I purchased Nabisco Ritz Grab & go Expiry date 8/28/20 lot # 10:21 BI4-4 Handy snack 12 pack, upon opening 4 grab & go went to apply cheese to the cracker & notices a discoloration of the Cheese not ORANGE but GREEN so nasty was glad I did not ingest it but wanted to let you know my sheer disgust , as in a normal situation that would have gone into one of my kids lunches who most would not have noticed if open at snack time so

not sure of the shelf life for said product maybe is should be shorter

I opened a box of Nabisco Honey Grahams. There used to be but now is no quantity listed on the outside of the box. Inside were three packages of crackers when there used to be four. It is obvious they turned the packages to make three fit in there, a 25% reduction in crackers for the same price.

After reading dozens of similar complaints about poor quality products coming from their Mexico operations, I will never buy a Nabisco product again. I will be sure to verbally tell others not to do so,

I opened up my Oreos last night and several were missing. This is a rip off and because of COVID-19, I don’t want to go back to the store and get them replaced. This is a rip off.

I am writing about the chips ahoy candy blast cookies. The quality of the cookies constantly varies ive gotten several packages of them where the cookies are over cooked and burned with a gross after taste. I love these cookies but its so hit and miss with overdone batches that I'm wasting too much money on them..

Id like to be reimbursed for at least 7 packages of family sized cookies that I threw away . i wont eat burned ones.

I am not really complaining. I bought two big boxes of ritz crackers. I have a dip (soft) and the entire box of ritz except maybe 2 or 3 crumbled I could not even pick them up carefully after a rew crumbled they just fell to pieces. 2 boxes.

I know we didn't crush either. Would like to be able to dip without using a spoon. Thanks

Purchased 2 boxes of Handi Snacks premium breadsticks n cheesy dip. Three of the snacks were ruined. The cheesy section was uncovered and cheese was hard and was unconsumable _ Cheese turned a very dark orange. Three the breadsticks and packs away.

Date on box was 07 January 2020. I purchased box at local Wal-Mart. I would like to hear from you regarding my issue please.

Yesterday a friend and I purchased 2 boxed of "chicken in a bisket" crackers. I ate 3 crackers and stopped eating them because they tasted like chemicals or soap. My friend ate some with the canned cheese so she didn't taste that "chemical" taste and ended up in the hospital for vomiting violently.

I thought maybe it was just my taste buds so i had another friend taste one with nothing on it and he agreed it tasted like "chemicals". The expiration date was good and the packaging was not tampered with so i called the dollar general in rocky mount va.

so they could remove them from their shelves so nobody else gets sick. I do not blame dollar general because the packages were not damaged in any way. So Nabisco should be responsible for this.

Also i am pregnant so had i actually ate alot…

I bought two boxes of (what was our favorite cracker, Chicken in a Biskit recently. Opened the first box, smelled "odd" tasted even worse. The expiration date was 28Jan20. I had my son taste one and he agreed they tasted "sour".

So, we opened the other box, same expiration date, and they too were sour tasting and smelling. So, we ended up throwing both boxes of crackers in the woods for the birds. I have been eating these since i was a kid, and this is the first time i have had any issues.

Had it been the first time i ever bought them, i would chalk it up to "i did not like them", but since i know how they are supposed to taste, this was a complete waste of money.

19 each. In both boxes the cookies were burnt. They were so hard, they could not be eaten. Nabisco seems to have a problem with this. I stopped buying saltines last year because they were being burnt. I just tried another box of saltines for the first time in a year.

The new Snackwell devils food cookies are awful. You added more marshmallow and it tastes different and so is the consistency of the cookie. I don't know why you can't leave well enough alone. It is not an improvement. You made a good cookie HORRIBLE!

Please bring back the old cookie.

NOT up to NABISCOS Quality Standards. Very disappointed in this product. Have used this product for over 50 yrs, NEVER dissatisfied until now! Due to increase in price we expect better than we received. UNHAPPY :( Unable to contact Nabisco) feel they should know!!!

Hi we bought a family pack of mega stuffed oreos and 8 or more cookies were missing, Had to throw the whole pack away. did not trust them. They were purchased at the walmart super store in sault ste marie michigan. Thank you Carol

I purchased 10 boxes of Rita crackers for a party over this summer. When I opened the first box the majority of the. crackers were broken and almost the entire box had to be discarded. I opened the second and third, fourth !

Fifth sixth seventh eighth ninth and finally the tenth. I would say out of all these boxes I had mayb 2 boxes that would equal 8 sleeves that were usable. It is a disgrace to spend that kind of money to purchase these crackers.

From now on I will buy Keebler products. Shame on Nabisco.

What is going on with your Premium saltine crackers? They smell like a chemical depository and are sickening. I always buy them in the 4-packs and have been eating them for 50 years. I have thrown away two 4-pack boxes because of this.

What are you trying to do, close your business? There was never a problem before, but surely don't need to load them with chemicals! Even my husband, but rarely smells anything was repulsed. He had served them to our grandchild who thankfully refused them! I want reimbursement.

Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies are just awful. On top of that it contains high fructose corn syrup and the cookies fall apart. The package use to be 16 oz and it is now 13. Purchased two of these packages because of the sale. Not happy

The taste is awful compared to the older ones.

I've been a Nabisco consumer since childhood and still appreciate the great products available. recently, something seems to be amiss. Family packages of OREO cookies have recently been very broken and sandwiches no longer in tact. I do understand careless handling of your product by retail can result in breakage, so normally we just tuff it out.

Recently, I purchased a multi-snack pack which contained 1oz bags of Mini Golden Oreo Sandwich Cookies. A couple of the bags are full of air and have only 2 cookies in them. The seals are in tact and holding air.

I can mail it to you upon your request. Most of the time they have at least 10 to 12 mini cookies in them. This is the 1oz. snack pack (part of a multi-pack). Please reply (to the email above)

We just recently purchased a box of the Big wheat thins and they were burned. Way overcooked. How could any kind of quality control let those pass for acceptable.

Just bought wheat thins ranch , but absolutely no flavor on crackers, very disappointed.

I purchased two boxes of chocolate wafer cookies to make a chocolate whipped cream log. The first box was such a disappointment as every cookie was cracked in half except three them. I opened the second box to experience basically the same thing.

It was time-consuming making the log as I had to piece together the chocolate wafer cookies. I logged a complaint several years ago regarding this cookie. I was compensated with coupons. This time I decided to write you and offer a suggestion on your packaging for the product.

These cookies are very expensive and should be packaged in a heavier cardboard container, the one that is used now is extremely flimsy. Another thought was to use heavy plastic container. We do enjoy your product and I use it in several recipes.

I have always enjoyed the Nabisco Peanut Butter Crème patties, until I bought a package today with new blue label...…..what happened there is very little peanut butter in them now.....Guess I will not be buying them in the future....Your loss. messed up another good product.....Why don't you just close your doors.

i really enjoy chocolate grahams but recently they have too much sugar on them, i have to scrape it off. i hope you decide to make it less or leave it off altogether

I purchased a box ot Chocolate Chip Teddy Grahams a few months ago. They have an expiration date of 06/2019. I just opened the box last night and ate a couple of them. They tasted absolutely awful and the chemical smell coming from the package was nauseating.

My question is just if they are harmful in any way. I have several small grandchildren and I would have felt terrible if I would have given them to the kids. We used to buy Teddy Grahams all of the time and everyone loved them.

Now I doubt that I will ever buy them again. So sad that a reputable company like Nabisco put a product as disgusting as this in stores.

I bought a box of the sociable crackers and when I opened the box it was all crumbs. There was not a singe whole cracker in tact.

Every time lately we buy a family pack of Graham Crackers we open up several packs and get half or more that are broken. this is not acceptable. I don't understand why. and I have purchase them from more than one store,,

My complaint is about your sociables crackers for several months now i have had a problem with almost all the crackers being broken into little pieces. I keep buying them in hopes that it is a isolated incident but after several months i see it is not. If this continues i will not buy this product anymore.

I bought 2 packages of oreo golden double stuff cookies and every single cookie was broken.

We buy Nabisco chocolate chip cookies ONLY and we purchased a family size bag ( as usual due to it being one of our grandson favorite cookies) and the last 3 bags from Wal-Mart ( Hwy 16 Denham Springs Louisiana) we have had " dried up broken cookies EVERY TIME we are a Nabisco family. I refuse to bring them back to Wal-Mart because I am quite sure that we will get the same dried broken cookies I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. I have NEVER had to complain to Nabisco but this is ridiculous.

Good morning, First I would like to say I love your products. Recently, twice, I have purchased your Ritz Crisp and Thin Sour Cream and Onion, there were no seasoning at all on them not even salt. Usually I do not have any issues with your products. Not sure if it was just a bad batch, but I wanted to make you aware of these. I was having a party and when I put them in a bowl, expecting a seasoned chip and did not get it, I was disappointed. This will not stop me from buying your products, but does make me wonder when I open the bag will i get what I expect.

I purchased a pack of regular Oreos. The filling inside of them were the same as Oreo thin as I took them back to the store. The returned the and instead purchases stores (Wegmans) version of them. I was truly dissatisfied.

I will buy Wegmans brand moving forward.

We bought some chips ahoye chunks. When we opened them up and took one out it crumbled. All the chips fell away from cookie part. We buy two of these a week this is the first-ever that we were let down.

I reported this problem a few weeks ago and as I open new boxes of cookies they have the same exact problem. Either the packing is not sealed properly or the seal was shredded leaving the package open, therefore rendering the product inedible. I am requesting a replacement for these packages. This will definitely deter me from purchasing Nabisco brand cookies in the future.

I am waiting on the replacement products for my initial complaint. I am also requesting replacement products for the above mentioned products.

Bought several boxes of Honey Maid Graham Crackers for a Science Experiment at work, unfortunately went to use them and MOST were already broken. Horrible--not only did I use my own money to purchase these I ran out on the day I needed them!! Many disappointed students who had to observe our lab instead of participating!!

WE PURCHASED A 12 PACK OF OUR FAVORITE NEWTONS. THEY WERE GRITTY AND SANDY TEXTURE. WILL NOT BUY THEM AGAIN!

2oz package of the new flavor of Oreos to try. When I opened the package, there were only four cookies in the middle row. 2 ounces. THe expiration date on the package was 05 November 2019 and the lot number was KE31 1 01:58.

Nothing was wrong with the quality of the product itself - only that the package was not completely filled.

My family is big fans of your ranch wheat thins. We eat a box or two every couple weeks. We have received our fifth box of ranch wheat thins that have been plain in a “ranch” box. Very disappointing. We buy from super target in Blaine MN.

I've purchased several boxes of Vanilla wafers and they we're burnt so bad and I'm very dissatisfied.

I bought a box of vanilla wafers and the box was full of BURNT COOKIES. I was very disgusted. Where is the quality control? my granddaughter was very disappointed when she could not have a cookie. please make good on this disgusting purchase.

I have always loved Ritz crackers but now find myself totally disgusted with the quality of the crackers recently. Sleeves of crackers that are nothing but crumbs is the norm when I purchase a box of crackers. They instantly are reduced to crumbs and I cant put anything on them.

Please consider going back to the old recipe so that I can once again enjoy your crackers.

I am disturbed by your company's decision to promote the argument that drag and drag queens should receive the same respect and appreciation as mothers who are raising children in your mother's day Twitter commercial and your PR team's subsequent mockery of those who were concerned. I will avoid purchasing your company's products in the future unless you issue some sort of public clarification and apology
