This evening I purchased a pack of Nabisco Chips Ahoy Candy Blast for me and my girlfriend to enjoy while watching a home entertainment movie. When we got home we did our normal routine and began to watch the movie.

It was after she had opened them and offered me the cookie package to get some, that I noticed a small metallic glint. Upon me making a rather rude exclamation; we both opened the cookie package all the way up and descovered multiple small pieces of what we are assuming is metal.

We are both fans of the work your bakeries do. We both having worked warehouse and stocking jobs at mass distribution centers understand how frustrating the work zone can be. 5oz and when I opened the first box I was lucky to find a hand full of crackers that wasn't all crumbs. Very few were still whole. I'm not able to create a snack with broken pieces. So I opened the other box and it too was full of crumbs but that box was more like 50/50 maybe a little more crumbs but the point is I can not use them as a party snack when there isn't enough whole ones to serve all the people.

00 for both boxes and would like to be reimbursed. The store will not refund me just because half or more are crumbs they feel I can still snack on them just not serve them at a party. D. I will not pay for the shipping cost, I am however willing to mail them to you. D.

Lack of filling in double stuff oreos! Have noticed the filling has become smaller and smaller over last few years! It’s getting to the point that I am going to stop buying them.

Also the mega stuffed I have tried do NOT have same filling as regular and double stuffed!

Wheat thins were burnt!

Bought a box of Wheat Thins and they are burnt. Taste terrible,

I have eaten these cookies all my life, 63 years. This year I have been disappointed, they are cooked too much, now have gotten smaller and less flat, which changes the entire experience, they are harder. The last time I bought them they were more better, thinner, light golden, and a delicate crunch.

But today, back to the small over cooked, minis in a regular Nilda box. Too bad, they were yummy for so long. Of course they don’t hold a candle to the Brown edge wafers, which were superb! Any chance this might get resolved ?

Hi, I don't know why it is but every time I buy Mallomars they are coated with what looks like a white powder. They have a funny taste with the powder or what ever it is.. I purchased them today at Walmart.

My package of regular oreos had cookies with no cream stuffing and only one side cookie. I was very disappointed to say the least!

I purchased your handy snack breadsticks and cheese very regularly due to the fact that my grandson absolutely loves them. At over three dollars a box it is ridiculous for them to be tore up broke up and nothing but crumbs.

This is about the 11th or 12th box that I have purchased and had this problem. One was actually missing one breadstick. One has something extremely funny looking in the cheese. I still have plenty more pictures but it won’t let me upload anymore

I almost ate a hard piece of plastic from the crumbs of chips ahoy if I had swallowed the plastic it would've been tragic I wanted to alert Nabisco before contacting an attorney

I can no longer tolerate tasteless and coarse full sheet Honey Maid graham crackers. Do not like health food taste and appearance. They were my comfort food for many years but someone has messed with the recipe. I have tried the cracker test and have switched to Great Value brand which has a honey taste and are not as thick and as coarse as the present Nabisco brand.

The last three packages of Chips Ahoy we have bought have 1/2 of the package is in crumbles. We buy a package EVERY week, so this is 3 weeks in a row. Perhaps the packaging facility has a problem. Perhaps shipping. Perhaps the Kroger here.

I pay good money for the breadsticks and cheese but the past 5 times I’ve purchased them, they are broken all apart. This is crazy to pay that much for crappy products

We are huge fans of Nilla wafers. The last 6 months or so we have noticed that they are not as crispy as they once were and have a much softer texture to them. Almost like they are stale. The most frequent ones were purchased at Target in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on July 15, 2021. They have a code on them of 25NOV21AZ105 15:03

We are wondering if this is just a carrier issue and they are not being stored correctly before being supplied to the shelf for sale of if something is wrong at the factory. We truly miss our Nilla wafers being crisp and being able to keep them fresh after opening the box.

The Nilla wafers I bought are burnt and not able to eat them. UPC # 44000 02734 & bought at target in Renton Washington.

Purchased a 12 pack of mini wafers. Open them and some were soft so i checked the date it was fine. But i looked on the back of the bag and it was already opened. So i checked the other bags it was only 4 of them already opened.

I buy Nabisco Premium Saltine Crackers and need them, as I am very ill and always have nausea and they are comforting for my tummy. I bought a box and FINALLY tasted the salt !!! I was hoping your crackers had been changed, since this is the best box I've ever had! Sadly, it stopped there.

Well, I know over the years products change. I understand about quantity and quality! But, your Nilla Wafers are horrible! Please go back to the original recipe. I can buy better cookies at the dollar store now. The Nilla flavor just isn't there anymore.

The cookies are small and sometimes they are almost burned! Please go back to the original as I can't take these little horror cookies anymore! They are dry and flavorless

Box of Nilla Wafers bought from Giant Foods on fri. 6/18. Opened the box to have a snack today, and the wafers are REALLLLLLY HARD with like flour on the bottom of them. I've never tasted Nilla Wafers like this before. Threw the box away. :(

I use no other vanilla wafers then Nabisco for my recipes. I recently purchased a box of the Nabisco Mini Nilla Wafers. The product looks good (as pictured on the box), the flavor is acceptable, however, the texture is not acceptable! The wafers are soft! Soft! This is not the usual product I have purchased.

Not so much a complaint but a huge disappointment. I’ve been eating Oreos for decades and especially love the doubled stuffed variety. So, when I opened my recently purchased family size double stuffed Oreo package I was very disappointed to find significantly less stuffing than expected.

They looked like what I would expect to find in a regular. There was approximately 1/8th inch of stuffing in each cookie. Please see the attached pictures. It looks like Nabisco has now down-sized the stuffing in the Oreo.

I have been buying premium crackers for years. The sleeves are getting smaller. The last box I bought, the crackers fall apart they are so thin. I use them for humus and they do not hold up. Your quality is really getting bad.

My family loves Oreos. We always have them around. We always have. Recently however, well over 50% of the last 8-10 packages of Oreos we have purchased have been significantly damaged. The bummer is we don't know it until the package is opened. The cookies are disassembled, the actual cookie pieces are broken, creme filling pieces are all over. If the packaging were damaged, we would avoid them. But this seems to occur internally. If this were a one time event, I wouldn't send a message, but 4 or 5 times is significant ....thanks.

I purchased 2 boxes of mini saltines and the crackers have no salt on them. I buy these often an they have always been salted.

I was in walmart o i10 and cortaro in tucson arizona Friday and one of your employees was yelling at another person on the aisle very load and rude. This lady was cussing and was just being very very rude. It really makes your company look really bad to have a person working for your company representing the number one cookie and cracker companie in this manner.

I purchased 2 family size bags of the Nabisco Toasted Chips, Sour Cream and Onion flavor. Unfortunately both bags had plain chips them. There was no seasoning at all. I purchased this product for the flavor. I don't know if these bags got mixed up in production but I think its safe to assume that the entire batch would be like this since it was a problem with both of the bags that I purchased.

Hello I wish to lodge my dissatisfaction at that the quality of Premium crackers. I have been purchasing these crackers for many years. But now I find: - new packaging is appalling, waste of resources - crackers are smaller - crackers were broken in the ridiculous small packages - packaging is difficult to open - flavour is gone, now like cardboard - price has gone up What has happened to this product?

Nabisco used to be one of the leaders in baked products. Now it’s products suck. Along with their customer service. I buy their soup and oyster crackers. They used to be crisp and a nice cracker for soups. I had a car accident tgat broje my jaw and am on a soft diet buying 5-6 bags per week for soups.

Each week for past 8 weeks it’s been a different surprise including: big clumps of hard unbaked dough throughout packages, stale crackers, and now crackers are like little lead sinkers clumped in pairs with little crunch and act as big belly bombers. Called to complain and asked to escalate to quality control.

Had a very disinterested employee who threw 2 coupons at me. ) Fix u’r product!

Fresh Stacks is a great product...when it has not been contaminated with what tastes like perfumed hand soap residue!

I have two boxes...one purchased in Tennessee (10JUL2020KE2305) and the other purchased recently in Minnesota (22JUL2020KE3304). The one from TN tastes like it should, but the one from MN is the problem.

Maybe employees at a certain packaging location don't thoroughly wash the soap residue from their hands after using the restroom...?? Or maybe the problem is heavily perfumed soaps that are available for use in restrooms...

I purchase a lot of Nabisco products and especially a lot of Wheat Thins. I opened a newly purchased box of Original Wheat Thins yesterday and I thought something was off with my taste buds as they didn't taste right. I have never tried the Tomato Basil Wheat Thins, however these had a hint of Tomato taste. My boyfriend did not taste "Tomato", however he noticed right away that they weren't the Wheat Thins we love.

I thought I should report this as it could be that this was a one time "fluke" or it may have been a packaging error on a larger scale. This box was purchased at United Supermarkets in Midland, Texas.…

I am an avid buyer and eater of the double nutty nutter butter cookies. I buy at least 10 packs a month if not more. The last two packages I have bought from Weis markets all of the cookies were put together backwards.

Usually I would not complain about these kind of things but they make the taste just a little off. I am extremely unsatisfied. I would like to receive some kind of coupon for this if at all possible. Thank you

I recently purchased our weekly family size package of Double Stuffs. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the package to find a total of 9 cookies missing from the package! I'm not sure how that happened, as the security seal was still in tact.

Possibly due to the coronavirus your quality control staff is reduced or something but it was very disappointing to buy your cookies and be shorted that many in one package! This will definitely make me rethink my weekly purchasing choices.

I am 49 years old and bought hundreds of packs of Oreos for my kids now grown up and never really had much of a chance to consume. Now that they are older I have had a chance to enjoy them but very upset at the fact that I am unable to twist the cookie and scrap the filling out without them completely breaking into several pieces. In the past this was not an issue and was able to keep them intact and enjoy. It may seem weird but this does not please me that they are so brittle now and unable to enjoy them. I do not like the icing in the middle.

I purchased a box of sudried tomato and basil wheat thins and when I opened the box the plastic was not sealed. And no I did not eat them!!!

I purchased Nabisco Ritz Grab & go Expiry date 8/28/20 lot # 10:21 BI4-4 Handy snack 12 pack, upon opening 4 grab & go went to apply cheese to the cracker & notices a discoloration of the Cheese not ORANGE but GREEN so nasty was glad I did not ingest it but wanted to let you know my sheer disgust , as in a normal situation that would have gone into one of my kids lunches who most would not have noticed if open at snack time so

not sure of the shelf life for said product maybe is should be shorter

I opened a box of Nabisco Honey Grahams. There used to be but now is no quantity listed on the outside of the box. Inside were three packages of crackers when there used to be four. It is obvious they turned the packages to make three fit in there, a 25% reduction in crackers for the same price.

After reading dozens of similar complaints about poor quality products coming from their Mexico operations, I will never buy a Nabisco product again. I will be sure to verbally tell others not to do so,
