at the Publix at 2500 Dallas Highway in Marietta, Georgia and they are "Overcooked & Brittle". I'm 63 and don't remember a time my Ritz Crackers have ever been like this. They were so brittle/fragile I could NOT use them to dip my Publix Artichoke/Spinach Dip. Every time I tried, they broke. Anyway the "Best use by Date" is 21AUG22AH4218 and the number on the top of the box is 4400003111. I am throwing them out yet I don't believe it's fair for the cost to be mine. I purchased Fig Newtons at Sam's club today. Very disappointed. I love them and these are pure sugar. Like the filling batch was mixed wrong. 00. very disappointed

We have always purchased your saltine’s. But lately every box we buy the crackers seem to fall apart when we open the wrapper. I’ve checked the expiration date and that’s not the issue. We now buy the Publix store brand and I have to say they taste better.

I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

I just purchased a box of unsalted tops premium saltine crackers. After opening the box I noticed one of the four packs was substantial lower than the other three. I can understand the packs being off by one or two, but as you can tell by the photos it was a pretty drastic difference.

The good news is that the pack was at least sealed on both ends, so the crackers shouldn't be stale. Just a very disappointing sight to see when you open a new box of crackers.

Recently purchased two packages of oreo cookies (family size), when opened the cookies are broken and crumble when putting them in the cookie jar. I bought two boxes of Nilla Wafers. The exp date is Oct 2022, but neither box was good. The first box cookies were soft, not crisp like they should be, seemed like they were old. The second box was the same way and there were a lot of those that were stuck together.

I have always loved Nilla Wafers but will be scared to buy again.

I have been buying Nabisco Honey Maid graham crackers for over 30 years. Last couple of years, the packages are MUCH smaller and the crackers fall apart when you touch them, much less trying to spread them with butter or peanut butter.

Actually, before even opening the package, you can see through that the crackers are all broken up. What happened?? Quality has gone waaaayyy downhill and I will not be buying this brand anymore. A former faithful customer, Diane B.

Today I bought a pack of Mini Chips Ahoy, and on the last bite that last one was super salty and tasted wired…so I spit it out even though I consume some of it. Now the whole left side that I was eating on is now numish and tingly :(

I purchased the 12 pack oreo cookie. Two of the individual packages in the box were slightly opened. I've included images.

All of your products are shrinking and the quality is not very good anymore, all while hiking prices. Packaged food isn't necessary so cutting out your products will be easy.

Over the past year when I purchase your oreo sandwich cookies the cookies were broken. The cookies were good but the break .

Bought a box of honey maid ghram crackers and the whole box of crackers were broken into tiny bits and crumbs..

The Chocholate Pinwheel cookies aren't made with the dark chocolate anymore. That is a downgrade in flavor and quality. How can you justify charging the same price when the quality is lower and you're using cheap la or in Mexico?

Premium Saltines - What has happened to them? A change in the original recipe? Is a new manufacturer processing the crackers? The crackers are not the same - AT ALL - and in various ways. But, my major complaint is that you can't keep a single cracker in one piece to save your life. Crumbles, crumbles, crumbles.

In any given package/sleeve, many crackers are broken before you even open the package. Trying to put something on them, butter, any kind a spread, is fruitless. One of my very favorite crackers - ever - is now a sad, terrible thing.

So well established and liked brand shouldn't go to pot like this. Too, too bad.

i bought 2 boxes of ritz crackers and all 8 sleeves were crumbs, i bought them to make appetizers for party so that was a bust. not a happy camper, wrote about 3 or more days ago and still got nothing in my inbox. very disappointing customer svc.

Purchase a pack of chips ahoy an the entire pack was nothing but small crumbles.

Every sleeve of cracker is broken. I shake the boxes to see which has the least broken pieces. Looks like ruff handeling before reaching the customer.

Bought a bag of nabisco chips ahoy with Reese’s. Two rows of cookies less than half full. Thought it was a fluke. Bought another bag couple weeks later, same thing! What’s up???

Bought a case of Nabisco mini chips ahoy and in one of the bags there was only one crumbled cookie in the bag.

I like to separate my top and bottom layer, and then lick the cream filling off. The last few packages I purchased (5) YOU CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE COOKIE CRUMBLING. NOT GOOD!!! This ruins my childhood memories.

I bought some of your nutter butter cookies. Well when I got home most of them were broken and smashed. We are them anyway. It's the only cookie we buy. Mabey they were tossed around in the truck before getting to the store. Thanks again.

THe nabisco fat free fig newtons are sweet the the point of pure sugar. I love the traditional but thought I would try something new. I won’t Be buying the fat free again. Yikes!

I purchase a variety pack from Costco item # 1223257 when I opened it to get some cookies the packages that had the Oreo minis were not sealed. , I thought it was just one but all the packages were open. I pay a lot of money for them"h

Nabisco, You have acrewed up a wolderful classic Saltine crackers, the original and mini crackers. The do not taste as they used to. This sea salt craze can take a flying leap!!! So long saltines, you were wonderful to grow upm with back in the 50's and 60s'!!!!!

cost of $26. There was clearly a production problem as the box was pristine, the individual bags in pristine condition but the cookies were broken and crushing into themselves as though they were stuck on the line and push into each other. 99.

I can't even buy a bag of the Most for that money. They had to know there was a production issue but just stuffed the cookies into packages and off they went

I just opened my pack of Oreos and to my surprise it looks like someone has already been eating them!!! I have never gotten a pack that was not full! I feel like I’ve been cheated!!!

I love everything you make and I loved the Mini Premium Saltines the most. I ordered six boxes and then they were off the market. No one sells them. What happened? I have. looked for them every week. So have my friends.

I would like to know why you didn't keep making them and if you will have them again?

What has happened to the quality of Nilla wafers? They don't resemble the original wafers. They don't taste or look the same. The boxes I purchased looked like irregulars. So many broken ones. Very disappointed in the quality.
